Transfer from Bal Harbour to Willy Chirino at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to Willy Chirino at The Fillmore Miami Beach on December 5, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Bal Harbour, waits through the 8:00 PM show, and drives everyone home. The rate is locked at booking, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour Cost per Hour? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, not per person, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier by headcount first. A couple or a small family heading to the concert fits comfortably in the Black SUV XL. A larger family or a group of friends sharing the night moves up to one of the two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers, which are priced by how many seats you fill. The Platinum SUV tier suits riders who desire the most polished cabin for an evening out. Because the rate is per vehicle, splitting it across a full SUV or private van keeps the cost per guest of a dressed-up holiday night reasonable. A concert evening from Bal Harbour usually fills the minimum block once you count dinner, the ride south, the show itself, and the trip home. The main extra to plan for is the after-hours surcharge on late rides, explained in its own section further down.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour for Willy Chirino? 🕴️

You get a private vehicle, one bilingual chauffeur, and a rate that never moves.

That combination makes a holiday concert a better experience from the moment you step out of the lobby. The car is reserved for your group alone, so nobody else joins. The flat hourly rate is fixed the day you confirm, and traffic, weather, or the crowd heading to the same show can’t change it. One driver handles the whole evening: the same face at pickup, during the wait, and on the ride back. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps when relatives prefer different languages. You reach us directly on WhatsApp, from first question to last ride. Nobody in your party has to drive, circle for parking, or skip the last song to beat traffic. This is a premium service built around one family night out, and it shows in the details: a clean cabin, a calm handoff at the curb, and a driver already waiting when the house lights come up.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Show Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into every hour you book.

That covers the coastal drive south, any tolls on the route your chauffeur chooses, and parking near the theater while your group is inside. The chauffeur, the vehicle, and the waiting time between stops are all part of the same hourly rate, not separate charges. There is room for what a holiday concert crowd tends to carry, like gift bags or a garment bag with a change of clothes. If you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance. The one charge that can apply on a concert night is the after-hours surcharge for rides outside daytime hours, covered in its own section below.

What Is Willy Chirino’s Family Christmas Concert on December 5? 🎤

Willy Chirino and Lissette bring a family Christmas concert to Miami Beach on Saturday, December 5, 2026.

The 8:00 PM show mixes holiday songs with the salsa and tropical hits that made both singers household names. Willy Chirino is a Cuban-born singer, songwriter, and bandleader based in Miami and one of the voices behind the Miami sound. He has won a Grammy and a Latin Grammy, and the Latin Recording Academy has honored him for lifetime achievement. Lissette, his wife and long-time stage partner, is a celebrated Cuban-born singer. A holiday show from them is the kind of night Miami’s Cuban and wider Latin community plans around: parents who have followed Willy since the early records, grandparents who know every word, and grandchildren learning the choruses. That crowd shapes the ride. Groups are often multigenerational and dressed for the season, so a roomy cabin and a patient chauffeur who can chat with every generation make the evening feel like a family occasion from the moment the car door opens.

Do You Need Willy Chirino Tickets Before Booking the Car?

Yes. Get your seats first, then lock in the car. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur only, never concert tickets, so buy through the venue’s official box office or its authorized ticket seller. Once your seats are confirmed, send your group size and Bal Harbour pickup address on WhatsApp and we will hold the vehicle for the night.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Bal Harbour? 🚙

Your chauffeur drives south along Collins Avenue, the coastal road linking Bal Harbour to the theater.

The drive stays on the barrier island the whole way. It passes Surfside, North Beach, and the hotel row of Mid-Beach, then turns toward the theater district beside Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Convention Center. Depending on how traffic is moving that evening, your chauffeur may switch between Collins and parallel streets such as Harding Avenue and Indian Creek Drive, so nobody in your group has to watch a map. On a quiet weeknight this is typically a relaxed coastal ride, but an early-December Saturday is different. Holiday shoppers, hotel guests, and the concert audience all head into Miami Beach at once, and Collins slows through the busiest stretches. Leave a generous cushion rather than timing the trip to the minute. The car is already yours for the whole block, so an earlier start simply means a calmer arrival.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Pickup happens at any address in Bal Harbour you name when you book.

