Transfer from PortMiami to the Andrea Bocelli Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Andrea Bocelli at Hard Rock Live on Friday, February 12, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. You keep the same car and bilingual chauffeur from the first pickup to the ride home. Dinner, the 8:00 PM show and a late nightcap all fit into one unhurried evening.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami to the Bocelli Concert Cost? 🥂

You pay per vehicle per hour, and every booking covers a 5-hour minimum. The rate depends only on which vehicle your group needs.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

One rate covers the whole vehicle, not each seat. A larger party sharing a Sprinter splits a single hourly price instead of paying for several separate cars. Nothing on the list is charged per person, so adding one more friend to a vehicle with an open seat costs nothing extra. The clock starts at your agreed pickup time in PortMiami and runs through the evening you plan. That puts dinner, the concert and the drive home inside one booking instead of a string of separate fares.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Concert Night Instead of Driving Yourself? 🕴️

A reserved chauffeur gives you premium service on concert night from the very first mile.

Your vehicle is private and reserved only for your group. No one shares the cabin with strangers, and no one in your party has to skip the toast at dinner to drive home. The rate is flat and locked when you book. It doesn’t surge on a crowded show night, and it doesn’t change for traffic or weather. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, so the person who greets you in PortMiami is the same one waiting when the final bow ends. You plan directly with us on WhatsApp: send a message, hear back from the people who run the cars, and change a stop the same way. One clean premium vehicle, one familiar driver and a price settled in advance make a better experience than circling parking garages and merging onto the interstate in evening clothes.

How Does Hiring a Driver by the Hour Work on Show Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you decide how the evening goes.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, a rough pickup time and the stops on your wish list, such as dinner downtown, the concert and maybe a nightcap on the way back. Share any timing you already know, like when your ship docks or when your table is booked. Once the date is confirmed, one chauffeur and one vehicle are assigned to your party alone. They stay with you from the first pickup until the block ends. The driver follows your plan: you decide when to leave, where to pause and when to call it a night. Nothing is shared and nothing is rebooked halfway through. The car that picks you up in PortMiami is the one that brings you home.

Where in PortMiami Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up?

We pick you up wherever your evening begins, and we agree on the exact spot when you book. If you arrive by cruise, your chauffeur meets you at the passenger curb outside your PortMiami terminal. If you’re staying ashore, the car comes to a hotel lobby, a home or any other Miami address, including Miami International Airport if you land that afternoon. Send the terminal or address on WhatsApp and we’ll set the meeting point before the day.

Can We Keep the Car Longer Than Five Hours?

Yes, you can keep the car as long as the night calls for. Every hour after the first five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, and we never renegotiate the fare. Tell the chauffeur when you want more time and, if the schedule allows, the car stays with you. You settle the added hours after the day, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Our Group for a Concert Night Out? 🚐

We have four private vehicle tiers, from a couple’s date night to a full family party.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers in a polished black SUV, a natural fit for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): carries 6 to 9 passengers, with space for everyone to sit together and talk on the way.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): carries 10 to 14 passengers in one private van, a good fit for an extended family celebration.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV for a more upscale night out. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Choosing between the two SUVs comes down to style. The Black SUV XL is sleek and understated, while the Platinum SUV makes a grander arrival on a night that already feels formal. If you’re not sure, send us your headcount and we’ll suggest the tier that keeps everyone in one vehicle.

Is There a Private Van From PortMiami for a Larger Concert Group?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van, reserved for your group alone and never sold by the seat. Families and groups of friends who would otherwise split across several cars ride together and arrive as one party. If you’re searching for a private shuttle to the concert, this is it, with your own chauffeur.

What Comes With the Hourly Rate, and What Can Add to It? 🍾

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate you book.

The rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur and the running costs of the evening. Fuel for the drive north, highway tolls and parking while the car waits for you never show up as separate charges. Your chauffeur’s time between stops is simply part of the hours you reserved. There’s room in the cabin for what people actually bring on a concert night, like a garment bag, flowers for someone you’re celebrating or souvenirs from the show. If you plan to bring something big, just tell us in advance. Only two things can add to the bill. The first is time: any hours you choose to keep the car beyond your reserved block. The second is the time of day: any part of the booking outside daytime hours carries the after-hours surcharge explained below, and an evening built around an 8:00 PM show will reach it.

Need the Short Version Before You Reserve a Concert Chauffeur? 🚙

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during your booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes your rate.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day of the year, around the clock.

How Does Payment Work for an Hourly Booking? 🎊

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: Your booking starts with a five-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From PortMiami on Concert Night? 🎤

Your chauffeur drives you north from PortMiami to Hollywood, right to the venue.

The Hard Rock Live theater is inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, the Broward County city between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. That keeps the trip inside the local area our hourly service covers. Andrea Bocelli takes the stage on Friday, February 12, 2027, at 8:00 PM. A full orchestra and conductor back him in an anniversary program built around the songs that made him a household name, from “Time to Say Goodbye” to “The Prayer.” The crowd is mostly couples on a date night and friends making a night of it, many of them dressed for the occasion, so a private car suits the evening well. For a night of orchestra and tenor, it helps to arrive relaxed. In a private cabin, the group can sit back, talk about the songs they hope to hear and step out looking as polished as when they left.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From PortMiami?

The usual route leaves the island through the PortMiami Tunnel, crosses to the mainland on I-395 and turns north on I-95 through downtown. It continues past the city’s northern neighborhoods, exits in Hollywood and heads west toward State Road 7, where the resort sits. If the interstate backs up, your chauffeur can switch to another route, such as Florida’s Turnpike, and you never have to watch a map.

