Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Coconut Grove to the Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Coconut Grove, skips the Downtown parking scramble for the 6:30 PM start, and keeps the same car with you until the night is done.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle is priced by the hour, based on the size of your group and the tier you select.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every reservation covers a minimum of five hours. That fits the rhythm of a Heat night: an unhurried pickup in the Grove, dinner on the way, the scrimmage itself, and the ride afterward. The rate is charged per vehicle rather than per passenger, so a full Sprinter spreads the evening across the whole group instead of billing each fan separately. Count everyone riding, kids included, when you pick a tier, because that headcount decides which line above applies to your party. If your group sits right on the line between two tiers, just ask which choice will feel more comfortable for the night.

Which Payment Methods Secure a Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay for your game-night booking in full when you reserve, and any extra hours are settled afterward.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your vehicle and driver.
  • Hours: Bookings carry a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and it’s settled once the day wraps up.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Night? 🕴️

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, then set every stop yourself.

Start by matching the vehicle to your group, then share a rough start time and the places you want to go. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed when you book. From that first pickup, the same chauffeur and the same car stay with your group for the full reservation, which runs at least five hours. You decide the order: dinner first, a friend collected in Brickell, a detour for pink gear, or a straight run Downtown. If the evening runs long, there’s nothing to renegotiate. After the first five hours, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so you can keep the car for as long as the night lasts.

Can You Add Stops Before or After the Game?

Yes. You can add, drop, or linger at stops at any point during the booking. Swing by a friend’s condo in Brickell on the way in, pause for a quick bite, or head somewhere for a nightcap after the final quarter. The itinerary is never locked, so the plan can change mid-evening, as long as the schedule allows, with no new fare to work out.

Why Ride to the Heat Game in a Private Car With Your Own Chauffeur? 🥂

A reserved car and chauffeur make a Downtown game night a calmer, better experience from start to finish.

The vehicle is private and held for your group alone, so nobody else rides along. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which means grandparents, cousins, and visiting friends can all talk through plans comfortably. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so there’s no surge when the whole fan base heads for the same few Downtown blocks at once. One dedicated driver stays with you through the whole reservation, including the hours while the game is on, so nobody has to wonder who is coming back for you. You can message us directly on WhatsApp with questions, both before the date and during the evening. It all adds up to premium service built around one occasion: your group, your timing, and a spotless vehicle that’s ready whenever you are.

When Does the Evening Surcharge Apply After the Game? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carries no surcharge, but later hours add one. The amount depends on the vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. SUV bookings pay a single add-on per journey, and Sprinter bookings pay a percentage of the journey value, exactly as listed. Planning around it is simple: tell us your expected finish time when you reserve, and the total you confirm will already account for it.

What’s the Best Way to Get From Coconut Grove to the Red, White & Pink Game? 🏟️

The simplest way to reach this Downtown scrimmage night from Coconut Grove is a private chauffeur.

The Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game is the team’s yearly public scrimmage that closes out training camp. It takes place at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, with a 6:30 PM start. The roster splits into squads and plays each other, which gives local fans their first real look at the new season’s team. Pink joins the usual red and white because the night is also a breast cancer awareness and fundraising event, with tributes to survivors throughout the evening. That mix brings out families, longtime season-ticket holders, and groups of friends wearing pink for someone they love, often with several generations in one party. One reserved vehicle keeps that group together, gets everyone there in their game-night top, and keeps the evening unhurried.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coconut Grove on Game Night? 🏙️

Your chauffeur typically heads north along the bay, through Brickell, and straight into Downtown Miami.

From the Grove, the usual route runs up South Bayshore Drive and Brickell Avenue toward Biscayne Boulevard, bringing the car in along the bay side of Downtown, where the arena stands. When those streets slow down, the driver can switch to US-1 and I-95 and come in from the highway side instead. The drive is typically quick on a quiet evening, but this game falls on a Tuesday. The end of the workday commute overlaps with fans heading for the same few blocks, so allow extra time. Your chauffeur chooses the route based on what traffic is actually doing rather than following one fixed plan. And you skip the usual hassles: no circling for a garage, no line at the pay station, and no long walk back to a parked car when the scrimmage ends.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for the Red, White & Pink Game?

Plan to leave Coconut Grove well ahead of the 6:30 PM start, because weekday commute traffic overlaps with fans arriving Downtown. Most groups also want time to find their seats, pick up pink gear, and settle in before the first tribute. Tell us your target arrival time and the chauffeur will set a pickup time with a comfortable margin.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the arena as event-day access allows, usually on the Downtown streets beside the entrance. Event traffic control can change the exact curb on game nights. Your driver follows those directions and agrees on a clear pickup point with you before you walk in, so nobody has to guess later.

Can the Driver Wait While the Game Is On?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays close by for the entire game, because those hours belong to your group. As the final quarter winds down, send a WhatsApp message and the car will head to the agreed pickup point. Everyone walks out of the arena and straight into the vehicle instead of waiting on a crowded curb.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🚙

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Coconut Grove, agreed when you book.

