Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Brickell to Jay Wheeler at Kaseya Center on Thursday, March 11, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, with a 5-hour minimum and a flat rate from $100 per hour. Showtime is 8:00 PM. One bilingual driver picks up your group at any address in Brickell. They stay with you through dinner, the concert and the ride home, and the rate never surges.
Each vehicle tier has its own hourly rate, so the size of your group sets the price.
Every concert-night booking has a 5-hour minimum. That’s enough time for dinner in Brickell, the drive into Downtown, the whole show and the ride back home. The listed rate covers the vehicle and its chauffeur together. It’s charged per vehicle, not per seat, so filling the last open seat in your tier costs nothing more. Couples and small groups of friends usually choose the Black SUV XL. A larger birthday group or a full girls’ night can share one Sprinter and split a single hourly cost. Groups that want the most polished arrival of the evening frequently choose the Platinum SUV tier. Pick a tier by headcount first, then by the kind of arrival you want.
Jay Wheeler is a Puerto Rican singer-songwriter known for romantic reggaeton and Latin R&B.
His heartbreak ballads and slow-burning urban tracks have built a fiercely loyal following across Latin America and the US. His Miami stop is at Kaseya Center, the Downtown arena on Biscayne Bay where the Heat play. Expect a crowd that knows every lyric by heart: Puerto Rican, Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian and Dominican fans, many of them young adults. Plenty of women’s groups and birthday groups will be there, along with couples turning the show into a date night. The energy starts long before the lights go down, as friends meet for dinner, coordinate outfits and take photos on the way in. That’s why a reserved car matters here: your group arrives together, leaves together and never splits across separate cars at the end of an emotional, sing-along night.
Jay Wheeler plays Miami on Thursday, March 11, 2027, and the show is announced for 8:00 PM. The Miami date is part of his current world tour, so expect a full arena and a busy Downtown evening. Booking early lets you lock in the vehicle tier your group wants for that night.
Your chauffeur drives north from Brickell into Downtown. It’s a short trip, but concert traffic can make it take longer.
The usual route runs up Brickell Avenue, crosses the bridge over the Miami River and joins Biscayne Boulevard, which takes you along the bayfront to the arena. When that road backs up, your driver can switch to South Miami Avenue or take I-95 north to the Downtown exits, whichever is moving. The drive is typically quick on an ordinary evening. On a concert night the whole crowd heads for the same few blocks at once, so allow plenty of extra time. The plan is simple: leave Brickell early, ride straight to the drop-off point closest to the entrance and walk in together, knowing the same car is reserved for the trip home. Nobody has to hunt for a garage or work out how the group gets back to Brickell after the encore.
Leave Brickell well before the 8:00 PM start, ideally right after an early dinner. That gives the group time to get through event traffic, entry lines and security and still find your seats before the opening song. Your chauffeur keeps an eye on traffic and can suggest a departure time when you confirm the evening’s plan over WhatsApp.
Your driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on show night, at the drop-off point that traffic control opens to cars around the arena. You get out together, skip the garage and head straight for the entrance with your tickets ready. Before you walk in, agree on a place to meet afterward.
Yes. You hire the chauffeur by the hour, so the vehicle stays reserved for your group through the entire show. When the final song ends, message your driver and walk to the meeting place you agreed on. You’ll be heading back to Brickell while the rest of the crowd is still looking for a way out of Downtown.
Brickell’s restaurants make a pre-show dinner easy, and the arena is a short ride north.
Mary Brickell Village and the streets around it are packed with sleek dining rooms, rooftop bars and casual spots, all within a few walkable blocks. A group can meet, eat and toast the night without going far. Komodo on Brickell Avenue is a well-known choice for a lively, photo-ready dinner. The dining floors at Brickell City Centre suit a group that wants several options under one roof. Fans who want Cuban food before a night of Latin music can head west to Little Havana instead and still reach the arena in good time. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, so nobody has to watch their drinks, circle for a parking space or keep checking the clock. These are suggestions for your booked hours, not reservations we make for you. Book your table directly and give the time to your driver.
