Transfer from Bal Harbour to Bad Gyal at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Bad Gyal at The Fillmore Miami Beach on October 28, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your rate is locked when you book, with no surge. The same bilingual driver stays with you from the first pickup to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour to Bad Gyal Cost? 🚙

Each vehicle tier has one hourly rate, and every booking lasts at least five hours with the same car and chauffeur.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the tier that fits your headcount, then count the hours your evening needs. On a concert night that starts with dinner in Bal Harbour and ends with the ride home after the encore, a five-hour block often covers the whole plan, and a longer night just adds time. The two Sprinter tiers suit friend groups who desire to arrive together instead of splitting across several cars. The Platinum SUV is the step up for riders who desire a more polished cabin for a night on Miami Beach. Daytime hours carry no surcharge. A later finish adds the night surcharge explained further down the page.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Bad Gyal on October 28? 🎤

Yes. A private SUV or van with a bilingual chauffeur can take your group from Bal Harbour to the concert and back.

Bad Gyal plays The Fillmore Miami Beach on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, with the show listed for 7:00 PM. The date opens the U.S. run of her world tour, so expect a real citywide concert night. The historic theater next to the Miami Beach Convention Center fills with fans who come dressed up and ready to dance to her mix of reggaeton, dancehall, and club-driven Latin pop. Because the show falls midweek, regular Miami Beach traffic still shares the road with concertgoers. With us, your group doesn’t have to look for a garage, doesn’t split across separate cars, and nobody has to stay sober to drive home. The chauffeur handles the road while you obtain ready, play the setlist in the cabin, and arrive together.

Who Goes to a Bad Gyal Concert in Miami Beach?

Most of the crowd is young Latin adults and friend groups, many of them reggaeton and dancehall fans who treat the night as a full celebration.

Bad Gyal comes from Catalonia and built her following by blending Caribbean dancehall with Auto-Tuned club production, with collaborators such as Young Miko and Tokischa. Miami’s large Latin communities turn out for exactly this sound. Expect bold outfits, a choreographed stage show with dancers, and a crowd that sings along to every hook.

Where Can You Eat in Bal Harbour Before the Concert? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops is the obvious pre-show stop, with restaurants such as Makoto, Carpaccio, and Le Zoo in the open-air center.

Starting there keeps everything close. The chauffeur keeps the car neighboring while you eat, then pulls straight onto Collins Avenue once the check is paid. Makoto suits a lively Japanese-inspired dinner, Carpaccio handles classic Italian for a bigger table, and Le Zoo has a relaxed brasserie feel. If the group would rather save its energy for the dance floor, neighboring Surfside has casual spots along Harding Avenue for a quicker bite. Whichever table you select, book it early enough to finish before the drive, because the listed start time and the concert crowd set the pace of the night. Your chauffeur can suggest timing that fits your pickup address, but restaurant reservations are yours to make. Once dessert is done, you walk out to the same car that brought you, with no curbside wait and no one checking an app for the next ride.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit inside one hourly booking with the same car and driver. Start the booking at your hotel or residence, stop for dinner in Bal Harbour, continue south to the show, and head home afterward. If dinner runs long, the chauffeur simply adjusts the plan with you.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Bal Harbour? 🏙️

The simplest way is a private car straight down Miami Beach. It’s typically a short coastal drive that takes longer on a busy concert night.

Bal Harbour sits at the northern tip of the same barrier island as South Beach, and the theater is a short stroll from Lincoln Road, so the whole ride stays on the beach side without crossing to the mainland. Drive time depends on the hour. On an ordinary weekday evening the run is typically easy. On an event night, concert traffic builds around the Convention Center district, so allow a generous cushion. Your chauffeur watches live traffic, picks the smoother of the parallel routes, and handles the final approach so your group can unwind in the back. The car is yours by the hour, so a slow stretch never means fighting for a curbside pickup or circling for a parking space. Everyone arrives together, dressed and ready, with the next move of the evening already planned.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take South From Bal Harbour?

Collins Avenue is the usual route, running south from Bal Harbour through Surfside, North Beach, and Mid-Beach. In Mid-Beach, drivers often switch to Indian Creek Drive along the waterway, then work back toward Collins and over to Washington Avenue for the final blocks. When coastal traffic backs up, the chauffeur picks whichever parallel street is moving.

What Happens on Concert Night Between Bal Harbour and Miami Beach? 🎭

Concert night from Bal Harbour comes down to three things: leaving early, arriving close to the entrance, and having your ride ready afterward.

The theater shares its neighborhood with the Miami Beach Convention Center and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, a short walk from Lincoln Road. On a headline night those blocks fill with fans on foot and cars looking for curb space. Street parking and neighboring garages fill up as the crowd builds, and your chauffeur takes that part of the night off your plate. Here’s the plan. We time your departure from Bal Harbour around dinner and the show, approach the venue by the smoothest available street, and agree on a meeting point with you before you step out. While you are inside, the car stays reserved for your group alone. After the final song, one WhatsApp message starts the second half of the evening: back to Bal Harbour, on to a late bite, or wherever the group decides. The questions below cover each step.

How Early Should We Leave Bal Harbour for Bad Gyal?

Leave Bal Harbour well before the listed 7:00 PM start, especially if you want merch or a good spot on the floor. Midweek traffic along the beach mixes with concertgoers heading to the same blocks, so build in a generous cushion. When you book, your chauffeur can recommend a departure time for your pickup address.

