Transfer from Brickell to ROA at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to ROA at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Thursday, October 8, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver picks you up at any address in Brickell, handles the drive across the bay before the 8:00 PM show, and brings everyone home. The price is locked in, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell to ROA Cost? 🚙

Pricing is set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours of your chauffeur’s time.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

These hourly rates pay for the whole vehicle and chauffeur, not a single seat, so the group can split the cost however it likes. The minimum block fits a concert night well. It covers a Brickell pickup, an unhurried dinner, the drive across Biscayne Bay, the show itself, and the ride back to your building or hotel after the lights come up. The rate stays the same on a hectic concert night on Miami Beach. The rate you see is the rate you book, and it already covers the evening’s running costs. The only late-evening extra is the night surcharge explained further down. Your whole group arrives together in one car, and nobody has to watch a separate fare on their phone.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Brickell? 🎤

Your chauffeur drives north out of Brickell, crosses Biscayne Bay on a causeway, and heads up through South Beach.

The usual route leaves Brickell Avenue toward downtown, takes I-95 or the Biscayne Boulevard corridor to I-395, and joins the MacArthur Causeway. PortMiami’s cruise ships are on one side and the Venetian Islands on the other. On the beach side, the driver heads north through South Beach to Washington Avenue. The theater stands there beside the convention center district, a short walk from Lincoln Road. The last few blocks are the slow part on a concert night, because show traffic, hotel valets, and restaurant crowds all end up on the same streets. A chauffeur who knows these streets watches the traffic as it happens and changes course when needed. You never enter a parking garage, circle for a meter, or hand your keys to a valet. The car brings the group across the bay while the music is already playing.

Which Causeway Does the Driver Use From Brickell to South Beach?

The MacArthur Causeway is the usual crossing from Brickell, because I-395 feeds straight onto it from downtown. The Venetian Causeway is a quieter, scenic route across the islands, but its drawbridges can open without warning. On show night, the chauffeur takes whichever crossing is moving better based on live traffic.

How Long Is the Drive From Brickell to ROA on Concert Night?

On a quiet evening the drive is usually short, since Brickell and South Beach face each other across the bay. Concert nights are slower: traffic on the causeway, congestion on Washington Avenue, and crowds at the drop-off can make the trip much longer than usual. Allow plenty of extra time. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on that day’s conditions.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🏙️

The chauffeur picks you up at any address in Brickell, and you select the spot when you confirm your booking.

Most concert-night pickups are at a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, the front drive of a residential tower, or a building on Brickell Key, where the car can pull in without blocking the street. If your group is staying in a condo, send the tower name and the entrance you prefer, because numerous Brickell buildings have both a main drive and a side entrance. If your friends are spread around the neighborhood, one loop can collect them from two or three buildings before the car heads to dinner or straight to the beach. Timing is arranged on WhatsApp, so nobody waits on the sidewalk in the evening heat. If the group is already out shopping or having a drink, the pickup can be in Mary Brickell Village or outside Brickell City Centre. Wherever in Brickell the evening begins, the car comes to you.

Can You Go Straight to the Show After Landing at Miami International Airport?

Yes. If you fly in on show day, the chauffeur can meet you at Miami International Airport and stop at your Brickell hotel so everyone can change. The same booking then continues to dinner and the concert. A cruise-day arrival at PortMiami works the same way, since the port is close to downtown and Brickell.

Why Is ROA’s Miami Show Such a Big Night? 🎭

October 8 is the opening night of ROA’s first U.S. tour, and it starts in Miami.

ROA is a Puerto Rican reggaeton and Latin trap artist. He has risen rapidly from the underground to the mainstream and won several new-artist awards along the way. Miami has a large Puerto Rican and wider Latin community, which makes it a natural city to start the tour. Expect a crowd that knows every lyric, dresses up for the night, and comes with groups of friends ready to sing along. The show is at The Fillmore Miami Beach, the historic Jackie Gleason Theater on Washington Avenue. It is much smaller than an arena, so the energy stays close to the stage and the room fills rapidly once doors open. That is why arriving well matters. A group that pulls up together, relaxed and on time, gets the whole show instead of rushing in from a distant garage. With a chauffeur doing the driving, your group only has to plan the outfits.

