Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to the Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Miami Beach, skips the Downtown garage scramble, drops you near the arena ahead of the 6:30 PM start, and waits to take you home.
The price depends only on your vehicle tier, and every booking covers at least five hours.
That hourly figure covers the vehicle and your chauffeur for the whole evening, from the first pickup on the Beach through the last drop-off after the game. The whole group rides in one car, so friends share a single fare instead of each person paying their own way across the causeway and back. Choose the tier by headcount and by how you want the night to feel. The Black SUV XL is the everyday favorite for couples and small groups. The two Sprinter tiers keep a bigger fan crew together in one cabin. The Platinum SUV gives a more polished ride for a client night or a celebration. Inclusions, the evening surcharge, and payment terms each have their own section below, so the full cost is right here on this page.
A reserved private chauffeur gives your group a better experience from the lobby to the arena.
The vehicle is yours alone and never shared or pooled. One dedicated driver stays with your party for the whole block, so the person who greets you in Miami Beach is the same one waiting when the crowd streams out. Your rate is flat and locked the moment you book. It doesn’t go up when the arena empties, and it doesn’t change for traffic or weather. Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when grandparents, cousins, and friends share the ride. You can message your driver and our team directly on WhatsApp, so a moved dinner reservation or one more pickup takes a single message. On a hectic night, upscale service comes down to the details: a clean, cool cabin, a driver who knows the causeways, and nobody circling Downtown garages or hunting for a ride afterward.
The Red, White & Pink Game is the Heat’s public preseason scrimmage and cancer-awareness night.
The Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game closes out training camp at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, with a 6:30 PM start. The full roster splits into squads and plays an intra-squad game in front of the home crowd. For numerous fans it is the first real look at the new season’s team, and the building has the energy of a real Heat night, not a quiet exhibition. Pink joins the team’s usual red and white because the evening raises awareness and funds for breast cancer, and cancer survivors are honored during the program. Since it falls on a weeknight, most Miami Beach groups head over straight from work or school. That makes a set pickup plan and a car arranged in advance worth more than usual.
Much of the crowd is longtime Heat fans eager to see the new roster, families, and people connected to the breast cancer cause. Survivors and their loved ones often come in pink, and many groups treat the evening as a shared celebration. It’s the kind of outing where everyone wants to arrive together and leave together, in one vehicle.
Yes. It is a relaxed, festive preseason setting that works well for children and anyone new to the arena. The scrimmage format keeps the mood upbeat, and the cause gives everyone something to talk about on the ride home. With a private car, sleepy kids go straight from their seats to the back row and home.
Your chauffeur crosses Biscayne Bay on a causeway and drops you close to the arena.
From South Beach, the natural route is the MacArthur Causeway, which comes out at the edge of Downtown close to the arena. From Mid-Beach or North Beach, the driver may take the Julia Tuttle Causeway or the Venetian Causeway, depending on which one is moving that evening. The crossing is typically short on an ordinary night. Before the game, though, allow plenty of extra time, because Downtown traffic builds steadily as commuters, arena crowds, and port traffic converge near Biscayne Boulevard. Your chauffeur watches the roads as the evening goes on and picks the route that is flowing. The bigger win is everything your group skips: no circling for a garage, no long walk back to a parked car after dark, and no one stuck driving while everyone else enjoys the night.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows. That is typically along Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how police and venue staff route event traffic that night. Before you step out, you agree on an exact meet-up point for after the game. If anything changes, send a quick WhatsApp message.
Yes. Your chauffeur stays for the whole game and keeps the car nearby while you watch. When the final buzzer sounds, text your driver and the car comes to the agreed point. From there the group rides straight back to Miami Beach or on to a late bite Downtown, with nothing to re-book and no scramble at the curb.
An early dinner on Lincoln Road or in Sunset Harbour is a good way to start the evening.
Lincoln Road’s open-air promenade of cafes and restaurants suits groups who want a relaxed table and some people-watching before the game. Sunset Harbour, on the bay side of South Beach, has a calmer neighborhood dining scene that works well for families, and the restaurants around South Pointe let you toast the night with the ocean behind you. Your chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat, and heads for the causeway when you are ready, so nobody leaves the table early to obtain the car or pay for parking. Some groups favor to cross the bay first and eat within a short walk of the arena, which the next question covers. Either way, reserve your own table. We provide the car and driver, and your chauffeur can suggest an order of stops that gets you there well before tip-off.
Bayside Marketplace sits beside the arena on the Biscayne Bay waterfront. Its casual restaurants and open views make it an easy meeting point when friends arrive from different parts of town. Brickell, just to the south, has a denser mix of restaurants and rooftop bars. Your chauffeur loops between these stops, so the pre-game plan never depends on finding parking.
Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Miami Beach that you choose.
