Our private hourly chauffeur from Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, puts your group in a Black SUV XL or a larger premium vehicle with a bilingual driver, at a flat rate from $100 per hour and a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM in Downtown Miami. Your driver picks you up anywhere in the Miami Airport area and stays for the ride home. There is never any surge pricing.
Rates are per vehicle and per hour, and every game-night booking covers at least five hours with the same car and driver.
Choose your tier based on how many people are coming and what kind of evening you want. A couple flying in for the game, or a few friends meeting at the airport, commonly fits well in the Black SUV XL. A family reunion, a sales team hosting clients, or a birthday group that wants to walk into the arena together moves up to a Sprinter so nobody gets split across two cars. The Platinum SUV is the upgrade for a client night or a milestone celebration. You pay for time, not distance, so one rate covers the airport pickup, dinner, the game, and the ride back. Send us your tier, how many hours you expect to need, and a start time, and you’ll know your total before the day begins.
Rides during daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry no surcharge, and trips outside those hours add the amount below. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The surcharge works differently for each type of vehicle. For an SUV it is one add-on for the trip, not an extra charge on every hour. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, so it stays in proportion for bigger groups. We point it out when we confirm your booking, so the total you pay already includes it and nothing catches you off guard at the curb. If your group lands in the morning or early afternoon, you can spend the daytime hours on lunch, a hotel check-in, or a walk along the bay before heading downtown for the game.
We offer four private vehicle tiers for game night, and the Black SUV XL is the natural choice for most small groups.
The reference cars show the class of vehicle, not a specific model reserved for your date. Every tier has room for the signs, jerseys, and team merch fans bring to and from an arena night. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. If your headcount changes after you book, send us a message and we’ll check before game day whether a different tier makes more sense.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so you never pay Downtown garage fees.
This matters on an arena night. The expressway from the airport into Downtown has tolls, event parking near Biscayne Boulevard fills up fast, and the car still needs somewhere to wait during the game. All of that is covered. The vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you need to pull up digital tickets or send photos to the group chat. One short comfort stop during the booking is easy to arrange. Just ask your driver, and it doesn’t change the rate. The only extra charge likely to apply on this night is the night surcharge above. Apart from that and any hours you choose to add, nothing else is billed.
It’s a Southeast Division game at the Heat’s home arena, and Heat home games draw full, loud crowds no matter who they play.
The Hornets visit Kaseya Center for an Eastern Conference regular-season game on Biscayne Boulevard, with Bayside Marketplace and Biscayne Bay right next to the arena. The crowd looks like Miami itself: families in matching jerseys, longtime season-ticket holders, Latin fans who have followed the team for decades, visitors who planned a winter trip around a game, and business hosts bringing clients to the suites. Because the game is on a Tuesday, many riders fly in that same day or come straight from meetings, which is where a chauffeur booked by the hour is most useful. Your driver takes care of the airport pickup, the traffic, and the arena crowd, so your group can focus on the game. A division rival on a weeknight still brings real energy downtown, and the arena district stays busy long after the final buzzer.
The game tips off at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, in Downtown Miami. Doors open before tip-off, and fans who like to watch warm-ups or get food inside tend to arrive early. Because it’s a workday, set your booked hours around your flight or meetings so the evening runs smoothly from pickup to the ride home.
Your driver meets you at any address in the Miami Airport area, and we agree on the exact spot when you book.
If you land on game day, that commonly means the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport. Send us your flight details, and your chauffeur will coordinate the meeting on WhatsApp once you’re on the ground. Many fans stay a night at an airport hotel instead, either the hotel inside the terminal or one of the hotels along Blue Lagoon Drive, and the car pulls up at the lobby. Locals who live near the airport, in Miami Springs, Virginia Gardens, or Doral, get picked up at their front door. The airport is west of Downtown, so starting here means an easy drive east toward the arena, with time for dinner along the way. Send us the terminal, hotel, or street address along with your group size, and the pickup is set before the day arrives.
Yes. An afternoon arrival can go straight into game night. Your chauffeur picks up the group at the curb, and if anyone wants to stop at a hotel or change into jerseys first, that’s just another stop on the route. The hourly clock starts at pickup, so book enough hours to cover the whole evening.
Most groups have time for dinner between the airport and Downtown, and the same car takes you from the restaurant to the arena.
Heading east from the airport, Little Havana is the classic stop. Versailles Restaurant is the Cuban landmark locals have taken visitors to for generations, and a strong Cuban coffee from its walk-up window is a Miami tradition before any big night. Closer to the airport, Doral has its own dining scene around CityPlace Doral, which works well for a group that wants to eat without crossing town first. If you’d rather be near the arena early, head to Brickell, which has plenty of waterfront restaurants and rooftop bars, or to Bayside Marketplace, which sits right next to the arena and is a lively place for a drink by the bay. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we make, so book tables directly with each restaurant. Your chauffeur can put the stops in an order that keeps the group on time for tip-off.
