Transfer from Surfside to Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur from Surfside to Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, gives your group a Black SUV XL and a bilingual driver on a 5-hour minimum at a flat rate from $100 per hour. We pick you up at any address in Surfside and drive you into Downtown Miami before the 7:30 PM tip-off. The same driver brings everyone home after the game.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Surfside Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, based on your group size and the tier you select:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking covers at least five hours. That’s enough time for a Surfside pickup, an easy dinner, the whole game, and the drive home. Your vehicle’s rate covers those hours from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Nothing is added for the drive downtown or for the time the car sits parked during the game. A small group of friends commonly fits the Black SUV XL. Families and office outings tend to select a Sprinter, and guests who want a more polished arrival pick the Platinum SUV. The only charge that can be added to this list is the night surcharge covered below. It matters on game night because the ride home commonly runs late.

What Should Surfside Riders Know Before Booking Game Night? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all booking long.
  • Your driver speaks English and Spanish.
  • You set the stops and the route, and the itinerary stays flexible.
  • The driver waits between every stop, so nothing ever needs re-booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the rate.
  • The service runs every day, with pickups available around the clock.

Which Payment Methods Reserve Your Surfside Game-Night Car? 🥂

Three simple terms cover payment for your October 14 ride.

  • Accepted methods: Pay with card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to work out, and you settle it after the night ends.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to Late Pickups? 🎆

Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge. Trips outside those daytime hours add the charge shown below for your vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Game night falls on both sides of that line. A late-afternoon pickup in Surfside and the drive downtown are within daytime hours. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Nothing else changes after dark. You keep the same driver and vehicle, and the late hour never means a new negotiation. If the group wants a nightcap in Brickell after the game, just tell the driver and the evening carries on.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Riding From Surfside? 🚐

We offer four private tiers for game night, starting with the Black SUV XL for smaller groups.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the easy choice for couples, friends, or a small family going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group stays together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, enough for a big office outing or an extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your group only, and nobody else gets on along the way. There’s commonly plenty of room for signs, jerseys, and arena merch, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Select by headcount first and style second. The Platinum SUV works well for a client night or a birthday. The Sprinters keep a larger group together on the way in.

What’s Included in the Hourly Chauffeur Rate? 🍸

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so the drive from Surfside to Downtown has no hidden road costs.

The car also has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for checking lineups or sharing the group photo on the way in. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Two things can raise the total beyond your booked hours. One is the night surcharge described above. The other is any extra hours you select to add. Extra hours are never included for free and are billed as set out in the payment terms, so the final amount only changes when you decide to stay out longer.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 🕴️

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and then you set the plan.

First, select the tier that seats your group. Then send us your start time and the stops you’d like on WhatsApp. Every booking is a five-hour minimum block, and during that block the car is yours: dinner first, maybe a drink by the water, then the game and the ride home. The chauffeur is with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so you never have to find a ride. The driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. Once the five-hour block ends, each extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate. If overtime or a late dinner stretches the night, keep the car for as long as you need.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat Game Night? 🏙️

A private chauffeur makes a Downtown arena night a premium service from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block. The person who greets you in Surfside is the one who drives you home and stays on call through the game. Your rate is locked when you book, with no surge, however crowded Biscayne Boulevard gets as the arena empties. You won’t circle a parking garage, lose a parking ticket, or split fares at the curb. You can message the driver directly on WhatsApp to change the pickup time, add a stop, or say the group is running late from dinner. That’s what makes it a better experience: a clean premium vehicle, a chauffeur who knows the drive from Surfside to Downtown, and an evening that runs on your schedule.

When Is Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat at Kaseya Center? 🏟️

The game is on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, with a 7:30 PM tip-off.

It’s a preseason matchup and the Heat’s last home game before the regular season. Anticipate a lively, mostly local crowd that’s as diverse as Miami: families, longtime fans, and groups from across South Florida out for a weeknight game. The arena is on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, next to Bayside Marketplace and close to Brickell, and the streets around it fill up speedy as tip-off gets closer. Preseason schedules can change, so check the tip-off time on the official Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat event page as the date gets closer. For a Surfside group, an hourly booking makes sense because a weeknight game commonly overlaps with the evening commute. One car and one driver for the whole evening means you don’t have to guess when to leave, where to park, or how to get everyone home.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Surfside to the Heat Game?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or SUV, reserved for your group only, does that job. Nobody else gets on, there’s no fixed timetable, and the vehicle leaves Surfside when you’re ready. It’s the same hourly booking described above, sized to your headcount, so the whole group arrives together and leaves together.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Surfside on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives south from Surfside, crosses Biscayne Bay into Downtown, and drops you off close to the arena.

The usual route goes down Collins Avenue through North Beach to the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway, then onto Biscayne Boulevard toward Kaseya Center. If traffic backs up on the beach side, the driver can go west on the Kane Concourse through Bay Harbor Islands, cross the Broad Causeway, and come down the mainland instead. On a weeknight game day, the drive typically takes longer than on a quiet weekend. Allow extra time for the commute and for the crowd heading to Biscayne Boulevard. You’re dropped off as close to the venue as access allows, and the chauffeur confirms the exact spot as you pull up. The car stays neighboring for the whole game, so it’s ready to take the group back to Surfside as soon as you come out.

