Transfer from Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets at loanDepot park on August 31

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets at loanDepot park on August 31, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one premium vehicle stay with your group from the lobby pickup to the ride home. The rate is locked when you book, so there is no surge after the final out.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Downtown Miami Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each rate below covers one private vehicle and its chauffeur for one hour, and every booking starts with a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle, not for each seat, so the more fans you fit in the car, the less each person pays for the day. A couple and a friend leaving a Biscayne Boulevard hotel ride comfortably in the black SUV. A family reunion of Mets fans down from New York, or a Brickell office taking its team to the series opener, fits one of the Sprinters. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want a more polished, executive-style cabin for their afternoon or evening at the ballpark. Pick by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the day. The right tier is the one where nobody gets squeezed and nobody pays for empty seats.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate for a Ballpark Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so you won’t pay anything extra for gas, tolls, or parking on game day.

That covers the expressway tolls heading west, the fuel for every loop around town, and parking the car near the ballpark while you watch the game. We pay those costs, so you never settle them later from a receipt. The chauffeur’s time for the whole block is part of the same rate, whether the car is moving or parked. Signs, foam fingers, and bags of new team merch fit easily; just tell us in advance if you plan to bring something large. Two extra charges may apply. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Miami Marlins vs. New York Mets? 🏟️

Yes. A private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with your own chauffeur takes your group to the August 31, 2027 game.

The game is a National League East division matchup and the opener of the Mets’ series in Miami. It’s played at loanDepot park in Little Havana, where a retractable roof keeps late-summer rain and heat out of the stands. Mets visits are among the liveliest dates on the Marlins’ home schedule. South Florida is full of New York transplants, so orange-and-blue jerseys show up in force and both sides get loud. That energy is why a booked car makes sense. The ballpark is a short ride west of Downtown, but on a Mets game day the surrounding streets fill early. A group that arrives relaxed, with tickets on their phones and no worry about the car, gets to enjoy the whole game instead of spending the first inning in a parking line. Your chauffeur drives every mile.

Who Fills the Ballpark When the Mets Visit Miami?

A Mets series draws one of the most mixed crowds of the Miami season. Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Dominican, and Puerto Rican families bring the Caribbean baseball culture that shapes the ballpark’s feel. New York and New Jersey transplants, winter residents, and young professionals in Mets gear hold their own in the stands. The crowd is friendly, loud, and very Miami.

What Can You Do in Downtown Miami Before Leaving for the Game?

Bayside Marketplace on Biscayne Bay is an easy place to meet in Downtown. It has waterfront restaurants, a walk along the marina, and room for a group to gather before you leave. If you’d rather sit down for dinner, Mary Brickell Village is just south in Brickell. Your chauffeur stays on call while you eat, then heads west when you’re ready.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Downtown Miami on Game Day? 🚙

Your chauffeur drives west from Downtown Miami into Little Havana. It’s typically a short ride, but allow extra time on game day.

The ballpark is close, so the drive itself is rarely the problem. The last few blocks are. As first pitch gets closer, fans arrive from every direction, and drivers looking for a parking space slow everything down. With a booked chauffeur, none of that is your problem. The group boards in Downtown, talks on the way over, and steps out without anyone circling a garage or memorizing a level number. The trip home is just as easy. After the final out, the neighborhood fills with departing cars and people on foot. Your driver is already waiting at the pickup spot you agreed on, not stuck somewhere across town. Because the car is hired by the hour, the game itself is part of your booking, and nobody has to worry about getting home. The questions below cover timing, the route, drop-off, and what happens if the game runs late.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for the First Pitch?

Leave earlier than you would for a normal drive, because a Mets crowd fills the streets well before first pitch. Check the start time on your tickets, then allow plenty of extra time for traffic around Little Havana, lines at the entrance, and food before the anthem. If you arrive early, you can catch batting practice instead of hearing the first inning from the car.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take Out of Downtown?

Most game-day trips leave Downtown on the Dolphin Expressway heading west, then switch to local streets into Little Havana near the ballpark. If the expressway backs up, the chauffeur can take Flagler Street west through the neighborhood instead. The driver watches live traffic and picks the faster route, so your group doesn’t have to.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Ballpark?

The driver gets your group as close to the venue as access allows on game day, aiming for the drop-off point nearest the entrance you plan to use. Before you get out, agree on a meeting spot for the ride back and keep the driver’s WhatsApp handy. Finding the car after the game takes one message instead of a search.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Runs Into Extra Innings?

Yes. The driver stays for every inning, including extra innings, because the car is reserved for your group for the whole booking. If a long game runs past the hours you planned, just keep the car. The extra time is billed at your vehicle’s same hourly rate, and nobody is left waiting for a ride home late at night.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami? 🏙️

The chauffeur picks up at any address in Downtown Miami, and you agree on the exact spot when you book.

