Transfer from Brickell to AEW – Dynamite and Collision at Watsco Center

Our private hourly chauffeur drives your group from Brickell to AEW – Dynamite and Collision at Watsco Center on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 (7:00 PM start), in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks everyone up at any address in Brickell, handles the drive to Coral Gables, and waits through the show to take the group back.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Brickell Cost? 📋

You pay per vehicle, per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select your vehicle by the size and style of your group, not by the distance to Coral Gables. The hourly rate covers the car and chauffeur for the whole evening, whether you go straight to the arena or stop for dinner, a drink, and a friend’s pickup on the way. Wrestling fans frequently go in groups: birthday crews, friends from a watch party, or a parent with a couple of young fans. A Sprinter keeps a bigger group in one vehicle so it doesn’t have to split across two. The Platinum SUV suits a more polished night, such as hosting a client or celebrating an anniversary. Your total is your vehicle’s hourly rate times the hours you utilize. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Which Service Facts Should You Know Before Booking From Brickell? 🚙

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur waits between every stop, so nobody has to book another ride.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Bookings run 24/7, every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • You set the stops, their order, and the pace of the night.
  • A short comfort stop during the booking is easy to add and never changes the rate.

How Can I Pay for a Brickell Chauffeur Booking? 📋

Yes. Card or Apple Pay — through the secure checkout on the site or a Stripe payment link — works, and you pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: There’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading From Brickell to the Arena? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover everything from a couple to a large fan group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers in a spacious black SUV. It’s the usual choice for a small group of friends heading to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger group: carries 10 to 14 passengers. It fits a birthday crew, a watch-party club, or a whole office heading out together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV for a more polished night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choosing a vehicle comes down to comfort and headcount. The chauffeur and the evening plan work the same way in every vehicle. There’s room for what wrestling fans usually carry, like handmade signs, a replica title belt, and bags of merch from the show; if you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. If more friends join after you book, send the new headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll match the vehicle to the group.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Show Night? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening follows your plan.

Start on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you desire to create. We match the vehicle to your headcount and confirm the plan. This page covers rides from Brickell, but the driver can pick up at any Miami address, including a hotel, a home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From pickup onward, the chauffeur works for you: dinner first, a detour for a friend, a quick stop for snacks, then the arena, in whatever order you select. Nobody in your group has to drive, look for parking, or watch the clock between stops, because the same car stays on your schedule for the whole block.

Can We Keep the Car Past the Booked Hours if the Night Runs Long?

Yes. After the 5-hour block, every extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate and nothing to pay on the spot: you settle the extra time after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp. If the main event runs long or the group wants one more stop, just tell the chauffeur.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate From Brickell? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate you book.

You won’t pay extra for tolls on the way to Coral Gables or hunt for campus parking while the opening match starts. None of these costs appears as a separate charge on your bill. The car has WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps if you desire to pull up digital tickets, check the match card, or post photos from the back seat on the way in. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Two things can raise the total. The after-hours surcharge described below applies once a ride goes outside daytime hours. Everything else about the evening runs at the hourly rate you locked in.

Why Ride From Brickell With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving? 🍾

With a private chauffeur, getting there becomes part of the night and nobody has to manage the driving.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The flat hourly rate is locked in when you book, with no surge on a hectic show night and no change for traffic or weather. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you from Brickell to the final drop-off, so the person who drove you in waits out the show and knows where to locate you afterward. You send your plan straight to us on WhatsApp, with no call center or app in between, and changes on the night go directly to your driver. It’s a upscale service built around your group’s evening. It’s also a better experience than circling campus lots, making one friend stay sober to drive, or looking for a ride at the end of a long night of chanting. Everyone arrives together, cheers together, and rides back together, and nobody has to watch the time until the last match ends.

What Is AEW – Dynamite and Collision at Watsco Center on October 21, 2026? 🎤

AEW brings its live Wednesday show to Coral Gables on October 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

AEW – Dynamite and Collision is a live TV night on the University of Miami campus, and the crowd is part of the show. Dynamite airs live on national television. This episode also follows the WrestleDream pay-per-view, so storylines from that weekend continue in front of a Miami crowd. Expect a loud arena full of signs, with longtime fans, first-timers, and friend groups who plan their whole night around the match card. Numerous have dinner beforehand, buy merch at the show, and talk through every match on the ride back. Watsco Center is a mid-size arena, so the action feels close and the atmosphere is intense. It also sits on a hectic university campus, where traffic and parking on event nights take planning. A chauffeur takes care of that: the group arrives together, goes inside together, and doesn’t think about the car until it’s time to leave.

Is a Live Wrestling Taping a Good Night Out for a Group?

Yes. Live wrestling is made for groups. Fans chant together, trade predictions between matches, and relive the best moments on the ride home. Birthday outings and nights out with friends are common at these shows. One private SUV or Sprinter keeps everyone arriving and leaving together, so nobody has to coordinate separate cars in a crowded campus area.

How Do You Get to Watsco Center From Brickell on Show Night? 🏟️

The simplest choice is a private chauffeur who drops you off and then waits to take you home.

By Miami standards the drive isn’t long. The catch is that a Wednesday show overlaps with the evening commute, and campus roads fill up as the crowd arrives. If you drive yourself, you sit in that traffic, then pay for whatever parking is left and walk from it. After a late finish, you do it all again with a tired group. With a chauffeur, the drive is the start of the night. The group can talk through the match card while the driver watches traffic as it changes. Everyone gets out close to the arena instead of across a parking lot. The details below cover the route, the timing, the drop-off, and the ride back to Brickell after the last match. Plan these pieces once, at booking, and the night runs on its own schedule.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Brickell to Coral Gables?

