Transfer from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Surfside to Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks at Kaseya Center on Saturday, December 12, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 8:00 PM. The rate is locked at booking with no surge, and one dedicated chauffeur keeps the same car ready for the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Hourly Chauffeur From Surfside Cost? 📋

Game-night rates from Surfside are set per vehicle and per hour, never per person.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking covers at least five hours. That is enough time for a Surfside pickup, a relaxed pre-game dinner, all four quarters, and the ride back up the coast. Each rate covers the whole vehicle, so a family of four in the Black SUV XL or a group of friends in a Sprinter splits one fixed hourly figure however they like. The Platinum SUV suits a birthday, a client night, or anyone who wants a more polished arrival downtown. Pick the tier by headcount, and the rest of the evening runs on your schedule.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🚙

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate for your vehicle.

Any tolls on the route between Surfside and downtown, and the cost of parking the vehicle between stops, never appear as separate lines on your bill. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you need to pull up digital tickets or check the lineup on the way in. If anyone needs a quick restroom, snack, or stretch stop before the arena, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop doesn’t change the flat rate.

The only other charge that may apply is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours. It is laid out in full further down this page, so the game-night total holds no surprises.

Why Is Heat vs. Knicks on December 12 Such a Big Night in Miami? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks tips off Saturday, December 12, 2026, at 8:00 PM.

The game is at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena in Downtown Miami, and it carries extra weight. The defending champion Knicks make their only Miami visit of the season, reviving a rivalry built in hard-fought playoff series and renewed in recent postseasons. Anticipate a crowd that mirrors Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, a deep base of Black fans, international visitors, and a loud pocket of New Yorkers in blue and orange. A Saturday-night game against a marquee opponent becomes a whole evening out, and many groups plan dinner, the game, and a late drink around it. Booking the car by the hour fits that rhythm. Nobody in your Surfside group has to be the designated driver, circle a downtown garage, or check a phone for a ride at midnight.

Can You Turn the Game Into a Full Night Out in Downtown Miami?

Yes. The same car can take your group to Bayside Marketplace for a pre-game walk along the bay, then on to Brickell or Wynwood for drinks after the final buzzer. The chauffeur drives between each spot and waits while you’re inside, so the night keeps moving and nobody has to look for parking. Your driver can also suggest a post-game stop that suits the group’s mood.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Surfside on Game Night? 🏙️

Your chauffeur drives south from Surfside and crosses Biscayne Bay into Downtown Miami.

The usual route runs down Collins Avenue through Miami Beach, then west over the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the MacArthur Causeway. The MacArthur comes off the bay almost at the arena’s doorstep. When the beach side is crawling, the driver can instead take the Broad Causeway west from Bay Harbor Islands and follow Biscayne Boulevard south, which is steadier on some Saturday nights. Downtown traffic builds well before an 8:00 PM tip-off, with fans heading to the arena, Bayside Marketplace, and the Brickell bars at the same time. A chauffeur who reads those approaches in real time makes a noticeable difference. Nobody in the group has to watch a map, hunt for a garage, or split up across several cars. Everyone rides together and arrives together.

How Early Should You Leave Surfside for Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks?

Plan to leave Surfside with a generous cushion before the 8:00 PM tip-off, and earlier still if dinner is part of the night. The drive typically runs longer on an event Saturday. Arriving early leaves time to get through the doors, find your seats, and catch warmups. Share your ideal arrival time and the chauffeur will plan the departure around it.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur pulls in as close to the arena as event-night access allows, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side or at whichever drop-off point is open that evening. Your group steps out together a short walk from the entrance. The driver shares that exact spot on WhatsApp so everyone knows where to regroup later.

Can the Driver Wait for You During the Game?

Yes, waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. While you watch the game, the chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle and can be reached on WhatsApp the entire time. If someone needs to leave at halftime or wants a jacket from the car, one message brings the driver back to the drop-off point.

Where Do You Meet the Driver After the Final Buzzer?

Message the chauffeur on WhatsApp as the fourth quarter winds down, and the car will pull up at the agreed pickup point, as close to the arena as post-game traffic allows. Instead of waiting in line at a garage, your group walks out, gets in, and heads back to Surfside or on to a late dinner in Brickell.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Surfside? 🏝️

The driver picks up at any address in Surfside you choose at booking.

That might be the lobby of The Surf Club or the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, a condo on Collins Avenue, a family home on the quieter residential streets west of Harding Avenue, or a vacation home near the beach. You confirm the exact spot when you book over WhatsApp. The chauffeur messages when the vehicle is outside, so nobody has to wait on the sidewalk watching Collins Avenue traffic. Hotel guests can wait in the lobby until the message arrives, and residents can stay inside until the car is at the door. Surfside’s small, walkable grid makes pickups quick. Its position near the north end of the barrier island also gives the driver a choice of routes south or west once everyone is aboard. It is a calm way to start a loud night.

