Transfer from Hollywood to Miami City Ballet at Adrienne Arsht Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Hollywood to Miami City Ballet at Adrienne Arsht Center on Friday, October 16, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood and gets you downtown well before the 7:30 PM curtain. The driver waits through the performance and then drives your group home.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Hollywood Cost? 🚙

Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking starts with a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay the listed rate for the vehicle that fits your party. A ballet evening from Hollywood often fits comfortably inside the minimum. It can feature a relaxed late-afternoon pickup, a simple drive south, dinner or a drink downtown, the full performance and the ride home, all with the same car and chauffeur. Couples and small families tend to select the Black SUV XL. A larger group of friends or patrons heading to the Friday opener often shares one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, so everyone arrives together and leaves together. The Platinum SUV suits guests who want a more polished arrival at a dressy season-opening night. Select by group size and comfort, then tell us your pickup time in Hollywood and we will hold the vehicle for your date.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ballet From Hollywood? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple to a group of fourteen.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and suits couples, families and small groups dressed for a night out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size party rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, a good fit when a whole group of friends or patrons travels together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers for a more polished, executive-style arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone and never shared with other riders. Smaller parties commonly favor an SUV, and bigger groups share one Sprinter so nobody has to split up. There is room for coats, wraps and a bouquet for a favorite dancer. If you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance.

What Makes Miami City Ballet’s October 16, 2026 Opener Special? 🎭

Miami City Ballet opens its season on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 7:30 PM.

The program is “American Rhythms,” part of the company’s Fall Mixed Repertory. It is also the first season under new Artistic Director Gonzalo Garcia, which gives this opening night extra buzz across Miami’s arts community. The evening opens with George Balanchine’s “Allegro Brillante” and continues with a world premiere by former principal dancer Patricia Delgado. It closes with the company’s first staging of Jerome Robbins’ jazz-influenced “N.Y. Export: Opus Jazz.” Performances take place in the Ziff Ballet Opera House, the main hall of the Adrienne Arsht Center, where Miami City Ballet is a resident company. On an opening night, downtown fills with dressed-up crowds, hectic curbside traffic along Biscayne Boulevard and plenty of drivers circling for parking. A private chauffeur takes all of that off your list, so the evening starts when you close the car door in Hollywood instead of when you finally find a space.

Who Usually Attends a Miami City Ballet Opening Night?

Opening nights draw Miami’s arts patrons, season subscribers and couples marking a special evening together. Many guests dress up for the occasion. You’ll also see dance students, visiting families and friends celebrating birthdays or anniversaries. With a chauffeur, nobody has to drive in formal shoes or skip a glass of champagne over dinner.

How Do You Get to Adrienne Arsht Center From Hollywood on Ballet Night? 🏙️

Your chauffeur drives south from Hollywood on I-95 or US-1 into downtown Miami.

The usual route is I-95, entered at Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street, then an exit toward downtown and Biscayne Boulevard into the performing-arts district. If the interstate backs up, your driver can switch to US-1. It becomes Biscayne Boulevard and runs south through Hallandale Beach, Aventura, North Miami and the Upper East Side before reaching the theater. On a Friday evening you share the road with commuters and the opening-night crowd, so the drive typically takes longer than it would on a quiet weekend morning. Your chauffeur checks traffic before leaving Hollywood and picks the smoother route that night. You never have to think about exits, lane changes or where to leave a car. Everyone in the group can relax, catch up or read about the program on the way.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood for a 7:30 PM Curtain?

If you’d like dinner downtown first, leave Hollywood in the late afternoon. If you’re heading straight to your seats, still allow plenty of extra time before the curtain. Friday traffic toward Miami can be unpredictable. Arriving early gives you time to collect tickets, find your seats and enjoy the lobby before the lights go down.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off for the Ballet?

Your driver brings you as close to the Ziff Ballet Opera House entrance as access allows, so the group steps out together and walks straight in. If the curb is crowded on a busy show night, the chauffeur uses the nearest workable drop-off point. The driver then confirms on WhatsApp exactly where you’ll meet after the performance.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show and Drive You Home?

Yes. Your chauffeur parks nearby for the whole performance and stays reachable on WhatsApp. When the final curtain falls, send a quick message and meet at the agreed pickup point. From there you ride back to Hollywood together, or add a stop for dessert or a nightcap on the way home.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood? 🌆

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Hollywood you select when booking.

That could be a hotel lobby on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, such as Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort or The Diplomat Beach Resort. It could also be a family home in Hollywood Lakes or Emerald Hills, or a condo off Hollywood Boulevard downtown. If you fly in on the day, your driver can meet you at the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Cruise passengers leaving a ship at Port Everglades can ride from the terminal straight into their evening plans. You name the spot and the driver arrives at the agreed time. The car then becomes your base for the night, where you can change shoes, stash a coat or leave shopping bags from an afternoon out while you watch the show. If your hotel’s front drive gets hectic, we’ll agree on the exact meeting spot over WhatsApp beforehand.

