Transfer from Downtown Miami to The Best of Steve Martin & Martin Short at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to The Best of Steve Martin & Martin Short at Hard Rock Live on Friday, January 15, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Larger groups ride in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The same chauffeur stays with you from the Downtown pickup through the 8:00 PM show and the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost for This Comedy Night Out? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat per-hour rate, and every booking runs for a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Find the line that matches your headcount. That rate applies to every hour of the evening: while the car drives north, while it sits outside dinner, and while the show is on. The hours are the price. The drive up to Hollywood, the time the car spends near the theater during the performance, and the drive back are all part of the same booked hours. If your group is close to the edge of one size, compare the two lines and decide whether the extra room is worth it for a long night out. The rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur for the block you book. The few extras that can apply are listed further down this page, so you know the full cost before you commit to the evening.

Why Do Show-Goers Choose a Dedicated Chauffeur Over Driving Themselves? 🕴️

A dedicated chauffeur makes the long Friday drive the easiest part of the night.

Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone, with no strangers, no shared seats, and no one else’s stops. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, and there’s no surge. A sold-out theater, a rainy evening, or heavy weekend traffic won’t change the price. One bilingual chauffeur who speaks English and Spanish drives you all evening, from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so nobody is left looking for a ride when the night ends. You reach that driver directly on WhatsApp, so a late dinner check or an early exit takes one short message. Nobody in the group has to skip the wine so they can drive, circle a busy resort looking for a space, or sit behind the wheel in post-show traffic. That’s what premium service means to us: a better experience built from small things done right all night.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for Show Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours.

First choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you want, such as an early dinner, a detour to pick up a friend, and the show itself. The booking starts with a five-hour block, and the car belongs to your group from the first pickup. The chauffeur follows your plan, waits while you eat, and stays with the group for the whole block. Plans can change during the night: you can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer over dessert. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate you booked. There’s no new fare and nothing to renegotiate with the driver. Keep the car as long as you need it, and pay for the added time after the evening ends.

Where in Downtown Miami Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up?

The chauffeur meets you at any address in Downtown Miami, and you agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. That could be a hotel lobby on Biscayne Boulevard, a residential tower near Bayfront Park, or your own front door anywhere in the city. It can also be a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re getting off a ship that day and want to go straight to the show, or the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport. There’s no fixed meeting point you have to get to first.

Quick Facts to Know Before You Book Show Night 🎤

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the entire block.
  • You choose the stops, the pace, and the order of the evening.
  • Bookings are available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur and is never rented for self-driving.

Does the Late Ride Home After the Show Carry a Surcharge? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Plan for this from the start so it isn’t a surprise at the end of the night. For a Black SUV XL group, the surcharge is one fixed amount per journey. For a Sprinter group, it’s a percentage of the journey value, so it grows with the size of the booking. Afternoon pickups in Downtown Miami and early dinners in Brickell fall within daytime hours. The post-show drive back south is the part that falls outside them. We confirm the surcharge over WhatsApp along with your vehicle, start time, and hours, so the whole plan is settled before you leave home.

What Kind of Night Is The Best of Steve Martin & Martin Short? 🎭

It’s a theater-style evening of comedy and music built around two comedy legends.

Steve Martin and Martin Short trade scripted back-and-forth banter, mix in stand-up, and perform musical numbers. Steve Martin plays banjo alongside the Grammy-winning Steep Canyon Rangers, and Jeff Babko, the keyboardist from Jimmy Kimmel Live, plays with them. It’s a polished, seated theater show, not a club set. The show is at Hard Rock Live, the headline theater inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. The resort’s guitar-shaped hotel tower lights up over State Road 7 after dark, and its restaurants, lounges, and casino floor stay busy all evening. The show starts at 8:00 PM on Friday, January 15, 2027, and the ticket listing for The Best of Steve Martin & Martin Short has the latest show details. For your group, that means a dressed-up night with a firm start time, a busy resort around you, and a drive home after a late finish.

Who Usually Attends a Steve Martin and Martin Short Show?

