Transfer from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic at Kaseya Center on Sunday, April 11, 2027 (6:00 PM tip-off), in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual chauffeur picks you up anywhere in Hollywood, drives you to Downtown Miami, and brings everyone home after the final buzzer. There’s no surge pricing and no parking garage.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Hollywood Cost? 🚙

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking starts with at least five hours:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate depends on the vehicle. It doesn’t change with the size of the crowd downtown or with Sunday evening traffic on the interstate, so a Hollywood group knows its game-night budget before anyone leaves the house. Friends can split one hourly figure across every seat in the car, and nobody has to be the designated driver on the late ride home after the season finale. Pick the tier that seats your group comfortably. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

What Payment Methods Secure the Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front to reserve the car.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only where the booking starts. Each hour you add after that block is billed at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night wraps up.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Game? 🎆

When it does, one of these fixed charges is added:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is a single, predictable line on the bill. It isn’t a floating multiplier tied to how many fans are leaving the arena at once. For the SUV it’s a set amount per journey, and for the Sprinter it’s a percentage of the journey value, exactly as listed above. When you send your planned start time on WhatsApp, we tell you whether the surcharge applies, so you know the full cost before game day. If the league moves the final-day start time because of playoff seeding, we move the pickup to match and tell you how the new timing affects the evening.

Why Is Heat vs. Magic on April 11, 2027 a Must-See Night? 🎊

Heat vs. Magic on April 11, 2027 closes the regular season at home in Downtown Miami.

This is the Heat’s last regular-season home game and the last day of the NBA season. It’s a Southeast Division game between Florida’s two teams, a matchup fans call the Sunshine State rivalry. Playoff seeding is frequently still at stake on the final day, which gives the building a postseason feel, and plenty of Orlando supporters drive down to fill pockets of the crowd with Magic blue. Heat fans treat the home finale as an occasion, with jerseys on, dinner beforehand, and a long night downtown afterward. The listed start is 6:00 PM, but the league sometimes moves last-day tip-offs to line up with the seeding race, so we base your pickup on the final confirmed time. For a Hollywood group, dinner, the game, and the ride back all work best with one car and one chauffeur for the whole evening.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives south from Hollywood into Downtown Miami and finishes on Biscayne Boulevard beside the bay.

Hollywood is in southern Broward County. It’s close enough to downtown for an easy evening out, but far enough that Sunday traffic shapes the plan. On game night, leave plenty of extra time. Traffic on the interstate gets heavy heading into the city as fans travel in for tip-off, and the last stretch near the bay slows down as cars arrive from every direction. Your chauffeur watches conditions in real time and picks the fastest route at that hour, which is not a call anyone wants to make from behind the wheel with a car full of friends. Nobody has to figure out downtown parking signs or pick a designated driver. You just ride, argue about the matchup, and step out downtown ready for the game.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood to Downtown Miami?

The usual route from Hollywood is I-95 south into Downtown Miami, then east toward Biscayne Boulevard near the arena. If the interstate backs up, Biscayne Boulevard itself (US-1) is a steadier surface-street route south through North Miami and Midtown. Your chauffeur picks between them based on traffic that evening.

Where Can You Eat in Hollywood Before Tip-Off? 🍸

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and downtown Hollywood are the natural places for a pre-game dinner.

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk runs along the sand with oceanfront restaurants and casual patios, a relaxed place for an early meal or a round of drinks before heading south. Inland, downtown Hollywood around Young Circle and Hollywood Boulevard has a walkable mix of restaurants and bars where a group can meet without anyone worrying about who drives. If you’re staying at one of the oceanfront resorts, such as Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, you can start the night right at the hotel, with the car meeting you at the lobby. Because you’ve booked by the hour, your chauffeur simply parks nearby while you eat and pulls up once the check is paid. There’s no separate journey to arrange. These are suggestions for your booked hours, not reservations we make, so book your own table and send us the restaurant’s name on WhatsApp.

Can We Swing Through Brickell or Bayside Before the Game?

Yes. You can add Brickell or Bayside Marketplace as a stop. Both are close to the arena and work well for a later dinner or a drink before tip-off. Brickell has plenty of high-rise restaurants and Bayside sits right on the water, and either one keeps the group near downtown so the last leg to the drop-off is short.

What Happens at the Arena Drop-Off and After the Final Buzzer? 🌆

Your chauffeur drops the group off downtown near the arena and stays close by until the game ends.

Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay, next to Bayside Marketplace, and the surrounding blocks obtain busy well before a 6:00 PM start. If you leave Hollywood with extra time, the car can beat the worst of the pre-tip-off traffic and your group can walk in relaxed. During the game, the chauffeur stays with the vehicle in the area and keeps the phone on. As the fourth quarter winds down, send a WhatsApp message. The chauffeur confirms a pickup point and pulls up as close as traffic control and access allow. The streets clear slowly as a full arena empties onto the boulevard, so agreeing on a meeting spot in advance saves you a long wait on the curb. From there, the ride north is up to you: go straight home to Hollywood, or add a late stop downtown first.

Where Does the Driver Drop Off Near Kaseya Center?

The driver drops you off as close to the venue as access allows. That’s typically on Biscayne Boulevard or a side street nearby, depending on how police route traffic that night. You’ll confirm the exact point with your chauffeur on the way in, and the same spot often works for the post-game pickup.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is the reason to book by the hour: your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game and is ready as soon as you send a message. The time the car spends waiting counts toward your booked hours, the same as time on the road, so the whole evening stays under one arrangement.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi.

