Transfer from Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors at Kaseya Center
Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, March 2, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. One dedicated driver stays with your group all evening, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge when the arena empties.
How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost Per Hour? 📋
Pricing is set per vehicle and per hour, and each booking starts at five hours with the same car and chauffeur.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
Choose the tier by group size and the feel you want for the night. A typical Heat game block from Coral Gables covers an unhurried dinner, the drive downtown, the game itself and the ride home. The hours fill up naturally, and nobody has to watch the clock.
Is the hourly rate charged per person or per vehicle?
The rate is charged per vehicle, never per seat, so everyone riding in the same SUV or Sprinter shares one hourly figure. A group of friends splitting a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter pays for the vehicle and the chauffeur’s time, not for each ticket holder. That makes a big night out easy to divide.
How Does Hourly Chauffeur Booking Work for a Heat Game Night? 🚙
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then you set the plan.
Pick the tier that fits your group. Then send your headcount, a rough start time and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp. The same driver stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off and waits between stops. You decide the order: dinner first, a detour, or straight home. If the night runs long, just keep the car. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is added at your vehicle’s same flat per-hour rate, the fare is never renegotiated, and you settle it after the day.
Where does the driver pick you up in Coral Gables?
Your driver can pick you up at any address in Coral Gables: the lobby of the Biltmore or another hotel, your home, or an office near Miracle Mile. The exact spot is agreed at booking. Flying in or arriving by ship? Pickup can be at Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal, and the car can head straight to the game.
Which Payment Methods Secure Your Heat Game Booking? 🕴️
Three simple terms cover payment for your game-night booking.
Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
Hours: The 5-hour minimum anchors the booking, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour past that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the day.
Is There an Evening Surcharge After a 7:30 PM Tip-Off? 🌆
Yes. Pickups outside those hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) carry a surcharge.
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The SUV add-on is one flat amount per trip, while the Sprinter figure scales with the trip value, so a larger group can weigh both when choosing a tier. Overtime, a postgame drink in Brickell or waiting out the exit crowd all push the finish later. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Nothing else about the booking changes after dark: you keep the same car, the same chauffeur and the plan you set in Coral Gables.
Why Do Heat Fans in Coral Gables Book a Private Chauffeur? 🥂
A private chauffeur turns a weeknight game into one continuous premium service from start to finish.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, never shared or pooled. Your bilingual chauffeur fits right in with a Heat crowd that switches between English and Spanish all night. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, so there’s no surge when the arena lets out onto Biscayne Boulevard. One dedicated driver covers the whole block and stays on call through the final buzzer. On a Tuesday night, that’s a better experience than juggling rides and parking.
Can you reach us directly on WhatsApp on game night?
Yes. Booking, confirmation and same-day changes all run through WhatsApp. Use the same thread you planned the evening in to ask for an extra stop, a different pickup point after the game, or more hours. Plans shift quickly on game night, and a direct line keeps the answers just as quick.
Which Facts Matter Most Before You Reserve a Game-Night Ride? 🏙️
Every reservation is booked for a minimum of five hours.
One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block.
Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
Bookings are available 24/7, every day of the week.
Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during the ride.
A brief comfort stop mid-booking does not change your rate.
What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🍾
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle tier.
That covers the expressway tolls into downtown and parking for the car near the arena while you watch the game, so nobody in your group pays at a garage booth. The chauffeur’s time across the whole block is part of the same rate, whether the car is rolling down Biscayne Boulevard or parked while you eat. Only two charges can be added on top: the evening surcharge above and any hours you add past your booking. There’s room for signs, jerseys and merch bags; if you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance.
How Many Fans Fit in Each Vehicle From Coral Gables? 🚐
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s night out to a large group of friends.
Black SUV XL: Up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a couple, a family or a few friends.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out and ride in together.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a full crew arrives and leaves as one group.
Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury class for a VIP-style evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
Which vehicle suits a family versus a big group of friends?
Families and small groups usually settle into the Black SUV XL. Groups celebrating a birthday or a work milestone tend to pick a Sprinter so everyone rides together instead of splitting into several cars. If the evening calls for extra polish, such as a client, an anniversary, or someone’s first Heat game, the Platinum SUV adds that luxury feel.
What’s the Best Way to Get to Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors From Coral Gables? 🏟️
A private chauffeur gets your group from Coral Gables to downtown without driving, parking or splitting up.
The Heat host the Raptors in an Eastern Conference regular-season game on Tuesday, March 2, 2027, with tip-off at 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center on Biscayne Bay. Expect a loud, bilingual Miami crowd of families, longtime season-ticket holders and friends in Heat red, black and white. Downtown fills up fast on a weeknight.