The crowd is mostly longtime fans who grew up with Saturday Night Live, The Jerk, Three Amigos, and Father of the Bride. Younger viewers who discovered the pair through Only Murders in the Building join them. Expect couples on date night, anniversary dinners, groups of friends, and families with grown children: people who like to dress up a little, enjoy a good dinner, and get home without driving.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Downtown Miami on Show Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives north from Downtown Miami into Broward County to the Hollywood resort.

Hollywood is part of the nearby area we serve up toward Fort Lauderdale, so this drive fits naturally into an hourly booking. The show is on a Friday evening, when northbound traffic out of Miami tends to be at its heaviest. The resort fills up at the same time, as diners, casino guests, and theatergoers all arrive together. Show audiences tend to arrive close together right before the start, so the way to arrive relaxed is to leave with time to spare instead of racing the clock. Your chauffeur handles the drive, the merges, and the turn into the resort while your group talks, plans the rest of the night, or watches the skyline disappear behind you. The questions below cover the route, the timing, where you get out, and how the ride home works once the encore ends.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take North From Downtown Miami?

The usual route goes up I-95 from Downtown Miami, then west through Hollywood toward State Road 7, where the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino sits. When I-95 backs up, the chauffeur can switch to surface roads such as Biscayne Boulevard heading north and get back on the highway past the slowdown. You never need to watch the map, because the driver watches the traffic and adjusts as needed.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for the 8:00 PM Show?

Plan to leave Downtown Miami in the late afternoon or early evening, and even earlier if you’re having dinner at the resort. Friday-night traffic heading into Broward is typically heavy, so allow plenty of extra time. Getting there early leaves time to find your seats, get a drink, and settle in before the lights go down.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The chauffeur drops you as close to the venue as resort access allows, at the drop-off point for guests going into the theater, so nobody walks through a parking garage in show shoes. On busy nights the resort may send cars to a particular lane, and your driver follows those instructions. Before you get out, you agree on where to meet after the show.

Does the Driver Wait During the Show and Drive You Home?

Yes, the chauffeur stays nearby with the car for the whole performance instead of leaving and coming back. After the final bow, send a WhatsApp message and the car comes to the meeting point you agreed on. From there it takes your group back to Downtown Miami or anywhere else on your list. Jackets and anything else you left inside stay in the vehicle.

Where Can You Eat in Downtown Miami Before Heading North? 🥂

Downtown Miami and nearby Brickell offer plenty of pre-show dinner options near your pickup.

Brickell City Centre and the restaurants around Mary Brickell Village are popular meeting spots for a group dinner before a night out. On the water, Bayside Marketplace offers a meal or a drink on Biscayne Bay a short walk from many downtown hotels, and the area around Miami Worldcenter has added a new group of restaurants and bars. Groups who want a livelier pre-show cocktail can stop in Wynwood, which sits just north of Downtown on the way out of the city. If you’d rather eat near the theater, the Seminole Hard Rock resort has its own restaurants, so you can head north first and have dinner close to the show. Wherever you eat, the chauffeur waits nearby, so there’s no valet ticket and no hunt for parking. The next stop is just a walk back to the car. You make the restaurant reservations, and your driver plans the route around them.

Can Dinner and the Show Fit Into One Hourly Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the drive north, the show, and the ride home all fit into one hourly booking with the same car and chauffeur. Many groups eat in Brickell or by the bay before leaving, while others wait and eat at the resort. Either way, nobody books a second car between stops, and the evening moves smoothly from one stop to the next.

How Many Hours Should You Reserve for Show Night From Downtown Miami? 🎊

If dinner and a relaxed arrival are part of the plan, book more than the minimum block.

Plan the night from start to finish: the Downtown pickup, dinner if you want it, the drive north with extra time before the 8:00 PM start, the full show, and the drive to wherever the night ends. A simple plan of driving straight up, watching the show, and driving straight back stays closest to the minimum block. A dinner-first evening, a drink at the resort afterward, or dropping a friend in Coral Gables on the way home makes the night longer. The show’s length and Friday traffic are both hard to predict, so most groups book the time they expect and plan to extend on the night if needed. Send us your plan when you book, and we’ll suggest a block of hours that fits, along with the right vehicle and any late-night surcharge, so the night never feels rushed.

