Our private hourly chauffeur from Surfside to Jay Wheeler at Wynwood Marketplace on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL with a bilingual driver at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 6:00 PM. We pick you up at your Surfside address, drive you into Wynwood, and have the same car ready when the last song ends.
Each vehicle tier has one fixed hourly price, and every booking reserves at least five hours of your chauffeur’s time.
The rate is per vehicle, not per guest. Friends going to the concert pay one hourly price and split it however they like. Choose the tier by headcount and by the kind of night you have in mind. The Black SUV XL keeps a small group together in a sleek cabin. The two Sprinter sizes carry larger groups as one party. The Platinum SUV adds a more polished feel for a birthday or an anniversary date. The minimum block is designed for a full evening out, covering the drive from Surfside, the concert, and the ride back, rather than a quick one-way drop. The payment section further down explains how any extra time is billed.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, together with your chauffeur’s time for the whole block.
Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, which helps when the group is pulling up digital tickets or posting clips on the drive into Wynwood. You can make a short stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch. Just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. There is room for what fans usually carry on a concert night, from handmade signs to a merch bag on the way out. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Two extras can apply. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. No tickets, tables, or packages are included, because what you reserve is the car and the chauffeur.
A dedicated chauffeur makes concert night one continuous upscale service, from pickup to drop-off.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin becomes your own pre-show lounge, with your playlist and your conversation, and everyone’s outfits arrive exactly as planned. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There’s no surge and no change for traffic, weather, or a packed weeknight in Wynwood. One driver stays with you for the entire block, so you never have to re-explain where you’re going or scramble for a ride once the final song fades. Your bilingual chauffeur keeps conversation easy for everyone in the car. You also have direct WhatsApp contact for every detail, from a changed pickup address to an extra stop on the way home. The result is a better experience shaped around your evening: a upscale service that lets everyone focus on singing along instead of watching the clock or the parking meter.
Your headcount decides the tier, and every choice is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur.
Romantic Latin R&B draws plenty of couples, and either SUV suits an anniversary or a special evening out. Larger groups who want to sing all the way down Collins Avenue usually prefer a Sprinter, where everyone shares one cabin. If you can’t decide between two sizes, send the headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest the tier that fits.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening yourself.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then message us on WhatsApp with the headcount, a rough pickup time, and the stops you’d like to make. The booking starts with a block of five hours, and the driver stays with you for all of it, waiting at every stop while you eat, take photos, or savor the show. You set the stops and the route, and nothing is fixed: add a detour, drop a plan, or stay longer than expected. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the concert), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. For this night, that’s usually somewhere in Surfside.
Yes. After the first five hours, each additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. The fare is never renegotiated, and you don’t pay on the spot. The extra time is settled after the night ends, either with the driver or over WhatsApp. Tell your chauffeur you’d like to stay out longer, and the car stays with you.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry the surcharges below.
The concert starts at 6:00 PM, so the evening begins inside daytime hours. The SUV surcharge is a single amount per journey, and the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the journey value, as listed. Both are shown here, so you know the full cost of the night before you book. Either way, the same chauffeur takes everyone home, whether that’s a beachfront lobby or a quiet residential street in town.
Payment comes down to three simple terms, all confirmed with you over WhatsApp.
Jay Wheeler plays Wynwood’s open-air marketplace on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
The Puerto Rican singer-songwriter has a devoted following for his romantic reggaeton and Latin R&B, and his crowds sing every chorus back to the stage. Wynwood Marketplace suits that energy. It’s an open-air space with food, drinks, music, and art, surrounded by the murals and galleries the neighborhood is known for. A Wednesday show changes the planning a little. Numerous fans will come straight from work or class, evening traffic is still heavy as the venue fills, and the streets around Wynwood get busy once the doors open. That’s why a reserved car makes sense for this date. Your group leaves Surfside together and arrives together, and nobody has to think about parking or who is driving home after a long night of singing.
Yes, Conep is also on the bill for the October 21 show, which is another reason to arrive early rather than at the last minute. Plan your Surfside pickup around the full lineup, and your chauffeur will aim to get the group to the drop-off point well before the music begins.
Expect a warm, devoted, largely Latino crowd from South Florida’s Puerto Rican, Venezuelan, Colombian, Dominican, and Cuban communities. It skews toward young adults, with plenty of couples on date nights and friends on a girls’ night out. Most come dressed up, ready to sing the romantic hits word for word, and planning to make a full evening of it.
Your chauffeur drives south from Surfside, crosses Biscayne Bay, and takes the group into Wynwood.
