Transfer from Miami Design District to Camilo at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to Camilo at Kaseya Center on Friday, October 9, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger private vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM, and the same bilingual driver stays with your group from the first pickup to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost Per Hour in Miami? 🚙

Each private vehicle has its own hourly rate, with a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate belongs to the vehicle rather than the headcount, so choose the tier that fits your group and everyone aboard shares the same car for the evening. Five hours comfortably covers a Camilo night the way numerous groups plan it: an early pickup in the Design District, dinner close by, the drive downtown, the full show, and the ride home. If the group grows before October 9, moving up a tier is merely a matter of switching to the next rate on the list. Everything needed to budget the night is printed right here on the page.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply to the Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front to reserve the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, locks in the booking.
  • Hours: the booking opens with a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point — every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

A booking for a service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group, so on such short notice a date change or a refund can’t be guaranteed, and the night runs as agreed. The flexible part stays yours: you can always add more hours right on the day.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include for a Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all covered by the hourly rate you book.

That means no toll charges on the expressway, no fuel stop, and no parking fee added to the bill at the end of the night. The cabin carries onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, handy for pulling up digital tickets on the way in or sharing concert clips on the way home. If someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a swift stretch, one brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy — just ask the driver, and the rate stays the same. Fans tend to reach with signs, merch, and light-up accessories, and there is room for that kind of concert gear; if you plan to bring something large, tell us in advance. Only one item can add to the total: the night surcharge for hours outside the daytime window and explained below.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Show? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night for two to a full crew of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers — the natural pick for couples, friends, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger friend group rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, ideal for extended families, cousins in town, or a birthday crew.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private and carries only your party, never a stranger. The Black SUV XL suits most couples and small groups heading to a Latin-pop night, while a Sprinter keeps a larger crew singing along together on the drive instead of coordinating several cars through downtown traffic. Each cabin is kept clean and relaxing for a dressed-up night out.

Should a Family Choose the Black SUV XL or the Platinum SUV?

Both fit a typical family; the difference is the feel of the ride. The Black SUV XL covers a relaxed concert night comfortably, while the Platinum SUV, in the luxury class of the reference cars above, turns a milestone — a teenager’s first concert or a parents’ anniversary — into a proper occasion from the moment the door opens.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

Yes — trips outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry a night surcharge. Inside that window, there is no surcharge at all.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It is calculated exactly as the list shows for your vehicle — a set amount per trip for the SUV, a percentage of the trip value for the Sprinter — and nothing else is layered on top. Knowing this before you book keeps the evening’s budget clear from the very first message.

What’s Happening at Kaseya Center on October 9, 2026? 🎤

Camilo plays the downtown arena on Friday, October 9, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM.

The Colombian singer-songwriter and multiple Latin Grammy winner returns to Miami on a rescheduled date, and the Camilo event page carries the official details. Anticipate a warm, affectionate crowd: couples, young adults, teenagers, and whole families, with numerous Spanish-speaking and Colombian fans who know every lyric. The night leans into romantic singalongs, dancing in the aisles, and a sea of illuminated phones, and fans dress for it — casual, colorful outfits, Camilo merch, bracelets, glitter, and braids, frequently in the white, cream, and sky blue tones of his visuals. For a group like that, having one chauffeur handle the evening means nobody sits out the celebration to drive, the kids stay together in one vehicle, and the ride home is already arranged before the encore.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District on Show Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group south to downtown and stays for the ride home.

The run from the Design District to the bayfront arena is typically a short one on an ordinary evening, but a large concert crowd changes the rhythm downtown. Fans converge on Biscayne Boulevard in the run-up to showtime, traffic slows around the arena, and Bayside Marketplace next door adds its own evening bustle. A chauffeur who knows these streets builds the plan around that: an early departure, a clean drop-off, a waiting car, and a pickup point everyone knows before walking in. Because the vehicle is reserved for your whole block, there is no ride to hunt for once the show lets out and no car to retrieve from a garage — the evening ends the same way it started, with your group climbing into the same seats. The questions below cover each step of the night in order.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take Out of the Design District?

Biscayne Boulevard is the most direct surface route, running south from the Design District straight down to the bayfront. When it backs up, the chauffeur can switch to North Miami Avenue or take I-195 west to I-95 south and I-395 east toward the bay, choosing on the night from live traffic rather than habit.

How Early Should You Leave the Design District for Camilo?

Allow a generous cushion and leave well ahead of the 8:00 PM start rather than timing the drive like an ordinary evening. The trip is typically short, but concert traffic, security lines, and finding seats all take longer on show night, and arriving early lets the group soak up the opening atmosphere instead of rushing in.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

Your driver brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, stopping wherever traffic control permits that evening. From there, the group walks the final stretch to the entrance, and before anyone steps out, the driver confirms the exact spot where everyone will meet after the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes — the car and chauffeur stay reserved for your group while Camilo is on stage. The driver parks nearby, keeps the phone on, and moves to the agreed meeting spot as the crowd pours out; send a WhatsApp message when you are heading for the exit, and the vehicle will be ready.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Design District Before the Concert? 🍸

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink and Mandolin Aegean Bistro are two local favorites for an early pre-show dinner.