Who Usually Goes to an ROA Concert in Miami?

The audience is mostly Hispanic and Latino fans who follow reggaeton and Latin trap closely, with a strong Puerto Rican presence. Many make a full night of it, with dinner first and a celebration after. Booking a car and driver for the whole evening suits that kind of night.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for ROA? 🌆

Leave Brickell well before the 8:00 PM start, particularly if you desire time to settle in before the show.

Concert traffic on Miami Beach builds long before showtime. The blocks around Washington Avenue slow down as fans, hotel guests, and diners all reach at the same time. If you leave early, that rush doesn’t touch you. The chauffeur takes the clearer causeway, and you walk in with time to locate your spot and obtain a drink. Numerous Brickell groups eat first and leave straight from dinner, which makes the timing simple. When you confirm, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on that day’s traffic and how early you desire to be inside. After the encore, the same plan works in reverse. Send one WhatsApp message and the car returns to the meeting point you agreed on, so you never search for your ride in the crowd. The ride home then crosses the bay back to Brickell, or goes wherever the night continues.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

The chauffeur drops you as close to the entrance as access allows, on Washington Avenue or the nearest side street that traffic control leaves open. The exact curb can change on event nights. Your driver confirms the drop-off point as you approach and shows you where to meet for the ride home.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the whole show, parked nearby and ready as soon as you send a message. The waiting time is part of your booked hours, so you don’t need to arrange a separate ride back or look for a car after the encore. The same driver takes the group home.

Where Can You Eat in Brickell Before the Concert? 🍸

Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village have plenty of dinner options close to most Brickell pickups.

Brickell City Centre has a cluster of upscale restaurants and bars in one open-air complex. It works well for a group that wants a proper sit-down meal before crossing the bay. Mary Brickell Village is more casual, with lively patios that suit a round of drinks before the show. If you desire Latin flavor to match the night, Little Havana is just west of Brickell, and its Cuban cafés and music spots set the mood before a reggaeton show. Wherever you select, the chauffeur waits outside while you eat, so you don’t have to rush the check or look for a table near the venue. Groups who would rather eat on the beach side can do that too. The car drops you near Lincoln Road, close to the theater, and picks you up after dinner for the last short ride. These are only suggestions for your booked hours: you reserve the tables, and the driver handles the driving between them.

Can Dinner and the Concert Fit Into One Booking?

Yes, dinner and the show fit easily into one hourly booking. The chauffeur picks you up in Brickell, waits through dinner, and drives the group across the bay for the concert. The driver stays nearby during the show and then takes everyone home. It’s one car and one driver for the whole evening, with no second ride to book.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home From ROA? 🎆

Yes.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends only on the vehicle type, and both versions are listed above, so the concert-night total has no surprises. SUV bookings add one flat amount per trip. Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value, so the charge scales with larger groups. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Before you pay, we confirm your full total on WhatsApp, including the surcharge and your vehicle’s hourly rate. That way the whole group knows the final number before anyone gets in the car, and nobody has to do math at the curb after the show.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate From Brickell? 📋

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so the evening has no running costs of its own.

That includes the drive across the causeway, the time your driver spends parked near the theater during the show, and any garage the car uses while you eat in Brickell or on the beach. You also obtain a clean upscale vehicle and a chauffeur who is yours for every hour you book. If you’re bringing something big, like signs for the show or a garment bag with a change of outfit, tell us in advance so we save room for it. A few items can add to the total, and we list all of them up front. One is the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours. The last is any hours you add beyond your reserved block, charged at your vehicle’s regular rate. Those are the only extras that can apply to a concert night, and we go over each one with you before you pay.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night Instead of Driving? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives your group upscale service from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and nobody has to drive, park, or wait around.

