Our private hourly chauffeur from Miami Airport to Buena Vista Social Club at the Adrienne Arsht Center on October 1, 2026 runs at a flat rate from $100 per hour for a Black SUV XL, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver meets you at Miami Airport, takes the group to the 7:30 PM show, stays with you through the evening, and drives everyone home afterward.
The hourly rate depends on group size and vehicle tier, and every booking covers at least five hours.
Choose the tier that seats your whole group, and the hourly figure above becomes the base charge for the car and its chauffeur for each hour booked. Plan the evening backward from the 7:30 PM curtain: a relaxed pickup at Miami Airport, an early dinner along the way, the performance itself, and the ride home all fit into one continuous booking. That list covers every choice: four private tiers, each priced per hour for the vehicle and chauffeur together. Rides outside daytime hours carry a separate night surcharge, explained further down.
You reserve one private vehicle and one chauffeur for a continuous block of at least five hours.
Share your group size and we match the right tier. Share your plans and the driver follows them, whether that means dinner first, a hotel stop to change, or a straight run to the theater. Your driver can pick up at any Miami address, including the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, a hotel lobby, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal when a cruise-day arrival wants to go straight to the event. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. The car stays with you between stops, so you never have to book another ride during the night. Once the five-hour block is used, each extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. You can keep the car for a late dinner after the curtain call or one more stop on the way home.
When your service is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a change of date or time, or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. The good news doesn’t change: you can always add more hours on the day.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
This matters on a performance night downtown, when looking for a spot near a busy theater can eat into the time you planned for dinner. You never circle a garage, pay an expressway toll, or feed a meter. The chauffeur takes care of the car while your group walks in together. The hours you book also cover the time your driver spends waiting between stops. A long dinner, a hotel change, or a quick photo stop along the bay adds no extra line item. One charge can be added to your hours: the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours and explained in its own section below. Your chauffeur also watches the timing for the evening, so the group can focus on the music instead of the clock.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Four private tiers cover everything from a couple on date night to a large family outing.
For a dressed-up evening at the Arsht, the Platinum SUV is a natural choice for couples. Groups who are celebrating together frequently prefer one Sprinter to two separate cars, so nobody ends up split at the curb. If you plan to bring something bigger than usual, such as a garment bag for a quick change before the show, tell us in advance and we will create sure your vehicle has room.
Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van for bigger parties. It comes in two sizes, so the whole group rides in one vehicle instead of a convoy. Everyone boards together at Miami Airport, arrives at the theater at the same moment, and heads home together after the curtain, with the same chauffeur behind the wheel all night.
You pay the full fare up front, and any extra time is settled after the night ends.
A private chauffeur turns show night into one continuous premium service, from the airport to the final bow.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and is never shared, so the conversation, the music, and the schedule are yours. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking, with no surge when crowds head downtown on a Thursday evening. One dedicated bilingual chauffeur who speaks English and Spanish stays with you for the whole block. The person who met you at Miami Airport is the same person there when the curtain falls. Changes are simple, too: message your driver directly on WhatsApp whenever the plan shifts. For a family outing across generations, a birthday, or a date night built around Cuban music, that continuity makes this a premium service and a better experience. You get a calmer ride in, a relaxed dinner, and a clean car ready the moment you walk out humming the finale.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Outside that window, a surcharge applies based on the vehicle type.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is a single amount per trip, while the Sprinter surcharge is a share of the trip value. Both are listed right here, so you know them before you pay. A late-afternoon pickup at Miami Airport still gives the group time for an unhurried dinner before the show. If your group wants a nightcap in Brickell or Little Havana after the show, mention the extra stop when you book so the whole evening is clear from the start.
Buena Vista Social Club is the Tony and Grammy award-winning Broadway musical, now on national tour.
The show tells the story behind the celebrated Cuban album that brought a generation of veteran Havana musicians back to the world’s stages, and a live Afro-Cuban band plays throughout. Miami has a personal stake in this production: the book is by Hialeah-raised playwright Marco Ramirez, and the choreography comes from Miami native Patricia Delgado. The limited engagement opens the Broadway in Miami season in the Ziff Ballet Opera House, the largest hall at the Arsht. Your evening is the Thursday, October 1, 2026 performance at 7:30 PM. Expect a dressed-up crowd of all ages: Cuban-American families, longtime theater subscribers, and music lovers who know every song, which gives the night the feel of a homecoming. Full production details are on the Buena Vista Social Club event page.
Check the official running time on your ticket confirmation or the production listing on the Arsht website before you set your hours. Add time for dinner before the show and for the walk out afterward, then send us the plan. We size the booking so your chauffeur is still with you when the final song ends.
Tickets are sold through the Adrienne Arsht Center box office, Broadway in Miami, and AXS, and prices vary by seat and performance. We arrange the car and chauffeur only, not tickets. Secure your seats first, then send us the performance date, your group size, and where you are landing or staying.
Allow plenty of extra time, because traffic heading downtown slows on a Thursday performance evening.