Most riders start from a hotel. The St. Regis Bal Harbour and The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour both face the ocean along Collins Avenue, and your chauffeur waits at the main entrance drive until the group comes down. Guests in the oceanfront condominium towers along that stretch are met at the lobby door or valet circle. Families on the quiet residential streets of Bal Harbour Village, on the bay side west of Collins, can be picked up right at home. If you spend the afternoon at Bal Harbour Shops, the driver can meet you at the mall’s main entrance, purchases in hand, and go straight into the evening. Whatever the starting point, agree on the exact spot and a rough start time in your WhatsApp thread. Add any doorman or front-desk instructions so the pickup goes smoothly.

Can the Car Collect Guests From More Than One Bal Harbour Address?

Yes. The chauffeur can gather the whole group from several addresses before heading south. For example, the car might collect grandparents from a Bal Harbour residence, then pick up cousins waiting in a hotel lobby nearby. List every address in your WhatsApp message so the order of pickups and the start time are planned well before the night.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Bal Harbour Before the Concert? 🍸

Bal Harbour Shops and the neighboring Surf Club have polished restaurants for dinner before the show.

Bal Harbour Shops is the natural gathering point. The open-air center has well-known restaurants such as Makoto, for Japanese food, and Carpaccio, a long-running Italian favorite with locals. Both work well for a dressed-up early dinner. Just south in Surfside, Le Sirenuse at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club brings Amalfi Coast cooking to a landmark oceanfront club. Families who would rather eat closer to the music can have the chauffeur stop in South Beach or along Lincoln Road instead, then ride the last few blocks to the drop-off. Some groups like to add a stop for dessert and Cuban coffee after the show to keep the holiday mood going on the way home. These are only ideas for your booked hours, and we don’t make reservations. Book your table directly and tell the chauffeur the plan, and the car will be outside when the check is paid.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit easily into a single hourly booking. The clock starts at your Bal Harbour pickup. You eat at your chosen restaurant while the car stays close, ride to the show, and head home afterward. If dinner runs long or the group wants a nightcap, you can extend the booking on the spot.

How Does Drop-Off and Pickup Work at The Fillmore Miami Beach? 🎭

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance as access allows.

The theater faces Washington Avenue beside the Miami Beach Convention Center. On a holiday concert night the surrounding blocks fill with arriving fans, valet lines, and diners leaving nearby restaurants. Your chauffeur watches the traffic that night and pulls in at the drop-off point closest to the doors that traffic allows. The group steps out together, tickets ready, with no garage to hunt for and no walk from a distant lot. If someone in your party walks slowly or uses a cane, mention it at booking and the driver will aim for the shortest possible walk that evening. The venue sets its own rules for what you can bring inside, so check the arrival and entry guidance on The Fillmore Miami Beach visit page before you leave Bal Harbour. Everyone reaches the lobby fresh and in good spirits instead of worn out from a long walk down Washington Avenue.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for Willy Chirino?

Leave Bal Harbour well before the 8:00 PM start, and earlier still if dinner comes first. The coastal drive is typically short, but give yourself extra time on a December Saturday so the group can get through the entrance, find seats, and grab a drink before the first song. Arriving early beats rushing in late.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting through the concert is the whole point of booking by the hour. While Willy and Lissette perform, the car stays parked nearby, with parking already covered, and your chauffeur keeps the phone close. Coats, gifts, or a change of shoes can stay in the vehicle until you come back out after the final song.

Where Do You Meet the Chauffeur After the Encore?

