Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Airport to Hans Zimmer Live at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 13, 2027. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in the Miami Airport area and handles the show-night traffic downtown before the 8:00 PM start. The same driver stays with you until the last stop of the night.
Each vehicle has one flat hourly price, and every concert-night booking is for at least five hours.
The price depends on the vehicle, not on how many people ride in it. Two friends and five friends in the same Black SUV XL pay the same hourly figure. Groups too large for an SUV move up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and couples who want a more polished arrival can choose the Platinum SUV. The clock starts at your agreed pickup time near the airport. It runs through dinner, the concert, and the drive afterward, so the whole evening is one reservation. Because one private vehicle is split across the whole group, everyone can work out their share before leaving the hotel.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.
You never see a separate charge for the expressway tolls between the airport and downtown, or for parking on a busy show night. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when someone needs to pull up digital tickets or update friends meeting you downtown. If anyone needs a quick stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch, just ask the driver. It does not change the flat rate. Only two things can be added to the hourly rate: extra hours past your reservation and the after-dark surcharge explained below. Everything else runs under the price you already know, so you can budget the whole night before you leave the hotel.
Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those hours carry a small after-dark charge that depends on the vehicle class:
Most groups should plan on this charge for show night. For an SUV, it is one fixed amount per trip, not a figure that grows every hour. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value. Both terms are listed above, so you can build the surcharge into the evening’s budget and split it with everything else. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, and then you plan the evening yourself.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then pick a start time that leaves room for dinner and the drive downtown. The first five hours are your base reservation, and the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address you agree on when you book: an airport-area hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means you can step off a cruise and go straight on to the concert. After that, you choose the stops. If the night runs long, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day is over.
Send your group size, a rough pickup time, and the stops you have in mind, such as a hotel near the airport, a dinner spot, and the concert. We match a vehicle to your group size and confirm the plan. Your date is locked in once your payment arrives, and all of it happens in the same WhatsApp conversation.
You pay the full fare to reserve.
If you book a service for the next 24 hours, your slot is held just for you once the day and time are agreed, and a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same flat rate.
The Black SUV XL suits most couples and small friend groups going to the show.
Choose by group size first, then by the kind of night you want. A couple celebrating an anniversary may favor the Platinum SUV. A group of film fans who want to talk about the Interstellar music on the way home will like a Sprinter, where everyone sits in one cabin. Every vehicle is private and booked by the hour, so your choice changes comfort and space, not how the evening works. If your group falls between two sizes, tell us on WhatsApp and we will suggest the better fit.
A private chauffeur makes a busy downtown concert a calmer, more premium night out.
The vehicle is reserved only for your group, and one bilingual driver is assigned to you for the whole block. The chauffeur who picks you up near the airport is the same one who drives you home. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a busy Saturday and no change for traffic or weather. You can reach our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening, so changing the plan, such as a later dinner or an extra pickup, takes one message. Nobody in the group has to drive, look for a parking deck, or leave during the last piece to beat the crowd. That is what premium service means here: fewer decisions, more music, and a better experience from the first pickup to the last goodbye.
Hans Zimmer brings his film scores to Miami’s main downtown arena on Saturday, March 13, 2027, at 8:00 PM.
Zimmer has won an Oscar and a Grammy and wrote the music for The Lion King, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar, and Dune. On stage he plays with a large live band of strings, percussion, guitars, and choir-style vocals. The show, called Hans Zimmer Live – The Next Level, takes his best-known themes and extends them with electronic sound, large lighting, and large-screen visuals. It feels like an orchestra concert and a rock show at the same time. The venue is Kaseya Center, on Biscayne Boulevard by the bay. A show this large draws people who plan the whole evening, including couples dressing up for dinner and fans flying in from out of town. A dedicated car lets that plan run without anyone checking a map.
The crowd is a mix of longtime film-music fans, couples on a special date, and families bringing teenagers to hear the music from their favorite movies. Many people treat it as a dressed-up night and pair the concert with a proper dinner. That is why a chauffeur who handles every part of the evening suits this crowd so well.
Your chauffeur drives you east from the airport to downtown, then handles the drop-off and the ride home.
Downtown is a short expressway drive east of the airport, but a Saturday concert changes things. Arena traffic mixes with the usual weekend crowds heading to Bayside Marketplace, Brickell, and the waterfront, and the streets around the arena slow down well before an 8:00 PM start. Your driver plans the departure around that traffic, watches live conditions, and adjusts the route so the group has time to find seats, buy merchandise, and settle in before the lights go down. Because you hire the car by the hour, it does not leave after the drop-off. The chauffeur stays neighboring for the whole show and brings the car back to an agreed meeting point when the music ends. Instead of the usual after-show scramble, you have a short walk to a car that is already waiting.
Leave plenty of extra time and aim to reach downtown well before the 8:00 PM start, because Saturday concert traffic usually builds through the early evening. A relaxed plan is to leave the airport area in the late afternoon, have dinner on the way, and let the driver choose when to head to the arena based on live traffic.
