A private hourly chauffeur from Downtown Miami to Hans Zimmer Live at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 13, 2027, puts your group in a Black SUV XL with a bilingual driver on a 5-hour minimum at a flat rate from $100 per hour. That rate is locked at booking with no surge. Dinner can come first, and the same car waits through the 8:00 PM show to bring everyone home.
The hourly rate depends only on the vehicle your group needs, and every tier below includes your chauffeur for the whole booking.
Every reservation is a minimum booking of five hours, and that fits a concert night well. Pickup, dinner, the show and the ride home all fit inside one block. Rates apply per vehicle, not per passenger, so friends who ride together in one larger vehicle share a single hourly figure. That is often the smartest way for a birthday crew or a few couples to handle a big Saturday out. The chauffeur and the vehicle come as one reservation, and the order of the evening is up to you. No meter runs between stops and you never have to re-book halfway through the night. Once you know the tier, the only planning left is picking where to eat before the music starts.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of time, and the car stays yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
First choose the tier that seats your group comfortably. Then send us a rough start time and the stops on your list, such as a hotel pickup, a dinner reservation, the arena and maybe a nightcap. The first five hours are your base block. Inside that window you set the order and the pace: linger over dessert, swing past a friend’s building to collect them, or head to the show early. Your driver stays with the group the whole time, so there is nothing to re-book between stops and no standing at the curb wondering where your ride went. If the night runs long, every additional hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate. There is nothing to renegotiate, so you can keep the car for as long as the evening lasts.
Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Downtown Miami, whether that is a hotel lobby on Biscayne Boulevard, a condo tower along the Miami River or your own front door. The exact spot is agreed when you book. Pickups anywhere in Miami work too, including Miami International Airport and a PortMiami cruise terminal, where a cruise-day arrival can go straight into the concert night.
Send a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time and the stops on your wish list, for example a hotel pickup, dinner near Bayside and then the show. We confirm the vehicle, the pickup point and the plan in that same chat, so the evening is settled before you leave home.
Choose the tier by headcount first, then by how polished you want the arrival to feel.
Every tier is a private vehicle reserved for your group alone. Nobody else is picked up along the way. Mid-sized groups often choose one Sprinter over two SUVs so everyone arrives together and nobody gets separated after the encore. If your headcount changes after you book, message us and we’ll move you to the tier that fits.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with the vehicle and your chauffeur’s time for the whole block.
Event-night parking downtown is our job, not yours. Nobody in your group has to circle garages or pay for a lot before the show. There’s room in the car for merch you pick up at the arena, and if you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Only a few things can add to the total. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Third is any time you add beyond your booked hours, billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate. Nothing else is added to the bill. Because the price structure is simple, the whole group can see what the night costs before anyone gets in the car.
Hans Zimmer Live is a full arena production of film scores, and it comes to Downtown Miami on Saturday, March 13, 2027.
The Oscar- and Grammy-winning composer behind The Lion King, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar and Dune brings his “The Next Level” North American arena tour to the Kaseya Center stage. Expect a big-production evening. A live band with strings, percussion, guitars and soaring vocals plays reworked, extended versions of scores people know by heart, with heavy lighting and big screen visuals that feel closer to a rock show than a symphony hall. Many in the crowd are film lovers, couples on a date night and friend groups who treat the show as the highlight of their weekend. Plenty of them dress up and create dinner part of the plan. That’s why a chauffeur by the hour fits so well. The arena is on the bay side of Downtown Miami, so the hotel, dinner, the show and a drink afterward can all happen in one compact part of the city while someone else handles the car.
Yes. Dinner is just another stop in the same booking, and your driver waits outside while you eat. Groups often meet in Brickell, around Mary Brickell Village or Brickell City Centre, or choose a waterfront table on Brickell Key. Others start with a drink at Bayside Marketplace next to the arena, or visit Museum Park, home to the Pérez Art Museum Miami and Frost Science, before dinner.
Your booked hours cover whatever comes after the encore. That could be a nightcap at a Brickell rooftop bar, a late bite in Wynwood or a direct ride back to the hotel. You choose the next stop and the chauffeur takes you there. If the celebration keeps going, you keep the car, and the extra time is added exactly as described above.
Your chauffeur usually takes Biscayne Boulevard, the main road along the downtown waterfront, and adjusts the route to event-night traffic.