The vehicle is reserved only for your group, so the cabin is yours for the pre-show playlist, last-minute outfit checks, and replaying every song on the way home. Your rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge, whatever the weather or traffic on Washington Avenue. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, so nobody has to be the designated driver or leave the party early. The driver speaks English and Spanish, so directions, jokes, and last-minute changes are clear to everyone in the group. You message your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp all night, and the same person answers every time. It’s a better experience than dealing with keys, garages, and a late drive home. Your group can focus on the music while we handle the logistics.

Which Booking Facts Matter Most Before Show Night? 📋

  • Service runs every day, from early-morning starts to late-night returns.
  • Onboard WiFi comes through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Your chauffeur waits between every stop, from dinner to the final drop-off.
  • Show-night plans can include stops in Brickell, South Beach, Wynwood, or Little Havana.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for ROA? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, select the stops, and keep the same car all evening.

First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then book at least five hours, which is the minimum block and commonly covers dinner, the show, and the ride home. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, where a cruise-day arrival can go straight toward the event. You agree on the pickup spot when you book. After that, you decide how the evening goes. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer over dessert, and the chauffeur adjusts. If the night runs long, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. You settle those hours after the day, either with the driver or over WhatsApp. This is why hourly service works well for a concert: you don’t have to guess when the encore will end.

Can You Change the Plan Once the Evening Starts?

Yes, the itinerary is never fixed. You can tell your chauffeur you want an extra stop to pick up a friend in Coconut Grove, a drive along the Miami Beach waterfront, or a longer dinner, and the plan changes right away if the schedule allows. Changing stops within your booked hours never means negotiating a new fare.

How Does Payment Work? 🥂

You pay the full fare to reserve the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is just the starting point. Keep the car as long as you like: every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Ride to ROA? 🚐

We have four private vehicle options, from an SUV for a couple’s night out to a Sprinter for a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and works well for couples and small groups of friends crossing the bay.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers in a private van that keeps a mid-size group together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger configuration): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a birthday group or extended family can ride together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more upscale luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. These are examples of the vehicle class.

Every option is private, reserved only for your party, and driven by the same chauffeur from the first Brickell pickup to the last drop-off. An SUV makes sense when the group wants a sleek arrival and swift stops at the curb on a crowded Washington Avenue. A Sprinter keeps a bigger group in one vehicle, so nobody gets separated after the show. If your group size falls right between two options, select the larger one for the extra room on the ride home.

What Else Do Brickell Riders Ask Before the ROA Concert? 🎊

Here are swift answers to questions Brickell groups often ask before booking the concert night.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Brickell to ROA?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your group’s own private shuttle. It is reserved only for you and driven by your chauffeur from the Brickell pickup to the show and back. No strangers ride with you, there’s no fixed timetable, and the private van leaves when your group is ready.

Can You Book a Ride to ROA Less Than a Day Before the Show?

Yes, if a car and driver are available. For a booking within the final 24 hours, the date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Can a Pet Ride Along With the Group?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Outside Miami?

This hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can the Group Stop Somewhere After the Show Before Heading Back to Brickell?

Yes, you choose the stops. The car can stop in South Beach for a late bite, head to Wynwood to keep the night going, or loop back to a Brickell rooftop before dropping everyone at home. If you need extra time, it’s added to your booking at your vehicle’s regular hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Can You Reserve Your Brickell Ride to ROA Today? 🍾

Yes. Send your group size, a rough start time, and your dinner and show plans on WhatsApp to check availability for October 8.

You can book in one WhatsApp conversation. Tell us how many people are riding, where in Brickell the night starts, whether dinner comes first, and roughly when you desire to reach the theater. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, confirm the full total, and send the payment details. Once payment is made, your car and chauffeur are reserved for the opening night of ROA’s first U.S. tour. You can still change the plan after that: swap the dinner spot, add a stop on the beach, or keep the car after the encore. Booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicle and a settled plan well before show day. When the night arrives, your group gets in the car, crosses the bay, and enjoys the show while your chauffeur handles the driving.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
