Transfer from PortMiami to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in PortMiami, crosses the port bridge to the arena, stays through the show and drives everyone home. The rate is locked at booking, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami Cost per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours. That is enough time for the pickup, dinner, the concert and the ride home.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for time, not miles, so the time the car waits while the music plays is just part of the hours you reserved. A couple dressing up for the show commonly picks the Black SUV XL. A group that wants a more lavish arrival tends to choose the Platinum SUV. A birthday table of friends or cousins fits well in one of the two Sprinter sizes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

How Does an Hourly Chauffeur Booking Work for a Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and both stay with you until the block ends.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, a quick walk by the water, the concert and a nightcap afterward. The driver picks up at any Miami address agreed at booking, whether that is a PortMiami cruise terminal, a hotel, Miami International Airport or a home. You set the order and the pace. The chauffeur keeps the vehicle with your group for the whole block and stays on call between stops, so nobody has to look for parking or wait at a curb. After the first five hours, every additional hour is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and it is settled after the night. You can keep the car as long as you require.

Can We Change the Plan Once the Evening Starts?

Yes. The itinerary is never locked, so you can add a stop, skip one or stay longer at dinner, as long as the schedule allows. Just tell the driver and the route changes on the spot. There is no new fare to agree and nothing to re-book, even if the evening goes in a direction nobody planned.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami? 🏟️

The chauffeur drives off the port island over the Port Boulevard bridge and onto Biscayne Boulevard, where the arena sits by the bay.

PortMiami and the arena are close neighbors on the Downtown waterfront, so on paper this is one of the shortest event rides in the city. The challenge is the evening itself. A Saturday concert crowd arrives on Biscayne Boulevard at the same time as weekend port traffic and the usual Downtown activity, so the last stretch can move slowly. A private chauffeur takes care of that for you. The driver knows which approaches commonly move, times the departure around the crowd rather than the clock, and keeps your group seated comfortably instead of walking the boulevard in concert shoes. If your evening starts somewhere else, such as dinner on South Beach, the PortMiami Tunnel connects the port to the MacArthur Causeway. That way the evening can go out and back without changing vehicles.

How Long Is the Ride From PortMiami on a Concert Saturday?

The ride is typically short, because the port and the arena are on the same stretch of Downtown waterfront. On a concert Saturday, though, allow a comfortable buffer. Arrival traffic along Biscayne Boulevard and weekend cruise traffic can both slow the final approach, so your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time with that buffer built in.

Is It Worth Hiring a Driver for Such a Short Distance?

Yes, because the distance is not the hard part of this trip. Downtown parking tends to fill early on concert nights, the walk along the boulevard in dress shoes is longer than it looks, and the whole arena empties at once when the show ends. A private chauffeur turns all of that into a short, comfortable ride each way.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami? 🏝️

The driver meets you at any address in PortMiami, most frequently the passenger pickup curb outside your cruise terminal.

PortMiami is a working island of cruise terminals, cargo docks and port offices, so the exact meeting spot matters, and we confirm it when you book. Guests leaving a ship meet the chauffeur at the ground-transportation area outside their terminal. You stay in direct WhatsApp contact with your driver, so you can find each other quickly in the crowd. If you are finishing a meeting at the port offices, the driver can pick you up right outside that building instead. If your group is staying at a hotel or residence just across the bridge in Downtown, that works too, because the booking starts wherever you are. Weekends tend to be busy turnaround days at the port, so we plan the pickup with extra time for terminal traffic and keep you updated until everyone is in the car.

Can a Cruise-Day Arrival Go Straight to the Concert?

Yes. If your ship docks on October 3, the chauffeur can meet you at the terminal and stay with you all the way to the show. You could have lunch in Coral Gables, check in at your hotel, stop to freshen up, then go to dinner and the concert. Just reserve enough hours to cover the whole day, and the same driver stays with you throughout.

