Transfer from PortMiami to Arcangel at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Arcangel at Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM. The same driver stays with your group from the port curb until you obtain home, so there is no parking to find and no surge price to worry about.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami Cost? 🥂

Rates are per vehicle, per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The right tier depends on how many people are coming and the style you want. A couple or a small group of friends fits well in the Black SUV XL. A bigger birthday group or a cruise party that wants to arrive together should step up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want the most polished arrival for a night out in Downtown Miami. The price is set by the vehicle, not the number of seats, so the whole group rides together at one rate. Late-night timing can add a surcharge, which is explained further down the page.

Which Quick Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Every vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.
  • A short comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Service runs 24/7, every day of the week, Sunday nights included.
  • Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp with group size, start time, and your stops.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your Booking? 🍾

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: Pay with card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only your starting block. You can keep the car longer at any time: every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night is over.

Does a Late-Night Surcharge Apply After the Show? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM have no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add a charge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Plan on the surcharge being part of this booking. For an SUV it is one fixed add-on per journey. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value. It does offer you more daytime hours for dinner, a walk along the water, or a hotel stop before the show. Your WhatsApp confirmation lists the surcharge next to your hours before you pay.

What Should You Expect at Arcangel on October 11, 2026? 🎤

Arcangel plays Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM. It is a full reggaeton and Latin trap arena concert.

The tour celebrates his long career, and the crowd shows it. Expect Puerto Rican, Caribbean, and Latin American fans, younger adults next to longtime listeners who grew up on his early records, and groups of friends and couples making a full evening of it. Expect loud singalongs in Spanish, constant dancing, and dramatic lighting. There is no official color, but the tour artwork is black and white. Black graphic tees, artist merch, denim, sneakers, caps, and chains will fill the arena, and some fans go all out with glitter. Show details are on the official Arcangel event page. A private chauffeur keeps the night simple for your group: outfits stay sharp, nobody drives around downtown looking for parking, and everyone rides home together.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for Arcangel? 🏟️

Leave PortMiami with plenty of time before the 8:00 PM start.

The drive itself is the simple part. The slow part is Biscayne Boulevard, where concert traffic and crowds on foot pile up as showtime gets close. Security screening and finding your section also take time, and a Sunday crowd tends to arrive all at once. It works better to start your block with dinner or drinks neighboring, so the drive to the arena is the last short step of the evening. Your chauffeur keeps an eye on event-night traffic and takes whichever approach is moving top. If your group is coming straight off a ship or from a hotel near the port, send your timing on WhatsApp. The driver will suggest a departure time that leaves room to settle in, buy merch, and find your seats before the lights go down.

Where does the driver drop you off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as event-night access allows, following whatever traffic plan is in place that evening. Before you get out, the driver agrees on the exact pickup spot for later and sends it to your group on WhatsApp, so nobody has to guess where to meet in the crowd.

Can the driver wait during the show?

Yes. The driver stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole concert, so there is no car to request and no line to stand in afterward. Send a WhatsApp message as the encore winds down and walk to the agreed spot. The same chauffeur and car will be ready to take everyone to a hotel, a home, or anywhere else in the city.

Do you need to find parking downtown for the concert?

No. The driver takes care of the car, not you. Your group skips the garage search, the circling around Bayside, and the long walk back to a parked car after the show. Everyone gets out at the drop-off, and the chauffeur looks after the vehicle until you come back. Parking is already covered, as the included list below shows.

Where Can You Eat Near PortMiami Before the Concert? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, on the bay beside the arena, is the easiest place to meet before the show.

Its waterfront restaurants and bars face the port, so a cruise group can go from the terminal to a table by the water without crossing town. For a bigger sit-down dinner, Brickell is a little farther south and has plenty of restaurants that suit birthday groups and couples dressed for a night out. Groups who want Cuban food and a lively Sunday atmosphere can head west to Little Havana first. Wynwood suits an earlier start, with murals and photo stops before dinner. Because you book by the hour, the chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, stays close, and picks the group up when the check is paid, so nobody has to split into separate cars. You create your own table reservations, and the driver is happy to suggest a place that fits your group and your timing.

Can we combine dinner and the show in one booking?

Yes. One booking can cover the whole evening. The chauffeur picks you up in PortMiami, takes the group to dinner, stays nearby during the meal, brings everyone to the show, and drives you home afterward. Plan the block around dinner plus the concert, and if the night runs longer you simply keep the car.