How Do You Find Your Driver After the Final Buzzer?

As the game ends, your driver sends a meeting point on WhatsApp, and the car is waiting there when you walk out. Agree on a simple landmark with your group beforehand, such as Bayside Marketplace, so anyone who stops for merch can find everyone quickly. From there it’s a direct drive back across the bay to Surfside.

Do You Need to Park Downtown If You Book a Driver?

No. Your group never deals with a garage, because the chauffeur handles the vehicle while you’re inside. If you drive yourself from Surfside, you have to find a garage near Biscayne Boulevard, walk in with the crowd, and then wait in the exit line after the game. With a driver, all you do is get dropped off and picked up.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside? 🏝️

The driver picks you up at whatever Surfside address you offer us when you book.

Hotel guests commonly meet the car at the lobby. The chauffeur pulls up at the entrance of the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club or any of the oceanfront buildings along Collins Avenue. Residents on the quieter streets west of Harding Avenue get picked up at the curb outside their home. Condo residents can meet the driver in the building’s drop-off lane or out front, whichever the building prefers. If some of your group is staying elsewhere, the first stop can be a swift detour to collect them before heading south. If everyone is meeting at one home, select the address with the easiest curb access. Send the pickup address, a contact name, and the number of guests on WhatsApp. The driver will message you when they’re getting close, so no one waits outside longer than needed.

Which Surfside Restaurants Work for a Pre-Game Dinner? 🍾

The Surf Club Restaurant and the restaurants at Bal Harbour Shops are easy pre-game stops close to home.

The Surf Club Restaurant, inside the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, offers a classic, dressed-up dinner. Le Sirenuse Miami, in the same complex, suits a group that wants a champagne toast before tip-off. Just north of town, Bal Harbour Shops has well-known restaurants such as Makoto and Carpaccio, which work well for an early meal before crossing the bay. Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small main street, has relaxed cafés for something quicker. The car stays with you, so dinner ends whenever your table is ready to go and you walk straight out to the vehicle. You’ll need to book your own tables. The chauffeur is happy to suggest timing so everyone gets downtown relaxed rather than rushed.

Can the Group Stop Near Bayside or Brickell Before Tip-Off?

Yes. You choose the stops, so the car can drop the group in Brickell for a drink or at Bayside Marketplace for a walk by the water before the game. The driver keeps the vehicle close by and takes you the short distance to the arena when you’re ready. Just leave time in the schedule for the pre-game crowd.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Surfside and Miami? 🌆

The hourly service stays in the local Miami region, which covers everything a Surfside game night needs.

Our on-call chauffeurs cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport. We also cover neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Surfside is well within that region, and so are the Downtown arena district and every dinner spot on this page. Because we stay close to the city, the driver can keep an easy pace and stay available to you all evening instead of spending your hours on a long highway drive. This hourly service doesn’t go to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. So plan your pre-game dinner, the Nets–Heat game, and any late stop around the neighborhoods above. If you’re not sure a stop is covered, ask on WhatsApp when you book and we’ll confirm.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat? 🎊

If dinner comes first, plan a late-afternoon pickup. If you’re going straight to the game, leave with plenty of time before the 7:30 PM tip-off.

Weeknight traffic on Collins Avenue and the causeways overlaps with the arena crowd, so leaving earlier gives you a peaceful arrival rather than dead time. Getting there early costs nothing beyond the hours you’ve already booked, and a walk by the water or a drink near Bayside fills the gap easily. If your group wants to catch warmups, plan for that too. The start time also shapes your block. A late-afternoon start still fits the whole game and the ride home comfortably, and if the game goes to overtime you just add hours. Send your ideal arrival time on WhatsApp and the driver plans backward from it, allowing for where in Surfside you’re being picked up and whether you’re stopping for dinner.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. The chauffeur and the vehicle are yours for the whole booked block, including the game itself. You can message the driver on WhatsApp during the game if plans change, for example to leave early and avoid the exit crowd or to add a late dinner stop afterward. The car never leaves to take another job while you’re inside.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Surfside?

Our private van is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the larger one seats the biggest group on our price list. That means a full office outing or extended family can ride together from Surfside. A mid-size Sprinter handles medium groups. Choose the size that seats everyone and the whole group arrives together and leaves together.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Surfside to Kaseya Center Less Than 24 Hours Ahead?

Yes, if a car and chauffeur are free. For a ride within the next 24 hours, once the day and time are agreed, that slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead as agreed, and on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add hours on the day.

Can You Plan Your Own Heat Game Night With a Driver?

Yes, you design the night yourself. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur by the hour. You bring your game tickets and choose the dinner, the pre-game drink, and any late stop. The driver can suggest timing and routes, and the car stays with your group from pickup in Surfside until you’re back home.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