Most game-night pickups start at a hotel lobby near the bay, a private home on one of the Grove’s shaded side streets, or a condo tower along South Bayshore Drive. Families gathering at one house can load everyone in a single stop. Friends spread across the neighborhood can be picked up one after another before the car turns north toward Downtown. If a guest is down at the Dinner Key marinas or shopping around CocoWalk, that becomes one more stop on the plan rather than a separate journey. Share the exact spot and any building instructions when you reserve, and the chauffeur will reach ready to go. Because the pickup is set around your group rather than a fixed meeting point, the night can begin wherever you happen to be: a lobby, a driveway, or the table where the group just finished lunch.

Where Should You Eat in Coconut Grove Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Coconut Grove’s bayfront and village streets have plenty of simple pre-game dinner spots.

GreenStreet Cafe on Commodore Plaza is a longtime local favorite for a relaxed early meal outdoors, and Monty’s Raw Bar serves seafood right on the water near Dinner Key. Glass & Vine, inside Peacock Park, suits a group that wants something a little more polished under the trees. CocoWalk gathers casual restaurants and shops in one walkable spot. Your chauffeur stays with the car, so nobody has to feed a meter or rush dessert to avoid a parking ticket. When the plates are cleared, the group just walks out and climbs in. Some riders favor to stop in Brickell for a drink along the way, which is just as simple to add. These are only suggestions: book tables directly with each restaurant, and let your chauffeur handle the timing between dinner and the arena.

Is Bayside Marketplace a Good Place to Meet Before the Game?

Yes. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena and works well as a final meeting point before the game. Groups often grab a quick snack, enjoy the waterfront views, and meet up with friends coming from other parts of Miami. Your chauffeur can end the pre-game leg there so the group can stroll over together when it’s time to go in.

Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover Around Miami? 🏝️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami’s core neighborhoods and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Think of it as a local, on-call chauffeur that stays around the city where you’re spending the evening. That region includes Coconut Grove, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. A game night rarely needs more than that: a pickup in the Grove, a stop for a cousin in Coral Gables, and maybe a late bite in Wynwood or Little Havana afterward. Staying local keeps your chauffeur unhurried and close by whenever plans change. Longer trips out to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service, which is built for staying around Miami and doing it well.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for the Heat Game? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.

The chauffeur’s time, the private vehicle, fuel for every leg, any tolls along the way, and parking while the car waits are all covered by the rate in the list above. Nothing gets added up separately at the end of the night. A few items can add to the total, and each one is spelled out ahead of time. Pickups outside those hours carries the night surcharge described earlier. Hours you add on the day follow the payment terms above. There’s room for signs, pink tribute gear, and new game-night merch, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading From Coconut Grove? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, starting with two premium SUVs for smaller parties.

The choice comes down to headcount and the kind of evening the group wants. For couples, small families, and a handful of friends, one of our two SUVs keeps things intimate and quick to load outside a Grove restaurant:

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers in a sleek, comfortable cabin, a natural fit for a small crew dressed in pink.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Each vehicle is private to your group and kept spotless inside. Larger parties can step up to the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, a private van that keeps everyone together, so the whole group arrives and leaves at once and nobody gets split off into a second car.

How Many People Fit in the Van From Coconut Grove?

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes: one seats 6 to 9 passengers, and a larger version seats 10 to 14. Either one gives a big family, an office group, or a fan club room to sit together and ride to the game in one private van instead of splitting up across several cars.

Need the Quick Version of How Our Hourly Service Runs? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs 24/7, every day of the week, for daytime or evening trips.
  • Onboard WiFi comes through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • One brief restroom or snack stop mid-booking never changes your rate.
  • Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Kaseya Center? 🎊

Yes. A private car and bilingual chauffeur take you from Coconut Grove to the arena and back home.

If you’re searching for a private shuttle to the arena, this is exactly that: a private van or SUV reserved for your party alone, with no strangers on board and no fixed timetable. The booking covers the whole evening in one plan, including the ride in, the game, and the ride afterward. You don’t have to arrange a string of separate trips from a busy sidewalk. That matters most on a night like this one, when the whole crowd leaves together and Downtown streets fill fast. Coconut Grove riders also get a chauffeur who knows the neighborhood’s narrow village streets and bayfront towers, so the first pickup goes as smoothly as the last. The questions below cover what fans ask most often before they reserve.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coconut Grove on Short Notice?

Yes, if a car and driver are available. Once a booking within the next 24 hours is agreed, that date and time are held just for you. Because a driver and vehicle are already set aside, the booking runs exactly as planned. At that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Does the Same Hourly Service Work for Other Kaseya Center Nights?

Yes. The same private hourly service works for any big night at the arena. Regular-season games against teams like the Pelicans, Timberwolves, or Nets, headline concerts, and other Downtown events all follow the same plan: a Coconut Grove pickup, a dinner stop if you want one, and your chauffeur on hand until the group is ready to leave.

Does the Driver Bring You Back to Coconut Grove After the Game?

Yes. The ride home is part of the same booking, so the chauffeur takes your group back to Coconut Grove or wherever the night goes next. Some fans stretch the evening with a late dinner in Brickell or a nightcap back in the Grove before calling it a night. The same car and driver handle every leg without a new booking.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
