Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Hollywood to the Jay Wheeler concert at Kaseya Center on Thursday, March 11, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or larger private vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM. A bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in Hollywood, drives you downtown and stays with you until the night is over.
Each tier below has its own hourly rate, and every booking starts with a five-hour minimum.
Most concert nights from Hollywood fit easily inside that first block. It covers an early-evening pickup, dinner, the drive south to Downtown Miami, the show itself and the drive back north. When friends split one vehicle, a private ride costs less than most people expect, because the whole group shares one car instead of paying for several. The Black SUV XL works for couples and small groups of friends. The two Sprinter tiers keep a birthday group or a whole group chat in one vehicle. The Platinum SUV is the choice when you want a more polished arrival. Whatever you select, the vehicle and driver are yours alone for the night.
The rate is charged per vehicle, not per passenger. The hourly price stays the same whether two friends ride or every seat is full. Groups often split the total evenly, so you get the best value by choosing the smallest tier that seats everyone comfortably. Nobody pays a separate fare for being the sixth or seventh rider.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so there is nothing to top up.
That includes any toll lanes the chauffeur uses on the way south and the downtown parking fees while your group is inside the arena. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when someone needs to open digital tickets or message friends who are already in their seats. The vehicle stays yours all night, so jackets, merch and a change of shoes can stay in the car between stops. Two extras can apply, depending on how you plan the evening. Time outside daytime hours carries the night surcharge explained further down this page. Extra hours are billed exactly as described in the booking section, so they never show up as a surprise.
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large group of friends.
The right tier depends on how many people are coming and what kind of night you want. A group of friends celebrating a birthday will enjoy riding together in a Sprinter and singing along before they even reach downtown. A couple may prefer the quieter feel of an SUV. Leave a little extra room rather than filling every seat, since people may carry jackets, signs or merch home. If anyone is bringing something big, tell us in advance.
Couples usually choose between the Black SUV XL and the Platinum SUV. Both give two people a private, spacious ride. The Platinum SUV adds a more upscale, luxury-class feel for an anniversary or a special date. Either way, the same driver takes you to dinner, then to the show, then home.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening around it.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then send us the number of people, a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport or a home. The exact spot is agreed when you book. After pickup, the chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block, follows your plan and adjusts if someone wants to add a stop or stay longer over dessert. After the first five hours, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate and nothing to rebook, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts.
A booking for a ride within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On that short notice, a change of date or time can’t be guaranteed, and neither can a refund, so the evening runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Payment comes down to three simple points, all handled over WhatsApp.
A private chauffeur makes concert night a better experience, from pickup to drop-off.
Nobody in your group has to be the designated driver, circle downtown looking for parking or watch the clock while everyone else enjoys the show. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, so there is no surge when the arena empties and demand spikes. One dedicated driver stays with you for the entire block, so the person who picked you up in Hollywood is the same person waiting when the encore ends. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so your friends can talk in whichever language they prefer. Questions before or during the night go straight to us on WhatsApp. Privacy, the same driver all night and direct contact are what make this a premium service for a night that matters.
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to the March 11, 2027 show.
Jay Wheeler, the Caribbean singer-songwriter known for his romantic Latin R&B ballads, brings his world tour to Kaseya Center on Thursday night, and the music starts at 8:00 PM. The arena sits on Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami and is the home of the Miami Heat. On concert nights, the surrounding blocks fill with fans arriving from every direction at once. His shows are emotional, and the whole crowd sings along to every song, so plenty of fans make a full night of it with dinner first and a late bite after. An hourly booking suits that kind of night. Instead of arranging a separate ride for each part of the night, your group rides together from a Hollywood front door to the show and back with the same chauffeur. Because the show is on a weeknight, many fans come straight from work, and one car picking everyone up saves a lot of last-minute coordination.
The crowd is mostly young Latin fans from across South Florida, including Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian and Dominican fans. Expect plenty of girls’ nights out, couples and date nights, drawn by his heartbreak songs. The arena gets loud and joyful, and the audience sings every lyric, which is why groups like to arrive together and leave together.
Downtown Hollywood and the beach both have easy dinner options before the drive south.
Hollywood Boulevard, around Young Circle and the ArtsPark, is lined with restaurants and bars. It’s a natural place to meet up when friends are coming from different neighborhoods. Closer to the ocean, the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk has casual waterfront spots with a sea breeze. The long-running Le Tub on the Intracoastal is a local favorite for a burger before a big night. If your group would rather eat closer to the show, the chauffeur can keep going south and drop you near Bayside Marketplace or in Brickell, where waterfront restaurants are close to the arena. Bayside’s open-air setting on the bay is a lively place to take in the pre-show atmosphere with the arena in view. These are suggestions from a driver who knows the area. You arrange your own reservations and tables.
