Transfer from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers at Kaseya Center on April 8

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers at Kaseya Center on April 8, 2027. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Pickup is at any address in Hollywood Beach. The driver plans the evening around the 7:00 PM tip-off, and the same bilingual chauffeur brings everyone home after the final buzzer.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood Beach to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has one hourly price for the whole group, and every game-night booking has a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle and its chauffeur, not for each seat, so a full Sprinter splits the cost across everyone riding. Five hours covers the main parts of a game night from Hollywood Beach: the pickup, the drive south, the game and the ride back north after the last possession. If your group wants a relaxed dinner first or a late stop downtown afterward, reserve extra hours when you book. The rate is set per vehicle, so your night can be simple or full. It can be a straight run to the arena and back. It can also be dinner on the beach, drinks by the bay and a slow drive home along the coast. Choose the tier that fits your group size and tell us your start time. The rate listed here is the rate you pay.

Which Payment Methods Lock In Your Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and we arrange it over WhatsApp before game night.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The minimum is five hours, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate. The fare is never renegotiated, and you settle the extra hours once the night is over.

When Is Philadelphia 76ers vs. Miami HEAT at the Downtown Arena? 🏟️

Philadelphia 76ers vs. Miami HEAT tips off at 7:00 PM on April 8, 2027, in Downtown Miami.

The game is a Heat home game at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard. It falls late in the regular season, when playoff positioning starts to matter every night. Heat and Sixers fans share a real playoff history, so the arena commonly has an edge, with chants in English and Spanish going around the lower bowl. The crowd is a true Miami mix. You’ll see families from Kendall and Doral, young professionals from Brickell and longtime Heat fans with roots across Latin America. You’ll also see Philadelphia fans who flew south for a spring week by the ocean. Many of those visitors stay in Hollywood Beach, where the hotels sit on the sand and the Broadwalk is steps away. On a weeknight, you leave the beach while rush hour is still going, and that’s when a chauffeur who knows the roads is most useful.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood Beach on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives the group south from Hollywood Beach and handles every downtown turn for you.

Game night downtown is when a private car helps most. Biscayne Boulevard fills with fans, event traffic control changes the lanes around the arena, and garage entrances back up well before tip-off. Your chauffeur times the departure around that crowd and picks a route based on how I-95 looks that afternoon. That keeps your group moving while other drivers circle for a space. Nobody in your party has to watch the clock, look for parking or be the designated driver. On the ride south you can talk about the matchup, work out who is meeting whom inside, or watch the skyline come into view over the bay. The questions below cover the route, the drop-off, where the car goes during the game and how the group meets the driver afterward. That way the whole night runs on one plan.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood Beach to Downtown Miami?

On most game nights the chauffeur heads west to I-95 and takes it south into Downtown Miami. From Hollywood Beach that usually means Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street across the Intracoastal to the interstate, then the I-395 connector toward Biscayne Boulevard. If I-95 is jammed, US-1 is a steady surface-street option. It becomes Biscayne Boulevard in Miami-Dade and runs south toward the arena.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, usually along Biscayne Boulevard. Event-night traffic control decides which curbs are open, so the driver adjusts on the spot and uses the most direct drop-off point for the entrance you want. You step out with tickets ready instead of walking over from a garage far away.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays close by for the whole game, and the car is held for your group only, with no other pickups in between. If someone needs a jacket from the back seat or wants to leave early, send one WhatsApp message and the driver comes around to the agreed spot, as far as downtown event traffic allows.

How Does Pickup Work After the Final Buzzer?

You agree on a pickup spot with your driver before you go inside. The whole crowd leaves at once and the streets around the arena slow to a crawl. The chauffeur sends you the exact location on WhatsApp, a short walk from the heaviest traffic. You walk over, get in and head north while other fans are still looking for their cars.

Where Can You Eat in Hollywood Beach Before Tip-Off? 🥂

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is the natural place to meet up and eat before heading south.

The oceanfront promenade has casual cafes and beach bars where a group can have an early dinner. For something more polished, the restaurants at The Diplomat Beach Resort are an easy meeting point, especially for fans staying there. Taverna Opa, on the Intracoastal side of the beach, serves Greek plates in a lively room that gets any group ready for a loud night. If your group prefers a neighborhood feel, Downtown Hollywood has a strip of bistros and bars along Hollywood Boulevard, around Young Circle and ArtsPark, on the way to the interstate. Your chauffeur is booked for the evening, so the car stays close while you eat and leaves when you’re done. Nobody has to rush dessert to find parking before the game. Anyone running late can meet you at the restaurant instead of trying to find you downtown.

Is Bayside Marketplace a Good Pre-Game Stop Next to the Arena?

Bayside Marketplace is right beside the arena, which makes it the easiest downtown place to eat or meet before the game. Its waterfront restaurants and open-air walkways fill with jerseys on game nights. Groups who want dinner downtown can ride straight there from Hollywood Beach, eat by the bay and walk over for tip-off.

Can the Group Stop in Brickell for a Late Bite After the Game?

Yes. Brickell stays lively late and is a short drive south of the arena, so it works well for a post-game dinner or one last round. Your chauffeur drives the group over, waits while you eat, and then takes everyone back north to Hollywood Beach. Mention it when you book so your reserved hours cover the whole plan.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Game Yourself? 🕴️

With a reserved chauffeur, the long weeknight drive and the downtown parking search become a relaxed night out.

