Transfer from Coral Gables to Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets at loanDepot park
Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets on Opening Day, Thursday, March 25, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one reserved vehicle stay with you from pickup to the ride home. You won’t wait in a parking line, and there’s no surge fare after the final out.
How Much Does a Private Game-Day Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost? 🚙
Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every game-day booking starts with a minimum of five hours.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
Each rate covers the vehicle and its chauffeur for every hour you book, so you can work out the cost of the day before you leave Coral Gables. A typical Opening Day block for a Coral Gables group includes the pickup, a meal or drinks beforehand, the ballgame and the ride home, and the minimum block usually fits that without cutting anything. If more friends join, move up a row on the list. The Sprinter tiers let everyone ride together instead of splitting across several cars and trying to meet up in Little Havana.
What’s the Best Way to Get to Marlins vs. Mets Opening Day From Coral Gables? 🏟️
The easiest way to get from Coral Gables to Opening Day is a private chauffeur hired by the hour.
The Miami Marlins host the New York Mets on Thursday, March 25, 2027, to open the 2027 season at loanDepot park in Little Havana. It’s a National League East rivalry game and the Marlins’ biggest home game of the year. The crowd is a real Miami mix: families in teal, longtime Cuban-American fans who have followed the club for decades, and a loud group of Mets fans, numerous of them New Yorkers who moved south and never switched teams. The streets fill up long before first pitch. With your own driver, nobody has to circle for parking or be the designated driver, and the whole group gets out together in time for the pregame introductions. MLB has not announced the first-pitch time yet, so we’ll plan your pickup around it as soon as it’s published.
Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to the Marlins Home Opener?
We run private game-day transportation from Coral Gables in a reserved Black SUV XL, Platinum SUV, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and it’s never a shared ride. Your group has the vehicle to itself for the whole booking, and the chauffeur follows your plan instead of a fixed schedule or a set route chosen by someone else.
Is Opening Day Busier Than a Regular Marlins Game?
Opening Day is the Marlins’ biggest home game of the year, and the ballpark fills far more than on an ordinary weeknight. Expect heavier traffic through Little Havana, fuller lots, and a slower exit after the game. Those are the times when it helps most to have your own driver already lined up.
How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the Marlins vs. Mets Game? 🏟️
Leave Coral Gables well before first pitch, because Opening Day traffic builds early.
Coral Gables sits right next to Little Havana, so on a normal day the drive to the ballpark is typically short. Opening Day is different. Heavy foot traffic, police traffic control and a crowd trying to catch the pregame ceremony all slow down the last stretch. Permit plenty of extra time. If you’re eating first, build the meal into the schedule so nobody has to rush from the table to the car. Once MLB publishes the start time, we’ll suggest a pickup time that gets your group to its seats without a sprint, and your chauffeur will check live traffic on the way to pick the smoothest route. Arriving early also gives you time to walk the concourse, grab something to eat, find your section and settle in before the first pitch of the 2027 season.
Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to the Ballpark?
Most trips head east on SW 8th Street (Calle Ocho) through Little Havana, or north on Le Jeune Road toward Flagler Street and the ballpark side of the neighborhood. The Dolphin Expressway is a backup when surface streets are jammed. Your chauffeur picks the route on the day based on live traffic.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?
The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as event-day access allows, usually a short walk from the entrance, and shows you where the pickup will be afterward. Traffic control changes on big dates, so the driver confirms the exact drop-off point on the way in.
Can the Driver Wait if the Game Runs Into Extra Innings?
The driver stays nearby for the whole game, including extra innings. Because you hire by the hour, a long game just runs on your clock. Nobody gets stranded outside the ballpark: send your chauffeur a WhatsApp message when you’re walking out, and the car comes to the agreed pickup point.
Where Can Your Group Eat in Coral Gables Before the First Pitch? 🍸
Coral Gables has several popular pre-game dinner spots you can fit into your booked hours.
Giralda Plaza, the pedestrian dining street just off Miracle Mile, is an easy place for a group to share plates at outdoor tables before heading east. Caffe Abbracci has long been a Coral Gables favorite for a sit-down Italian dinner, and Havana Harry’s serves big portions of Cuban comfort food for a hungry group of fans. For a quieter drink first, the grand lobby and courtyard of the Biltmore Hotel set an refined tone. On the way to the ballpark, the chauffeur can take Calle Ocho so the group can stop for a Cuban coffee at Versailles, a Little Havana institution. The car follows your plan: get out, eat without worrying about a parking meter, and get back in when you’re ready. These are only suggestions, not reservations. You pick the spot and book the table, and your driver handles the rest.
Can We Add a Stop After the Game on the Way Back to Coral Gables?
You can add a post-game stop any time while your hours are running. Some groups head back to Calle Ocho for a late bite, and others go to Coconut Grove or Brickell for a drink before the chauffeur takes everyone home to Coral Gables. Just tell the driver where you want to go next.
What Should First-Time Visitors Know About loanDepot park? 🎊
loanDepot park has a retractable roof that can close against South Florida rain and heat.
The ballpark stands on the former Orange Bowl grounds in Little Havana, and the neighborhood is worth exploring if you have spare time. Calle Ocho, the domino tables at Domino Park, and a string of Cuban bakeries and coffee windows are all a short ride away. Wear teal for the home side, or blue and orange if you’re rooting for the Mets. You’ll see plenty of both colors on Opening Day. Check the Marlins’ official site before you leave for the current bag and entry rules, keep your phone charged for mobile tickets, and plan to be in your seat for the pregame introductions, when the season officially begins. Since your driver takes care of the driving, you can spend the whole day in the neighborhood instead of worrying about where the car is parked or how to get back to it.