Message your chauffeur on WhatsApp as the final song winds down and agree on a meeting point a short walk from the theater, away from the thickest part of the departing crowd. The car pulls up, everyone climbs in, and Collins Avenue takes the group back north to Bal Harbour, with a dessert stop first if you like.

Which Payment Methods Reserve Your Concert-Night Car? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, when you book.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: A 5-hour minimum applies, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each extra hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night wraps up.

How Do Hourly Chauffeur Bookings Work for a Concert Night? 🚐

You pick a vehicle, and that car and chauffeur stay yours for the block.

Start by matching your headcount to a tier and choosing a start time. The clock begins at pickup, and the first five hours are the minimum block. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that morning and you desire to go straight into the evening. The exact spot is agreed when you book. After that, you set the order: dinner first, a stop for flowers or a last-minute gift, the concert, then a late dessert. Running long is easy. Once the five-hour block is used, each additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate as the first, with no new fare to negotiate. You can keep the car for a nightcap and settle the extra time after the evening ends.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book From Bal Harbour? 🏙️

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Service runs every day, around the clock, daytime or evening.
  • Group size, start time, and wish-list stops are confirmed over WhatsApp.

Is There a Surcharge for the Late Ride Home After the Show? 🎆

Yes. Rides outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry a surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV, the surcharge is a single flat amount added per trip, so it is easy to build into the evening’s budget from the start. For the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers, it is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of vehicle a larger group needs. Plan for it when you book so it doesn’t come as a surprise at the end of the night. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚙

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a large extended family.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for a couple, a family of four, or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size family group stays together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger tier: carries 10 to 14 passengers, so an extended family or a holiday party arrives together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a higher-trim cabin for a polished evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, shown as examples of that vehicle class.

Choose by headcount first and comfort second. Holiday crowds dress up, and a cabin with room to spare keeps coats uncreased and gift bags off laps. If your group is right at a tier’s limit, you may prefer to step up a size. Families traveling with both grandparents and young children often locate that the extra space in a private van makes getting in and settling down easier.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to Willy Chirino? 🎊

Yes. A reserved car and chauffeur, booked by the hour, covers the whole concert night.

Driving yourself means hunting for a garage space near the theater on a busy December Saturday, then working your way through the departing crowd after the encore. A reserved chauffeur solves both problems. Nobody outside your party rides along, and the vehicle stays yours from the first pickup in Bal Harbour until the last guest is back home. People search for this in different ways, such as a private van to the concert, a luxury car for a dressed-up evening, or a driver for the night. Each one is the same booking in a different tier. The Platinum SUV suits a couple celebrating an anniversary at the show, while a Sprinter keeps a large family holiday outing together in one cabin. Whichever you choose, your driver is focused only on your group’s evening, not on the next fare.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Besides Bal Harbour?

The service stays local, which keeps it on call and unhurried. Your chauffeur works across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Longer trips to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service.

Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can You Ride From Bal Harbour to the Show Without Keeping the Car All Night?

Yes. The hourly service always includes the minimum block because the chauffeur stays with you, but a point-to-point private transfer in the same vehicles is available for a plain one-way drop with no waiting. For a concert, keeping the car means you don’t have to look for a ride home through the departing crowd.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Reserve Your Bal Harbour Car for December 5 Now? 🥂

Yes. Send your details on WhatsApp and we can confirm your concert-night car.

Include four things in your first message: how many people are going, your pickup address in Bal Harbour, a rough start time, and any dinner or extra stops you desire on the way. We reply with the right vehicle tier, confirm availability for the night, and send the payment options to lock in the date. December evenings are popular for holiday outings across Miami Beach, so confirming soon after your tickets arrive keeps planning simple. Every detail for the evening stays in one WhatsApp thread you can share with the whole family: pickup point, timing, dinner plans, and where to meet after the encore. After that, all that’s left is choosing what to wear, deciding who gets the window seat, and getting ready to sing along when Willy Chirino and Lissette take the stage. Message us today to check availability and confirm your booking.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
