Transfer from Coconut Grove to the Hans Zimmer Live Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Coconut Grove to Hans Zimmer Live at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 13, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks up the group in the Grove before the 8:00 PM show and stays with you from dinner through the drive home. The rate is locked at booking, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove Cost per Hour? 📋

Each private vehicle is billed at one flat hourly rate for the whole concert night, and every booking has a 5-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is per vehicle, not per person, so a full car pays the same hourly rate no matter how many friends ride. Couples and small groups of friends leaving Coconut Grove commonly fit in the Black SUV XL. Larger parties move up to one of the two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers so everyone rides downtown together instead of splitting across several cars. The Platinum SUV suits a milestone evening, like an anniversary, a birthday, or a client you want to impress, when the arrival itself is part of the occasion. Plan your booked hours around the whole night, not just the concert. An early dinner in the Grove, the drive into Downtown Miami, the show itself, and the ride back all count toward the same hours.

How Does Hourly Booking Work for a Concert Night From Coconut Grove? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening however you like.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group, then tell us where the night begins. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (on a cruise day, you can go straight from the ship to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. After pickup, you choose the stops and the pace. Add a cocktail bar, skip a stop, or stay longer over dessert, and the plan changes with you. The booking starts at five hours. Every hour after that 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new price to agree on, and you settle it after the day. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, you keep the car. You don’t need to decide any of this in advance.

Can Friends Staying in Different Neighborhoods Ride in One Booking?

Yes. Friends staying in different neighborhoods can all ride in one booking, because you choose the stops.

Say most of the group is in Coconut Grove and a couple of friends are staying in Brickell or Coral Gables. The driver can pick everyone up in one loop before heading downtown. List each pickup when you book so the route and timing include the extra stops, and the whole party arrives together.

Is There a Night Surcharge After an 8:00 PM Show? 🌆

Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside those hours have a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It’s a single, clearly stated extra: a set amount per trip for the SUV, or a percentage of the trip value for the Sprinter. The figures above are the full amount, so nothing unexpected is added at the end of the night. Everything else about the booking works the same after dark as in daylight: the vehicle, the driver, and the flexible stops.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Show Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so you won’t pay for a downtown garage.

That matters on an arena night, when finding and paying for downtown parking is commonly the worst part of the evening. Here, the chauffeur takes care of the car while your group walks in. The rate also covers the vehicle and driver for every booked hour, including the time the car waits between stops. A few charges can be added on top: the night surcharge explained above and any extra hours at your vehicle’s same hourly rate. Every tier has room for what concert fans commonly carry, like tour merch, a handmade sign, or a change of shoes for a late dinner. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can reserve the right vehicle.

Which Service Details Should You Know Before Booking? 🏙️

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay reserved for your group all evening.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • The same driver waits for your group between every stop you make.
  • Rides are available every day, from early morning through late at night.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot while you ride.
  • A brief comfort stop during the booking never changes the flat hourly rate.

What Is Hans Zimmer Live, and When Does It Play Miami? 🎭

Hans Zimmer Live plays Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Saturday, March 13, 2027, at 8:00 PM.

Hans Zimmer is the Oscar- and Grammy-winning composer behind the scores for The Lion King, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar, and Dune. His arena tour brings that music to Miami’s main downtown arena, right on Biscayne Bay. The crowd is a wide mix: film lovers who know every cue, couples treating themselves to a big Saturday night, and groups of friends who grew up on these soundtracks. For many, it becomes a dressed-up evening with dinner before and drinks after, and that is where hiring a chauffeur by the hour pays off. Nobody has to skip the wine to drive or fight the exit rush alone. The whole group rides together from Coconut Grove, arrives relaxed, and never has to think about the car.

What Kind of Show Is The Next Level Tour?

The Next Level is a large arena concert that combines cinematic orchestral music with full rock-concert production.

Zimmer performs with a large live band and ensemble: strings, percussion, guitars, choir-style vocals, and featured soloists. Heavy electronic soundscapes, bold lighting, and large-screen visuals fill the arena. The pieces are reworked, extended versions of his best-known film scores, so the night feels more like a spectacle than a quiet recital.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🏝️

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Coconut Grove, which we agree on when you book.

That could be the lobby of a bayfront hotel, the front drive of a condo tower on South Bayshore Drive, a house on one of the Grove’s tree-lined streets, or a spot near the marinas at Dinner Key. Groups that meet for drinks first frequently choose a pickup around CocoWalk or Commodore Plaza, where it’s simple to gather before heading out. Share a map pin on WhatsApp so the driver knows exactly which entrance or driveway to use, especially at larger residential buildings with more than one entrance. The vehicle is yours from the moment it pulls up, so nobody needs to rush out the door. Finish the toast, grab a jacket, and step out when the group is ready.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for the Kaseya Center Show? 🏟️

Leave Coconut Grove with plenty of extra time, well ahead of the 8:00 PM start.