The ride connects two very different moods: the relaxed beachside streets of Surfside and the color and noise of Wynwood on a show night. On an ordinary evening the journey is typically a comfortable drive across the bay. A Wednesday concert overlaps with the end of rush hour, though, so allow extra time and let the chauffeur choose the better road as traffic changes. The region around the marketplace gets busy as fans arrive, with drop-offs, foot traffic, and little street space all at once. A reserved car solves that: nobody circles for parking, nobody walks blocks in new shoes, and nobody gets stuck being the designated driver. The route, when to leave, where you get out, and how the ride home works are covered just below, so the whole evening is planned before you leave Surfside.
The usual route runs south on Collins Avenue through Miami Beach to the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195), crosses the bay to the mainland, and enters Wynwood from the north. If that road backs up, the alternative is 71st Street over the Kennedy Causeway to Biscayne Boulevard, then south. Your chauffeur chooses between them based on live traffic.
Leave with plenty of time before the 6:00 PM start, because on a Wednesday evening the causeways and I-195 are full of commuter traffic. An earlier pickup gives the group time to settle in, get food at the marketplace, and find a good spot without rushing. Tell us your preferred arrival time when you book, and we’ll set the Surfside pickup to match.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance as street access and event-night traffic control allow, so the walk in is short. Before you get out, you’ll agree on a pickup point for later, and the driver confirms it over WhatsApp. That makes it easy to find each other when the crowd pours out at the end.
Yes. The chauffeur stays nearby for the entire show and is reachable on WhatsApp the whole time. Send a message when the last song ends, walk to the agreed spot, and the same car takes everyone back to Surfside, or to a late-night bite first if you’re not ready to go home.
Surfside and neighboring Bal Harbour have good dinner options close to your pickup address.
For a dressed-up start, The Surf Club Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club offers a classic, elegant dining room on the oceanfront edge of town. Harding Avenue, Surfside’s small main street, is more relaxed, with cafés and casual spots where a group can eat quickly and go over the plan for the night. Just north, Bal Harbour Shops has polished restaurants and a chance for a last-minute outfit stop. You could also save your appetite for Wynwood. The marketplace serves food and drinks before the music starts, and the surrounding blocks are full of restaurants and bars. Wherever you go, the car waits outside while you eat, then heads south once you’ve paid. These are just ideas for your booked hours. We don’t reserve tables, but your chauffeur is happy to suggest a stop that suits the group.
Yes, one hourly block covers both. Your chauffeur picks up the group in Surfside, waits during dinner, drives you to the show, and brings everyone home afterward, all in the same car. Start the booking a little earlier to leave room for the meal, and remember you can add hours on the night if dinner runs long.
Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Surfside, set when you confirm the booking.
Hotel guests usually walk out of the lobby of one of the beachfront hotels along Collins Avenue, where the driver pulls up at the entrance and welcomes the group aboard. Residents and short-term renters are picked up outside their condo building or in front of a home on the quiet residential streets west of Harding Avenue. If part of the group is arriving in Miami that afternoon, the driver can collect them first and then come through Surfside for everyone else. Send the exact address, any building access notes, and the name the driver should ask for, and we’ll pass it all along before the night. With those details, the evening starts smoothly, even on a busy weekday along Collins Avenue.
Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up the group from more than one address before heading south, such as a condo on Collins Avenue, a house a few streets away, or a friend waiting in Bal Harbour. List every pickup in your WhatsApp message when you book, and allow a little extra time for each stop.
Yes. You can book a private chauffeur by the hour now for the October 21 show.
The booking is for your group only. The car is never shared with other concertgoers, and nobody joins you along the way. If you’re looking for a private van to the concert, that’s exactly what you get: a private Sprinter or SUV with its own chauffeur, reserved for you. To book the night, send a WhatsApp message with your headcount, your Surfside pickup address, the time you’d like to arrive, and any stops, such as dinner or a walk through the art district. We’ll reply with the right tier and a plan for the evening. Once your payment is in, the car and driver are reserved for your date. The questions below cover the other details riders usually ask about before a show night.
Yes. It’s a local, on-call service that stays in the Miami area, including Surfside, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are outside this hourly service.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed within that final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead exactly as planned. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the night.
Yes, if you plan it into your hours. The Wynwood Walls and the mural-covered blocks around them are in the same neighborhood as the venue, so a group can walk around, take photos, and then walk or ride over for the show. Your chauffeur drops you near the murals and stays on call while you explore.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
