Transfer from Bal Harbour to TINI at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to TINI at Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 18, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Bal Harbour, gets you to Downtown Miami before the 8:00 PM show, and drives everyone home afterward. Nobody has to park, and nobody has to stay sober to drive.

How Much Does a Bal Harbour Concert Chauffeur Cost per Hour? 🚙

Each rate below is charged per vehicle and depends only on the tier you select.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking has a five-hour minimum, which suits a concert evening from Bal Harbour: pickup and a relaxed dinner close to home, the drive to Downtown Miami, the show, and the ride back up the coast. You pay per vehicle, so a family of four and a birthday group of twelve each pay one hourly rate for the whole car instead of a fare for every seat. One hourly number is also simple for friends to split before anyone leaves the lobby. Teens riding with a parent’s blessing, couples on a date night, and fan clubs traveling together all book the same way. Select your tier by headcount first, then by how polished you desire the night out downtown to feel.

Is There a Late-Night Surcharge for the Ride Home From the Concert? 🌆

There is no surcharge during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside those hours, a small surcharge applies, depending on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It is a fixed add-on, not a late-night rate that keeps climbing. The SUV tiers add a set amount per journey, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter adds a percentage of the journey value. You can work out the whole evening’s cost before you leave home, so the late finish holds no surprises. A packed arena or a slow exit from Downtown doesn’t change it, because the published amount is what you pay. When you book, just ask and we’ll show you how it applies to your pickup and return times.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Concert Night? 📋

Booking by the hour reserves one car and one chauffeur for your whole evening.

First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and your planned stops on WhatsApp. Your chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a group coming off a ship that morning can go straight into the concert day. You agree on the pickup spot when you book. On this page, that commonly means a hotel lobby or a front door in Bal Harbour. After that, you decide the order of the evening: dinner first, a stop to pick up a friend, or a swift journey back to a hotel for a forgotten ticket. The chauffeur follows your plan, waits whenever the group is out of the car, and has the vehicle ready for the next leg. Nobody in your group has to drive, park, or read a map, and that’s the whole point of a night like this.

What Happens if the Group Wants to Keep the Car Longer?

You can keep it as long as the night needs. After the 5-hour block, each extra hour is simply added at your vehicle’s same flat hourly rate, and nothing gets renegotiated. Just tell the chauffeur on the night. You settle the extra hours after the evening ends, with the driver or over WhatsApp, so nobody fumbles with payment at midnight.

Who Is Going to TINI in Downtown Miami on October 18, 2026? 🎤

TINI brings her FUTTTURA World Tour to Downtown Miami on Sunday, October 18, 2026.

The show starts at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the arena on Biscayne Bay next to Bayside Marketplace. The Argentine star mixes Latin pop with urban Latin sounds, and the crowd is just as mixed. Anticipate Spanish-speaking fans from Miami’s Argentine and wider Latin American communities, teens and young adults who grew up watching her on Disney television, and couples, parents, and whole families making a night of it. That mix shapes how people travel. Parents desire someone they trust to take younger fans there and bring them back. Friend groups desire to arrive together with their outfits intact, and without one person stuck driving all night. A private chauffeur from Bal Harbour does both, and the ride becomes part of the celebration instead of a chore squeezed between dinner and the encore. Before you leave, check the official TINI event page for the latest entry details and any updates from the venue.

What Do Fans Wear to the FUTTTURA Tour?

Silver, metallic chrome, and black lead the look, since TINI has tied those colors to this tour, and you’ll see glitter, leather, denim, boots, and Y2K-inspired outfits all around. A private car keeps those outfits looking fresh from Bal Harbour to the arena, and a garment bag or a change of shoes can stay in the car. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Bal Harbour Without Driving? 🏙️

A private chauffeur is the simplest way from Bal Harbour to the arena and back.