That might be the lobby entrance of an oceanfront hotel along Collins Avenue, a condo tower in Mid-Beach, a private home on the Venetian Islands, or a residence up toward North Beach. You settle the exact spot when you book. You can reach your driver on WhatsApp as pickup time approaches, so nobody waits on a hot sidewalk wondering where the car is. Hotel front drives can back up around the dinner hour, so tell us if a side entrance or a particular valet lane works better, and the chauffeur will plan around it. If you live in a condo, just let the front desk know a car is coming for you. If you’d rather avoid a crowded hotel entrance, you can meet the car neighboring instead. Wherever you start, the car arrives clean and cooled, ready for a relaxed ride across the bay.
Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up a couple in South Beach, a friend in Mid-Beach, and the rest of the group at a North Beach home before crossing the bay. Send every address when you book over WhatsApp, and the driver will plan the order so the whole group gets to dinner and the arena at the same time.
Leave Miami Beach with plenty of time to spare before the 6:30 PM start.
On a Tuesday evening, the regular commute, arena arrivals, and security lines all stack up at once, so plan to leave earlier than you think you need to. For most groups, the easiest plan is a pickup early enough for an unhurried dinner on the Beach, then a drive across the bay with time to spare. That way everyone is inside and seated for the opening moments instead of jogging from the curb. If you would rather eat on the Downtown side, move the whole schedule earlier and let the driver wait neighboring while you eat. Families often like to reach early to take in the pink-themed atmosphere and the tributes to survivors. When you book, we suggest a departure time based on where in Miami Beach you start and how many stops you plan. On the night, your chauffeur adjusts if the causeway slows.
You pay the full fare to book and any extra hours after the night ends.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add the following.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The late part of the evening is what can run over. When that happens, the surcharge above applies according to your vehicle, and nothing else about your booking changes. If you already anticipate a late finish, mention it when you reserve so the full cost is clear from your first message.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into your hourly rate.
That covers the causeway crossings, Downtown parking while your chauffeur waits with the car through the game, and every mile between the stops you choose. You never obtain a separate charge for a garage or a toll. The rate also covers the vehicle and the driver for the whole block, whether the car is moving or waiting for you, and you can add, drop, or reorder stops as the evening changes. There is room in the cabin for pink signs, jerseys, and any team merch you pick up at the arena, and if you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance. Everything the rate includes is listed here. Only two things can add to it: the night surcharge and hours added past your block. Each is explained on this page.
You reserve one vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours and plan the night your way.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your group, then send your headcount, a rough pickup time, and the stops you want over WhatsApp. Our driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you are arriving on a cruise and heading straight to the game. The exact spot is agreed at booking. From there the evening runs as one continuous block with the same driver. Dinner, the drive across the bay, the game, and the ride home all count toward the same block of time. You decide where the car goes and when, and the chauffeur handles traffic, timing, and parking. The plan can change as you go, so a last-minute dessert stop or a quick journey back to the Beach for jackets is no problem. The hours you book are a minimum, not a limit.
Just tell your driver. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. That makes a late dinner in Brickell or a stop in Wynwood on the way back to the Beach easy. You settle the added hours after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp.
Our two private Sprinter vans take the largest groups, and our SUVs cover smaller parties.
With one vehicle for the whole group, you have one pickup plan, one arrival, and one meeting point after the game instead of coordinating two cars through a crowded Downtown. Families and friends usually pick the Black SUV XL, while office outings and extended families tend to choose a Sprinter. For a client evening or a milestone celebration, the Platinum SUV has a more polished cabin. If you are between sizes, choose the larger tier so nobody is squeezed.
Our hourly chauffeurs stay local, covering Miami Beach, Downtown, and the rest of the city every day.
The service covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers anything a Heat night from the Beach might include: a sunset drink on Key Biscayne, a late bite in Little Havana, a mural stop in Wynwood, or a ride back to a hotel near Fort Lauderdale. Because we stay close to the city, your chauffeur can stay on call and unhurried all evening. Longer trips to places such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of this hourly service, which is built around the neighborhoods where Miami nights happen.
Yes: a private SUV or van with a chauffeur, reserved by the hour for your group.
If you are searching for a private shuttle or a private group van to the game, this is it, without strangers or fixed schedules. You obtain your own vehicle, your own departure time, and a driver who works only for your party. It suits every kind of game-night group: a survivor celebrating with family, a youth team out with its coaches, a company hosting clients, or old friends starting their season at the scrimmage. The booking runs by the hour, so the same car covers dinner, the game, and whatever comes after, with no separate trips to arrange. The questions below cover the practical details groups ask about most: bringing a pet, changing plans close to the date, and riding with young children. Pricing, inclusions, and payment are covered in full on this page.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Once a booking is within 24 hours of the service, your date and time are locked in and held for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

We check availability for October 6, suggest the right vehicle for your group, and send the payment details to secure the date in your name. After that, the plan is simple: one car, one chauffeur, dinner on the Beach, a night of pink and red at the arena, and a peaceful ride home across the bay. The same hourly booking works for later Heat home games this season or any other evening out in Miami. Send us a message whenever you are ready, and our team will take care of the rest.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
