Transfer from Miami Beach to the Jay Wheeler Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to the Jay Wheeler concert at Kaseya Center on March 11, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Miami Beach and drives you across the bay before the 8:00 PM show. The same car takes you home afterward.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach Cost by the Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and you pay per vehicle, not per person. Every booking starts with a five-hour block of time with your chauffeur.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate covers the whole vehicle and its chauffeur for every hour you book. Four friends in the Black SUV XL pay the same hourly price as a couple riding alone. Bigger groups can share one Sprinter instead of splitting into several cars, so everyone arrives together and leaves together. A typical concert night from Miami Beach includes a sit-down dinner, the drive downtown, the full show, and the ride back to a hotel or home. Pick the vehicle that seats everyone comfortably and send a rough start time. We confirm your hourly price in writing before you pay. Tickets, dinner, and drinks are not included. You are paying for the car and the driver.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate on Concert Night? 📋

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate. You never see a separate charge for the causeway, downtown parking, or gas.

The rest is just as simple. Your group gets the whole vehicle and its chauffeur for every hour you book. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, so you can share photos or pull up digital tickets on the way over. If anyone needs a short comfort stop for the restroom, a snack, or a quick stretch, just ask the driver. It doesn’t change the price. Only two things can add to your total: the after-hours surcharge explained further down and any hours you add beyond your original booking. Nothing else appears on your final bill.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for the Jay Wheeler Show? 🕴️

Having your own car and chauffeur makes a hectic arena night calmer and more comfortable. The vehicle is for your group only, and the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You won’t meet a new driver at every stop or explain the plan twice. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, and there is no surge pricing. A packed arena, a sudden downpour, or a jammed boulevard after the encore never changes it. Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish. That helps on a night when the whole arena sings in Spanish and your group may switch languages mid-sentence. While you’re inside watching the show, your driver is on standby for your group only. You can also message our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, so changing plans takes one message. The whole night runs more smoothly from the moment you step out of the lobby.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for an Event Night? 🌆

When you book by the hour, you reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time, not just one ride. Every booking covers at least five hours, and you decide how to use them.

First, choose the vehicle that seats your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, picking up a friend, the show, and a late bite on the way back. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re arriving on a cruise and going straight to the concert. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. The same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you until your booking ends, and the driver waits between stops so nobody has to find a ride. You can change the order during the evening, take your time over dessert, or skip a stop. Your plan can change at any time.

What Happens If You Want to Keep the Car Past Five Hours?

You just keep it. Every hour after the first five is added at the same flat hourly rate as the rest of your booking. There’s no new quote and no renegotiated price. Tell your driver or message us on WhatsApp. You pay for the extra time after the night ends, not on the spot.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Beach to Jay Wheeler? 🎤

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur can take your Miami Beach group to Jay Wheeler and back. The Puerto Rican singer brings his world tour to Kaseya Center, the Downtown Miami arena where the Heat play, on Thursday, March 11, 2027. The show starts at 8:00 PM.

Expect a night of reggaeton, Latin R&B, and the romantic heartbreak ballads that made him a favorite with Latin music fans. The arena will be full of people singing every line in Spanish. The crowd is mostly young and social. You’ll see friend groups on a girls’ night out, couples on a date, and Puerto Rican, Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Dominican fans who know every lyric. A weeknight show downtown also means office traffic, hectic hotel driveways, and an arena crowd all moving at the same time. With your own vehicle booked by the hour, everyone can dress up, meet at one address on the beach, and start celebrating on the ride across the bay.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach? 🏝️

The driver picks you up at any address in Miami Beach that you choose when you book. In South Beach, that’s usually the front entrance of a hotel on Collins Avenue or Ocean Drive. The chauffeur pulls up at the curb and messages you on arrival.

Pickups at Mid-Beach resorts and North Beach condo towers work the same way. The car waits at the main entrance, not somewhere down the block. A private home on the Venetian Islands, an apartment in Sunset Harbour, or a friend’s place near Flamingo Park is just as easy. If your group is spread around the island, the driver can pick everyone up one by one during your booked time. That’s usually easier than choosing a meeting point while half the group is still getting ready. Send us the exact address, a contact name, and a rough pickup time. If you’re bringing something big, like a stack of fan signs, a birthday banner, or a garment bag for an outfit change, tell us in advance so we send the right vehicle.

What Does Concert Night Look Like From Miami Beach to Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Concert nights downtown follow a predictable pattern, and an hourly chauffeur is a good fit for them. Before an 8:00 PM show, Biscayne Boulevard fills up with arena traffic, app pickups, and Thursday commuters. Traffic on the causeways from Miami Beach can slow down without warning.

Your driver keeps an eye on traffic during the evening and adjusts your departure time while you get ready. When you arrive, the car drops your group as close to the venue as access allows. The chauffeur then parks nearby, and the vehicle stays reserved for you during the show. When the encore ends and the arena empties onto the boulevard all at once, you send one WhatsApp message instead of fighting for a ride. The driver confirms the pickup point, and your group walks straight to the same car and driver. The questions below cover timing, the route across the bay, the drop-off, and waiting through the show.

How Early Should We Leave Miami Beach for the Show?

Leave yourself plenty of time. For an 8:00 PM start, plan to leave Miami Beach in the late afternoon or early evening, especially if you’re stopping for dinner on the way. On clear roads the drive is typically short. On event nights, traffic on the causeways and Biscayne Boulevard can make it take longer. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on your address and plans.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take Into Downtown Miami?