Can the Driver Collect Guests From Several Hollywood Addresses?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can collect friends from two or three homes or hotels in Hollywood before heading south. The driver can also stop in Hallandale Beach or Dania Beach on the way. Share the addresses and the pickup order when you confirm on WhatsApp, and the driver will have the whole group on board with time to spare.

Can We Combine Dinner in Hollywood and the Ballet in One Booking? 🥂

Yes. Dinner before the curtain and the performance fit effortlessly into one hourly booking.

Numerous Hollywood groups start with an early dinner close to home. Sought-after choices feature the restaurants and cafes around Young Circle and along Hollywood Boulevard in Downtown Hollywood, an ocean-view table on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, or the restaurants at The Village at Gulfstream Park, just over the line in Hallandale Beach. Others favor to eat downtown near the theater, in Edgewater, Midtown or the Miami Design District, and arrive at the performance without rushing. Either way, the driver drops you at the restaurant, waits while you eat and moves the group on when you’re ready. Nobody has to find a second parking space or split into separate cars. These are suggestions for your booked hours, not reservations we make. Book your own table and tell us the time when you confirm.

Where Can a Group Grab a Drink Near the Arsht Center After the Show?

After the final bow, your chauffeur can take the group to the cocktail bars of Brickell, the Design District or Wynwood for a nightcap before the ride home to Hollywood. Tell the driver where you’re heading, and the car waits outside while you toast the season opener. There’s no second ride to arrange at the end of the night.

How Does Payment Work for an Hourly Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: the booking has a 5-hour minimum. If you’d like the car longer, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the evening ends.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply to a Ballet Evening? 🎆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips outside that window add a night charge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The list above shows how it applies to each vehicle type. We confirm it when you book, so nothing comes as a surprise at the end of the evening. Only the part of the evening before 6:00 PM falls inside daytime hours. Nothing else about the booking changes after dark: you keep the same car, the same chauffeur and the same route home. If you want a late dessert or nightcap downtown, just add that stop to the plan.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate From Hollywood? 🍾

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in your hourly rate.

That covers every toll between Hollywood and downtown Miami and the parking while your driver stays neighboring during the show, so there’s no garage ticket to pay at the end of the night. The vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets on the way. You can add a short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a swift stretch at no change to the rate. Just ask the driver. Two charges can apply on top: the night surcharge described above, and any hours you add beyond your booked block, each billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for the Ballet? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, starting at five.

First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your pickup address, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. Pickup can be any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a ship on show day, Miami International Airport or a private home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. The same chauffeur then stays with your party for the whole block, and you decide the order of the evening: dinner first, a stop for a friend, the performance, then a nightcap. The plan stays flexible, so you can add or drop a stop during the night. If you want more time when the minimum block runs out, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so you can keep the car as long as you need.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Miami City Ballet? 🍸

A private chauffeur makes the Friday drive downtown part of the celebration.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. One bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English and Spanish, stays with you from the first pickup in Hollywood to the last drop-off at home. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t surge on an opening night and doesn’t change for traffic or weather. Nobody in your party has to drive the interstate in formal clothes, circle for a garage or skip a glass of wine at dinner. You can reach your driver directly on WhatsApp all evening, so a change of plan takes one swift message. A private car, a dedicated driver and a fixed price are what we mean by premium service. It makes for a calmer, better experience, so you can think about Balanchine and Robbins instead of logistics.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour minimum block of time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
  • Each hour past the first five is added at the same per-hour rate.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly price.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, with a surcharge outside daytime hours.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Miami City Ballet? 🎭

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from any Hollywood address to the ballet and back.

If you’re searching for a ride, a car service or a private shuttle from Hollywood to the season opener, this is it, and the vehicle is yours alone for the whole evening. There are no set departure times, no other passengers and no fixed meeting point. You select when to leave, where to stop and when to head home. For a bigger party, one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps everyone together from the first Hollywood pickup through the ride home. The questions below are the ones Hollywood guests ask most often before booking a ballet night with us, from the areas we serve to traveling with a pet and booking on short notice. Each answer describes how the service actually runs, so you can plan the whole evening from this page.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Besides Hollywood?

Our hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. We keep it close to home and don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride to the Ballet?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if We Book the Ballet Ride Within 24 Hours?

If you book within 24 hours of the service, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Can the Same Hourly Booking Cover Other Miami Theater Nights?

Yes. The same private car and driver by the hour works for any evening of theater, dance or film around Miami, from playhouses in Coral Gables to festival screenings and play readings downtown. The minimum block, rates and inclusions stay the same. Just share the venue and curtain time when you confirm your booking.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
