Transfer from Brickell to Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game at Kaseya Center

A private hourly chauffeur from Brickell to the Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game on October 6, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects everyone at any address in Brickell, rolls north to Downtown before the 6:30 PM start, and keeps the same car on hand — no parking garage, no surge.

How Much Does a Brickell-to-Arena Chauffeur Cost by the Hour? 📋

Every vehicle carries one flat hourly rate, set by group size and tier, as listed below.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each booking runs on a 5-hour minimum, which fits the rhythm of a preseason game night: pickup in Brickell, a relaxed dinner or drink, the drive into Downtown, the full scrimmage, and the ride home. The rate is per vehicle, not per passenger, so a group of friends sharing a Sprinter spreads one rate across more seats. Pick the tier that seats your party comfortably rather than squeezing in; the vehicle and the hours stay yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Trips outside daytime hours are the one variable, and that surcharge has its own section below.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Leaving Brickell for the Game? 🚙

Couples, families, and small groups heading to the arena ride in one of two premium SUVs.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for a family or a few friends in Heat pink.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a flagship full-size luxury SUV class for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Both reach clean and ready at your Brickell curb, and both keep the whole party in one cabin so nobody splits off into a second car. Fans bringing signs, a banner for the survivor tributes, or bags of merch will locate room on board; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Select by comfort rather than the bare headcount: a group of five with plenty of fan gear may favor the extra space of the Platinum tier, while a couple or small family rides easily in the Black SUV XL. Bigger parties move up to the Sprinter, covered just below.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Brickell?

Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two configurations: one seats 6 to 9 passengers, the other 10 to 14 passengers. Both carry the whole group together, so a birthday crew, a team of coworkers, or several families leave Brickell at once and walk into the arena side by side instead of regrouping after separate rides.

Which Payment Options Reserve Your Game-Night Chauffeur? 🕴️

Payment is one simple step, handled over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: the booking starts at five hours, and you can keep the car longer any time — every hour after that five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Since any added hours are handled after you’re dropped off, nobody has to stop outside the arena to sort out money; you walk to the car, ride home, and square up with the driver or over WhatsApp once everyone is back in Brickell.

Can You Change a Booking Made Within 24 Hours of the Game?

A booking for service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice the date and time stay as agreed, since a change or refund can’t be guaranteed. The flexible part never closes: you can keep adding hours on the night itself.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Game Night? 🚐

Fuel, tolls, and parking sit inside the hourly rate, along with the chauffeur’s time.

The clock covers the whole block, whether the car is rolling or parked, so waiting time never shows up as a separate line. Downtown parking on a busy arena night becomes the vehicle’s cost, already folded into the rate, and toll roads on the way home are handled the same way. Only two things can move the final total. Hours you decide to add beyond your block are billed at your vehicle’s rate, and any time outside daytime hours brings in the night surcharge explained a little further down. There is no fuel line, no toll receipt passed along, and no fee for the stops you add.

Why Do Brickell Heat Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur? 🥂

A private vehicle reserved only for your group makes game night a calmer, premium service.

Nobody else rides with you, nobody else sets the schedule, and the car never leaves to take another fare between drop-off and pickup. Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, which keeps things easy for mixed-language families and visiting relatives staying in Brickell for the week. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge when the whole arena empties onto Biscayne Boulevard at once and no change for rain, traffic, or a packed Downtown evening. You also obtain a direct WhatsApp line, so a message like “we’re walking out now” reaches the person driving your car rather than a call center. That combination — one private vehicle, one bilingual chauffeur, one fixed rate, one direct line — turns a short Downtown journey into a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Does a Late Pickup After the Game Add a Surcharge? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Outside that window, a night charge applies by vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV charge is a single add-on per journey, and the Sprinter charge is a share of the journey value, exactly as listed above.