The usual route runs east on State Road 836, the Dolphin Expressway, then onto I-395 toward Biscayne Boulevard and the arena. If the group has dinner in Little Havana first, the driver can continue east from there into downtown. On the night, the driver picks whichever route live traffic favors.
The driver drops you off near the entrance, as close to the venue as access allows on show night. Downtown traffic control changes the exact drop-off point from one event to the next. Your chauffeur follows the posted routing and tells the group exactly where to walk before anyone gets out.
Yes, and waiting through the concert is exactly what the hourly booking covers. The chauffeur stays nearby for the whole show. When the last piece ends, one WhatsApp message brings the car to your agreed meeting point. From there you can go home, back to an airport-area hotel, or on to a late stop.
Your driver picks you up wherever your group is staying in the Miami Airport area, at a spot agreed when you book.
Most show-night pickups in this area start at a hotel. Guests at the hotel inside the airport terminal, or at one of the many hotels along the Blue Lagoon corridor just south of the runways, are picked up at the lobby entrance at the agreed time. If you live in Miami Springs, Virginia Gardens, or the eastern edge of Doral, the driver can pick you up at your front door. You can reach your driver on WhatsApp from the moment the car arrives, so nobody stands outside wondering which vehicle is theirs. Starting here also suits visitors who picked an airport hotel for convenience and would rather not deal with unfamiliar expressways or a downtown garage on a busy Saturday night. The first part of the drive is calm and quiet, a good time to go over the plan for dinner and the show.
Yes, you can fly in on March 13 and go straight into the evening. Send your flight details on WhatsApp, and the driver meets you at the arrivals curb. From there you can go to your hotel to freshen up, go to dinner, or head straight downtown, all in the same hourly booking with the same car.
Little Havana and Doral are both close to the airport and make easy stops for dinner before the show.
Versailles, on SW 8th Street in Little Havana, is the classic choice. It is a renowned Cuban restaurant where groups meet over roast pork, plantains, and strong Cuban coffee before a large night, and it is right on the way from the airport to downtown. For something more modern, CityPlace Doral, west of the airport, has a cluster of restaurants and bars where a group can take its time over dinner. Couples who want to eat close to the arena can go to Brickell, where waterfront restaurants keep them near the show after dessert. Wherever you eat, the same car takes the group from the hotel to dinner and on to the concert, so nobody has to find parking or time a second ride. The driver is happy to suggest a place that suits your group, but you make the restaurant reservation yourself.
Bayside Marketplace, Brickell, and Wynwood are good choices for groups who want one more stop after the show.
Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena on the water. It is an easy walk for winding down after the last number and taking skyline photos before getting back in the car. Brickell, a short drive south, has rooftop lounges and late-night kitchens where the group can talk about the best moments over a nightcap. Wynwood, just north of downtown, suits friends who want to keep going among its murals and bars. Because the chauffeur is still yours, a late stop is just one more part of the plan, not a new ride to find at a crowded curb. When the group is ready, the car takes everyone back to the hotel near the airport or home anywhere in the city. Any time past your booked hours is added on the terms explained in the booking section above.
Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour is a simple way to get to the concert from the airport area.
Your group reserves one premium vehicle and one chauffeur for every part of the night: the pickup near the airport, dinner, the drive downtown, the time downtown, and the ride back. There is no schedule to meet and no one else in the car, which matters when a full arena empties at once. Whether you search for a private van from Miami Airport to the concert or a car service for the show, the answer is the same. You get a private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a driver, reserved only for your group. The rates, vehicles, and payment terms are all on this page, so you can compare vehicles, pick a start time, and confirm your booking in one WhatsApp conversation. The questions below cover what groups ask about most.
Yes. A dinner stop fits into the same hourly booking, so you don’t need a second reservation. Tell us the restaurant when you book, and the chauffeur plans it into the evening: picking you up near the airport, waiting during the meal, and then driving downtown. Dinner counts toward your booked hours, so a relaxed meal just uses part of your time.
Yes. Extra pickups are simply stops you add to the plan. For example, the driver can pick up one couple at an airport-area hotel, another at a home in Coral Gables, and a third in Brickell, then bring everyone together for dinner. List every address in your WhatsApp message so the route is set before the night starts.
The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Keeping it close to home means the service stays on call and unhurried. It does not go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us your group size, pickup spot, and dinner plans on WhatsApp to check availability for March 13.
Tell us which vehicle suits your group, where in the Miami Airport area the night starts, and any stops you want before or after the show. We confirm the plan and send the payment details, and then your chauffeur handles the rest, from the first pickup to the drive home. You don’t need to find parking, study a downtown map, or look for a ride at the end of the night. Just bring your tickets and the people you want with you when the lights go down and the music starts. Hans Zimmer’s music is meant to be heard live, and your whole evening, from dinner to the last stop, is in the hands of one chauffeur who is there for you.
