Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on Sunday, December 27, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 6:00 PM. Your driver picks everyone up at a Brickell hotel lobby, a Coral Gables home, or a Little Havana dinner table and stays with your group until the ride home.
Each vehicle has its own flat hourly rate, and every game-night booking has a five-hour minimum.
Choose the vehicle that fits your headcount. The rate stays exactly as listed whether you leave from Brickell or Doral. For a 6:00 PM tip-off, a Miami group often starts its hours in the afternoon, fits in an early dinner, and uses the rest of the block for the game and the drive home. A couple celebrating a holiday gift of tickets usually fits the Black SUV XL. A family reunion with cousins in town for the week usually needs a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want the most polished cabin we offer. The car belongs to your group for the whole block, so each leg isn’t charged separately. Dinner, the arena, and the ride home all fall under the same hours.
Trips during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, have no surcharge.
Whether it applies depends on when your hours run, not on the game itself. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. In that case the surcharge on this list applies. We never add it without telling you. When you plan the evening on WhatsApp, we check your start time against the daytime window so you know in advance whether it applies.
You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled after the game.
Your hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking, so the evening’s road costs are already paid.
That matters downtown, where event-night garage parking and causeway tolls can add up for anyone who drives themselves. With the car reserved, the only prices you need are the ones in the list above. A short comfort stop during the booking is easy to arrange, whether for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. There is room for what fans bring on game night, like signs, jerseys, and holiday shopping bags. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. One thing can add to your total: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, with that fee confirmed at booking. Everything else is part of the hourly rate you confirm on WhatsApp, so you know the cost before the car arrives.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the car stays with you until the night ends.
Start with a WhatsApp message that lists your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like, such as dinner in Brickell, the game, and a drink afterward. We match your headcount to the right vehicle, confirm the pickup, and assign your chauffeur. On game day the driver arrives at the agreed time and your hours begin. From then on, you decide the order of the evening. You can switch dinner spots at the last minute or add a quick stop for a forgotten jersey. When your five-hour block is used up, you can just keep going. Every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate and nothing to pay on the spot. You settle those extra hours after the day is over, so a close game or a long dinner after the game never means leaving early.
Your driver picks up at any Miami address you choose: a hotel lobby, a private home, a PortMiami cruise terminal, or the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport. The exact spot is agreed when you book. If you arrive by cruise that day, you can go straight from the ship to dinner and then the game.
The easiest way is a private chauffeur who drives your group downtown from your Miami pickup, timed around the 6:00 PM tip-off.
This Heat–Hornets game falls on a Sunday in the week after Christmas, when Downtown Miami fills with fans, holiday shoppers, and visitors walking along the Biscayne Bay waterfront. Drive time depends on where your evening starts. From Brickell, Wynwood, or Little Havana, the ride downtown is typically short. From Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, or the neighborhoods around the airport, allow more time. From Miami Beach or Key Biscayne, allow more still, because every route goes over a causeway. On an event evening, add extra time on top of that, because the last stretch into downtown slows down as the crowd arrives. Your chauffeur checks live traffic on the way and changes the route as needed. Meanwhile your group can talk, snack, or rest while someone else sits in the traffic.
The driver chooses the route based on where you start and on live traffic. From Miami Beach, the MacArthur or Venetian Causeway leads straight into downtown. From Key Biscayne, the Rickenbacker Causeway connects to Brickell. Coral Gables, Doral, and airport-area pickups usually take the Dolphin Expressway toward I-395. From Little Havana and Brickell, the driver uses local streets such as SW 8th Street and Biscayne Boulevard.
Yes. You can book a private Black SUV XL, Platinum SUV, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with your own chauffeur for the evening. Only your group rides in it, the plan follows your schedule instead of a fixed timetable, and the same driver handles the ride downtown and the ride back. Send your headcount and start time on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as game-night access allows, then agrees on a pickup point with you before you walk in.
The arena faces Biscayne Boulevard on the bayfront. On a Heat night, the streets around it often have traffic control, road closures, and heavy foot traffic. Your driver knows the drop-off options on that side of downtown and picks the one that gets everyone to the entrance fastest. That way, grandparents and kids step out onto the sidewalk instead of walking in from a distant lot. Beating tip-off traffic is mostly about timing. If you arrive with time to spare, you can get through security, find your seats, and watch warmups without rushing. Before you leave home, check the current bag and entry rules on the official Kaseya Center site so nothing has to go back to the car. Once you’re inside, the chauffeur parks nearby and stays reachable on WhatsApp.
Yes. Waiting is the point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the whole game. If someone needs a jacket or a phone charger, or wants a quick trip back to the hotel with a sleepy child, one WhatsApp message brings the car around. The waiting time is just part of your block.
You meet at the pickup point agreed before tip-off. Send a WhatsApp message as you walk out so the driver knows you’re coming. The whole arena empties at once, so the nearest curb is often the most crowded. Walking a short way from the crowd often gets the group home sooner, and your chauffeur will suggest a good spot.