Can the Driver Collect Guests From More Than One Surfside Address?

Yes. The stops are yours to set, so the chauffeur can collect one couple at a Collins Avenue condo, a second party at a hotel, and friends staying in Bal Harbour or Bay Harbor Islands before heading downtown. List every pickup when you book so the order makes sense and nobody is left waiting.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Surfside Before Tip-Off? 🥂

Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have some of Miami’s most polished pre-game dinner tables.

Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small downtown strip, is lined with casual cafes and neighborhood restaurants where a family can eat early before the drive. For something more celebratory, the dining rooms at The Surf Club set an elegant tone. Just to the north, Bal Harbour Shops is home to longtime favorites such as Makoto and Carpaccio. The chauffeur waits outside while you eat, then loads the group and heads south, so nobody watches the clock over dessert. Some groups would rather eat downtown, near Bayside Marketplace on the bay or in Brickell, and the same driver takes them from the table to the game. Book the table yourself and share the time, and the chauffeur will build the evening’s schedule around it.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🕴️

You book a block of hours, and the car and chauffeur are yours throughout.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount. Then send the group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp. Pickup can be at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal on a cruise-day arrival (heading straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a private home. The exact spot is agreed when you book. From there the same chauffeur stays with the group for the entire block and follows your schedule. Once the 5-hour block is up, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and those extra hours are settled after the day. If overtime or a post-game dinner stretches the night, keep the car as long as you require.

What Happens If the Game Goes to Overtime?

Nobody has to leave before the final horn. If overtime or a tight finish runs the night past your booked hours, the chauffeur stays with the car and the extra time is added to the booking as described above, then settled once the night wraps up. Watch every possession, then walk out to a car that never left.

Which Service Facts Should Surfside Fans Know Before Booking? 🎤

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group throughout.
  • The same chauffeur waits between every stop on your list.
  • You choose the stops, the route, and the pace.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, for daytime starts and late-night returns alike.
  • Bookings are set up and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Game-Night Booking? 🍾

Payment is simple and handled over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare at booking locks in your date.
  • Hours: The booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a full group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the go-to choice for a couple, a family, or a few friends heading downtown together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (mid-size): seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger crew can ride together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (large): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so an extended family or a fan club arrives as one group.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more luxurious cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

There is room aboard for what fans usually carry, like jerseys, signs, and a foam finger or two, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. If your headcount sits right on the line between two tiers, size up so nobody rides squeezed after a long night on their feet.

Why Do Surfside Fans Choose a Private Chauffeur for Heat Nights? 🥃

A private chauffeur makes game night a premium service from door to door.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin is yours for pre-game playlists, halftime debates, and the ride home, whatever the score. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge when the arena empties and the whole crowd reaches for a ride at once. The chauffeur is bilingual and stays with you for the whole block, through dinner, the game, and every stop after, so the group can talk easily in English or Spanish. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, and the reply comes from the person holding the keys. The result is a better experience all night: fewer moving parts, one familiar face, and a car that is ready the moment you are.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to a Late Heat Game? 🌆

Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is one flat addition per trip, while the Sprinter surcharge scales with the value of the trip, so a larger group spreads it across more riders. Both are listed here in full, so the total cost of the evening, from a Surfside dinner to a late stop in Brickell, is clear before you confirm. Nothing else about the service changes after dark: same car, same chauffeur, same plan.

Is There Private Transportation From Surfside to Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks? 🎊

Yes. You get a private SUV or a private van with your own chauffeur, booked by the hour.

Every ride on this page carries only your group, with no strangers, no extra pickups you didn’t ask for, and no fixed departure times. Fans looking for a ride to the Heat game from Surfside usually want three things: to arrive together, to skip the garage lines, and to get home without a long wait after the buzzer. An hourly booking covers all three with one vehicle. It also works for mixed groups. A couple staying at a Surfside hotel, their friends in a Collins Avenue condo, and a cousin flying in that afternoon can all ride in the same car. The questions below cover the details Surfside riders ask about most often, from group size to pets to last-minute plans.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Surfside?

Our private van is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and it comes in two sizes: a mid-size model for a medium group and a larger one for the biggest parties we carry. The exact headcounts are in the rate list above. Send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll match you with the right Sprinter, or the Black SUV XL for a smaller group.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Surfside?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Besides Surfside?

The service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. That keeps your chauffeur on call and unhurried around the city, so far-off destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach sit outside this hourly service.

What If You Book the Heat Game Ride Within 24 Hours?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time run as agreed. On such short notice, a change or refund can’t be guaranteed. The flexible part stays: you can always add more hours on the day.

Can You Book the Same Surfside Driver for Other Nights at the Arena?

Yes. The same hourly service works for any night at the downtown arena, whether it’s another Heat home game such as the Pelicans or Timberwolves visits, the Red, White & Pink Game, or a concert. Send the date, your headcount, and your Surfside pickup on WhatsApp, and we’ll check availability for your group.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
