Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Miami Airport to Jay Wheeler at Wynwood Marketplace on October 21, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger private vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Pickup is the arrivals curb, a neighboring hotel lobby, or any address in Miami Airport, and the same car carries you home after the show.
Rates are charged per vehicle per hour, based on group size, with a minimum booking of five hours.
Each price above covers the whole vehicle, not each seat. A group of friends shares one hourly rate, and a couple gets the extra room. The Sprinter tiers suit larger groups going to the concert together, and the Platinum SUV class has a more polished cabin for date nights and birthdays. The rate is tied to the car, not to a route, so you can add a pre-show dinner or a photo stop at the Wynwood murals to the same booking without a new fare. The only additions are the ones you choose, such as hours added on the night, plus the night surcharge for rides outside daytime hours, which is explained further down. Pick the tier that seats everyone comfortably. Full vehicle details follow below.
A private vehicle reserved for your group makes a busy Wednesday concert night peaceful and easy.
The car is reserved for your group alone. The same driver stays with you for the whole block, so you have one point of contact from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge for rush hour or a packed crowd. Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which suits a crowd that switches easily between languages. Your driver stays on call through the show, and you can message them directly on WhatsApp when the encore ends. For a girls’ night, a date, or a birthday group, that means a better experience: nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody circles for parking, and everyone can sing every chorus without checking a phone for a ride home. That is the premium service we build every booking around.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hour you book.
That covers the expressway tolls between the airport and Wynwood, the fuel for every drive around the city, and any parking the vehicle needs during the evening, so nobody in your group pays at a parking lot. The hourly rate is most of the bill, and only a few charges can be added to it. The first is the night surcharge, which applies to rides outside daytime hours and has its own section below. The second is any hour you add beyond your reserved block, billed at your vehicle’s usual rate. The third applies to families: confirmed when you book. Fans often bring signs, merch, or a spare pair of shoes, and there is room for the usual concert-night extras. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large.
Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a date night to a large group of friends.
Choose by headcount first, then by the kind of night you desire. A couple going out for an evening of love songs rarely needs more than the Black SUV XL. A group of cousins and friends usually fits best in a Sprinter, so nobody splits into two cars and loses each other in Wynwood. The Platinum class suits anniversaries and birthdays where the ride is part of the celebration. Every tier comes with a chauffeur, never just the keys, and every tier is private to your group.
Jay Wheeler brings romantic Latin R&B and urban pop to Wynwood on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
The Puerto Rican singer-songwriter is known for heartfelt ballads that fans sing word for word, and Conep joins him on the bill. The show is at Wynwood Marketplace, an open-air venue for food, drinks, music, and art in Miami’s mural-covered arts district. Anticipate a devoted crowd of young Latin fans from across South Florida, including Puerto Rican, Venezuelan, Colombian, Dominican, and Cuban communities. Numerous come as couples on a date night, as groups of friends, or as girls’ nights out dressed for photos. The music starts at 6:00 PM, right in the weekday evening commute, so a driver who knows the way and handles the timing matters more than usual. Numerous fans make the concert the center of a full night out: dinner first, then the show, then a relaxed ride home with the same chauffeur.
If you arrive a little early, your group can explore the murals and street art Wynwood is known for. The Wynwood Walls, the painted warehouse streets around them, and the neighborhood’s galleries, coffee bars, and boutiques make an easy pre-show walk. The venue also has food and drinks inside. Your chauffeur can drop you at one corner of the district and pick you up at another when everyone is ready, which makes photo stops easy.
The simplest way is a private chauffeur driving your group east from the airport into Wynwood.
The route looks short on a map but gets busy in practice. Miami Airport is west of downtown, and Wynwood is just north of downtown, so the trip uses the city’s central expressways rather than long stretches of highway. In light traffic the drive typically takes well under an hour. A Wednesday evening start puts you in the middle of the commute, though, so allow plenty of extra time. A chauffeur who knows these roads watches the traffic and chooses the best approach that evening while your group relaxes in the back. Whether you land that afternoon or have been in town all week, the car comes to you. The whole group rides in one vehicle and arrives together, which matters when the tickets are on one phone and everyone needs to walk in at the same time.
On most evenings the chauffeur heads east on the Dolphin Expressway toward downtown and then turns north into Wynwood. The other option is the Airport Expressway east, then surface streets south into the arts district. The better choice depends on that evening’s traffic, accidents, and construction, and the driver decides on the spot so your group doesn’t have to.