For most visitors, that’s a hotel entrance along Biscayne Boulevard, where the car pulls up and the bell staff can point your group to it. Residents get picked up at their own building, whether it overlooks Bayfront Park or sits on the Brickell side of the river. Coworkers heading to the game after work can meet the car outside their office. If your group is coming off a ship, the PortMiami cruise terminals are just across the causeway. Wherever you start, the driver messages you on WhatsApp when the car arrives, sends the vehicle details, and waits at the curb until everyone is aboard. Nobody has to search a crowded lobby for the car, and the group can stay together from the moment the day begins.

Why Do Ballpark Groups Book Our Chauffeurs by the Hour? 🕴️

Groups book us for premium service: one private vehicle, one chauffeur, and one price agreed before the day begins.

The car is for your group only, with no strangers and no stops for anyone else. Your hourly rate is locked at booking and doesn’t rise for traffic, weather, or a packed rivalry crowd, so there’s no surge on the ride home. One chauffeur covers the whole booking: the same person at pickup, the same car after the final out, and a driver who already knows your plan. Our drivers are bilingual, which suits a ballpark crowd as mixed as Miami’s. You message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so adding a stop or starting earlier takes one quick text. The result is a better experience from start to finish: a clean premium vehicle, a peaceful ride, and a game day on your schedule.

Quick Facts About Our Downtown Miami Chauffeur Service 🎊

  • Every booking reserves your vehicle and chauffeur for at least five hours.
  • Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • A short comfort stop during the booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Service runs every day of the week, during the day and in the evening.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish with every passenger.

How Does Payment Work for a Game-Day Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and you settle any extra hours after the day is over.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car as long as you need. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Marlins Game? 🚐

Choose the vehicle by headcount. Every tier comes with a chauffeur and is reserved for your group alone.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the usual choice for couples, friends, and small families heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room to move between rows for a bigger group.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers. It works well for an office outing or an extended family in matching jerseys.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a more refined cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, listed as examples of the class.

If your group falls between two sizes, step up a tier so everyone sits comfortably on the ride home, when arms are full of souvenirs and voices are worn out from cheering. Tell us how many people are coming and we’ll suggest the tier that fits.

Does a Night Game Add a Surcharge Outside Daytime Hours? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV has a fixed amount per trip. The Sprinters use a percentage of the trip value, so larger groups split it across more riders. When you book, we check your planned start and expected finish and tell you whether the surcharge applies, so the final total holds no surprises.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You choose a vehicle, set a start time and your stops, and one chauffeur stays with your group for the whole booking.

Start with a WhatsApp message listing your group size, a rough start time, and where you want to go: lunch before the game, the ballpark, a late bite afterward. The driver picks up at any Miami address, agreed at booking. That can be a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (on a cruise day you can go straight from the ship to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. Your first five hours make up the base booking. The driver stays with your group the whole time and waits while you’re inside the game. You control the plan: add a stop, skip one, or stay longer somewhere. If the day runs long, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra hours after the day ends.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

If your service is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🌆

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

The car is on call, the driver knows the city, and nobody needs to rush. Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, and the area around Miami International Airport are all covered. That makes it easy to turn the game into a full day. Have breakfast in Coconut Grove, see the murals in Wynwood, go to the ballpark, then get a late drink back in Brickell, with the same driver taking you to each stop. If you’re staying a little farther north toward Fort Lauderdale, you’re covered too. This hourly service doesn’t go out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It stays around Miami, where a driver who waits between stops gets you the most out of every hour.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Downtown Miami to loanDepot park? 🏟️

Yes. Send your details over WhatsApp to reserve a private chauffeur and vehicle for August 31.

Mets games are among the busiest home series on the Marlins’ schedule, so book your vehicle once you have tickets instead of waiting until the week of the game. Send your group size, the Downtown pickup address, a rough start time, and any stops you want, such as a lunch spot, a second pickup at another hotel, or dinner after the game. We confirm the vehicle tier that fits, reserve the date with your payment, and go over the plan with you on WhatsApp. After that, the plan stays flexible. If a friend joins or you decide to start earlier, one message updates the booking. Here are answers to the questions fans most often ask before they book.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes. You can add dinner stops, and the driver waits while you eat. Many fans stay in Little Havana after the game for Cuban food at Versailles or live music at Ball & Chain. Others head back toward Brickell or Bayside. Tell us where you’d like to go. We provide the car and driver, and you make your own restaurant reservations.

Is a Private Van Available for a Big Group of Fans?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van reserved only for your group and never shared with other riders. It keeps a large party together from the Downtown pickup to the ballpark and back, so nobody has to split up across several cars or lose friends in the crowd after the game. The larger Sprinter fits the biggest groups.

Is It Okay to Bring a Pet in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Why Skip Driving and Parking at the Ballpark Yourself?

If nobody drives, nobody spends the game thinking about parking or the traffic getting out. With a chauffeur, the person who would usually drive gets to enjoy the whole game too. The ride home starts at the curb, without a long walk to a parking lot or a slow line of cars out of the neighborhood.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
