Transfer from Hollywood Beach to Guaco at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood Beach to Guaco at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Saturday, November 28, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up anywhere in Hollywood Beach, gets you to the 8:00 PM show early, and keeps the same car ready for the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood Beach to Guaco Cost? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, and every booking begins with a five-hour block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is per vehicle, not per person, so a Sprinter full of cousins, parents, and grandparents shares one hourly figure instead of paying seat by seat. For a Guaco night that begins in Hollywood Beach, the opening block easily covers a relaxed pickup, dinner, and the drive south to Miami Beach. Numerous concert groups extend from there so the ride home after the encore is part of the same booking. Select the tier by headcount first, then by how dressed-up the evening feels. The SUV options suit couples and small families going out for a birthday or an anniversary. The Sprinter tiers keep a larger party together in one cabin, singing along all the way back. Send your group size and preferred start time on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm your vehicle in writing.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home After Guaco? 🎆

Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Planning for it from the start keeps the total clear. The SUV surcharge is one flat addition per trip. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking instead of growing by the hour. Starting earlier does not remove it, because the return trip after the concert is the part that runs late. An earlier start does let you fit dinner and a sunset stroll on the Broadwalk into the daylight hours. The surcharge is spelled out when your booking is confirmed, so the figure you agree to is the figure you settle. Nothing else changes after dark: the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same simple plan for getting everyone back to Hollywood Beach.

Who Is Guaco, and Why Is November 28 a Big Night in Miami? 🎤

Guaco, a Venezuelan tropical band, plays Miami Beach on Saturday, November 28, 2026, at 8:00 PM.

The band formed in Maracaibo and has spent decades blending the Zulia region’s Christmas-season folk music with salsa, pop, jazz, and funk, driven by a punchy horn section and electric instruments. It is one of the best-known names in Venezuelan popular music, and its shows feel as much like a family party as a concert. The setting is the Jackie Gleason Theater, home of The Fillmore Miami Beach, a hall where the brass and percussion fill the whole room. South Florida has a large Venezuelan community spread across Doral, Weston, Kendall, and Brickell. A late-November date arrives just as the holiday season begins, so numerous families treat the night as an early celebration. Expect a dressed-up crowd, a lot of singing along, and numerous groups coming in together from Broward and Miami-Dade.

Why Do Whole Families Go to Guaco Together?

Guaco’s audience spans several generations, and that is one of the band’s best-known traits. Grandparents who danced to its early records back in Venezuela sit beside grown children and teenagers who know the newer songs. Bookings that bring several households together are common, and one private vehicle lets everyone arrive and leave as one group.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Hollywood Beach? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group south from Hollywood Beach and drops you near the theater entrance.

Hollywood Beach sits on the barrier island between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, so the whole trip to Miami Beach stays on familiar coastal roads. On concert night your driver checks live traffic before you leave, picks the smoother route south, and takes everyone straight to the drop-off area instead of circling for a garage space. The group steps out together, tickets ready, while the vehicle stays on standby nearby for the rest of the evening. Saturday nights in South Beach bring heavy traffic, with diners, hotel guests, and other theatergoers all heading for the same few blocks. A dedicated driver who knows the local streets makes the biggest difference on exactly that kind of night. When the last song ends, one WhatsApp message brings the same car back for the trip north, and nobody is left looking for a ride.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood Beach?

Chauffeurs usually choose between two routes. The coastal route follows State Road A1A south through Hallandale Beach, then Collins Avenue through Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, and Surfside into Miami Beach. The inland route takes Interstate 95 south and crosses the Julia Tuttle Causeway east. Your driver takes whichever one is moving better that evening.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood Beach for Guaco?

Leave Hollywood Beach in the late afternoon or early evening, well ahead of the 8:00 PM start. Saturday traffic into South Beach builds as the night goes on, and theater crowds arrive in waves. A generous buffer gives you time to find your seats, get a drink inside, and settle in before the first horns sound.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

Your driver brings you as close to the venue as access allows, at the drop-off point nearest the main entrance. Street access around the theater can change on a busy show night, so your chauffeur adjusts on the spot and lets the group out where the walk to the entrance is shortest. You agree on a pickup spot for after the show in advance.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting through the concert is simply part of the hours you reserved, billed the same as time on the road. Your chauffeur keeps the vehicle close while Guaco plays and stays reachable on WhatsApp. The car is ready to go as soon as the encore ends, so nobody leaves the theater wondering how to get back north.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood Beach? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Hollywood Beach, agreed when you book.

Hotel guests along the Broadwalk are met at the lobby or front drive, already dressed for the evening and out of the sea breeze. Families staying in the condo towers on North Ocean Drive, or in homes west of the Intracoastal toward Hollywood Boulevard, are picked up right at the door. Visitors arriving the same day can be met at the arrivals curb of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport or at a Port Everglades cruise terminal. From there they can stop at the hotel to change or go straight to dinner. Put the exact address, building name, or tower entrance in your WhatsApp booking message, and the driver confirms the spot ahead of time. Whether it’s a lobby, a curb, or an arrivals door, the meeting point is set before the day, so nobody is left wondering where to stand when the car pulls up.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Weston or Hallandale Beach First?

Yes. Extra pickups simply become stops on your itinerary. A cousin in Hallandale Beach is right on the coastal route south, and family in Weston or Pembroke Pines can be picked up before the group heads to Miami Beach. Each stop uses your reserved hours, so start the booking a little earlier if the pickup list is long.