At a Glance, What Comes With Every Brickell Booking? 🏙️

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all block.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and the plan is never locked.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking leaves the flat hourly rate unchanged.
  • Service runs every day, daytime or evening, around the clock.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and wish-list stops.

What Is the Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game on October 6? 🏟️

The Red, White & Pink Game is the Miami Heat’s yearly public scrimmage closing out training camp.

It lands on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, with a 6:30 PM start at Kaseya Center, and it gives local fans their first real look at the new season’s roster as the full squad splits into two teams and plays a complete game against itself. Pink joins the franchise’s usual red and white because the night doubles as a breast cancer awareness and fundraising event, with tributes to cancer survivors woven through the evening. The result feels part preseason basketball, part community celebration: jerseys in every shade of the team palette, pink accessories everywhere, and a crowd that cheers survivors as loudly as dunks. For a group leaving Brickell, that mix makes it an easy night to share, relaxed enough for kids and meaningful enough for anyone the cause has touched.

Who Goes to the Red, White & Pink Game?

Families, longtime Heat fans, and survivors with their supporters fill the building for this one. Many groups coordinate outfits in pink, red, and white, and friend circles and coworkers turn it into a shared outing. Because it is a relaxed preseason night rather than a playoff pressure cooker, it welcomes first-timers and younger fans comfortably.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Brickell on Game Night? 🚐

Your chauffeur drives north out of Brickell into Downtown, typically a short run on game night.

Short does not mean predictable, though. On an arena evening, commuters leaving the Brickell office towers, cars circling for garages, and fans converging on Biscayne Boulevard all share the same few blocks, so allow a generous buffer rather than timing it to the minute. That is where a chauffeur earns the booking: your group loads up once in Brickell, the driver reads live traffic and picks the smoother approach, and nobody spends the pregame hunting for a parking space or arguing over who drives. The same car and driver then handle everything that follows, from any stop you add on the way to the ride back across the Miami River at the end of the night. Visitors staying in Brickell also obtain to watch the bayfront skyline light up from the back seat instead of a GPS screen.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Brickell to Downtown?

Most evenings the chauffeur takes Brickell Avenue north over the Miami River bridge, then follows Biscayne Boulevard along Bayfront Park up to the arena. When surface streets back up, South Miami Avenue or a quick run on I-95 to I-395 can move faster. Your driver chooses in the moment based on live traffic conditions.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for the Game?

Plan to reach the drop-off point comfortably before the 6:30 PM start, and allow extra time for arena traffic and entry lines. Many Brickell groups solve the timing by starting the booking with an early dinner nearby, so the drive into Downtown becomes part of the evening rather than a rush out the door.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as event-night access allows.

Traffic control along Biscayne Boulevard can reroute cars on game nights, so the exact drop-off point shifts with conditions; your driver knows the approaches around Kaseya Center and picks the nearest workable curb. Timing helps you beat the pre-game traffic too: leaving Brickell with a buffer means you roll in ahead of the heaviest wave of arriving cars, step out together, and head inside while others are still queuing for garages. Before you walk away, you and the chauffeur agree on a meeting spot for after the game and swap a quick WhatsApp check. From there the car stays close by for the whole evening. When the final buzzer sounds, one message brings the vehicle to the agreed spot, and your group is heading home while the garages are still emptying out.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays with the car throughout the scrimmage, on the clock as part of your booked hours, with parking already included. You don’t need to arrange a return ride or hope a car turns up after the game; the same driver who dropped you off is simply waiting nearby, reachable on WhatsApp the whole time.

Where Do You Meet Your Chauffeur After the Final Buzzer?

You meet at the spot you agreed on before heading inside, usually a curb a short walk from the drop-off point that stays reachable as the crowd leaves. Send a WhatsApp message as you head out of your seats, and the car pulls up as you arrive. If traffic gets rerouted, your driver messages the updated spot.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Brickell Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Brickell itself makes an easy pregame dining room before the ride to Downtown.