Bal Harbour sits at the northern end of Miami Beach’s barrier island. Getting downtown means heading south along the coast and then west across Biscayne Bay, which any Miami chauffeur knows well. If you drive yourself, someone has to skip the celebration, you pay for event parking, and then you walk back through the crowd late on a Sunday night. A car booked by the hour solves all three problems. The group gets in together outside the hotel or building, the chauffeur deals with traffic and the approach to the venue, and the ride home is arranged before the first song. Conversation, playlists, and last-minute outfit checks happen in the back seat instead of on a crowded sidewalk. If you’re visiting and don’t know Downtown Miami, you won’t have to figure out which exit, street, or garage to aim for on a hectic night.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take Out of Bal Harbour?

The chauffeur usually picks one of two routes. One goes west over the Broad Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard or I-95 and then south into Downtown. The other goes south on Collins Avenue to the Julia Tuttle or MacArthur Causeway and across the bay. Traffic on the night decides which is better, and your chauffeur makes the call.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🏝️

Your pickup can be at any address in Bal Harbour, and you agree on it when you book.

Hotel guests commonly meet the chauffeur at their resort’s front entrance. The St. Regis Bal Harbour and The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour both face Collins Avenue and have their own arrival drives. Residents of the oceanfront towers along that stretch can step out of their own lobby. Friends meeting for an early bite can walk out of Bal Harbour Shops straight to the car. When you confirm, share the exact address and any building details, such as a covered drive, a concierge desk, or a separate residents’ entrance, so the chauffeur knows where to go. Guests staying next door in Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands are just as simple to pick up. You also select the pickup time, so the night can start with a long dinner or a swift meet-up, whichever the group prefers.

Can Friends Staying at Different Bal Harbour Addresses Share One Booking?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up one friend at a resort, another at a condominium tower, and a third outside Bal Harbour Shops before heading south. Send the addresses in order when you book, and the whole group arrives downtown together in the same vehicle.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Bal Harbour Before the Show? 🥂

Bal Harbour Shops is the obvious place to meet for dinner before the concert.

Two long-running favorites there are Makoto for Japanese food and Carpaccio for classic Italian. Both work well for a group that wants a proper meal before a long night on its feet. A little further south in Surfside, the restaurants at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club are an oceanfront choice for a more festive start. Book your own table ahead of time, and offer the chauffeur the restaurant name so the pickup is timed around your reservation. The car stays close by while you eat, so there’s no valet line and nobody needs to watch the clock except for the planned departure. Once the check is paid, the group walks out, gets in, and heads south together. If you’d rather eat downtown, just say so, and the chauffeur can drop you near a restaurant in Brickell before the show.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, that’s exactly what booking by the hour is for. Start with pickup and dinner in Bal Harbour, ride downtown for the 8:00 PM show, and head home afterward, all with the same car and chauffeur. Share your dinner reservation time when you book, and we’ll help plan the evening around it.

Is There Time for a Stop After the Concert Before Heading Back to Bal Harbour?

Yes, if you want one. Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena on the bay, Brickell’s late-night restaurants are just south, and Wynwood is a short drive north of Downtown. Tell the chauffeur where you want to go after the encore. The same car takes you there, waits, and then drives everyone back up the coast to Bal Harbour.

What Should You Expect on Event Night Between Bal Harbour and the Arena? 🏟️

Arena nights depend on timing, and your hourly chauffeur handles every leg of the journey.

Before you leave Bal Harbour, agree on three things with your driver: the departure time, a single WhatsApp thread for the whole group, and a meeting spot for after the show. The meeting spot matters most. When the concert ends, the whole arena empties onto the streets at once, so select a landmark near the venue that everyone can locate and message the chauffeur as you walk out. The car comes as close as post-show traffic allows, the group gets in, and you’re heading north while other people are still looking for their parking level. Parents sending teenagers know the driver and the car at both ends of the night. Adults can spend the ride home talking about the setlist instead of squinting at road signs. If the night runs long, the chauffeur is still booked and still there for you.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for TINI?

