Transfer from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM. Your bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in Hollywood and stays until everyone is home, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Rates are per vehicle, per hour, and every booking starts at five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate pays for the vehicle and its chauffeur, not for each seat. A full van of friends therefore splits one hourly figure instead of each person paying a fare. Choose the tier by headcount and by the kind of night you want. The Black SUV XL suits a couple or a small group of fans. The two Sprinter configurations keep bigger parties together. The Platinum SUV has a more polished cabin for clients or a milestone celebration. A game night from Hollywood fits easily into a block of hours: the drive south, an optional dinner, the game, and the ride home. Your booking follows the evening instead of a meter. Nobody in the group has to watch the clock or look for a ride after the final buzzer.

Which Facts Should You Know Before Booking by the Hour? 🕴️

  • Bookings start at five hours, the shortest block we reserve.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the whole block.
  • You choose every stop, and the order can change along the way.
  • Service is available 24/7, daytime or evening, every day of the week.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp, directly with our team.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur, and the evening runs on your schedule.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send us your start time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner in Hollywood, a drink downtown, the arena, and the ride home. The driver can pick you up at any address, in Hollywood or anywhere in Miami: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. Guests arriving on a cruise that day can go straight from the ship to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. The same driver stays with you for the whole block, so nobody has to find a parking garage or wait for a ride between stops. After the first five hours, each extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate. You never negotiate a new fare. If overtime, a late dinner, or one more round stretches the night, just keep the car as long as you need it.

Does a Late Heat Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and outside that window the surcharges below apply.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends on the vehicle type exactly as listed above. We confirm it when you book, so there are no surprises on your total. A group that leaves Hollywood in the late afternoon rides south in daytime hours. Everything else stays the same after dark: the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the stops you chose.

Which Payment Options and Terms Apply? 🥂

The full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you book reserves your game night.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting point, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it once the night wraps up.

Why Ride to the Heat Game With a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood? 🏙️

A reserved private car gives Hollywood fans a better experience from pickup to drop-off.

The vehicle is held for your group alone, so the cabin is yours all night for jackets, jerseys, and conversation. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, and it doesn’t surge when the arena empties and the whole crowd is looking for a ride at once. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish. That helps when a family group spans generations or a visiting friend is more comfortable in one language. The driver who meets you in Hollywood stays on call through the game and drives you home afterward. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, with no call center in between. On a night built around excitement, you obtain upscale service: you focus on the game, and we handle the transportation.

What Kind of Night Is Heat vs. Lakers on March 23, 2027? 🏟️

Heat vs. Lakers is a regular-season NBA game on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, at 8:00 PM.

The Heat host the Lakers at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. A Lakers visit is one of the most sought-after tickets on the home schedule, so expect a full, loud building. The crowd reflects Miami itself. You’ll see families and groups of friends from the city’s Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, Puerto Rican, and wider Caribbean communities, longtime regulars in red and black, and a big purple-and-gold section of West Coast transplants, visitors, and fans who follow the Lakers everywhere. Hotels in Downtown and Brickell fill with out-of-town guests, and the streets around the bay obtain busy well before tip-off. For a Hollywood group, that energy is the reason to go and the reason to let someone else drive. A weeknight game means commuter traffic on the way down and a wave of departing fans on the way out, and your chauffeur deals with both.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur commonly takes I-95 south into Downtown Miami, with US-1 as the backup route.

I-95 is the most direct route from Hollywood to Downtown, and your driver checks the traffic before committing to it. On a Tuesday evening the interstate is still busy with commuters. The chauffeur may switch to US-1, which is Federal Highway in Hollywood and becomes Biscayne Boulevard farther south, or combine the two depending on the day. Beating tip-off traffic comes down to two things you control and one thing the driver handles. You leave Hollywood with a real time buffer, and you know exactly where you’ll obtain out. The driver chooses the best way into Downtown as the arena crowd builds. The car is yours for the whole block, so there’s no garage to find, no parking ticket to keep, and no long walk from a distant lot. The questions below cover timing, the drop-off, and how the ride home works after the game.

How early should you leave Hollywood for Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers?

Plan to leave Hollywood in the late afternoon, not the early evening. An 8:00 PM tip-off on a weeknight overlaps with evening commuter traffic on I-95, and traffic around Downtown builds as doors open. Leaving early also gives you time for dinner downtown or a drink in Brickell, and you can walk in relaxed before warm-ups.

Where does the driver drop you off near Kaseya Center?

Your driver gets the group as close to the arena entrance as event-day access allows. Police and venue staff often manage the surrounding Downtown streets on game nights, so the exact curb can change. The chauffeur picks the easiest legal drop-off point and tells you where the car will be later before you get out.

Can the driver wait during the game?

Yes. The car is reserved for your group all night, so the driver stays nearby through the whole game. You don’t need to book another ride at halftime or search for one after the game. If someone needs to leave early, send a quick WhatsApp message and the car will come to the agreed pickup spot.

How does pickup work after the final buzzer?

Before you go in, you and the driver agree on a pickup point a short walk from the arena, away from the heaviest crowd. After the final buzzer, message the driver on WhatsApp and walk out with your group. The same vehicle will be there to take you back to Hollywood or wherever you’re heading next.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood? 🏝️

Your driver can pick you up at any address in Hollywood, which we agree on when you book.