What Does Concert-Night Timing Look Like From PortMiami to the Venue? 🎭

Leave early, arrive relaxed, and let the same chauffeur handle the ride home.

A Bocelli concert night has three crunch points, and a reserved chauffeur handles each one. The first is leaving: Friday evening traffic heading north out of downtown builds steadily, so the group should leave with plenty of margin instead of racing the clock. The second is getting into the resort, where concertgoers, hotel guests and casino visitors all arrive at the same time while drivers circle the garages looking for a space. The third comes after the final song, when the whole audience pours out at once and the line for app rides stretches down the curb. Your chauffeur plans for all three before you leave PortMiami and watches live traffic on the night instead of sticking to a fixed schedule. The answers below are a starting point that we fine-tune with you on WhatsApp.

How Early Should We Leave PortMiami for the 8:00 PM Show?

Leave with plenty of extra time, because a Friday concert night slows the drive north well beyond its usual pace. If dinner is part of the plan, a late-afternoon pickup gives you time to eat downtown and still reach Hollywood comfortably before the 8:00 PM start. Your chauffeur checks live traffic that evening and tells you when it’s time to ask for the check.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

Your chauffeur gets the group as close to the venue entrance as event-night access allows, using the drop-off point the resort sets for that evening instead of a distant garage. You step out together, skip the search for parking and walk straight in. Before you go inside, the driver confirms where to meet after the show, so finding each other later is easy.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes. Because the booking runs by the hour, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle through the whole performance instead of leaving for another job. When the last encore ends, send a WhatsApp message, walk to the agreed meeting spot and ride home in the same car while the rest of the crowd is still looking for a ride.

Where Can We Have Dinner Near PortMiami Before Andrea Bocelli? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace and Brickell are both close to PortMiami and good choices for dinner before the show.

Bayside Marketplace sits right across the water from PortMiami. Its open-air waterfront restaurants offer a relaxed meal with the cruise ships and the bay in view. For a dressier dinner to match an evening of Italian arias, Brickell has Italian restaurants, steakhouses and rooftop lounges a short drive south of downtown. Mary Brickell Village puts several options within a few walkable blocks. Either way, your chauffeur drops you at the restaurant door, waits while you eat and pulls up when you’re ready, so nobody circles for parking or watches the clock during the last course. From both neighborhoods it’s a quick drive to I-95, so you can head north as soon as dinner ends. If your group would rather eat closer to the show, you can also dine at the resort itself, and the chauffeur just changes the order of the stops.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in the Same Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just another stop inside the same hourly block, with no separate fare. Name the restaurant when you book or decide on the day, and your chauffeur works it into the timing so you still leave for Hollywood with time to spare. You reserve the table yourself, and we take care of the car and the timing.

Is a Late Stop After the Concert Possible on the Way Back?

Yes, as long as you have time left on your block or choose to add an hour. A couple might want a quiet nightcap in Brickell or a late walk along the bay at Bayfront Park, while friends might prefer a final bite downtown. The chauffeur waits at each stop and drops you at your door, wherever in the city that is.

Can You Go Straight From a Cruise Ship at PortMiami to the Concert? 🏝️

Yes. If you arrive at PortMiami on a cruise that day, you can go straight on to the concert.

Ships returning to PortMiami usually finish disembarking in the morning, which leaves a full day before an evening concert. There are two simple ways to plan it. The first is to start your hourly block at the terminal curb and keep the same car all day: lunch at Bayside Marketplace, the murals of Wynwood, a hotel check-in in Brickell to change into evening clothes, then dinner and the drive north. The second is to book a separate private transfer from the ship to your hotel and start the hourly block later in the afternoon, so your reserved hours go to the evening itself. Either way, tell us your ship and terminal when you book so the chauffeur meets you at the right curb. The group can still change the plan during the day as you decide what to see.

Is There an After-Hours Surcharge When the Concert Runs Past 6:00 PM? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry an after-hours charge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The concert starts at 8:00 PM, and a typical Bocelli evening will carry the surcharge. For an SUV it’s a single fixed amount per trip, not per hour. For the Sprinter it’s a share of the trip value. Either way, it’s one charge for the trip and doesn’t build up hour after hour. When you book, ask us and we’ll show exactly how it applies to your evening, so the final bill holds no surprises.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to the Andrea Bocelli Show? 🏙️

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from PortMiami to the show and back.

People call this ride many things, like a car service, a limo, a private shuttle or a car for the night. Here they all mean the same thing: one private vehicle with its own chauffeur, booked by the hour. Nothing is pooled, no seats are sold to strangers, and there’s no fixed timetable to fit around. If you were picturing a limousine, the Platinum SUV gives you the luxury arrival instead; we don’t run stretch limos. If you were thinking of renting a car for the day, ours always comes with a chauffeur, so no one in your party drives, parks or follows directions. The questions below cover the last few details people ask about before booking: short-notice bookings, where the service goes and bringing a pet.

Can You Book a Private Driver From PortMiami Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Yes, if a vehicle is free. Once a booking within the next 24 hours is confirmed, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside. With notice that short, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as agreed. You can always add hours on the day.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond the Miami Area?

It covers Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood, so your chauffeur stays on call and unhurried. That includes Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service.

Can We Bring a Small Pet Along for the Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. You’ll have our answer before your date, so there are no surprises at pickup.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