Yes. That’s what booking by the hour is for. Tell the driver you want coffee in Little Havana, then dinner in Brickell, then the arena, and the car stays with you the whole way. You don’t have to look for parking or move cars between neighborhoods, and nobody has to skip a drink to drive.
The chauffeur commonly drives east on the Dolphin Expressway into Downtown, then onto Biscayne Boulevard toward the arena.
When traffic is light, the drive is commonly simple. A Tuesday game is different, because the evening commute out of Downtown and the crowd heading to the arena both peak in the hours before tip-off. Leave plenty of extra time rather than cutting it close. The easiest plan is to get ahead of the traffic by eating downtown first, so the last drive to the arena is short and happens while fans are still arriving. After the final buzzer, the whole crowd empties onto Biscayne Boulevard at once, and that’s when a private car really helps. Your driver has been parked neighboring for the whole game, and you agree on a pickup point before you go in. Send a quick WhatsApp message as you leave your seats and the car comes around. There’s no garage exit line and no searching for your car. From there, you can go straight back to your airport hotel or out for a late bite in Brickell.
The usual route is State Road 836, the Dolphin Expressway, east to I-395, which comes out onto Biscayne Boulevard next to the arena. If the expressway backs up, the chauffeur can switch to surface streets such as Flagler Street or NW 7th Street. You can just sit back and watch the skyline come into view.
Your driver takes you as close to the venue as access allows, usually on Biscayne Boulevard near the arena’s main entrance. Event-night traffic control can change the best drop-off point, and your chauffeur will adjust to it. Before you get out, you’ll agree on where to meet after the game so the ride home starts without any confusion.
Your group gets a private vehicle, one bilingual chauffeur, and a flat hourly rate that is locked in when you book.
The rate stays the same whatever the traffic, the weather, or the size of the crowd. The price you confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay, with no surge pricing and no meter. The vehicle is reserved only for your group, and the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. That means jackets and souvenirs can stay in the car while you watch the game. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, so mixed families and international guests can ask for a detour or a quick stop in whichever language they prefer. You message your driver and our team directly on WhatsApp instead of going through a call center. The result is a premium service built around your night and a better experience from pickup to drop-off.
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and they are yours until the block ends.
Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, for example an airport pickup, dinner in Little Havana, the game, and a last drink in Brickell. We match the right vehicle to your group and confirm the booking. The first block is five hours, and the car and driver stay with you for all of it. Pickup can be at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re heading straight from your cruise to the game, Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on it when you book. You decide the order of the stops, and the chauffeur follows your plan. If the five hours run out and the night is still going, each extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate. You can keep the car as long as you need it, with no new fare to negotiate.
You can pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link, and you pay the full fare when you book.
Leave Miami Airport with plenty of time before the 7:30 PM tip-off, and earlier if you’re having dinner first.
The game is on a Tuesday, so the Downtown evening commute and the arena crowd are on the same roads at the same time. The drive from the airport is commonly short when traffic is light, but on a weeknight game evening you should leave extra time rather than plan it to the minute. Fans who want to watch warm-ups, find their seats without rushing, or visit the team store commonly try to reach downtown well before tip-off. If your flight lands in the late afternoon, go straight from the curb and eat near the arena so you’re close when it’s time to go in. If you’re already at an airport hotel, leave early and enjoy the evening at a relaxed pace. Tell us what time you want to be in your seats when you book, and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that works for your group.
Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole game instead of leaving and coming back, because the hours you booked belong to your group. Anything you don’t want to carry inside can stay in the vehicle. Send a WhatsApp message when you’re heading for the exits, and the car will be ready for the ride home.
It depends on which Mercedes-Benz Sprinter you book. The mid-size Sprinter suits a group too big for one SUV, and the larger one takes our biggest groups to the game in one vehicle. The rate list at the top of this page shows the exact passenger range for each, so choose based on your final headcount.
Yes, every ride we run is private. Your group has the vehicle and the chauffeur to itself for the whole booking. No strangers join, there’s no fixed schedule, and there are no extra pickups along the way. You get your own vehicle on your own schedule, from the airport to the game and back.
Our hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call service that stays around the city, so we don’t run it out to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Include the details when you first message us so everything is settled well before game day.
If you book a ride that happens within the next 24 hours, the date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Send us your group size, a rough start time, and your stops on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your booking.
Heat home games fill Downtown rapidly, so it’s worth securing your car as soon as your tickets are confirmed. Tell us whether you’re landing that afternoon, staying at an airport hotel, or leaving from home near the airport. Also tell us which vehicle you’d like and which neighborhoods you want to visit before or after the game, such as Little Havana, Brickell, or Bayside Marketplace. We’ll reply with the confirmed vehicle, the pickup spot, and the payment details. Once the fare is paid, February 2 is reserved for your group. On game night, your chauffeur picks everyone up, handles the traffic into Downtown, gets you close to Kaseya Center, and drives you home after the game.