The October 1 performance falls on a weekday, so the drive from Miami Airport overlaps with the end of the evening commute and with the theater crowd converging on Biscayne Boulevard. The drive is typically quick when the roads are clear, but event evenings rarely are, so allow a comfortable cushion to be downtown well before the 7:30 PM curtain. If dinner is part of the plan, leave the airport earlier still, so any traffic delay eats into dinner time instead of the hour before the show. Arriving early also gives the group time to pull up tickets, take photos outside the hall, and settle into seats without rushing. Your chauffeur reads the traffic and adjusts on the go, and you can message a change of plan at any point. After the performance, one WhatsApp message tells your driver you are walking out.
A chauffeur typically takes the Dolphin Expressway east from the airport, then I-395 toward Biscayne Boulevard, where the performing arts center sits near the bay. On heavy nights the driver may switch to surface streets through the Health District or Overtown. You simply ride along, because choosing the route is the chauffeur’s job.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance of the Ziff Ballet Opera House as access allows on show night, using the drop-off point in use that evening. Everyone steps out together, dressed and on time. The driver then moves the vehicle to wait nearby while you head inside.
Yes. Waiting through the performance is exactly what the hourly booking is for. Your driver stays nearby for the whole show, then pulls up at the agreed pickup spot when you message that you are heading out. You never have to hunt for a ride home among a full house of departing theatergoers.
Little Havana sits close to the route downtown and makes a fitting stop for a Cuban dinner before the show.
Versailles, the long-running Cuban restaurant on Southwest Eighth Street, has hosted Miami family celebrations for generations. Its strong coffee and pastries suit a night devoted to classic Cuban music. If your group wants something quieter, try Coral Gables, where Miracle Mile offers relaxed sit-down dining a simple detour from the airport. After the curtain, Ball & Chain in Little Havana keeps the mood going with live Latin music, and the dining rooms of Brickell sit just south of the theater district. Your chauffeur drives the group between these stops and waits outside each one, so nobody hunts for parking or watches the clock. You create the reservations, and the driver can suggest spots that fit your group and your timing. Each stop becomes part of the same booking, whether the evening stretches into a late nightcap or ends right after the encore.
Yes, and that is how most show nights work. Your chauffeur takes the group from Miami Airport to dinner, waits outside while you eat, then continues to the theater. Nobody has to find parking or call another car. Tell us the restaurant when you book so the timing lines up with the curtain.
Yes. The free Rhythm & Roots celebration of Cuban music and culture at the Arsht runs during the show’s Miami engagement.
The weeklong program is presented under the Arsht Plus banner. It surrounds the Broadway in Miami engagement with the same Cuban sounds and traditions the musical honors, which makes it a natural warm-up before the 7:30 PM performance. Check the schedule on the Arsht website for what is on during your visit, then tell us when you desire to arrive. An earlier pickup at Miami Airport merely adds hours to your booking. For families bringing grandparents who grew up with this music, the extra time turns the evening into a full celebration instead of a dash to the seats. Bayside Marketplace and the downtown waterfront are also close by for a stroll along the bay. Your chauffeur drives the group from stop to stop, so nobody has to think about parking. Everything stays in one booking, with one car and one driver from the airport onward.
The hourly service stays local, so your chauffeur is always close by across Miami and nearby neighborhoods.
Your driver covers the places a show-night group actually travels between: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local keeps the service on call and unhurried, with the car never far from your next stop. This evening fits comfortably: an airport pickup, a Little Havana dinner, the theater downtown, and a nightcap in Wynwood or on Miami Beach are all within the area. Hourly bookings do not travel to far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, because this is a city service built around staying close to you. Guests staying in nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale can start from there and ride down for the show.
Pickup at Miami Airport happens at the arrivals curb, the lobby of a hotel near the airport, or a nearby home.
Flying in on show day? Share your flight details when you book, and your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals level so the group can head out together. If you arrived earlier in the week and are staying at a hotel near the airport, the driver can collect you right at the lobby door, so you can rest, change, and step straight into the car. Residents of Miami Springs, Doral, and the neighborhoods around the airport get the same pickup at their front door. We confirm the exact meeting spot over WhatsApp before the day, and you can message your driver directly when you are ready. From then on, the evening runs on your timing: the route downtown is taken care of, and the only thing left to decide is where to have dinner.
Yes. If your flight lands in time, your chauffeur can take the group from the airport directly to dinner or the theater. If you want, you can stop at your hotel first to check in and change. Share your arrival time when you book so the hourly block starts when your evening actually begins.
Yes. We provide a private vehicle and chauffeur by the hour, reserved for your group alone, from a Miami Airport pickup to the performance and back home afterward. Choose a Black SUV XL, a Platinum SUV, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the same driver stays with you for every stop of the night.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To book, send one WhatsApp message with your group size, start time, and the stops you desire.
Tell us how many people are coming, where you are landing or staying near Miami Airport, and roughly when you would like to leave, plus any dinner plans before the show. We match the right vehicle, confirm the pickup spot, and lock in your evening for October 1. The earlier you check availability, the easier it is to get the exact vehicle your group prefers. After that, the night is simple: step into the car, enjoy dinner, lose yourself in the music, and ride home with the same chauffeur who picked you up. Questions about timing, the route, or an extra stop get a direct answer over WhatsApp from a real person who knows Miami. Confirm your booking today and create show night one private evening, from the first mile to the last.