Most evenings the chauffeur heads southwest on South Dixie Highway (US-1), the main road between Brickell and the University of Miami area. When commuter traffic backs up US-1, the driver can switch to Coral Way or local Coral Gables streets. The driver picks the route on the night based on traffic, so your group just rides.

How Early Should We Leave Brickell for AEW – Dynamite and Collision?

Leave plenty of time. For a 7:00 PM start on a Wednesday, most groups leave Brickell in the late afternoon rather than early evening. Rush-hour traffic on US-1, the crowd of arriving fans, and time for merch and finding seats all add up. Leaving early also leaves room for a relaxed dinner on the way.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Watsco Center?

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, following the traffic directions set on campus for event nights. Because routing can change on the day, your driver confirms the drop-off point as you approach. Agree on a meeting spot for later before you step out, so the ride home is easy to find.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show and Take Us Back to Brickell?

Yes. Waiting is the reason to book by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole show. When the final match ends, send a WhatsApp message and meet the driver at the agreed pickup point. From there it’s straight back to Brickell, or on to a late stop if the group wants one.

Where Should You Eat in Brickell Before the Wrestling Show? 🍸

Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre are the easiest places in the neighborhood for dinner before the show.

Mary Brickell Village works well for a casual group meal and a drink before the drive. Brickell City Centre suits a group that wants more choice in one place, from quick bites to a sit-down dinner. The chauffeur picks everyone up at the restaurant door when you’re ready, so nobody leaves a car in a garage or splits a parking bill. Groups who’d rather eat closer to the arena can ride first and have dinner in Coral Gables instead. The region around Miracle Mile has plenty of restaurants, and the group can head to the show from there without rushing. We don’t create restaurant reservations, so book your table yourself; the driver works around the time you select. A long meal, a quick one, or dessert on the way are all fine, because the car is yours for the whole booking.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, and it’s a natural way to use the hours. One booking covers the Brickell pickup, dinner with the car waiting outside, the drive to the arena, the full show, and the ride home. Every stop fits in the same block of hours, so dinner is part of the evening, not a separate trip to arrange.

Where Can the Group Go in Brickell After the Show?

Brickell stays lively late on a weeknight, so many groups head back for a nightcap at a rooftop lounge or a late bite around Mary Brickell Village. Coconut Grove is another option on the way back along US-1. The chauffeur drops you at the door and, if you’ve kept the car, waits there too.

Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Brickell? 🌆

Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Brickell, whether it’s a hotel, a residential tower, an office, or a restaurant.

Hotel guests can meet the driver at the main entrance of hotels along Brickell Avenue or across the bridge on Brickell Key. Residents are usually picked up at their building’s valet circle or front drive. If you’re coming straight from work, the driver can meet you outside your office tower once the workday ends, which makes a Wednesday show much easier to fit into a hectic week. Share the exact spot on WhatsApp when you book, along with anything the driver should know, such as a side entrance, a lobby with restricted access, or a friend who needs a separate pickup. On the day, the chauffeur arrives at the agreed time so the group can load up and leave together. Starting from your own front door means nobody has to walk in the heat or wait on a hectic corner.

Can Friends in Different Brickell Towers Be Picked Up Separately?

Yes. Extra pickups are just extra stops, so the chauffeur can collect friends from several Brickell buildings, or from a hotel on Brickell Key, before heading to the show. List every pickup address in your WhatsApp message and the driver plans the order. After that, everyone rides in the same private vehicle for the rest of the night.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home From Coral Gables? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside that window carry a surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

That means most show-night groups should expect the after-hours surcharge to apply. The SUV surcharge is one fixed amount per journey. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the journey value, so it grows with the booking. Both are listed right here, so you know your full total before you pay. If you start earlier, for example with a long dinner in Brickell, those hours are part of the same booking at the typical hourly rate.

Can You Book Private Transportation From Brickell to AEW Dynamite? 🚙

Yes. You can reserve a private SUV or Sprinter with a chauffeur from Brickell for October 21.

People search for this ride in different ways: a private van to the arena, a car service for the night, or a driver for the wrestling show. Here, all of them mean the same booking: one vehicle and one chauffeur reserved for your group by the hour. Some groups keep it simple, with a pickup at their building, the show, and the ride home. Others fill the hours with a pre-show dinner, a pickup for a friend on Brickell Key, and a nightcap after the last match. Both plans work the same way, and the chauffeur adjusts to what the group wants as the night goes on. Because the October 21 show is a single weeknight date, booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles. Tell us whether you desire a quick round journey or a full evening, and we’ll plan the ride around it.

Do You Drive Only Around Miami, or Farther Out as Well?

This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. The hourly service doesn’t run out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, which keeps your driver close by and unhurried.

What Happens If We Book Less Than 24 Hours Before the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When a booking is within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Is the Vehicle Private, or Do We Ride With Other Passengers?

The vehicle is entirely private. Only the people in your group ride in it, from the first pickup to the last drop-off. We don’t sell individual seats or run fixed schedules, and nobody else is added along the way. The car, the chauffeur, and the route are your group’s for every hour you book.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

To reserve your Brickell chauffeur for AEW night, send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, preferred vehicle, pickup address, and rough start time. We’ll check availability for October 21 and confirm your booking in the same conversation.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
