Transfer from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on February 2
Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, February 2, 2027. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM, and the same bilingual driver stays with your group from the cruise-terminal curb to the final buzzer and beyond.
How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From PortMiami Cost? 📋
Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, so your group just picks the tier that fits its size.
Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour
Every booking runs at least five hours. That easily covers a PortMiami pickup, a pre-game dinner, the full game and the ride afterward. The rate is charged per vehicle, not per passenger, so friends splitting the cost of a Sprinter pay the same hourly figure whether the seats are half full or all taken. Groups stepping off a ship often select a tier for comfort as much as for group size, and every option on the list arrives clean, cool and reserved only for your party. You know your game-night budget before you ever step into the car.
What Payment Methods Secure Your Game-Night Chauffeur? 📋
You pay the full fare when you book, and there are three easy ways to pay.
Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
Hours: Book five hours or more, then keep the car as long as you like. Every hour past that first block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled once the night wraps up.
How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🚙
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and your group decides every stop.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough plan: when you want to leave PortMiami, where you’d like to eat, and whether anyone needs a drop at a hotel after the game. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport or a home. You agree on the pickup spot when you book, so a cruise-day arrival can head straight into game day. From then on, the car belongs to your group for the whole block. The chauffeur follows your timing and stays on call between stops. When your booked hours run out, nobody has to rush: every extra hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate. A long dinner or a late nightcap never turns into a new fare.
What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?
If your service starts within the next 24 hours, its date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead exactly as agreed. The good news: you can always add more hours on the day.
Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Downtown Yourself? 🕴️
A reserved chauffeur saves you the downtown parking hunt and fixes your cost before game night begins.
Your group gets a private vehicle held for nobody else. You also get one bilingual chauffeur, speaking English and Spanish, who stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The hourly rate is locked the moment you book: no surge on a sold-out night and no change for traffic or weather. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp, so a new dinner plan or an early exit takes a single text. Keeping the same car and driver all night is what makes this a premium service. You see the same face at the curb, your jackets stay in the same clean cabin, and your chauffeur already knows where you want to go next. Nobody in the party has to be the designated driver, and nobody spends the fourth quarter worrying about getting out of a garage. It’s simply a better experience, from the port to your nightcap.
What Does the Hourly Rate Include for Game Night? 🥂
Fuel, tolls and parking are built into the hourly rate, so getting around downtown costs you nothing extra.
Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot. It helps when someone wants to pull up tickets, check the lineup or post from the back seat on the way across the bay. If anyone needs a quick restroom, snack or stretch break between stops, just ask the driver. A short comfort stop doesn’t change the rate. There’s room for the things fans bring along, like signs, jerseys and merch from the team store, and if you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Only one thing can be added to the hourly total: the after-hours surcharge explained below.
Does a Game-Night Booking Carry an After-Hours Surcharge? 🌆
There’s no surcharge during daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Trips outside those hours add the amounts below.
SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is a single fixed add-on for the trip, and the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so both are easy to work out before you book. The hourly rate itself doesn’t change after dark. The surcharge is the only difference, and we spell it out when we confirm your plan.
When Does Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets Tip Off? 🏟️
Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets tips off at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, in Downtown Miami.
It’s a regular-season game between two Southeast Division rivals at the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard, right beside Bayside Marketplace and the water. Heat home games draw big, loud crowds no matter who they play. On a weeknight, arriving fans also share the streets with downtown office traffic in the early evening. That’s the main reason to book a chauffeur from PortMiami. The arena is just across the bay, but the last stretch into the district is where the time goes, and having your own car waiting takes the scramble out of it. Numerous visitors make the game part of a bigger Miami evening, with an early dinner, a walk along the bayfront and a drink after the final buzzer. An hourly booking covers all of it with one driver and no switching cars.
What Is the Crowd Like at a Heat Home Game?
Expect a lively, bilingual crowd that looks like Miami itself: families in jerseys, groups of friends, couples on a date night and plenty of visitors at their first NBA game. The noise builds from warmups onward, so arriving relaxed rather than rushed lets your group enjoy the whole night.
How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami on Game Night? 🏙️
Your chauffeur drives you from the port into Downtown Miami and drops the group as close to the arena as access allows.
Beating the tip-off traffic is mostly a matter of timing. Biscayne Boulevard gets busier as the evening crowd builds, so your driver leaves extra time and nobody ends up running in from a garage. Ticket and entry details come from Kaseya Center, so check the arena’s website before you head out. Once your group is inside, the chauffeur moves the car away from the drop-off traffic and waits nearby for the rest of the night. You don’t pay for a garage ticket, sit in an exit line or try to remember which level you parked on. The car simply comes back for you when the game ends. That’s the payoff of an hourly booking on an arena night: the evening ends as smoothly as it began, with your own driver ready at the curb.
Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?
The driver takes you to the closest drop-off point that game-night access allows, usually along the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena. From there it’s a short walk to the entrance. If anyone in your group needs help walking, tell us when you book and the driver will aim for the nearest workable spot.
Can the Driver Wait for You During the Game?
Yes. Waiting through the game is exactly what the hourly booking covers. The chauffeur stays close by with the car ready and is one WhatsApp message away. After the final buzzer, text your driver, meet at the agreed pickup spot and ride off while other fans are still looking for their cars.
Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take Out of PortMiami? 🏝️
The most direct way out of the port usually crosses the Port Boulevard bridge onto Biscayne Boulevard.
The bridge carries you across the water from Dodge Island to the downtown waterfront. Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park are on one side, and the Freedom Tower stands across the boulevard. When the bridge approach is crowded with port traffic, the chauffeur can take the PortMiami Tunnel toward the MacArthur Causeway and I-395 instead, then come into downtown past Museum Park. Your chauffeur picks the route on the evening based on traffic, and you’re always welcome to ask for a particular way in. From the port, the drive is usually short. What takes planning is the last few blocks near the arena, not the crossing itself. Groups arriving by ship often savor the view on this route, because the downtown skyline fills the windshield almost as soon as the car leaves the terminal.
Where Can Your Group Eat Before Tip-Off Near PortMiami? 🍸
Bayside Marketplace, Brickell and Little Havana are all easy pre-game dinner stops on the way from the port.
Bayside Marketplace sits on the bay right next to the arena. After an early bite there and a stroll past the marina, your group can walk over to the game while the car stands by. For a more polished dinner, Brickell is a quick hop south. Brickell City Centre and the streets around it are full of steakhouses, rooftop bars and sushi spots that suit a date night or an evening with clients. If your group wants Cuban coffee, a pressed sandwich and some local flavor, ask the driver to swing through Little Havana along SW 8th Street. The chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, waits while you eat and gets everyone downtown in time for warmups. There’s no second parking search and no rushing through the check. We don’t reserve tables, so book the restaurant you like and send us the time.
Where Can You Go After the Final Buzzer?
After the game, the same driver can take your group to a late dinner in Brickell, a nightcap in Wynwood or across the causeway to South Beach, then drop everyone at their hotel. Just tell the driver where you want to go next. You never have to find a ride back.
How Many People Fit in a Private Van From PortMiami? 🚐
Our private van, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, comes in two sizes, and smaller groups ride in one of our two SUVs.
Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers in a roomy black SUV. It’s the natural choice for couples, families and small groups of friends.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger group can ride together and arrive at the arena at the same time.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, sized for office outings, birthday groups and extended families.
Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV, for guests who want the most polished ride of the night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition
Select by group size first, then by comfort. Cruise guests often like the extra room in the Sprinter, while a couple celebrating an anniversary may favor the quieter cabin of the Platinum SUV. Every vehicle comes with the same chauffeur service and the same flexible evening.
Which Key Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 🎊
Every hourly booking has a 5-hour minimum, counted from pickup to final drop-off.
One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
Each hour past the 5-hour block is added at the same hourly rate.
Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so everyone in the group is understood.
The service runs 24/7, including late pickups after evening games.
You can add a stop, drop one or linger anywhere along the way.
Is There a Private Ride From PortMiami to Charlotte Hornets vs. Miami Heat? 🎤
Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from PortMiami to the game and stays with you all night.
Ticket listings show the teams in either order, Charlotte Hornets vs. Miami Heat or the reverse, but it’s the same February 2 home game and the ride works the same way. Everyone in the car is part of your group. We never add other passengers or sell seats separately. Riders leaving from the port are usually cruise guests who came ashore that morning and want a full Miami day before tip-off, people finishing a workday at the offices on Dodge Island, or locals meeting friends right off the ship. A cruise-day plan might go from the terminal to a hotel check-in, then an afternoon in Wynwood, dinner in Brickell and the game. You do it all with one chauffeur and a schedule you shape as the day goes on.
How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets?
Leave PortMiami with plenty of time before the 7:30 PM tip-off. The crossing itself is usually short, but the streets around the arena slow down as the crowd arrives. If you want dinner first, start even earlier and let the driver time the last leg so you’re in your seats for warmups.
Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami?
The driver meets you at the passenger pickup curb outside your cruise terminal, or at any other PortMiami address you give us, such as an office on Dodge Island. We agree on the exact spot when you book, and you can reach the chauffeur on WhatsApp if the curb is busy when you step out.
Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Within the Miami Area?
Yes. This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local keeps every evening unhurried, so we don’t run this hourly service out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
By the hour with us
App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start
A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day
A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book
Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur
Whoever happens to accept the ping
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Reserve Your Heat Game Night From PortMiami Today? 🍾
Yes. Send us your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm your booking.
A helpful first message might look like this: a group of friends leaving the cruise terminal in the afternoon, dinner at Bayside, the game, then drinks in Brickell and a drop-off at the hotel. We reply with the vehicle that fits, a suggested timeline for the drive downtown and the total for your hours, so you see the whole plan before you pay anything. February 2 is a weeknight, but Heat home games still fill downtown, so checking availability early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. Once the plan looks right, full payment secures your date and your chauffeur is reserved for your evening. After that, all that’s left is picking which jersey to wear.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.
✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?
No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.
🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?
Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.
📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?
We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.
If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.
🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?
The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.
⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?
For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.
For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
👜 Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.
📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?
The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.
Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.
🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?
We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.
🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?
We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.
🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?
With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.
🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.
💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?
No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
