A private hourly chauffeur from Miami Design District to HAVASI SYMPHONIC: Journey of Wonders: Finding the Holiday Spirit at Hard Rock Live on Saturday, December 12, 2026, runs in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up anywhere in the Design District, handles the drive north before the 8:00 PM show, and stays with your group until the night ends.
Every rate below is charged per vehicle, not per person, and each concert-night booking covers a minimum of five hours.
Choose the tier by headcount first. Couples and small friend groups usually pick the Black SUV XL. A holiday outing with extended family or a whole office team rides more comfortably in a Sprinter, where the cost is split across everyone aboard. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want a more polished cabin for a dressed-up evening at the symphony. Each figure on the list is the full hourly price for the chauffeur and the vehicle together, so there is no separate driver fee on top. The night surcharge explained further down is the add-on most likely to apply to an evening concert, and we spell it out clearly when you book so the cost of the whole night is settled before December 12.
A private chauffeur makes the trip north part of the evening instead of a chore.
Your vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and one chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so nobody has to be the designated driver on a holiday night out. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There is no surge, and the price doesn’t change for traffic, weather, or a packed concert crowd. You message your bilingual chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so a quick “we’re walking out now” reaches the person behind the wheel, not a call center. A clean premium cabin, a driver who knows the run between Miami and Broward, and a schedule built around your plans make for a better experience than juggling keys, directions, and resort parking yourself. That is the premium service we deliver: calm, attentive, and personal, so the only thing your group needs to think about is the music.
You pay the full fare when you book, and you don’t owe anything for extra time until the night is over.
Bookings between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge, and trips outside those daytime hours add the amount shown below. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
The surcharge is the same on any evening of the year. It isn’t tied to this concert, to holiday demand, or to the size of the crowd leaving the resort. For the SUV it is one fixed amount per trip. For the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, which a larger group shares across every seat. We include the figure in your WhatsApp confirmation, so the full cost of the night is clear before you pay. Daytime plans on other dates, such as an afternoon in the district, a brunch, or a museum visit, fall inside the no-surcharge window.
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and the night runs on your plan.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind on WhatsApp. The first block covers five hours. During it, the same chauffeur and car stay with you, and you set the stops and the route: dinner, the show, a nightcap, in whatever order suits the group. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can ride straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, keep the car. Every additional hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the night ends. You can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer anywhere, as the schedule allows.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all covered by the hourly rate you book.
That covers the toll stretches your chauffeur may use on the way north and parking at the resort while the show plays. Drivers heading to a large concert usually pay those costs themselves. The rate also covers your private vehicle and its chauffeur for every booked hour, including the time the car spends parked and ready, so waiting never appears as a separate charge. Only a few extras can apply, and we spell out each one before the night. The surcharge for trips outside daytime hours is listed above. Any hours you add beyond your reserved block follow your vehicle’s regular hourly rate. Nothing else is added on top: there is no fuel adjustment, and changing the order of your stops within your hours costs nothing.
Four private tiers cover everything from a date night for two to a holiday outing for a large group.
Most date-night bookings use the Black SUV XL. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want extra polish for a dressed-up holiday evening of orchestra and choir. When a group falls between two sizes, the larger vehicle keeps everyone comfortable on the drive home after a long night. If anyone is bringing something bulky, such as a garment bag for a change after dinner, tell us in advance so we can plan the space.
Journey of Wonders is a holiday symphonic crossover production led by the Hungarian pianist and composer HAVASI.
Balázs Havasi mixes classical training with modern and rock influences. This new production tells a hero’s-journey story about a young wanderer searching for the holiday spirit. Expect original cinematic music in the spirit of a film score, a full orchestra and choir, solo violin and flute, film-style visuals, and a stage show with lasers, pyrotechnics, and fire. The concert takes place at Hard Rock Live on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at 8:00 PM. The venue is inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, in neighboring Broward County. HAVASI has come back to this stage again and again, and the production suits families with older kids, couples on a holiday date, and friend groups starting the season together. It is a night that rewards arriving early, relaxed, and together, and a reserved car makes that easy.
No. We provide the private vehicle and chauffeur only, never event tickets. Buy your seats through the venue box office or its authorized ticket seller, and read the seller’s terms, since many concert sales are final. Once your tickets are set, send us your group size and timing on WhatsApp to reserve the car.
The easiest way is a private car that leaves the Design District early and heads north into Broward.