Numerous Hollywood riders start from a beachfront resort lobby along A1A, such as The Diplomat Beach Resort. Others start from a condo tower near Hollywood Beach, a home west of the Intracoastal, or an office off Hollywood Boulevard. The chauffeur pulls up at the door you name, messages you on WhatsApp on arrival, and loads the group right there, so nobody walks to a parking lot. Visitors landing the same afternoon can be met at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport arrivals curb. Cruise passengers returning to Port Everglades can be picked up at the terminal and driven straight south to the game. Wherever you start, the car arrives ready for the evening, and the drive to the arena begins at your door.

Can friends staying at different Hollywood addresses ride together?

Yes. List each address when you book, and the driver picks everyone up in order before heading south. A couple at a Hollywood Beach hotel, a few friends near Young Circle, and one more guest in Downtown Hollywood can all ride in the same vehicle, because you set the stops. Allow time for those pickups when you plan your departure.

Where Can You Eat in Hollywood Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Hollywood Beach and Downtown Hollywood give groups plenty of choices for a pre-game meal.

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk runs along the sand with casual, open-air places where a group can eat facing the ocean before the drive south. Downtown Hollywood, around Hollywood Boulevard and Young Circle, has neighborhood restaurants and bars that suit a relaxed early dinner. For a bigger send-off, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood has several sit-down restaurants under one roof, and Taverna Opa on the Intracoastal is known for a lively, festive atmosphere. The car stays with you between stops, so dinner runs at your pace and nobody has to rush the check to find parking. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we make, so book any table directly with the restaurant.

Can you stop in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace before the game?

Yes. Many groups ride from Hollywood straight into Downtown Miami and eat close to the game instead. Brickell has streets full of restaurants just south of Downtown, and Bayside Marketplace sits on the bay right next to the arena, with waterfront dining and people-watching before tip-off. When you’re ready, your driver takes the group the rest of the way.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group, and How Many Fit in the Van? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: Seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the classic choice for couples, families, or a small group of fans.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides and talks together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 10 to 14 passengers, a good fit for a big birthday group or an office outing.
  • Platinum SUV: Seats up to 5 passengers in a more polished cabin for clients or a milestone night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your Hollywood group is too big for an SUV, the Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle, so nobody gets split up on the way to the game or on the way home. Every tier has room for what fans bring, like signs, jerseys, and a bag of new merch, and if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for every tier.

We pay the fuel for the drive down, any tolls between Hollywood and Downtown, and the parking while your driver waits near the arena. None of it goes on your bill. The vehicle arrives clean and ready for the group. A short comfort stop for the restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in along the way. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change your rate. The rate does not cover game tickets, food, or drinks. We provide the car and chauffeur, and the evening’s plans are yours.

What extra charges could come up on game night?

Only a few, and we list each one before the night starts. Any time you add to the booking is billed by the hour at your tier’s rate.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🌆

Our hourly chauffeur covers the local Miami area, north up toward Fort Lauderdale.

That includes Hollywood and its neighbors, plus Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It’s a local, on-call service: the driver knows these streets, stays close, and keeps the evening unhurried. We don’t run this hourly service to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. The service works because the car and chauffeur stay close to your plans. A Heat game from Hollywood fits naturally, since the pickup, the pre-game stops, the arena, and the ride home are all inside the area our drivers cover every day. A late stop in Wynwood or a nightcap back on Hollywood Beach is on the map too.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Hollywood to Kaseya Center? 🎤

Yes. Send your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp to confirm.

A private driver for Heat vs. Lakers is exactly what we offer: a vehicle reserved for your group, a chauffeur who stays with you, and a route you choose. To book, send us a WhatsApp message with how many people are going, roughly when you want to leave Hollywood, and any stops you want, such as dinner at the beach, an airport pickup, or drinks downtown. We’ll check availability for your tier, confirm the details, and send a secure payment link. A Lakers visit is one of the busiest nights on the home calendar, so booking as soon as you have tickets gives you the widest choice of vehicles. The questions below cover pets, short-notice bookings, and a few other details fans often ask about.

Can we bring our pet along for the ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Send the details when you book, so the driver knows what to expect before the Hollywood pickup.

What happens if we book the game within 24 hours?

If you book within 24 hours of the game, your slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are set aside as soon as we agree on the time. On that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, so the ride goes ahead as planned. You can still add more hours on the day.

Will another party ride in our vehicle?

No. Every booking is private, so only your group rides in the car or van from Hollywood to the game and back. When you search for a ride to the arena, you’ll often find group options. Ours is a private van or SUV with its own chauffeur, reserved for your whole block and never split with strangers.

Can we add a stop on the drive back to Hollywood?

Yes. Your plans can change after the game too. You can stop for a late bite in Downtown, drive through Wynwood, or have a nightcap near Hollywood Beach before heading home. The driver follows your plan, and if the night runs past your reserved hours, the extra time is added to the booking.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Game-Night Chauffeur From Hollywood? 🎊

Message us on WhatsApp today to reserve a vehicle for March 23, 2027.

Tell us how many people are in your group, where in Hollywood you want to start, and roughly how you’d like the evening to go. You might want an early dinner on the Broadwalk, drinks in Brickell, a straight run to the arena, or a late stop on the way home. We’ll match you with the right tier, confirm availability, and send the payment link, and the plan is set. The plan works the same way for a lifelong Heat fan, a Lakers fan, or friends visiting for their first NBA game. All you have to do is enjoy one of the biggest nights of the Heat’s home season. You obtain in the car in Hollywood, walk into the arena ready for tip-off, and ride home with the same chauffeur who brought you. To confirm your booking, email us, call, or send a WhatsApp message.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