From the hotels and towers north of the river, the drive typically runs up Biscayne Boulevard or a parallel street such as NE 2nd Avenue. From Brickell, drivers usually cross the river on Brickell Avenue and continue onto Biscayne. If you’re coming off a ship at PortMiami, Port Boulevard leads straight back to the waterfront beside the arena. From the western side of the city, I-395 and I-95 feed into downtown. On an ordinary evening the drive is typically short, but concert nights are different. Traffic control can reroute lanes, crowds cross at every light and garages fill early. A local chauffeur who drives these streets every week knows when to take a side street and when to wait it out. You can savor the city lights while the driver handles the traffic.
Plan to leave well before showtime and allow more than the usual short drive, because traffic near the arena slows as the crowd builds. Most groups set pickup for dinner and go straight from the meal to the show. That way they arrive with time to find their seats and buy merch without rushing.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance as event-night access allows, usually at a drop-off point on the streets around the venue. Before you get out, you agree on a pickup spot for after the show, and the driver confirms it on WhatsApp so nobody has to hunt for the car in the crowd leaving the arena.
Yes. Because you’ve hired the car by the hour, your driver stays nearby through the whole performance instead of leaving. When the arena empties onto Biscayne Boulevard, your group walks to the agreed spot, gets into the same vehicle and heads to a late stop or home while others are still refreshing an app for a ride.
A private chauffeur turns concert night into one continuous premium service instead of a string of logistics.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin is yours for pre-show playlists and post-show debates about which score was best. Your bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, so you see the same face at dinner, at the arena and at the end of the night. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge on a sold-out Saturday. Nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody pays for a downtown garage and nobody walks blocks in dress shoes to find the car. Questions come straight to us on WhatsApp, a direct line to the people running your booking. That’s what we mean by better service: fewer moving parts, more attention on the music and a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside those hours carry the addition listed below.
For SUV bookings it is one addition per trip. For the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers it is calculated on the trip value. Either way, it doesn’t change your hourly rate, and it’s fully spelled out here, so it won’t surprise anyone at the end of the night. Avoiding it would mean finishing the whole block before the daytime cutoff, which rarely suits a concert night. Most groups include it in the budget from the start and stop thinking about it. Knowing it up front also makes it easy to split the evening’s total fairly between friends.
Payment is simple, and every step happens in the same WhatsApp chat where you plan the night.
Yes. A private SUV or private van with a chauffeur, booked by the hour, takes your group from any Downtown Miami address to the show and back. You never ride with strangers and there’s no fixed schedule. Your group sets the timing, and the vehicle leaves when you do.
People searching for a van or a car service to the arena usually want three things: a ride that fits their plan, room for the whole group and a sure way home after the encore. The hourly model covers all three. Friend groups who would otherwise juggle several separate rides travel together in one Sprinter. Couples get a quiet SUV and a driver who keeps the evening moving. You don’t need to arrange a second ride home, because your ride home is already parked neighboring.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Staying local is a big part of why the service works on a concert night. Your chauffeur knows these neighborhoods, the shortcuts between them and where to wait close to your group. It also means your evening can cover more than one district without the car ever leaving your side: a sunset drink on Miami Beach, dinner in Little Havana, the show downtown and a nightcap in Coconut Grove. We keep the hourly service around the city instead of running it out to far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, so your driver is always close, on call and unhurried. If your plans reach up toward Fort Lauderdale, mention it when you book and we’ll plan the route with you.
Yes. The same private car and chauffeur, the same hourly tiers and the same booking process apply to any concert or arena night around the city. Check the venue’s upcoming event calendar, pick your date and send us the plan on WhatsApp. The vehicle and driver work exactly as they do for this show.
If you book service for the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Reserve as soon as your tickets are confirmed, so the tier your group wants is set aside for the night.
Booking takes one WhatsApp conversation. Send your group size, the Downtown Miami pickup address, a rough start time and the stops on your wish list, for example dinner in Brickell, the show and perhaps a nightcap afterward. We confirm the vehicle and the pickup point, then walk you through the payment so the date is yours. After that, the plan stays flexible. You can add a stop, change the restaurant or decide during the evening to keep the car longer. By the week of the show, all that’s left is choosing what to wear and which score you most want to hear live. Message us today to check availability for Saturday night. The chauffeur, the car and your ride home from the arena will be ready.