Which roads does the chauffeur take from Coral Gables to Downtown Miami?
The chauffeur usually takes LeJeune Road north to the Dolphin Expressway, which runs east into downtown toward Biscayne Boulevard. When that route backs up, US-1 through Coconut Grove and Brickell is the usual alternate. The driver picks between them based on live traffic that evening.
Is there a private shuttle from Coral Gables to the Heat game?
Yes, a private one. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your group’s own private shuttle for the night. It’s reserved for you alone, never shared with strangers and never tied to a fixed schedule, with the same chauffeur from pickup to the ride home.
How Do Kaseya Center Game-Night Logistics Work From Coral Gables? 🏟️
Your chauffeur times the drop-off, the wait and the pickup around the 7:30 PM tip-off.
Downtown traffic builds as tip-off nears, with commuters and fans sharing Biscayne Boulevard and event traffic control around the arena. The driver builds in that buffer, drops off the group, then parks nearby instead of circling. You skip the garage lines and the postgame crush.
Where does the driver drop you off near Kaseya Center?
The driver drops your group as close to the venue as event-night access allows, at a drop-off point you agree on before arriving. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena. It makes an easy landmark if anyone wants a waterfront bite or a quick photo before heading to the entrance.
Can the driver wait during the game and pick you up afterward?
Yes. The car is yours for the entire booked block, so the driver stays nearby for the whole game. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the pickup spot you set beforehand. The whole group then heads back to Coral Gables together.
Where Should You Eat in Coral Gables Before the Heat Game? 🍸
Miracle Mile and the Shops at Merrick Park are natural pre-game dinner stops in Coral Gables.
Miracle Mile’s restaurant row puts steakhouses, bistros and cocktail bars a short walk apart. Merrick Park adds open-air patios and a little shopping before the drive. For a more classic start, a drink at the Biltmore sets a polished tone. The chauffeur waits outside while you eat, so dinner lasts as long as the conversation does. These are ideas for your booked hours. We don’t reserve tables; the driver simply keeps the car ready.
Can the chauffeur add a stop in Little Havana or Brickell on the way?
Yes. Little Havana sits between Coral Gables and downtown, so a quick Cuban coffee or a pastry at a walk-up window is an easy add. Brickell works well for a rooftop drink before tip-off. You set the stops, and the same car simply waits at each one.
How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for Miami Heat vs. Toronto Raptors? 🎊
Leave Coral Gables well ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off, because a Tuesday game falls near the end of the downtown evening rush. The drive is typically quick on a light night. On a weekday, allow plenty of extra time so you clear arena security and reach your seats before warm-ups.
The chauffeur is booked by the hour rather than by the trip, so leaving early never means idling in a garage line. Utilize the extra time for dinner on Miracle Mile, a stop in Little Havana, or a walk along the bay by Bayside before the crowd arrives. Groups meeting at more than one address can stagger pickups within the same block. Tell us when you want to be inside, and we’ll suggest a pickup time from your Coral Gables address that fits the plan.
Does the Hourly Service Cover All of Miami or Only Coral Gables? 🏝️
The hourly service covers the whole local Miami area, not just Coral Gables. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. The service stays close to the city so your chauffeur is always on call.
Far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando and West Palm Beach are outside this local, unhurried service. It’s built for nights like this one: Coral Gables, downtown and back.
Can you bring a pet along on your game-night booking?
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Can We Change a Booking Made Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off? 🎭
A booking for a service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The game night goes ahead exactly as agreed.
The flip side is flexibility: on the day itself, you can keep adding hours on top of what you reserved, at the same rate. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more stop in Brickell, message the driver and keep going. Last-minute planners still get the same car, the same chauffeur and the same unhurried evening once the slot is confirmed. You get certainty at the start of the night and freedom at the end.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can I Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables to Kaseya Center? 🎆
Yes. Send your group size, a rough start time and your stops over WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
Tell us how many fans are riding, where in Coral Gables the night begins, and whether dinner, a Little Havana detour or a rooftop in Brickell belongs on the plan. We’ll match the right vehicle, confirm your chauffeur and send payment details so March 2, 2027 is locked on the calendar. Then your only job is to enjoy the game; the drive, the parking and the ride home after the final buzzer are handled. Heat home games draw large crowds, so check availability early for the vehicle you want. The same setup works for any other Heat home game this season.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?
Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.
👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?
No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.
✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?
No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.
🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?
Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