Where Does the Driver Drop Us Off at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

The driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows, usually on the street nearest the main entrance. Which curbs are open depends on how crowds and traffic are managed that night. The chauffeur picks the best spot available and agrees a pickup point with you before you head inside.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The driver stays nearby with your vehicle for the entire show, because the car is reserved for your group alone. When the encore ends, send a WhatsApp message, walk to the pickup point you agreed on earlier, and ride back to Bal Harbour or on to a late stop. Waiting time simply counts toward your booked hours.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, five at minimum, and you set every stop.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind over WhatsApp. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can head straight to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed when you book. From that first pickup, the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the full block while you decide the order: dinner, a drink, the concert, a late bite. Add a stop, drop one, or linger. The itinerary is never locked. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare. If the night runs long, you keep the car and settle the extra time after the day.

Does a Late Concert Finish Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Any part of a booking outside daytime hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) adds a night surcharge to the hourly total.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. SUV bookings add one fixed amount per trip, and Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value. Either way it is a single, known line item, spelled out when we confirm your booking over WhatsApp. Traffic, demand, and how busy Miami Beach gets after dark don’t change it. Your hourly rate stays exactly the same at night.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Booking? 🥃

The full fare, paid through the secure checkout on the site (card or Apple Pay) or a Stripe payment link on WhatsApp, holds your Bal Harbour pickup.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: paying the full fare when you book locks in your reservation.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Need the Key Facts Before You Book the Night? 🕴️

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the whole block.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, every day, for daytime or evening bookings.
  • You choose every stop and the pace, and the route is never locked.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp with our team.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so the price you book covers all of the driving for the night.

That matters on Miami Beach, where finding and paying for event-night parking near the Convention Center district is one of the least fun parts of any concert. Here it is the driver’s job, not yours. Every vehicle also has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or sharing photos on the way down Collins Avenue. Anything beyond the car and driver stays separate: concert tickets, restaurant bills, drinks, and anything from the merch table are yours to arrange, since we provide the private vehicle and chauffeur only. You obtain the car, the driver, and the running costs of the drive in one hourly rate.

Which Extra Charges Can Apply to a Concert Booking?

Only three things can add to the base hourly total. The night surcharge applies to any time outside daytime hours. Extra hours beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. Nothing else is added to the bill.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Concert Group? 🚐

Match the vehicle to your headcount: an SUV for smaller groups, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter when the whole crew wants one ride.

Every tier is private, consistently comes with our chauffeur, and is booked by the hour, so the choice comes down to how many people are riding and how polished a ride you desire. The Sprinter tiers keep a large group together from dinner through the encore and the ride home, so nobody has to coordinate several cars outside a busy theater. The Platinum SUV models named below are examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of one specific model.

  • Black SUV XL for up to 5 passengers: the easy pick for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for 6 to 9 passengers: room for a full friend group to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for 10 to 14 passengers: a big birthday crew arrives as one.
  • Platinum SUV for up to 5 passengers: a more upscale cabin for the night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Why Ride With Us on Concert Night? 🥂

We offer a upscale service built around one private vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur reserved for your group all night.

That focus makes for a better experience than piecing a concert night together as you go. Your rate is flat and locked when you book, so there is no surge when the show lets out and half the city seems to be heading home at once. The driver who picks you up in Bal Harbour is the same one who brings you back, so you have one familiar face and one clean vehicle all night. A bilingual chauffeur makes conversation easy for mixed groups and visiting family. You reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the booking, so a change of plan reaches your driver quickly. The small things add up: the vehicle is ready when you are, the driver knows the beach roads, and the evening runs on your schedule, not on a pickup window someone else sets.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🌆

This hourly chauffeur service covers the local Miami area, from Bal Harbour across the city and north toward Fort Lauderdale.

Think of it as an on-call car that stays close to home, so the night never feels rushed. Along with Bal Harbour and the rest of Miami Beach, the driver covers Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, the area around Miami International Airport, and neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers a concert night effortlessly: a pickup in Bal Harbour, drinks in Wynwood, the show in South Beach, and maybe a nightcap in Brickell, all in one booking. Because the service is built to stay local, we don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Staying in the city is what lets the driver wait for you, loop between stops, and stay ready for your next move, all night.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

The driver picks up your group at any Bal Harbour address, and the exact pickup spot is set when you book.

Most concert-night pickups here start from a few familiar places. Hotel guests usually meet the car at the lobby entrance of The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. Residents of the oceanfront towers along Collins Avenue can come down to the building’s main entrance, and homes on the quiet residential streets west of Collins work just as well. Groups that start with shopping or dinner can board right outside Bal Harbour Shops. Send us the building name, the entrance you favor, and the name of whoever is coordinating the group, and the chauffeur arrives at the agreed time. If some of your friends are staying in Surfside or Sunny Isles Beach, the same vehicle can make a swift extra stop before heading south. Everything is arranged in one WhatsApp thread, so any change on the day reaches the driver right away.

Can the Same Car Collect Friends in Coral Gables First?

Yes. Because the booking is hourly, it can start with a pickup in Coral Gables, go north to collect the rest of the group in Bal Harbour, and continue to the concert. Both neighborhoods are inside our local service area. Just build that extra leg into the hours you reserve so dinner and the show stay on schedule.

How Does a Private Car Compare With Bus and Train Options?

A private car is the most direct option. Public buses along the beach run on a fixed schedule and stop often, and the rail lines are on the mainland, so a concert trip from Bal Harbour by transit means connections and a late-night walk. With a chauffeur, the group rides together from the first stop to the last.

Can We Still Book a Car the Day of the Show?

Yes, if a vehicle is free. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability. For a booking within the next 24 hours, the agreed date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside, so a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed at that point. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can I Bring a Small Pet on the Ride From Bal Harbour?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

We will match the right vehicle and plan the evening around the listed show time. Once the plan looks right, your payment confirms your booking and the date is yours. Tour-opening nights like this draw a large crowd from across the city, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for your group. No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
