Our private hourly chauffeur from Aventura to the Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game on October 6, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in Aventura, drops you near the arena before the 6:30 PM start, and keeps the car ready for the ride home. There is no surge pricing and no garage to find.
Each rate below is the hourly price for one private vehicle and its chauffeur, for a booking of at least five hours.
Pick the tier that seats your whole group. The price depends on the vehicle, not on how many stops you make. A couple or a small family heading to the scrimmage fits the Black SUV XL. A birthday group, an office outing, or a youth team in pink jerseys can take a Sprinter so everyone arrives together and leaves together. The Platinum SUV suits guests who want a more polished luxury SUV for the evening. We confirm your rate and vehicle on WhatsApp before the day, so the whole group knows the plan well before October 6.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur’s time, fuel, tolls, and parking for your booking.
Parking matters most in Downtown Miami on an arena night. Nobody in your group has to circle a garage, pay at a kiosk, or walk back through the crowd looking for the car. You pay for the chauffeur’s time for every hour you book, whether the car is driving through Aventura or parked while you watch the new roster play. There is room on board for what fans bring, like pink signs, bags of merch, or a hoodie for later, so just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large.
Only a few things can change the total. The night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours and is explained further down. Any hour you add after your booked hours is charged at your vehicle’s same rate. Nothing else is added.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a set number of hours, and you choose every stop.
First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send us the pickup spot, a rough start time, and anything you want to do before or after the game. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. The car and the same chauffeur stay with you for all your booked hours. You might have dinner first, stop to pick up a friend, and then head downtown, in whatever order suits your group.
You can also stay out later. When your booked hours run out, you can keep the car. Every extra hour is added at the same hourly rate, with no new fare to negotiate. A late dinner after the game just becomes one more hour on the bill.
You pay the full fare when you book.
A reserved car and chauffeur make a weeknight arena journey into a relaxed night out.
Driving yourself means a Tuesday commute from Aventura, a search for a garage near the bay, and one person in the group who never gets to relax. We offer a premium service that takes all of that off your hands. The vehicle is reserved for your group only and is never shared with another party. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for all your booked hours, so the same person drops you off, keeps the car close, and takes you home. Your hourly rate is fixed the moment you book, with no surge pricing on a hectic arena night and no surprises when the crowd leaves.
Staying in touch is simple too. You message us directly on WhatsApp before the day and during it, with no call center in between. That direct line, a clean premium vehicle, and a chauffeur who focuses only on your group make this a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
We have four private vehicle tiers, from one for a couple to one for a large fan group.
Put everyone in one vehicle rather than splitting into two. It makes the drop-off and meeting up after the game much simpler. If your group size falls between two tiers, choose the bigger one, because nobody enjoys a cramped ride home after cheering all night. The price list above shows the hourly cost of each tier.
The standard Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats 6 to 9 passengers, and the larger Sprinter seats 10 to 14. A big group can ride down from Aventura together. Everyone gets on at the same address, arrives downtown together, and goes home in the same private van, with no need to regroup across several cars outside a busy arena.
It is the Heat’s yearly public team scrimmage, which marks the end of training camp.
The Miami Heat Red, White & Pink Game starts at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami. The full roster splits into two teams and plays a real game against itself. It is the first chance for local fans to see the new team in person before the regular season. Pink is added to the usual red and white because the night is also a breast cancer awareness and fundraising event, with tributes to cancer survivors during the program.
The evening has its own feel. There is less pressure than at a regular-season game, plenty of cheering, and a crowd that shows up in pink. For a group coming from Aventura, it is a weeknight worth planning properly, and a reserved car makes that simple.
Much of the crowd is longtime Heat fans and families, along with cancer survivors and supporters of the pink cause. Many groups treat it as their first outing of the basketball season: kids in jerseys, friends in matching pink, coworkers making an evening of it. That is why larger groups often book a Sprinter together.
Your chauffeur typically drives south on Biscayne Boulevard or I-95 to reach Downtown Miami.
Biscayne Boulevard is the direct route. It runs from Aventura through North Miami Beach and North Miami, past the Upper East Side and Edgewater, and ends up right at the arena, which sits on the boulevard beside the bay. I-95 is the other choice when surface streets back up. The driver chooses between the two based on traffic that evening. Either way, you can sit back while someone else deals with the merges and lane changes.