Where can the group go after the concert ends?

Brickell is the obvious next stop, with late-night lounges a short ride from the arena. South Beach stays lively across the MacArthur Causeway, and Wynwood has bars for a final round. The chauffeur keeps the same car ready between stops, so the group can decide as you go and keep the booking running until everyone is ready to call it a night.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Concert Night? 🕴️

Booking privately gives your group a upscale service, not just a ride, for the whole concert night.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only, so the conversation, the pre-show photos, and the post-concert recap stay private. You lock in one flat hourly rate when you book, and it never goes up when the whole arena empties at once. One bilingual chauffeur handles the whole night, which helps mixed groups where some guests favor Spanish and others English. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp, so a later dinner time or an extra stop takes one text. The car is clean and ready when you walk out, and the same driver meets you at every stop. That consistency is the better experience we offer: fewer moving parts, more time with your friends, and a night that feels planned instead of improvised.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.

That covers every part of the evening: the port pickup, dinner, the arena, and any late stop. You never obtain a separate bill for the car itself. Your driver pays any parking fees while you are at dinner or inside the arena, so no one in the group has to take out a card. If you’re bringing signs, merch, or anything bulky, tell us in advance and we’ll create sure there is room. Two other charges can apply. The second is any time you add past your booked block. Those hours are billed and are never included for free.

How Does Hourly Booking Work From PortMiami? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur by the hour, then utilize that time however the night goes.

Start with a WhatsApp message, and we pick the vehicle tier based on how many people are coming. Pickup can be any Miami address. On this side of town that commonly means a PortMiami cruise terminal, but a hotel, a home, or Miami International Airport works just as well, and we agree on the exact spot when you book. After that, you select the stops and their order: dinner first, a hotel stop to change, the show, then one last drink. The first five hours are your booked block. After that block, every extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate, with no new price and no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night is over. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, tell the driver and keep going. The car stays yours for as long as you need it.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

We have four private tiers for groups of every size, starting with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural choice for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group can arrive together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, made for big birthday groups and full cruise parties.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

For a concert crowd dressed for photos, the Platinum SUV makes an entrance. The larger Sprinter keeps a whole birthday group together from the port to the last song. If your group size is right at the limit of a tier, go one size up so nobody is squeezed in while wearing their concert outfit. Each class is a reference category, so we confirm the exact model with your booking.

Is there a private shuttle from PortMiami for a large group?

Yes. The private option is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group. It is never shared with other passengers and never runs on a fixed schedule. It leaves the port when you are ready, stops wherever you ask, and takes everyone home after the concert.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami? 🏙️

The chauffeur takes Port Boulevard off Dodge Island and straight onto Biscayne Boulevard.

The arena is on that same part of Biscayne Boulevard, next to Bayside Marketplace, so the drive is commonly short. Still, allow extra time, because event-night traffic can slow the last few blocks a lot. The other main road out of the port is the PortMiami Tunnel. It runs under the channel to Watson Island and the MacArthur Causeway, which connects to I-395 and I-95. Your chauffeur uses it when the group wants to start with dinner on Miami Beach before heading downtown. The driver picks between the two routes on the night based on traffic, and your group only sets the time and the stops. Whether you obtain off a ship that morning or stay at a hotel near the water, the plan is the same: one car and one driver the whole way, with no switching vehicles.

Where does the driver pick you up in PortMiami?

The driver meets you at the ground-transportation curb of your cruise terminal, or at the hotel or residence where you’re staying nearby. On the day, the chauffeur sends a WhatsApp message with a description of the vehicle and the exact waiting spot, then meets the group there. After the terminal lines, all you have to do is get in.

Can you go from a cruise ship straight to the concert?

Yes. If your ship docks on October 11, the chauffeur can meet you at the terminal and the day can run straight into the show: a hotel stop to freshen up, a late lunch or early dinner, then the arena. Book enough hours to cover the whole day, and add more on the spot if the afternoon runs long.

Which parts of Miami does the hourly service cover?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It is a local service for relaxed days and nights around Miami.

Can you bring a pet on the ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it when you first message us so the right vehicle and plan are ready before the night.

What happens if you book within 24 hours of the show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time go ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