Concert nights at the Seminole resort draw traffic from across South Florida, and a Saturday in December adds holiday shoppers and dinner crowds. Your chauffeur picks up the group in the district, drives north on the highway, and drops everyone off at the resort as close to the venue as access allows. The driver takes care of parking and stays nearby for the full show. When the final bows end, one WhatsApp message brings the same car back to the spot you agreed on. You won’t have to search a garage for a space, wait in line at the valet, or scramble for a ride in the after-show crowd. The questions below cover timing, the route, the drop-off, and the wait, which are the details that make a concert night feel easy or rushed.
Plan to leave in the late afternoon and allow a generous cushion for Saturday holiday traffic. The drive north is typically straightforward on a quiet day, but concert crowds heading to the resort can slow the final stretch. Leaving early also gives you time to find your seats, grab a drink, and relax before the orchestra begins.
Most trips pick up I-95 North close to the district, then head west toward State Road 7 (US-441), where the Seminole resort sits. When I-95 backs up, the chauffeur may take other roads, watching live traffic as the evening goes on. You relax in the back while the driver decides on the fastest way in.
Your chauffeur brings the group to the resort’s passenger drop-off point, as close to the venue entrance as access allows on show night. Event traffic plans can change, so the driver follows whatever routing resort staff direct that evening. Before you step out, you agree on the exact spot where the car will meet you after the concert.
Yes. Waiting is built into an hourly booking. Your chauffeur parks nearby and stays on call for the whole performance, so no one in the group has to find a ride home in the after-show crowd. Message the driver on WhatsApp as you head out, and the car meets you at the agreed spot for the drive back to Miami.
The driver can pick you up at any address in Miami Design District that you choose.
Many riders start at home in the district or in neighboring Buena Vista, where the chauffeur pulls up at the front door or the lobby of a residential building. Others meet the car at a nearby hotel lobby, outside a showroom after an afternoon around Paradise Plaza, or at Palm Court beneath the Fly’s Eye Dome. Palm Court is easy to recognize, which helps when friends arrive separately. Tell us the address when you book, along with building details such as a side entrance, a doorman, or a loading lane, so the driver comes to the right curb. We set the pickup time together around your dinner reservation and the 8:00 PM start. Throughout the night, you can reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, so a last-minute change of meeting spot is a quick message rather than a phone tree.
Yes. Since you set the stops, the chauffeur can collect friends at several addresses, whether in the district, Midtown, Wynwood, or Edgewater, before the group heads north. Each pickup simply uses part of your booked time, so list them in order when you reserve, and the driver will plan a sensible sequence.
The Design District has some of Miami’s top-known restaurants for an early pre-show dinner.
Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink has been a neighborhood anchor for years, and its seasonal cooking suits a relaxed early meal. On the district’s edge in Buena Vista, Mandolin Aegean Bistro serves Greek and Turkish plates in a garden setting that works well for a celebrating group. For the time before dinner, the district’s art and design storefronts and a visit to the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami, are easy ways to spend an hour or so. Book your table yourself and send us the time, and the chauffeur will plan the evening around it. With an 8:00 PM concert in Hollywood, an early reservation lets the group finish dessert without watching the clock, and the car is ready at the curb when you step out.
Yes. Dinner, the drive north, the concert, and the ride home all fit into one hourly booking with the same car and chauffeur. The vehicle stays with you through the meal, so nobody has to hand over keys to a valet or arrange a second ride. A longer dinner simply uses more of your booked hours.
Yes, as long as your hours allow it. Some groups stay at the resort for a drink, and others ask for a nightcap back in Wynwood or a late bite in Brickell before heading home. Tell the chauffeur where you’d like to go, and if the evening runs long, just keep the car.
Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeur and vehicle for the December 12 concert, with pickup in the Design District, any stops you want, and the ride home. Send your group size, pickup address, and rough start time on WhatsApp, and we’ll check availability for your preferred tier and confirm the booking.
December weekends are busy across South Florida, with holiday events, cruise departures, and year-end parties all using the same roads. Reserving early means your group gets the vehicle tier it wants and a pickup time built around your dinner plans. The questions below cover the other details riders usually ask about before they book.
Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes a larger group to the show together, in two sizes depending on headcount. It works exactly like the SUV booking: one chauffeur, your own stops, and the whole group riding home together. The entire vehicle belongs to your group for the booked hours, and seats are never sold individually.
Within the final 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a chauffeur and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day, though.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Messaging us early gives us time to check the details for your vehicle and your plans for the evening.
The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood. Farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, and West Palm Beach aren’t part of hourly bookings.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