Most trips use the MacArthur Causeway. It connects South Beach directly to Downtown Miami and comes out next to the arena district. From Mid-Beach or North Beach, the chauffeur may take the Julia Tuttle Causeway instead. The Venetian Causeway is another option when the main routes are backed up. The driver chooses the route that night based on live traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops your group at the entrance, or as close to it as event-night access allows. The exact spot can change as police and venue staff manage traffic around the arena. Before you get out, the driver confirms where to meet after the show, so nobody wanders the boulevard looking for the car.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home?

Yes. Because you book the car by the hour, the driver stays nearby for the whole concert and then drives your group home. That can be your Miami Beach hotel, a residence, or a late stop first. You don’t need to book another ride or look for one in the crowd after the show. Just message the driver when you’re ready.

Where Should the Group Eat in Miami Beach Before the Concert? 🍸

Miami Beach has plenty of easy dinner options before you cross the bay. South of Fifth is home to Joe’s Stone Crab, a Miami Beach institution for generations, and nearby blocks have quieter spots for a couple’s date night.

Lincoln Road’s pedestrian mall works well for a bigger group that wants outdoor tables, people-watching, and room for group photos in concert outfits. Sunset Harbour, on the bay side, has relaxed neighborhood restaurants close to the causeways, so the drive downtown is quick. If you’d rather eat closer to the show, stop in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace, on the water next to the arena district. Wherever you choose, the chauffeur drops you at the door and has the car ready as soon as you’ve paid the bill. Book your own table with the restaurant. We take care of the driving between stops, so nobody has to watch the time or find parking twice in one evening.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit into one hourly booking with one car and one chauffeur. When you book, tell us the restaurant and your reservation time. The driver will plan the evening around it and leave enough time to get downtown before the 8:00 PM start.

Where Can the Night Continue After the Show?

Wynwood has murals and late-night bars for groups that want to keep dancing. Brickell has rooftop lounges for a final toast. Little Havana is a good stop for a late Cuban coffee or snack on the way back. The same chauffeur drives you between stops, and the night ends at your door in Miami Beach.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for a Concert Night From Miami Beach? 🚐

Choose a vehicle that fits your group size first, then pick the style you want for the night.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A popular choice for couples and small friend groups going to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so the whole group can ride together and talk through the setlist.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for big groups like birthday celebrations and family outings.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury full-size SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every vehicle is private, comes with a chauffeur, and is reserved for your group only. A larger group in a private van still travels on its own schedule. The Black SUV XL works well for a double date or a small girls’ night. The larger Sprinter keeps a big birthday group together in one vehicle instead of spread across several cars. Choose the Platinum SUV for a more upscale arrival.

What Changes After 6:00 PM on a Concert Night? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Rides outside those hours have an after-hours surcharge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It’s worth planning for the after-hours surcharge from the start. For SUV bookings, it’s one fixed charge per trip. For the Sprinter vans, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Your booking confirmation shows the exact total before you pay. The only thing that can change on the night is extra time you decide to add.

Which Payment Methods Work for an Hourly Chauffeur Booking? 📋

Payment is simple, and there are no surprise charges.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum. You can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that is added at the same flat hourly rate, with no new price to negotiate, and you pay for it after the night ends.

Need the Short List Before You Book the Ride? 🥂

  • Service runs 24/7, every day of the year, daytime or evening.
  • Every vehicle comes with a chauffeur, and you never drive yourself.
  • Every ride is private and never shared with other passengers.
  • The same chauffeur drives every part of your trip, from first pickup to final drop-off.
  • To book, send your group size, start time, and stops on WhatsApp.
  • You can add stops before and after the concert during your booked hours.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Beach Without Driving? 🚙

Book a private chauffeur by the hour, and nobody in your group has to drive or park. The driver picks you up at your Miami Beach address, crosses the bay on one of the causeways, and drops your group downtown for the show. After the concert, the driver takes you back, with everyone in one vehicle.

If you drive yourself, you have to find and pay for event parking, decide who stays sober to drive home, and walk back through the crowd to a garage. If your group splits across several cars, people arrive at distinct times and have to find each other on the sidewalk. A private chauffeur takes care of all of that. The questions below cover private vans for bigger groups, where the service runs, traveling with a pet, and what happens when you book close to the date.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami Beach to Kaseya Center?

Yes. We offer a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van reserved for your group only. It doesn’t follow a fixed schedule or carry other passengers. The van picks your group up at your Miami Beach address, follows your plan for the night, and stays with you the whole time, with the same chauffeur driving.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

This is a local, on-call service that stays around Miami. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Doral, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Because it’s built for relaxed nights around the city, the hourly service doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can We Change the Date If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If you book less than 24 hours ahead, your date and time are locked in and held just for you. We set aside a driver and vehicle right away. That means we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund on such short notice, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Concert-Night Chauffeur From Miami Beach? 🎊

Send us one WhatsApp message and we’ll check availability for March 11, 2027. Include your group size, Miami Beach pickup address, rough start time, and any dinner or after-show stops you’d like.

We’ll reply with the vehicle, the hourly rate, and any after-hours charge. Your payment confirms the booking. After that, your chauffeur, vehicle, and pickup time are reserved for the night. Get ready without rushing, step into a clean, quiet car outside your door, and arrive downtown together. Sing every word, stay for the encore, and end the night wherever you like: back at your hotel, at home, or at one more stop on the way. Couples on a date and groups of friends get the same thing: a private car, a bilingual chauffeur, and a Thursday night that runs on their schedule.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