On an ordinary evening, the drive from the Grove into Downtown Miami is commonly short. A big Saturday concert changes that: traffic slows on the last stretch toward the arena as the crowd arrives from every direction. Plan to leave in the early evening, before pre-show traffic builds along the bayfront, and allow extra time beyond what feels normal. Arriving early is part of the fun at a show like this. You have time to find your seats, browse the merch, and settle in before the lights go down, and nobody has to rush through the concourse. If you’re having dinner in the Grove, book the table early enough that dessert doesn’t run into your departure. Your driver can suggest when to leave based on conditions that night. Bayside Marketplace draws its own Saturday crowd next door, too.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coconut Grove to Downtown?

A chauffeur usually takes South Bayshore Drive and Brickell Avenue north along the bay, or US-1 to I-95, depending on traffic.

On a calm evening, the bayside route through Brickell is the scenic, direct option. When the waterfront streets back up, US-1 and I-95 can be faster. Your driver chooses between them on the night based on live traffic instead of sticking to one fixed route.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The driver drops your group off as close to the venue as access allows on show night, and you walk the last stretch to the entrance.

Event-night traffic patterns determine the exact drop-off point. Your chauffeur works around them so the group can step out safely and walk in together. Before you head in, agree on a meeting spot for after the show and keep the driver’s WhatsApp handy.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Concert and Take You Home?

Yes. Because the car is booked by the hour, your driver waits through the whole concert and drives the group home.

When the final piece ends, message the driver and walk to the agreed pickup point. The car pulls in as close as post-show traffic allows. Nobody is left refreshing an app in the exit crowd, and the ride back to Coconut Grove starts as soon as everyone is in.

Can We Add a Coconut Grove Dinner Before the Concert? 🍸

Yes. A pre-show dinner in the Grove fits into the same hourly booking, and the driver waits for you.

Coconut Grove is one of Miami’s classic places to eat before a night out. The sidewalk tables on Commodore Plaza, including the long-running Greenstreet Cafe, suit a relaxed early meal. Glass & Vine in Peacock Park offers dinner with a view of the bay. CocoWalk has several restaurants and a lively courtyard in one place, which helps when the group can’t agree on where to eat. Because the car is yours for the whole booking, nobody has to look for parking on Main Highway. The chauffeur drops you at the door, waits, and heads downtown with the group as soon as the check is paid. If the group would rather eat closer to the arena, the driver can stop in Brickell on the way. These are just ideas for your booked hours. You reserve your own table, and we handle every drive in between.

Where Can You Go After the Encore Before Heading Back to the Grove?

A late stop is easy to add, because the same car and driver are still with you after the show.

Brickell’s cocktail bars are just south of downtown, on the way home. In Little Havana, spots like Ball & Chain keep live music going late on the main strip. Or the group can finish with a nightcap on Main Highway back in Coconut Grove.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural choice for couples and small groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, fitting the whole crew in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur, and every tier is reserved for your group alone. The Platinum models listed above are examples of the class, not a promise of one specific car. If your group size falls between two tiers, choose the larger one so nobody is squeezed into a middle seat on the ride downtown. Send us the exact number of guests on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm the right vehicle before you pay.

How Does Payment Work? 📋

You pay the full fare to reserve the night, with several ways to pay.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: paying the full fare up front secures the booking.
  • Hours: the booking starts at five hours, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated price, and you settle it after the day.

Why Hire a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove Instead of Driving Downtown? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives the whole group a better experience, and nobody in your party has to drive.

Driving yourself means one friend skips the drinks, the group splits across cars, and the night ends in a slow crawl out of downtown. Our premium service takes care of all of that. The vehicle is private and reserved for your group alone, never shared with strangers. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole booking, so you see the same face from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which helps when your group includes English and Spanish speakers. The hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge, however busy downtown gets on a big Saturday. You message the driver directly on WhatsApp, not a call center, and the car is ready when you want to leave. That’s the kind of service a show this big deserves: peaceful, private, and on your schedule.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Hans Zimmer Live? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Coconut Grove to the concert and back.

We only offer private service. The vehicle carries your party and nobody else, and it runs on your schedule, not a fixed timetable. If you’re looking for a private shuttle from the Grove to the arena, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers do exactly that for larger groups: one vehicle for everyone and the same driver all night. Smaller parties get the same service in an SUV. We don’t sell seats to strangers, there are no set departure times, and you only make the stops you choose. The whole evening is one private booking instead of a series of separate rides. It’s smart to book ahead for a big Saturday show like this one. Once your date is confirmed, the car and chauffeur are reserved for your group.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

That includes Miami, Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. This on-call service stays around the city, so it doesn’t go out to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll confirm the arrangement before the day so there are no surprises at your pickup in Coconut Grove.

Can You Still Book or Change the Ride Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Yes, you can book at the last minute. Once you confirm within 24 hours of the ride, your date and time are locked in and held just for you.

A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on that short notice we can’t guarantee a date or time change, or a refund. The booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same flat hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