Timing is the part to plan for. On a quiet evening it is a simple drive, but October 6 is a Tuesday, so the end of the weekday commute runs into a wave of fans arriving downtown. Leave plenty of extra time rather than cutting it close.
Leave with plenty of time before the 6:30 PM start, because weekday traffic and the rush of fans arriving downtown add up on game night. The simplest plan is to start your booking in the afternoon, eat in Aventura, and head south early. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on traffic that day.
The driver picks up your group at any address in Aventura, which we agree on when you book.
Most game-night pickups happen at a few familiar kinds of places. Hotel guests meet the car at the lobby, for example at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry resort. People living in condos on Country Club Drive or in the towers along the Intracoastal commonly come down to their building’s front drive. Families often leave straight from home, and groups that spent the afternoon shopping can meet the car at an agreed Aventura Mall entrance. Friends staying neighboring in Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, or Hallandale Beach can be picked up on the same journey.
Send us the exact spot and any building-access notes on WhatsApp ahead of time, so the chauffeur arrives ready to go. Your drop-off at the end of the night can be different from your pickup if the group splits up.
Your chauffeur drops the group off as close to the arena as access allows.
Traffic control and road closures around the arena decide which curbs can be used on event nights. The driver picks the top drop-off point that evening and confirms it with you on the way in. Arriving before the rush pays off: you can walk straight in, pick up merch, and be in your seats for the pink tributes instead of sitting in stopped traffic.
The arena is on the waterfront next to Bayside Marketplace. If you reach early, you have time for a quick walk along the water, a photo in your pink gear, or a drink at Bayside before going inside. The area fills up fast on game night, which is one more reason to let a chauffeur handle the drive in while your group simply steps out and goes.
Yes. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby for the whole game, because waiting is part of the hours you booked. Nobody has to find a garage or worry about the car. The driver takes care of it while your group watches the scrimmage, then gets ready to pick you up as the last quarter ends.
The driver meets you at the pickup spot you agree on at drop-off. This is usually a short walk from the main crowd, somewhere the car can pull in. Message the chauffeur on WhatsApp as you leave your seats, walk out together, and the car will be there for the ride back to Aventura. There’s nothing to rebook and no rush for the curb.
Aventura Mall is the easiest place for dinner before the game, with lots of restaurants in one place.
Groups like the mall because everyone can eat something different and still meet at the same entrance afterward. The driver waits nearby until you’re done. For a sit-down dinner that feels more like an occasion, the restaurants at the Turnberry resort are a simple first stop before driving south. If you’d rather eat closer to the arena, you can stop in Midtown or the Design District on the way. The car drops you off, you eat, and the chauffeur takes you the rest of the way.
Booking by the hour is what makes these stops simple. You never look for parking at dinner, never rush through the meal because of a parking meter, and never split the group between cars. The same vehicle takes you from dinner to the game with everyone’s jackets and signs still inside.
Yes. After the game, the car can take you to Wynwood for the murals and a late bite, or to Brickell for a rooftop drink, before the ride back to Aventura. You can fit these stops into your booked hours or add more hours. The chauffeur waits at each stop and takes the group home when you’re ready.
Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no surcharge. Trips outside those hours have the surcharge listed below.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Your WhatsApp confirmation shows which applies before the day. This is the only charge that depends on the time of day. The hourly rate stays the same after dark.
Yes. We provide a private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with its own chauffeur, reserved only for your group.
You may have searched for a car service to the Heat game, a driver for the night, or group transportation for game night. It is all the same service: a private vehicle hired by the hour, with one chauffeur for your group. Nobody else rides with you, there is no fixed schedule, and you choose the stops. It is not public transit or a ride you hail on the street. It is a car booked ahead for your date, confirmed on WhatsApp, and ready when your group needs it.
A private car suits a hectic arena night. Crowds fill the waterfront, curbs get crowded quickly, and a group that arrived together can easily get separated afterward. A reserved vehicle keeps your group together from the first pickup in Aventura to the last drop-off.
The hourly service stays local. We cover Aventura, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call, unhurried service built around the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
A booking for a service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the ride goes ahead as agreed. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