Yes. Dinner is just another stop within your hourly block. The chauffeur drops your group at the restaurant, waits nearby while you eat, then drives you to the arena when you’re ready. There’s no separate fare for the dinner stop; everything runs on the same booking from your Hollywood pickup onward.
Most concert-night drives take I-95 south, then I-395 east into Downtown Miami.
From Hollywood, the chauffeur usually gets on I-95 at Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street and stays on it past the county line. When the express lanes are moving better than the regular lanes, the driver uses them. I-395 then leads straight toward Biscayne Boulevard and the arena. When the interstate backs up, Biscayne Boulevard itself (US-1) is a surface-street alternative through North Miami and the Upper East Side, with more traffic lights but fewer surprises. Some groups prefer the coastal route down A1A through Hallandale Beach and Miami Beach, then over the MacArthur Causeway with a view of the skyline on the way in. It’s slower, but the drive becomes part of the night. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before pickup and picks the route that suits conditions that evening. You can always ask for the scenic option.
Outside rush hour, the drive is typically straightforward. This show falls on a Thursday, though, when evening commute traffic and arena traffic overlap. Allow plenty of extra time rather than cutting it close, and let the chauffeur suggest a departure time based on that day’s conditions. Leaving early just means a little more time to enjoy the pre-show atmosphere.
Leave Hollywood well before the 8:00 PM start, ideally right after an early dinner.
Thursday-evening commuter traffic on I-95 and the rush of fans heading downtown hit at the same time, so a relaxed schedule works better than a tight one. Most groups find it easiest to meet in Hollywood in the late afternoon or early evening, eat, and head south with plenty of time to spare. That leaves time to get through security, buy merch and find your seats before the lights go down. Once you share your plan, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time for your exact pickup address and adjust it if traffic looks heavier than usual that afternoon. Arriving early also means you get dropped off before the busiest wave of arrivals. If someone in the group is running late from work, the driver can pick them up on the way as an extra stop, so nobody has to get there on their own.
The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows. That’s usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side near the entrance, depending on event-night traffic control. Before you get out, agree on a pickup spot for after the show and share it in your WhatsApp chat so nobody gets separated in the crowd.
Yes. Because the car is hired by the hour, the chauffeur stays nearby for the entire show. Message the driver when the encore starts and walk to the agreed pickup spot. The same vehicle will be there to take everyone back to Hollywood, so nobody has to hunt for a ride in the after-show crowd or wait at a busy curb.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside that window have a surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The surcharge is the only change for evening hours. Your vehicle, your driver and the hourly rate on the price list stay the same. You’ll see exactly how the surcharge applies when you confirm the booking, so the final total is clear from the start. Groups in a Sprinter can include it when they split the cost per person, and SUV riders pay one fixed amount for the trip. Everything else works as described above, from pickup to the last drop-off.
Pickup can be at any Hollywood address you select, agreed when you book.
Hotel guests can meet the chauffeur in the lobby or at the front entrance of a beachfront resort on the Broadwalk. Locals are picked up at their front door in neighborhoods like Hollywood Lakes or Emerald Hills. Friends meeting downtown can gather near Young Circle before heading out together. Fans flying in on show day can be met at the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, right next to Hollywood. Cruise passengers coming off a ship at Port Everglades can ride straight from the terminal to dinner and the show. If your group is spread across a few addresses, each one simply becomes a stop on the way south. Send the details in your WhatsApp message, and the chauffeur will reach in the vehicle you chose, ready for the night.
This hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. It’s an on-call service that stays close to the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. Larger groups ride in a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which comes in the two sizes shown in the price list. Everyone travels in one vehicle, shares the pre-show playlist and arrives as one group. Tell us your exact number of people when you book so we can match you with the right Sprinter.
Yes. A late stop after the concert is just another stop on your booking. Head to a Brickell lounge or a Wynwood spot for a nightcap, and the chauffeur will wait until you’re ready to drive back to Hollywood. If the night runs long, just keep the car for extra hours.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You can book with a single WhatsApp message listing your group size, start time and stops.
Tell us how many people are riding, roughly when you want to be picked up in Hollywood and the places you want to go: dinner, the show, a late stop and the address you’re going home to. We’ll confirm the vehicle tier, lock in March 11 and send the payment details so your chauffeur is reserved for the night. Demand for rides to an arena show like this usually grows as the date gets closer, so booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. If you have a question about the route, the pickup or the right vehicle, ask in the same chat and you’ll get a straight answer before you commit. Once you’re confirmed, all that’s left is picking an outfit and getting ready to sing every word.