Can You Stop for a Nightcap After the Show Before Going Home? 🥃

Yes. The car is yours by the hour, so adding a stop after the show is easy.

Many groups aren’t ready to call it a night when the house lights come up. The resort’s lounges and bars stay busy after a headline show, so a round of drinks before the drive is one easy option. Others favor to ride back south and end the evening closer to home, at a hotel bar overlooking Biscayne Bay, a rooftop lounge in Brickell, or a late bite in Wynwood before the final drop-off. You choose the order, and the same chauffeur and vehicle take you to each stop, so nobody has to book another ride. Late stops simply make the booking longer, and they fall inside the late-night surcharge window explained earlier. These are just ideas for how to use your hours, not reservations we make for you. You pick the place, and the driver plans how to get there.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Comedy Show? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover couples, families, and larger groups.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. The usual choice for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger group can ride north together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers for a full group, from an office outing to a family reunion.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in our top luxury SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every option is private and comes with your chauffeur. Choose by headcount first, then by the kind of night you want. The Black SUV XL keeps a small group comfortable on the drive up I-95. The Sprinters keep a bigger group together, so nobody splits into separate cars and loses track of each other at the resort. The Platinum SUV adds a more luxurious touch for an anniversary or an evening with clients. If you’re between sizes, choose the bigger vehicle so everyone has room to stretch out on the way home.

Is There a Private Van for a Large Group Going to the Show?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van reserved for your group alone, with your own chauffeur and no other passengers. It works well for a birthday group, two or three families sharing the night, or coworkers celebrating together. Everyone stays on the same schedule: you leave Downtown Miami together, arrive together, and ride home together.

What Payment Methods Does the Booking Need? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: you pay the full fare when you book, and that locks in your date.
  • Hours: there’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

What’s Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Can Add to It? 🍸

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so the hourly rate covers the whole round journey.

The rate pays for your private vehicle and your chauffeur for every hour you book, and it already includes the running costs of the night. That means fuel for the drive north and back, any tolls along the way, and parking wherever the car waits during the evening. Your group never pays at a garage barrier or splits a toll receipt at the end of the night. A few things can add to the total. Hours beyond the block you booked are billed at your vehicle’s usual rate. Trips outside daytime hours carry the late-night surcharge listed earlier. If any of these apply to your night, we go over them with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to The Best of Steve Martin & Martin Short? 🎆

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Downtown Miami to the show and back in one car.

Whether you search for a car service, a private van, or a driver for the night, the answer here is the same service: one vehicle reserved for your group alone, booked by the hour, with a chauffeur who works only for your group that evening. The night starts at your address in Downtown Miami and can include dinner or a stop to pick up friends. The car then takes you north for the 8:00 PM show and brings you back after it ends. There’s no schedule to follow and no seats to share. You also don’t have to worry about finding a ride when the whole theater empties at once. The questions below cover booking on short notice, traveling with a pet, and which parts of Miami this hourly service covers.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Downtown Miami on Short Notice?

Yes, if a vehicle and chauffeur are free. For a booking in the final 24 hours, your time slot is locked in once we agree on the day and time. Because a driver and car are already set aside for you, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund on such short notice. You can still add hours on the day.

Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention it in your first WhatsApp message along with your group size and plans for the night.

Does This Hourly Service Run Beyond the Miami Area?

This hourly service stays local and on call around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes this show in Hollywood. We don’t run the hourly service out to farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

How Can You Book Your Chauffeur for January 15, 2027? 🍾

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and your stops.

Tell us how many people are riding, the Downtown Miami address where the night starts, whether dinner is before or after the show, and where everyone should be dropped off at the end. We’ll reply in the same chat with the right vehicle for your group, a suggested number of hours, and the late-night surcharge if it applies. Once the plan looks right, full payment reserves the vehicle and chauffeur for your date. Booking well ahead of a Friday headline show gives you the most vehicle choices, especially if your group needs a Sprinter. On the night itself, all you have to do is get dressed, meet your driver at the agreed spot, and enjoy two comedy legends on one stage. Use the contact details below to check availability and confirm your booking.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