Where Can You Eat in Hollywood Beach Before the Show? 🥂

Hollywood Beach has easy pre-show dinner options, from oceanfront patios to the Intracoastal.

The Broadwalk is the classic choice: an oceanfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and patios where the group can watch the light fade before heading south. Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is on the same stretch and has several sit-down restaurants that handle a larger table well. For a livelier send-off, Taverna Opa on the Intracoastal is known for Greek food and a festive atmosphere where people dance. Families who want something calmer often go inland to Downtown Hollywood, where Hollywood Boulevard and Young Circle have a compact cluster of restaurants and bars. Some groups would rather eat near the concert, and Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, steps from the theater district, is full of terraces for that. Reserve your own table, tell your chauffeur the time, and build the meal into the schedule so the drive south still leaves room before the 8:00 PM start.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, and it is a natural way to use the hours. Your chauffeur takes the group to dinner in Hollywood Beach or on Lincoln Road, keeps the vehicle close while you eat, and then continues to the concert. Dinner, the show, and the ride home all fit in one reservation, so there’s no second car to arrange.

What Is Miami Beach Like Around the Theater on Show Night? 🌆

The blocks around the theater are some of Miami Beach’s liveliest on a Saturday night.

The venue sits next to the Miami Beach Convention Center, a short walk from Lincoln Road and a few blocks from the oceanfront hotels along Collins Avenue. On a weekend evening the pedestrian mall fills with diners and shoppers, Washington Avenue carries a steady stream of cars, and nearby garages can fill as showtime approaches. For a group coming from Hollywood Beach, that scene is the clearest case for a reserved chauffeur. Nobody circles for a space, nobody walks blocks in dress shoes from a distant lot, and nobody has to be the designated driver who skips the toast. Just east, Collins Park adds a quieter, leafy corner between the theater district and the beach. The neighborhood stays lively long after the theater empties, which matters if your group isn’t ready to call it a night.

Can the Chauffeur Take Us Somewhere After the Concert Ends?

Yes, as long as hours remain on the booking or you choose to add more. Popular ideas include a late bite in South Beach, a nightcap on a Lincoln Road terrace, or a quick look at the ocean before the drive north. You set the stops, and the chauffeur takes everyone back to Hollywood Beach when the night is done.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to an extended family.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the go-to choice for a couple, a small family, or close friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together and talks the whole way.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, the choice for an extended family or a birthday crew arriving as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers, the dressed-up tier for an anniversary or a VIP evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier is private, so the vehicle carries only your party, and the hourly structure is the same whichever one you select. Groups with several generations often select a Sprinter so the whole family rides in one conversation instead of splitting across cars. If you’re bringing flags, signs, or flowers for the band, there is usually room. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

How Is Payment Handled? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: five hours minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled once the day is over.

Which Core Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking runs on a 5-hour minimum, reserved as one continuous block.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • Chauffeurs are bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, every day, by reservation.
  • Your itinerary is never locked, so you can add, drop, or reorder stops anytime.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Latin Concert Night? 🍾

A reserved car and chauffeur turn concert night into one private, unhurried evening.

The vehicle is held for your group alone, so the ride becomes part of the celebration: singing the band’s classics on the way down, trading stories about old shows back home, and no stranger squeezed into the back row. Your bilingual chauffeur greets grandparents and teenagers alike in whichever language each one prefers. The rate is a flat hourly figure locked in when you book, with no surge on a busy Saturday and no change for traffic or weather. One driver covers the whole block and waits through the concert, so the person who drove you south is the person who takes you home. You can reach that driver and our team directly on WhatsApp before the night and during it. It adds up to a premium service built around your group’s plans, and a better experience than juggling garages, separate cars, and a designated driver who misses the encore.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours and plan the evening your way.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount, then reserve at least five hours, the minimum block for every booking. The chauffeur is yours for that whole stretch. The car stays with you from dinner to the concert to any late stop, and you decide the order and the pace. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking. If the band plays a long encore or the group wants one more stop, keep the car longer. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and those hours are settled after the day. Everything is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥃

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate on every booking.

The drive south, event-night parking near the theater, and fuel for the trip back to Hollywood Beach never show up as separate line items. Each vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets at the door. One brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy to fit in during the booking. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. A few charges can fall outside the base hourly figure: the night surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM and any hours you add beyond your reserved block.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Hollywood Beach to Guaco? 🎊

Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeur from Hollywood Beach for Guaco on November 28.

Booking happens entirely on WhatsApp. Send the number of people in your party, the address where the night begins, a rough start time, and any dinner or after-show stops you have in mind. We reply with the right vehicle tier, confirm availability for the date, and lock in the plan once your payment arrives. Booking well ahead of a Saturday concert gives you the widest choice of vehicles, especially if your group needs one of the larger tiers. Nothing about the ride is shared. The car arrives for your group alone, follows the stops you set, and keeps the same driver at the wheel from the first pickup to the final drop-off. For a show that brings whole families together, one private plan lets everyone relax and enjoy the music.

Is There a Private Shuttle to Guaco for a Big Family Group?

Yes. For a big group, we provide a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your party. Larger groups ride together from Hollywood Beach in the bigger Sprinter tier, with the same driver for the whole booking. It is never a shared or scheduled service. The private van runs on your timetable and makes only the stops you choose.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Miami and Hollywood Beach?

Our hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood Beach. We don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Less Than 24 Hours Ahead?

When you book within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the night goes ahead as agreed. On the plus side, you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