Little Havana, Brickell, and Wynwood are sought-after pre-game stops from Miami, and the same car waits for you at each one.
For a Heat night with visiting family, Versailles on SW 8th Street in Little Havana is the Miami classic. It serves Cuban dishes in a lively dining room and has a walk-up coffee window that draws plenty of locals. Brickell suits a younger group, with steakhouses, sushi spots, and rooftop bars along Brickell Avenue and around Mary Brickell Village. Groups with a free afternoon can walk the Wynwood Walls murals first, grab a bite nearby, and still reach downtown with time to spare. Your chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat, and has the car ready when you’ve paid, so a day with several stops never turns into a hunt for parking. Restaurant tables fill up fast during the holidays, so book your restaurant directly. Then send us the reservation time and we’ll plan your hours around it.
Yes. Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena on Biscayne Bay, which makes it an easy place for a group coming from different Miami neighborhoods to meet up. The open-air waterfront has casual restaurants, shops, and bay views, so the chauffeur can drop everyone there early and the walk to the game is short.
The game falls in the week after Christmas, when Miami is full of visiting relatives and tourists heading downtown at the same time.
Heat games draw a crowd as varied as the city: longtime Cuban-American fans, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, Caribbean fans, young professionals from Brickell, and visitors from Latin America and Europe catching a game on vacation. A holiday-week game adds cousins from out of town and kids who are off school. That mix makes getting there harder. When a large family splits across several cars, someone usually arrives late and someone ends up waiting on a curb afterward. One reserved vehicle keeps everyone together from the first pickup. A bilingual chauffeur can talk with grandparents in Spanish and explain the route in English to visiting friends. Everyone rides in, watches the game, and rides home as one group.
Yes. Families make up a big part of a holiday-week crowd, and the car is ready for them.
This hourly service stays local. It covers Miami and its neighborhoods, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Think of it as an on-call car that knows the city. We handle pickups and stops across Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, and we also serve nearby communities north toward Fort Lauderdale. That works well for a game-night plan, because dinner, the arena, and your hotel or home are all inside that area, and the driver can move between them without watching the clock. The hourly service is designed to stay close to the city and unhurried, so it doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Staying local is what lets the chauffeur remain with you all evening, ready for a late dessert in Coconut Grove or a quick stop back at the hotel before the game.
Choose by headcount: the Black SUV for small groups, a Sprinter for bigger parties, or the Platinum SUV for extra comfort.
Those models are examples of the Platinum SUV class. Every tier comes with its own chauffeur, and every vehicle is private to your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off. If your headcount changes as relatives confirm over the holidays, message us and we’ll move you to a larger vehicle if one is available.
A private chauffeur makes game night one smooth, premium service from the first pickup to the ride home.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and the same chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, so you never have to explain the plan again to a new driver. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge for holiday-week demand, rain, or the rush after the game. The rate you confirm is the rate you pay. Your bilingual driver makes the evening easy for a mixed group of locals and visitors and stays through the game, so leaving is as easy as arriving. With direct WhatsApp contact, one chat covers the pickup time, a change of dinner plans, or a stop at the hotel. The result is a better experience: a clean premium vehicle, a courteous chauffeur, and a night where your group only has to think about the fourth quarter.
Plan to reach downtown well before the 6:00 PM tip-off, and allow extra time because this is a holiday-week game.
The right departure time depends on where the evening starts and what you plan before the game. A group leaving a Brickell apartment needs much less lead time than one leaving Key Biscayne or Doral. A family eating dinner first should build the meal into the block instead of rushing it. It helps to work backward. Decide when you want to walk into the arena, add time to settle in, then add the drive plus extra time for holiday traffic. Send your pickup spot and dinner plans on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest a start time. Starting a little earlier also helps at the end of the night, because arriving on time leaves enough of your hours for a relaxed ride home.
Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes. The larger one is for the biggest groups, so a whole extended family or office group can ride together in one private van. Smaller groups that are too big for an SUV fit in the mid-size Sprinter. Send us your final headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll assign the right van.
Yes. It’s your own private van or SUV with a chauffeur, reserved by the hour. There are no fixed departure times and no seats sold to strangers. The vehicle runs on your group’s schedule, from the pickup you choose until you head home after the game.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes, if a vehicle is available. Once you confirm a booking for a service in the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside. With so little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Send one WhatsApp message and we’ll check availability for December 27 and reserve your vehicle and chauffeur.
Feature your group size, the Miami address or hotel where the evening starts, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like, such as dinner in Little Havana or drinks in Brickell. We’ll confirm the right vehicle, explain the payment, and send your pickup details before game day. Holiday week is one of the busiest times of year in Miami, so the earlier you confirm your booking, the more vehicles you’ll usually have to choose from. Once it’s booked, we handle the route downtown, the drop-off, the wait, and the ride home after the final buzzer. All you need to bring is your tickets, your group, and your Heat red.