That covers tolls on the route, fuel for the drive down and back, and whatever the chauffeur pays to park near the arena during the game. A mobile hotspot keeps phones connected so you can check lineups, share photos, or pull up tickets on the way in. You can ask for a quick comfort stop for the restroom, snacks, or a stretch at any point, and it doesn’t change the rate. There’s room for what fans usually carry, like signs and merch bags. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only a few things can add to the bill, and they’re all listed on this page: the night surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Your group’s rate stays as booked through dinner, the game, and the drive home.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Hollywood by the Hour for the Game? 🕴️

Yes. You reserve one chauffeur and one vehicle for a block of hours that covers the whole night.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then send your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like on WhatsApp. Plan the five-hour block around dinner, the drive down, the game, and the ride home. Pickup can be any address in Hollywood. It works the same from any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. You decide every stop and the pace, and the chauffeur follows your plan instead of a fixed route. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a late bite, keep the car. Each extra hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the night ends.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Last-minute bookings are welcome. Once we agree on the day and time for a ride in the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside and that slot is held just for you. On such short notice, the date can’t be moved and a refund isn’t guaranteed. The length of the booking stays flexible, though, and you can add hours on the day whenever you like.

Why Book Our Chauffeur Instead of Driving Yourself to the Game? 🍾

You obtain a private vehicle reserved only for your group, from Hollywood to downtown and back.

Nobody shares your car, and nobody in your group has to spend the evening driving. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, so a packed Sunday downtown never brings surge pricing or a surprise fare. One chauffeur handles the whole night, stays on standby through all four quarters, and speaks both English and Spanish, which helps families and visiting fans alike. You message that chauffeur directly on WhatsApp to change a pickup, add a stop, or say where you’re sitting. That’s what we mean by premium service: a clean vehicle, a driver who already knows your plan, and a night where the only thing anyone worries about is the score. With playoff seeding possibly at stake in the season finale, a calm ride home matters as much as the ride in.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Hollywood? 🚐

We have four private tiers, from an SUV for a small group to a Sprinter for a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for a family or a small group of friends going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): a private van for 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger group can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): a private van for 10 to 14 passengers, for a birthday group or a whole fan club.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier comes with the same arrangement: one chauffeur for the whole night. The choice mostly comes down to headcount and how much luxury you want. Families with both Heat and Magic fans fit fine in any of them.

Which Key Facts Should Every Game-Night Rider Know? 📋

  • Every booking covers a minimum of five hours with the same chauffeur.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • The service runs every day, around the clock, for daytime or evening plans.
  • Pickup and drop-off points are agreed with you before the ride begins.
  • Only private vehicles are used, so your group never shares a ride.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp.

Where Does the Hourly Service Run Around Miami? 🏝️

This hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby cities up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Hollywood sits between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, well within the area we drive every day. Our chauffeurs spend their days around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas north toward Fort Lauderdale. Keeping the hourly service close to the city lets a driver stay on call and change plans with you over a long evening without being in a rush. We don’t run this hourly service to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built for days and nights spent around town. For a Heat night, everything on the itinerary, from a Hollywood Beach dinner to a late drink in Brickell, is within the service area.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood for Heat vs. Magic? 🎤

Leave Hollywood with plenty of time before the 6:00 PM tip-off, and earlier if dinner comes first.

Sunday evening traffic into downtown builds as the arena fills, and the last few blocks around Biscayne Boulevard move slowly once the crowd starts arriving. Plan to reach downtown early enough to obtain through security, find your seats, and catch warm-ups. If the plan includes a Hollywood Beach dinner or a stop in Brickell, factor that into the start time and book enough hours to cover it. Send us your seats, dinner reservation, and group size on WhatsApp, and we’ll suggest a pickup time that works for your evening. Keep an eye on the start time in the days before the game, since the season finale sometimes moves once playoff seeding comes into focus. Your chauffeur will go by the confirmed tip-off, not the original listing, so the evening stays on schedule.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic?

Yes. We offer private hourly transportation from Hollywood to the game in a Black SUV XL, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or a Platinum SUV. One chauffeur is reserved for your group from pickup until you’re back home. Nothing is shared or scheduled around other passengers, and the night runs on your group’s timing.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood?

Your driver can pick you up at any address in Hollywood. That includes a hotel lobby on Hollywood Beach, a home or condo, the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, or a cruise terminal at nearby Port Everglades if you’re arriving on a cruise that day. Send us the address when you book, and we’ll confirm the pickup spot on WhatsApp.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Hollywood?

If your group is too big for an SUV, book a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Our larger Sprinter tier holds the biggest group we carry in one vehicle, and the smaller Sprinter works for mid-size groups. The passenger range for each tier is in the vehicle list above. Choose by headcount, and everyone rides down and back together.

Is This Service for Hollywood, Florida, or Hollywood, Los Angeles?

This page covers Hollywood, Florida, the Broward County beach city between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, not the Los Angeles neighborhood known for the film industry. Our chauffeurs work locally in South Florida, so pickup for the Heat game is on Hollywood Beach, in downtown Hollywood, or anywhere else in the Florida city.

Can We Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Ready to Reserve Your Hollywood Game-Night Chauffeur? 🥃

Message us on WhatsApp to check availability for Sunday, April 11, 2027.

Send your group size, a rough pickup time in Hollywood, your dinner plans, and any stops you want before or after the game. We’ll suggest the right vehicle, confirm the pickup spot, and reserve the date once your payment is in. Whether you’re two longtime season-ticket holders or a full Sprinter in matching jerseys, every booking gets the same attention. Dinner can be in Hollywood or Brickell, and after the game your chauffeur is ready to take everyone home. Confirm your booking now so your group’s ride to the Sunshine State rivalry is settled.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