If you drive yourself from Hollywood Beach, you face rush-hour traffic on the interstate, a garage fee and a long walk. One friend also can’t celebrate a large fourth quarter because they have to drive home. Our premium service takes care of all of that. Your group reserves one private vehicle, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, ready to talk with every guest in the car. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There is no surge on a busy game night and no change for traffic or weather. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp instead of calling a dispatcher, so changing plans takes seconds. The vehicle arrives clean and ready, and the chauffeur treats the evening as your night, not one job among many. That makes for a better experience from Hollywood Beach and back, with less planning and more basketball.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to Late Pickups? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Any trip outside those hours adds an after-hours charge based on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Daytime hours end at 6:00 PM, so a 7:00 PM tip-off puts the evening in the surcharge window for your vehicle. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV rate adds one fixed charge per trip, and the Sprinter tiers add a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. Your hourly rate, your vehicle and your chauffeur all stay the same, and the surcharge is the only thing that changes. When you book over WhatsApp, tell us when you expect to head home. We add the surcharge to your confirmation, so it’s part of the plan before anyone leaves the beach.

Which Key Facts Define the Hourly Game-Night Service? 🚙

  • Chauffeurs are available every day, for daytime pickups or late-evening returns.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish throughout the night.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Every booking is confirmed over WhatsApp before game day.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate From Hollywood Beach? 🍾

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.

That covers the tolls on the way south, the fuel for the drive down and back, and parking for the car during the evening. The chauffeur, the vehicle and every mile within your booked hours are covered by one hourly price. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Apart from the hours themselves, only two extras can apply. The after-hours surcharge covers trips outside daytime hours, as explained earlier on this page. If you’re bringing signs, jerseys or merch, just tell us in advance if anything large is coming along.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Hollywood Beach? 🚐

Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so even a large group of fans can ride together.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural choice for a couple or a few friends going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with space for a family or a mid-size group to ride side by side.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so an office outing or a birthday group can arrive together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in our most refined full-size luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Group size decides most choices, but comfort matters too. One Sprinter keeps everyone together on the ride south, so there’s no second car to coordinate. The Platinum class suits a date night or an evening with clients at the game, when you desire the arrival itself to feel special.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 📋

You choose a vehicle, reserve at least five hours, and the chauffeur stays with your group throughout.

First, match the vehicle to your group size. Then tell us roughly when you desire to leave and which stops matter to you, such as dinner on the Broadwalk, a drink downtown, the game and the ride home. Your driver can pick you up at any address in Hollywood Beach or anywhere in Miami. That includes a hotel lobby, a home, Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive on a cruise that day, you can go straight to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. Once you’re on the road, you set the stops and the pace. You can add a stop, drop one or stay longer if the schedule allows. The chauffeur stays with your group for every hour you booked, watches traffic between stops and adjusts the plan as soon as you change your mind. Because you book by the hour, the evening follows your group instead of a fixed timetable.

Can You Keep the Car Longer if the Game Goes to Overtime?

Yes. Overtime, a slow exit or a last-minute dinner simply extends your booking. Each hour past the five-hour block is added at your vehicle’s usual per-hour rate. You settle it with the driver or over WhatsApp after the night ends, not on the spot. There’s nothing to renegotiate, and the chauffeur stays until your group is ready to go.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood Beach for Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers? 🏙️

Offer yourself plenty of time. On a weeknight the drive commonly takes around an hour, and often longer.

Tip-off is at 7:00 PM, and the drive from Hollywood Beach to Downtown Miami overlaps the end of weekday rush hour on I-95. One slowdown near the Golden Glades interchange can back traffic up all the way downtown. If your group eats in Hollywood first, leaving in the late afternoon commonly works well. If you plan to have dinner at Bayside or elsewhere downtown, leave earlier. Leave time to get through arena security and find your section before the opening tip, because many fans enjoy the warmups and player introductions. Your chauffeur checks traffic before pickup and suggests a departure time when you confirm the plan, so you don’t have to guess. Arriving early is never wasted time, since the bayfront outside the arena is full of pregame energy long before the game starts.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Hollywood Beach to Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeur for the whole game night, starting from Hollywood Beach.

People search for this in different ways, such as a car service to the Heat game, a driver for the night or a private van for the whole group. Each one means the same thing: a reserved vehicle and chauffeur by the hour. From Hollywood Beach, that one booking covers the ride south, the time you spend inside the arena and the drive home. It’s all with one driver who already knows the plan. Visiting Sixers fans staying on the beach get a local driver who can suggest where to eat before the game. South Florida families get a night where no parent has to drive. If you reserve early, you’ll have the widest choice of vehicles for April 8. The short answers below cover pickup in Hollywood Beach, private versus shared travel, where the service goes and what happens with a last-minute booking.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood Beach?

The driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood Beach, which you agree on when you book. That could be a hotel lobby along the Broadwalk or on A1A, the front entrance of The Diplomat Beach Resort, a condo tower or a private home a few streets from the beach. The chauffeur messages you on WhatsApp when the car is waiting.

Is the Ride to the Heat Game Private or Shared With Other Fans?

Every ride is fully private, and the vehicle carries only your group from pickup to drop-off. We don’t sell individual seats or combine groups, so nobody else gets on at a second stop and the schedule is yours. Even the largest Sprinter is reserved for one booking, so your group can talk, celebrate or rest without strangers in the car.

Does the Hourly Service Run Beyond Miami and Hollywood Beach?

The hourly service is local. It covers the Miami area and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood Beach. That means Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. This on-call service stays around the city and doesn’t go to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

If your service is within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and a driver and vehicle are held just for you. With that little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the night itself.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