When Should You Leave PortMiami for Kany Garcia on October 3? 🎤

Plan to leave PortMiami well before the 7:00 PM start, because arrival traffic peaks as the evening begins.

The Kany Garcia concert on Saturday, October 3, 2026, fills the Downtown waterfront with an emotional night of Latin pop and heartfelt ballads. The crowd spans generations: groups of friends, couples and families singing along to every chorus. Getting through the doors and security, stopping for merch and finding your seats all take time, and everyone arrives within the same short window. Leaving PortMiami early means a relaxed arrival, so you walk in with time to spare instead of watching the clock in traffic. Your chauffeur considers your group size, any dinner plans and the port’s weekend traffic, then suggests a pickup time with a relaxing margin. Dressing up is half the fun of this show, and arriving calmly in a clean, private vehicle keeps outfits and moods intact from the first song to the last.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

The chauffeur takes your group as close to the venue as access allows on concert night and lets everyone out at the drop-off point nearest the entrance. Curbside access around the arena depends on event-night traffic control, so the driver chooses the most direct approach available that evening.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. While you are inside, the driver stays nearby with the vehicle for the entire concert and can be reached on WhatsApp. Nothing needs to be re-booked, nobody has to watch the time during the final songs, and your ride home is already arranged when the lights come up.

How Does the Ride Home Work After the Encore?

Before you go in, you and the driver agree on a meeting point near the drop-off. When the encore ends, send a quick WhatsApp message and walk to that spot with your group. The same vehicle then takes everyone on to a hotel, a late dinner in Brickell or straight home, wherever the night ends.

Where Should You Eat Near PortMiami Before the Concert? 🥂

Bayside Marketplace, right next to the port bridge, is the easiest place for a group to meet and have dinner before the show.

Its waterfront promenade looks across the bay and the marina, so friends can meet, eat and take photos with the Downtown skyline, with the arena practically next door. For a more polished dinner, Brickell’s restaurant scene is a short drive south, and the driver waits while your table lingers over dessert. Fans who want Cuban coffee and Latin music before a Latin-pop night frequently choose Little Havana and its lively stretch of Southwest Eighth Street. Groups coming off a cruise sometimes cross the causeway first for an early oceanfront dinner on South Beach, then head back Downtown. Wherever you go, the same vehicle takes you from stop to stop, so nobody has to park twice or arrange a second ride. We supply the car and the chauffeur, not restaurant reservations, but your driver is glad to suggest an order of stops that fits the evening.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, and that is how most groups use their hours. The chauffeur picks you up in PortMiami, drops you at dinner, waits, drives you to the concert and brings everyone home afterward, all in one reservation. You can also add a nightcap stop at the end without making a separate booking.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Kany Garcia Instead of Driving Yourself? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur gives your group a upscale service planned around the concert, not around parking.

The vehicle is private and reserved for your group alone. There are no strangers, no shared seats and no changing cars partway through the night. One chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, and every driver is bilingual, which makes the ride easy for families and friends who switch between languages all evening. The rate is flat and hourly and is locked when you book, so a packed Saturday or slow traffic never changes the price. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp from your first question to the final drop-off. Nobody in the group has to be the designated driver, skip the toast at dinner or circle Downtown looking for a space while the first song starts. Privacy, one familiar driver, a fixed price and direct contact add up to a better experience than dealing with keys, garage tickets and a late walk back to a parked car.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, parking and onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot are all included in the hourly rate.

That means no separate garage fee Downtown, no toll to pay if the evening takes you across a causeway, and no fuel charge on the bill. There is commonly plenty of room for what concert fans bring, like a homemade sign, merch or a change of shoes for later. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Only two charges can be added to the hourly rate: the after-hours surcharge explained in the next section, and any hours you choose to add beyond your reservation, billed at the same rate. Everything else, including the waiting, the extra stops and any change of plans, is merely part of the time you have already booked.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Evening?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it in your first message so we can plan the right vehicle before the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Late Ride Home? 🌆

Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge. Trips outside daytime hours add the amount below for your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV tiers it is a fixed amount per journey. For the Sprinter tiers it is a percentage of the journey value, so it scales with the size of the booking. It is the only time-of-day charge we apply, and it is added on top of the flat hourly rate. Nothing about the service changes after dark: the same driver, the same vehicle and the same flexible route continue right through to the final drop-off.

