Transfer from Bal Harbour to ROA at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Book a private hourly chauffeur from Bal Harbour to ROA at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Thursday, October 8, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One dedicated driver collects your group anywhere in Bal Harbour, handles the evening run down Collins Avenue before the 8:00 PM start, and stays with you until everyone is home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Bal Harbour to ROA Cost? 📋

Each private vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking starts with five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

On a show night, those first hours frequently cover a pre-show dinner, the concert itself, and the drive back up Collins Avenue. You pay for the vehicle and the chauffeur by the clock, not by the mile. A detour to collect a friend in Surfside or a long meal before heading south does not change the hourly rate. Groups sharing one car can split the total however they like, and the larger tiers keep everyone in one cabin instead of spread across several cars. The rate you see here is the rate you book. The only extra tied to the clock is the late-night surcharge in the next section, and your confirmation lists it before you commit.

Does a Late Ride Home After ROA Carry a Night Surcharge? 🌆

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends only on the vehicle type, so you know it before the evening begins. An SUV booking adds one set amount for the journey. A Sprinter booking adds a percentage of the journey value. Traffic on Collins Avenue, a long encore, or a slow exit from the theater district has no effect on it. Your WhatsApp confirmation shows the surcharge right beside the hourly rate, so the total you pay matches what you agreed in the chat. It is the one charge tied to the time of day, not to your group size, your stops, or how hectic Miami Beach gets after the show.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚙

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full birthday crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a couple or a small group of friends leaving Bal Harbour together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers in one cabin, so a birthday group or two families can ride as one party.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, the larger setup for a big family outing or a whole fan club.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin, made for a dressed-up night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Select by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the evening. With everyone in one cabin, the group arrives together and leaves together, and nobody is left refreshing a phone on a crowded sidewalk after the encore. People dress sharp for a large reggaeton night, and a roomy cabin keeps those outfits looking right on the ride south. Every tier carries only the people on your booking.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to Miami Beach? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur takes parking, traffic, and the late drive home off your plate.

If you drive yourself to a large concert on Miami Beach, you circle for a space, pay whatever the nearest lot charges that night, and pick one friend to stay sober for the drive back up Collins Avenue. A reserved car removes all of that. Your rate is locked at booking, with no surge when it seems the whole city is heading south at once. The vehicle is held for your group alone, arrives ready before pickup, and nobody new gets in along the way. You also get a direct WhatsApp line to the person behind the wheel, so changing the plan takes one swift message. That is what we mean by upscale service: the whole evening is arranged around one group, which makes for a better experience from the first mile to the last.

Quick Facts Before You Reserve Your Chauffeur 📋

  • Each reservation begins with a block of five consecutive hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so either language works aboard.
  • Your group chooses the stops, the pace, and the route.
  • Service is available 24/7, for daytime outings and late evenings alike.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

What Kind of Night Is ROA’s Miami Beach Show? 🎤

ROA brings Puerto Rican reggaeton and Latin trap to Miami Beach on October 8, 2026.

The concert starts at 8:00 PM on a Thursday and was announced as the opening night of his first U.S. tour, so the evening feels like an occasion. ROA is one of the fastest-rising voices in Puerto Rico’s urban music scene. His Miami crowd is largely Latin, with numerous Puerto Rican fans and friends from across the city’s wider Latin community. They come in groups, dressed up and ready to sing every hook back at the stage. The show is at The Fillmore Miami Beach, the historic hall long known as the Jackie Gleason Theater, close to Lincoln Road and Collins Park. It is a theater, not a stadium, so the energy inside runs high and the streets outside fill up rapidly. For a group coming down from Bal Harbour, that is the case for having your own car: dress for the night, not for a long walk from a distant garage.

How Early Should You Leave Bal Harbour for ROA? 🏙️

Leave Bal Harbour with a generous cushion ahead of the 8:00 PM start.

The drive south is commonly a simple run down the barrier island. On a Thursday evening, though, commuter and hotel traffic builds through Surfside, North Beach, and Mid-Beach, and an opening-night crowd heading for one theater slows the last few blocks. Permit extra time so you can walk in calmly, get through the security line, pick up merch, and settle in before the first song. Your chauffeur checks live traffic that afternoon and messages a suggested departure time, adjusted for any dinner stop or extra pickup. Leaving earlier just uses hours you have already reserved. Arriving with time to spare is far better than rushing from the curb as the opening beat drops. If your group plans dinner near the theater, leave earlier still and let the driver handle the timing.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Bal Harbour to the Show?