Michael’s Genuine is a long-standing Design District favorite with a lively room that suits a relaxed group meal before heading downtown. Mandolin, at the district’s northern edge, serves Greek and Turkish dishes in a leafy garden setting that works for couples and families alike. If the group wants to linger, a stroll through Palm Court beneath the Fly’s Eye Dome, or past the district’s boutique windows, makes a fine backdrop for photos in concert outfits, and the Institute of Contemporary Art sits neighboring for anyone keen on an art stop before the show. Throughout, the chauffeur waits close by, so nobody feeds a parking meter or rushes dessert to beat a valet line. These are merely ideas a local driver would suggest — reservations are yours to arrange, and the car adapts to whatever plan you settle on.

Can You Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes — one hourly booking covers the whole arc of the night: pickup, dinner in the Design District, the drive downtown, the concert, and the ride home. The clock starts at pickup, so an early dinner fits naturally inside the block, and the same vehicle simply moves with you from the table to the show.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🏙️

Your chauffeur meets the group at any address in Miami Design District, agreed when you book.

That can be a hotel lobby in or near the district, a condo or home on a quieter residential street, or the curb outside a boutique after an afternoon of shopping. For friends arriving from distinct directions, a recognizable corner of the district makes an easy meeting point, and the driver pulls up wherever a secure stop is allowed. Before pickup, a swift message settles details like which side of a building to utilize or whether someone is running late. If part of the group is still finishing dessert while others wait at an apartment, the driver collects everyone in whatever order you choose. Fans in their concert top step straight from the door into a clean, private cabin instead of waiting on the sidewalk for a car that may or may not show.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Concert? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes concert night a upscale service and a better experience.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the music, the pace, and the conversation stay yours. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book — no surge, and no change for a crowded downtown or an evening rain shower. One dedicated driver handles the whole block, so the person who greets you in the Design District is the same person who drives you home, already familiar with your plan. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which lets grandparents, parents, and teens all speak comfortably in the language they favor. Direct WhatsApp contact keeps every change swift, whether it is a new stop or an earlier pickup. Nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody leaves the singalong early to beat traffic, and nobody spends the last song worrying about the trip home — the whole group merely enjoys the night together.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and driver by the hour, and both stay yours throughout.

Start with a WhatsApp message outlining the plan, then choose the vehicle tier that fits your group; every booking opens with a block of five hours. The driver picks up at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home — and the exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. Once the clock starts, the car and chauffeur are yours: add a detour, skip a stop, or linger over dessert, and the driver adjusts without any new fare to discuss. Let us know in advance so we can confirm whether we can accommodate it for that booking. When the night runs long, the booking merely grows with it, as the next answer explains.

Can You Keep the Car After the Five Hours Are Up?

Yes — keep the car as long as the night lasts. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and the extra time is settled after the day with the driver or over WhatsApp. A late bite in Brickell after the encore fits right in.

Quick Facts to Know Before Concert Night 🚙

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the entire block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and the itinerary is never locked.
  • Service runs every day, around the clock, for daytime and evening bookings.
  • Every vehicle always comes with its chauffeur; nothing is ever self-driven.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to Camilo? 🚐

Yes — a private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with its own chauffeur, reserved only for your group.

Numerous fans search for a ride to the concert that the whole group can take together, and a private hourly booking answers exactly that. Think of it as a private shuttle that runs on your schedule: no shared seats, no strangers, no fixed departure time, and no route set by anyone but you. The vehicle leaves the Design District when your group is ready, heads downtown on the plan you agreed, and is still yours when the concert ends. That matters on a night like this one, when families with teenagers, friends in matching merch, and couples on a date all desire to reach together and leave together. It also means one conversation covers everything — the pickup, the dinner stop, the show, and the drive home — instead of piecing the night together ride by ride.

Do You Have to Find Parking Near the Arena?

No — parking the vehicle and working out directions are the chauffeur’s job, and the parking cost is already part of the hourly rate. Your group skips the downtown garage search, the walk from a distant lot, and the late-night queue to exit a packed structure. The car is simply there when you need it.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t run out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, which keeps every booking unhurried and close to home.

Can You Pick Up Friends in Wynwood or Midtown on the Way Downtown?

Yes — both neighborhoods sit between the Design District and downtown, so collecting friends there fits naturally into the route. Add each address to the plan when you book, and the chauffeur sequences the stops so everyone is aboard with time to spare. Some groups also use Midtown or Wynwood for a quick pre-show drink before the final run downtown.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