Yes. Dinner becomes the first stop on your hourly booking. The driver picks you up, drops the group at the restaurant and waits while you eat. Then you continue to the concert with no second booking or extra fare. Start your hours early enough that dinner, the drive and the show all fit comfortably inside the time you reserved.
You can use your remaining hours for a late bite or a nightcap.
Plenty of fans aren’t ready to go home when the arena lights come up, and an hourly chauffeur makes the after-party easy to plan. Bayside Marketplace is right next door on the bay for a short waterfront stroll while the crowd thins out. Wynwood’s murals and bars attract groups who want to keep the energy going. Couples frequently prefer a quieter cocktail back in Brickell before calling it a night. Some groups cross the causeway to South Beach for a late dinner on Ocean Drive. Wherever you go, the same car drives you between stops and waits outside each one. No one has to coordinate pickups or split the group into separate rides late at night. When the night is over, your chauffeur takes each guest to their door, whether that’s a Brickell tower, a hotel or a friend’s place nearby.
You reserve one car and one driver for a set number of hours, then plan the night however you like.
Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like, such as dinner, the show and a late drink. We match a vehicle tier to your headcount, confirm the plan and assign your chauffeur. On the night, the driver picks up the group, follows your order of stops and stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off. The first five hours are the base booking. After that 5-hour block, every extra hour is simply added at the same hourly rate for your vehicle. There’s no fare to renegotiate and nothing to pay on the spot: each extra hour costs the price you already know, and you settle it after the night ends. If the encore runs long or the after-party grows, keep the car as long as you need.
Your driver picks you up at any address in Brickell: a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, the entrance of your residential tower or a condo on Brickell Key. The same goes for anywhere in Miami, including a PortMiami cruise terminal (on a cruise day you can ride straight to the show), Miami International Airport or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.
A private chauffeur gives you premium service from the first pickup to the last goodbye.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin becomes your pre-show lounge for music, photos and last-minute outfit checks. One driver covers your entire booking. The person who dropped you off is the same person who meets you after the encore, and they already know your plans and your stops. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book and never surges, no matter how many fans leave the arena at once. You can also contact your driver directly on WhatsApp, so changing the meeting place or adding a stop takes one message, with no scrambling. For a birthday, a girls’ night or a date, it all adds up to a better experience. Everyone arrives looking their best, rides together and gets home without a single argument about logistics in the group chat.
Yes, a night surcharge applies to trips outside the daytime hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
For the SUV, the surcharge is a fixed amount added once per trip. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip’s value, so it grows with the size of the booking. Your hourly rate stays exactly the same, and the surcharge appears as its own line on top. We tell you the amount when you confirm, so you know the full total before anyone picks an outfit. An arena show ends after dark, so the late ride home is part of the plan. Having a car waiting at the end of the night is the reason you booked in the first place.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in your hourly rate.
That matters on a concert night, when event parking near the arena and tolls around Miami would otherwise go on your own card. Your rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel for every stop and any parking while the driver waits for you. The cabin has room for signs, merch and a change of shoes for after the show; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. The only extra charges that can apply are the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and any hours you choose to add beyond your reserved time.
You pay the full fare to reserve the night.
Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a couple’s date night to a large birthday group.
Every tier comes with your own chauffeur and works the same way by the hour, so the choice comes down to headcount and the feel you want for the night. If your guest list grows after you book, message us and we can move you up a tier if a larger vehicle is available.
The best way is a reserved private car that stays with your group all night.
Brickell is close to the arena, which tempts some fans to improvise, but show nights go better with a plan. A reserved car gives the whole group one departure time and one ride. No one is stuck as the designated driver, and no one has to walk back through crowded Downtown streets after the encore. The cabin is a home base for jackets, signs and any merch you buy at the show. Whoever organized the night can stop coordinating and actually enjoy the songs. One booking covers dinner, the concert and the trip home, so the whole night is mapped out: you know where you’ll eat, how you’ll get in and who is taking you home. Put his biggest songs on for the ride in and arrive ready to sing.
Yes: our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which is reserved for your group alone and never shared with strangers. Larger groups of friends ride together from one Brickell pickup, stay together at dinner and leave the arena together after the show. The same driver handles every part of the night on a single hourly booking.
Yes, around the whole local area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the booking runs on the date and time you agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