What Is Included in the Hourly Chauffeur Rate? 📋
Every hourly booking includes fuel, tolls, and parking.
There’s no extra toll charge for the drive from Coral Gables and no parking fee for the vehicle while your group is at dinner or inside the ballpark. It’s all part of the rate you booked. A short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a quick stretch is easy to fit in during the booking. Just ask the driver, and the rate doesn’t change. You also get the chauffeur’s time for every hour of the block, not just the time spent driving, so a long dinner on Miracle Mile never turns into a scramble for a ride home. In short, you’re paying for a clean, premium vehicle and a chauffeur reserved for your group for the day, with the running costs already covered. The only charges outside the hourly rate are listed below.
Which Extra Charges Could Apply to a Game-Day Booking?
Two extras can apply. A night surcharge is added for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at the amounts shown in the surcharge section further down.
How Do You Pay for a Coral Gables Game-Day Booking? 📋
You pay the full fare at booking to reserve the date.
Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your Opening Day date.
Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block. If you keep the car longer, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day ends.
Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Opening Day? 🚐
Choose the vehicle by the size of your group. Every tier is private, comes with a chauffeur, and is reserved only for you.
Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends going to the game.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, for a bigger group that wants to arrive together.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger group: 10 to 14 passengers, such as a birthday crowd, a fan club, or a big family in one private van.
Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a higher-end luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
If your headcount falls between two tiers, go one size up so nobody is squeezed on the ride home after a long day at the ballpark. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs, jerseys and bags of Opening Day merch. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.
Does a Large Group Need a Bus to Get to loanDepot park?
Most large groups don’t need a bus. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier carries a big party in one private van, with the same chauffeur for the whole block. Everyone boards together in Coral Gables, rides to the ballpark together and comes home together, which is much simpler than coordinating several cars.
When Does the Night Surcharge Apply to a Ballgame Ride? 🎆
Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge. For pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, the surcharge below applies based on vehicle type:
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. An afternoon game with lunch beforehand in Coral Gables usually keeps the whole day inside daytime hours. Either way, we’ll point out the surcharge before you confirm so you know the full cost of the night from the start. The Sprinter percentage applies to the value of the trip, and the SUV amount is a single charge per trip, exactly as listed above.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🕴️
When you book by the hour, the same car and chauffeur stay with you all day.
Start by telling us your group size, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. We’ll match you with the right vehicle and confirm the plan. Your first five hours make up the booking, and the chauffeur stays with you for that whole block, from the pickup and the pre-game stop through the game and the ride back. You decide the stops and the pace: add a detour, skip one, or stay longer at dinner, and the schedule adjusts. If the day goes past those first five hours, nothing gets renegotiated. Each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so you can keep the car as long as you need it and pay for the extra time afterward.
Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables?
The driver picks you up at any address in Coral Gables, such as a hotel lobby like the Biltmore or a home near Miracle Mile, or anywhere else in Miami, including a PortMiami cruise terminal (on a cruise arrival day you can go straight to the ballgame) or Miami International Airport. The pickup spot is agreed when you book.
Which Facts Should Coral Gables Fans Know Before Booking? 🌆
Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
One vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block.
Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
Your vehicle is private and never shared with other passengers.
Service is available around the clock, every day of the week.
Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
Why Book a Private Bilingual Chauffeur for Marlins Opening Day? 🥂
A private chauffeur makes Opening Day a relaxed outing instead of a hunt for parking.
The vehicle is clean, premium and reserved only for your group. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup in Coral Gables to the last drop-off, speaking English with visiting Mets fans and Spanish with the grandparents. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge when the ballpark empties and everyone in the neighborhood is trying to get a ride. Your driver waits through the whole game, so getting home after the final out doesn’t depend on luck. You also have a direct WhatsApp line to your chauffeur, so changing the plan, like adding a stop or leaving early, takes one message. To us, that’s what premium service means: a better experience from pickup to drop-off, planned around your group.
Is a Private Driver From Coral Gables Better Than Driving Yourself to the Game? 🏙️
For most Opening Day groups, a private driver is a better choice than driving from Coral Gables yourself.
If you drive, someone in the group has to stay sober and deal with the traffic, and everyone waits while the car sits in a long line into a crowded lot. After the game, the group walks back to find the car and then sits in the post-game traffic leaving the neighborhood. With a chauffeur, the group rides together, talks about the lineup instead of the traffic, and arrives fresh. Nobody has to limit their drinks, and nobody has to split off to get the car. For families, it keeps the kids, the jackets and the souvenirs in one vehicle from start to finish. The questions below cover the last details Coral Gables fans usually ask about before booking the Marlins’ home opener.
Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Miami, to Places Like Naples or Orlando?
The hourly chauffeur service stays around Miami. It covers Miami, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Can We Bring a Pet Along on the Ride From Coral Gables?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Can We Change the Date if the Booking Is Within 24 Hours of the Game?
For a booking within the next 24 hours, the date and time are locked in and held for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Can Families With Young Kids Book a Game-Day Ride From Coral Gables?
We’ll include the seats in your booking before game day.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