On most evenings, the chauffeur follows Collins Avenue south from Bal Harbour through Surfside, North Beach, and the Mid-Beach hotel stretch into South Beach. If Collins backs up, the driver can switch to Indian Creek Drive for part of the way, or cross to the mainland and come back over a causeway, whichever is moving faster that night.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

Your chauffeur pulls up as close to the entrance as access allows, so the group can step out and walk straight in. If street closures or traffic control keep cars back on a show night, the driver picks the nearest safe drop-off point and messages you that exact spot for the pickup later.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show and Drive the Group Home?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole concert and keeps the car ready for the return. When the encore ends, send a WhatsApp message. The driver meets you at the agreed spot, a little away from the crowd, and takes everyone straight back to Bal Harbour or wherever the night goes next.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Bal Harbour? 🥂

Your chauffeur picks up at any Bal Harbour address you select at booking.

Hotel guests commonly meet the car at the front entrance of The St. Regis Bal Harbour or The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, where the driver waits in the motor court and messages once parked. If you live in one of the oceanfront towers along Collins Avenue, come straight down to your building’s drive. Families on the quieter residential streets on the bay side are picked up at the front door. Spent the afternoon at Bal Harbour Shops? The driver can meet you outside the center, so you go from shopping to dinner to the show without going back upstairs. Put the pickup address, the name on the booking, and a contact number in the WhatsApp thread. The chauffeur plans to reach early, so the evening runs on your schedule.

Can Friends in Surfside or Sunny Isles Beach Join the Same Pickup?

Yes. The chauffeur can collect friends in Surfside, Bay Harbor Islands, or Sunny Isles Beach before heading south. Add each address to the booking thread in the order you want, and the driver plans the loop so the whole party rides to the show together in one private vehicle, with nobody left finding their own way.

Can You Fit Dinner at Bal Harbour Shops Into the Same Booking? 🍸

Yes, a pre-show dinner and the concert fit effortlessly inside one hourly booking.

Bal Harbour Shops is the natural starting point. Its open-air courtyards have restaurants locals select for large nights, such as Carpaccio for classic Italian or Makoto for sushi and Japanese dishes. The chauffeur drops you at the entrance, waits while you eat, and pulls around when you are ready, so nobody has to watch the clock or feed a parking meter. For something more relaxed, the restaurants along Harding Avenue in neighboring Surfside keep the start of the evening casual. Book your table directly with the restaurant. We handle the car, the timing, and getting you from dessert to the theater with room to spare. Tell us your reservation time when you book, and the driver plans the departure around it.

What Is There to Do Near the Theater Before the Show?

There is plenty close to the drop-off. Lincoln Road’s pedestrian mall has cafes and good people-watching. Collins Park and The Bass museum are nearby, and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden is a quieter corner. Ocean Drive’s Art Deco strip is a short ride away for group photos before the chauffeur brings you back for the show.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🚐

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hourly rate.

That covers the run down Collins Avenue, any tolls along the way, and the driver’s parking during the concert, so no separate bill shows up at the end of the night. A short comfort stop is simple to fit in, whether for a restroom break, water, or a swift snack. Just ask the driver, and the rate does not change. There is room for what fans actually bring to a show like this, from a handmade sign to the merch you buy inside; tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. One extra can apply: the late-night surcharge if it applies and covered earlier. Everything else is already part of the hourly booking.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Show Day? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur by the hour, then run the evening your way.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your list, such as dinner, a friend’s pickup, the show, and a late bite. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking, and for this page that commonly means an address in Bal Harbour. Your booking covers a block of at least five hours. The same chauffeur stays with you the whole time, follows the plan you set, and adjusts it if the night changes. Once the details are confirmed, the vehicle and driver are held for your date.

What Happens If the Night Runs Past Five Hours?

You just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, and there is no fare to renegotiate. If you want a late dinner on Lincoln Road or one more stop in South Beach, tell the driver. The extra hours are settled after the day ends.

Which Payment Methods Secure the Booking? 🎊

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: There is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Is There Private Transportation From Bal Harbour to ROA? 🎭

Yes, a private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Bal Harbour to ROA and back. Your own SUV or Sprinter picks up the group at your Bal Harbour address, drives south to The Fillmore Miami Beach, and brings everyone home after the show, with no strangers aboard and no parking to hunt for.

If you were searching for a private shuttle to the concert, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group does that job and carries only the people on your booking. Smaller parties get the same setup in an SUV. Either way, it is one car and one driver for the whole evening. The questions below cover what Bal Harbour riders ask most before they confirm: how far the service goes, whether a pet can come, and how a same-day booking works.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

Our on-call hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It stays around the city and does not run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens When You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once a date and time within the next 24 hours are agreed, a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Bal Harbour Chauffeur for October 8? 🍾

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup address, and plans to reserve.

Tell us how many people are going, where in Bal Harbour the evening starts, whether dinner comes first, and any other stops you have in mind. We reply in the chat with the right vehicle tier, the hourly total for your block, and the night surcharge if it applies, all before you pay anything. Once your payment is in, your car and chauffeur are held for ROA’s opening night at The Fillmore Miami Beach. Opening nights draw a large crowd, so booking the car early leaves one less thing to arrange in the last few days. After that, all that’s left is choosing the outfit.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