Leave with plenty of spare time. The drive downtown typically slows as arena traffic builds on an event evening, and getting there well before the 8:00 PM start gives you time for entry, merch, and finding your seats. If you’re having dinner first, allow time for that too. Your chauffeur can suggest a departure time based on traffic that afternoon.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur gets the group as close to the entrance as event-night access allows, using the nearest drop-off point open to cars that evening. The arena faces Biscayne Boulevard next to Bayside Marketplace, so the last stretch is short. Everyone gets out together, and the car pulls away to wait for your message.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The driver stays on your booking the whole time, parks nearby while TINI performs, and can be reached on WhatsApp during the show. Nobody has to search for the car or find a ride home at the end of the night. When the encore ends, send a message and the same car comes back for the group.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚐

Pick the vehicle by headcount first, then by the kind of arrival you desire.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5. A good fit for couples, small groups of friends, and families going to the show together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6 to 9 passengers): room for a bigger group of friends or two families riding together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10 to 14 passengers): fits a birthday group, a fan club, or a large extended family in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV (1 to 5 passengers): our most polished tier, for a special-occasion arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Count everyone who will ride at any point, including a parent who joins to bring a carload of teenagers home after the show. If your group is right at a tier’s limit, you might favor the next size up for more room in concert outfits. The Platinum SUV is a good choice for couples celebrating an anniversary or a birthday. The larger Sprinter means a large group doesn’t have to split across cars and lose each other downtown. If your headcount changes before the day, message us and we’ll check which tier fits.

How Is Payment Handled? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled afterward.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat hourly rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the evening.

Why Ride With a Private Bilingual Chauffeur From Bal Harbour? 🕴️

A private bilingual chauffeur gives you upscale service from the moment you’re picked up.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only, and one driver stays with you for the whole block. There are no strangers, no car changes, and no wondering who is coming back for you. The hourly rate is flat and locked in when you book. It doesn’t surge when the arena lets out, and it doesn’t change for traffic, weather, or a packed event night. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps with a crowd from across Latin America and with grandparents coming along. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the day, and the driver stays through the show instead of leaving after the drop-off. It’s a better experience than dealing with car keys, parking stubs, and a designated driver. Everyone rides, everyone sings, and everyone gets home.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🍾

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur’s time, and the evening’s running costs.

Fuel, causeway tolls, and parking while the driver waits are all included, so you never pay a Broad Causeway toll or a downtown garage yourself. Onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot keeps phones connected for digital tickets and photos. You can also ask for one short comfort stop along the way, for a restroom, a snack, or a swift stretch, and it doesn’t change the rate. A few things can add to the total. The night surcharge described above applies outside daytime hours and extra hours beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s rate after the first has a fee we confirm when you book. Because you know all of this before the day, the group can split costs before anyone leaves Bal Harbour, with no awkward math on the ride home.

Which Key Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 🍸

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, in daytime and evening hours alike.
  • You can add, drop, or reorder stops during your booked hours.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Bal Harbour to TINI at the Last Minute? 🎊

Yes, if a vehicle is available, and once booked, your slot is held just for you.

If you agree on a day and time for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group, and the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. Because the car is already committed to you at such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The upside is certainty: your chauffeur is locked in for the concert no matter how hectic Downtown Miami gets that Sunday. You still have flexibility on the day. You can always add hours on top of what you reserved, whether dinner runs long or the group wants one more stop before heading home. To check availability, send your group size, a rough start time, and your Bal Harbour pickup address on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm your booking.

Where Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Run Around Miami?

The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach and Bal Harbour, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Concert?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Bal Harbour to the Arena for a Large Group?

Yes, and it’s fully private. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries only your group from one Bal Harbour pickup, or several, to the concert and back, with the same chauffeur for the whole block. No seats are sold to strangers, there’s no fixed timetable, and the vehicle leaves when your group is ready.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Chauffeur for TINI From Bal Harbour? 🎆

You can reserve with one WhatsApp message containing a few details.

Tell us how many people are riding, where in Bal Harbour the evening starts, a rough pickup time, and any dinner or after-show stops you desire. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits, confirm the plan, and send a secure payment link for the full fare. Once you have paid, your date is held. From there, the evening is yours. Your chauffeur arrives at your lobby or front door at the agreed time, drives the group south for the 8:00 PM show at Kaseya Center, and brings everyone home to Bal Harbour when the lights come up. October 18 is a single night with a large arena crowd, so confirming your car early gives you the top chance of getting the vehicle tier you desire. Obtain your silver outfits and playlist ready, then send us a message to confirm your booking.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