Mary Brickell Village gathers casual spots and patios where a group in pink jerseys fits right in, while Brickell City Centre offers more polished dining and bars under one roof. Plenty of groups start the booking there: the chauffeur collects everyone, drops them at dinner, waits, and then heads north once the check is paid. If your crew wants a Cuban meal before the game, Little Havana and Calle Ocho make an easy detour west, and the driver simply loops back toward Downtown afterward. Hotel guests along Brickell Avenue can keep it even simpler with a drink at the lobby bar while the car waits out front. These are suggestions, not reservations; book your own table, and the hourly plan bends around it. Because the clock runs from the first pickup, a relaxed dinner fits naturally inside your block rather than eating into game time.

What Is There to Do Near the Arena Before the Game?

Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena on the bay, with shops, waterfront dining, and live music that give fans somewhere to linger before heading in. Bayfront Park next door adds palm-lined walkways and skyline views. Ask the chauffeur for an earlier drop-off if your group wants time to wander first.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for the Game? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur by the hour, and the evening runs on your plan.

Start on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, then select the tier that seats everyone comfortably. The booking covers a five-hour block, and the driver picks up at any Miami address, with the spot agreed at booking: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. From that first pickup the same chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, driving when you desire to move and waiting when you don’t. You set the order of stops, add or drop one on the spot, and linger wherever the night is going well. Once the date is confirmed and your payment is in, nothing else needs arranging; you walk out to a car that is already yours for the night.

Can You Keep the Car Longer After the Game Ends?

Yes, and there is no new fare to discuss. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, one hour at a time, for as long as the night runs. Those added hours are settled after the day, with your driver or over WhatsApp.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Chauffeur Serve? 🏝️

This hourly service stays local, covering Brickell and the neighborhoods around it across Miami.

Your chauffeur works the city you are actually spending the evening in: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That footprint is what lets a driver stay on call and unhurried, looping between a Brickell dinner, the arena, and a late stop in South Beach without racing the clock. Far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach sit outside this hourly service, because the whole point is a car that stays close by and ready when you walk out. For a game night starting in Brickell, that local focus is exactly the right fit: every likely stop, from Key Biscayne sunsets to Coral Gables dinners, is well within reach, and the car is never far from your group.

Is There Private Transportation From Brickell to the Red, White & Pink Game? 🎊

Yes — this is a private chauffeured ride from Brickell, reserved for your group alone.

Private means the vehicle, the driver, and the schedule belong to you for the whole booking. There are no other passengers to collect, no fixed departure times, and no shared seats; the car leaves Brickell when your group is ready and leaves the arena when you are. Anyone searching for a van to the game gets exactly that in our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, sized to the group, rather than a shared seat among strangers. The difference matters most at the end of the night: a private car is not tied to a timetable, so if half the group wants a photo on the bayfront or a quick stop for dessert, the plan adjusts without anyone watching a departure clock. The questions below come from riders planning this same Brickell game night.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell?

Your driver picks you up wherever your group gathers in Brickell, with the spot agreed in advance over WhatsApp. That can be a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, the front drive of a residential tower, an office entrance for a straight-from-work start, or a restaurant on Brickell Key. The chauffeur arrives at the agreed time and messages once the car is at the curb.

Can I Bring My Pet on the Ride From Brickell?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can We Add a Post-Game Stop in Wynwood or Coconut Grove?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can head from the arena to Wynwood’s murals and bars or Coconut Grove’s waterfront dining, wait while you’re there, then bring everyone home to Brickell. The added time simply counts toward your hours, and nothing needs rebooking in the middle of the evening.

Is a Chauffeur Easier Than Driving Yourself From Brickell?

For most groups, yes. Driving yourself means finding and paying for a Downtown garage, sitting in the exit line after the game, and choosing someone to stay sober behind the wheel. With a chauffeur, everyone rides together both ways, nobody has to be the designated driver, and there is no car to retrieve when the evening ends.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