Pickup is wherever your evening begins, and the spot is agreed when you book. If you fly in that day, you meet the chauffeur at the arrivals curb outside baggage claim. If you’re staying over, the driver can pick you up at the hotel inside the terminal or at a hotel lobby in the Blue Lagoon and Doral areas around the airport. People staying in Miami Springs can be picked up at their door.
There are two favorites, one on each side of the airport. To the west, CityPlace Doral has restaurants and patios around a central plaza, a good choice for a group that wants a sit-down meal. To the east, the famous Versailles restaurant in Little Havana serves Cuban classics, strong coffee, and pastries on the way toward downtown. Either one leads easily into the drive to Wynwood afterward.
Plan to leave Miami Airport well before the 6:00 PM start so you beat the weekday rush.
Wednesday evening traffic around the airport and downtown builds through the late afternoon, and the blocks around Wynwood fill up as fans arrive. Leaving early solves that. Your group arrives relaxed, meets up with friends, gets a drink, and settles in before the first song instead of rushing in mid-set. If dinner comes first, choose a pickup time that covers the meal and still leaves room for the commute. Share your plans on WhatsApp and the chauffeur will suggest a realistic departure time. An early start also gives you time to find your spot and take photos before the crowd peaks. Your booked hours begin at pickup, so plan the block around the whole evening, not just the show. The arrival, the concert, and the ride home all fit inside it.
The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, usually at the drop-off point nearest the entrance, so you can step out and walk straight in. Street closures and traffic control on show nights can change the exact spot, and the driver adjusts as needed. Before you get out, you agree on a clear meeting point for the ride home.
Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. The chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the entire concert and comes back to your meeting point when you send a WhatsApp message after the encore. You don’t have to push through a departing crowd looking for a ride, because your car and driver are already there to take everyone home.
You reserve a vehicle and a driver for a block of hours, then plan the evening however you like.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group, then send a rough start time and the stops you’d like to make over WhatsApp. Pickup can be any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking. From the first pickup, the five-hour block belongs to your group. The same driver handles every leg, including the concert, and you set the order of stops and the pace of the night. If you desire to stay longer at dinner, add a photo stop, or skip a planned bar, just tell the driver. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is simply added at the same hourly rate. You can keep the car as long as the night lasts, and there’s nothing to renegotiate.
Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Outside those hours, the surcharge below applies by vehicle type.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For SUV bookings it is charged per trip. For the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. It never changes the hourly rate itself. If your drive from the airport starts during daytime hours, that part of the evening carries no surcharge. Ask on WhatsApp and we’ll explain how it applies to your plan, so the late ride home holds no surprises. If your group wants to keep the night going after the encore, with a late dinner in Brickell or a nightcap in South Beach, you just ride on in the same car.
You pay the full fare when you book, using simple digital options.
Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit inside one hourly booking.
Most groups start with a meal near the airport or along the way, then ride on to Wynwood and finish with a late bite or a nightcap after the show. The vehicle and chauffeur stay reserved for the whole block, so the car is ready outside the restaurant when your table is done, and you leave for the concert as soon as you step out. Book enough hours to cover the meal, the show, and the trip home. If dinner runs long, or the group decides on dessert in Brickell after the encore, it’s easy to extend on the night. When you book on WhatsApp, share the restaurant, your preferred dinner time, and your group size. The chauffeur will suggest a pickup time that leaves plenty of room for the commute into Wynwood.
Yes. You get a private van or SUV reserved for your group alone, with no strangers on board and no fixed timetable. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries larger groups and the SUVs handle smaller ones. Every seat belongs to your group from the first pickup to the final drop-off, and the timing follows your plans instead of a schedule.
This is a local, on-call service around Miami. It covers Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city lets the driver remain unhurried and nearby all evening, so far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When a booking is agreed within the final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as planned. On such short notice, a date change or a refund can’t be guaranteed. You can always add more hours on the day, though, at the same hourly rate.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You can reserve with one WhatsApp message and a few details about your night.
Send us four details: your group size, your pickup spot in Miami Airport, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like to make. A typical plan might be a pickup at the arrivals curb in the late afternoon, dinner in Doral, the show, then a nightcap in Brickell before heading home. We reply with the vehicle that fits your group and a suggested start time that allows for the weekday commute, then lock in your date. If your plans change before the night, message us and we’ll adjust the stops with you. On October 21, your chauffeur takes care of the rest. You sing, celebrate, and leave the driving to someone who knows the way into Wynwood. Check availability and confirm your booking using the details below.