Which Quick Facts Matter Before You Book? 🎊

  • Every booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for your group alone.
  • The same driver stays with your group from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
  • Service runs 24/7, including late Saturday nights after an arena concert lets out.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • A brief comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the flat rate.
  • You set the stops and the pace, adding or skipping stops as the night goes on.
  • Every reservation is arranged and confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple’s night out to a big group of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A natural choice for couples, friends and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with space for the whole group to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: 10 to 14 passengers, for birthday groups and extended families.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choosing a vehicle that fits your headcount keeps everyone together. That matters on a night when splitting into two cars means two meeting points after the encore. If your group is right on the line between two tiers, choosing the bigger vehicle gives everyone a little more room. The Platinum SUV suits a unique occasion, like an anniversary, a birthday or a girls’ night, when the arrival itself is part of the celebration.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply? 📋

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid when you book, secures your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that first block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night.

Does the Hourly Service Stay Around Miami? 🏙️

Yes. This hourly service stays local, covering Miami and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Our chauffeurs work around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring communities north toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city keeps the driver on call and relaxed, with time to wait wherever your plans take you. Destinations farther away, such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, are outside this hourly service, which is designed for getting around Miami rather than a long highway day. A concert night that starts at the port and ends at a Brickell rooftop or a Coral Gables home is well within the service area. So is an afternoon in Wynwood or a late bite on Key Biscayne before the evening wraps up.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Kany Garcia? 🎆

Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter, reserved by the hour, takes your group from PortMiami to the concert and back home.

If you were searching for a private shuttle or a car service to the concert, this service is built around your group. You reserve a whole vehicle and its chauffeur by the hour, starting wherever you are in PortMiami, and the plan follows your evening rather than a fixed timetable. That matters on a night like this one. The concert draws fans from across Miami and beyond, the port has its own weekend traffic, and a group that travels together has an easier time. The booking can be a simple round journey to the show, or it can fill the whole day with a cruise arrival, an afternoon out, dinner, the concert and a nightcap. Either way, the vehicle is never shared with another party, and the plan is yours from start to finish.

Is There a Private Van From PortMiami for a Big Group of Fans?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van option for larger groups, and it is reserved for your group alone, never shared with other fans. Everyone rides together from the port, arrives together and leaves together after the show, so a big group doesn’t get split up across Downtown at the end of the night.

Can We Spend the Afternoon Around Miami Before the Show?

Yes, if you reserve enough hours. One popular plan is an afternoon among the Wynwood murals, then a walk through Coconut Grove by the water, then an early dinner before heading Downtown. The driver waits at each stop and can suggest an order that avoids backtracking, so the afternoon runs smoothly into the concert.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

Your time slot is locked in and held just for you. For any service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Kany Garcia Chauffeur From PortMiami? 🍸

To reserve, send us your group size, your pickup spot in PortMiami and your plans for the evening on WhatsApp.

A Saturday concert at a Downtown arena on a busy port weekend is a night to plan ahead, and contacting us early gives you the widest choice of vehicle tiers. Tell us how many people are coming, where in PortMiami you’ll be when the day begins, a rough start time and the stops you’d like to create, such as dinner at Bayside, a nightcap in Brickell or a late drive home to Coral Gables. We’ll check availability, suggest the right vehicle and confirm your hours, so your chauffeur is scheduled well before the week of the show. After that, all that’s left to plan is your outfit and which songs you’ll sing the loudest. Let the chauffeur handle the drive on October 3 while your group enjoys the concert.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
