Transfer from Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center on Sunday, November 22, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver meets you at the arrivals curb or any address in Miami Airport, beats the rush before the 6:00 PM tip-off, and stays with you until the final buzzer.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Airport Cost per Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle has one hourly rate, and bookings run five hours minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Five hours covers a game night comfortably: the airport pickup, an unhurried dinner on the way downtown, the full game, and the ride back to your hotel or home afterward. Choose your tier by headcount and comfort, since the rate covers the vehicle and chauffeur no matter how many stops you fit into the block. Couples and small families usually settle into the Black SUV XL, while friends celebrating something bigger often step up to the Platinum SUV for its roomier, more polished cabin. Once your group outgrows an SUV, one private Sprinter keeps everyone riding together instead of splitting the party across two cars with two arrival times. Every tier comes with the same bilingual chauffeur standard, so the choice comes down to space and style.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Four private tiers cover game-night groups, starting with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers for the biggest crews, office outings, and family reunions.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Four friends at their first Heat game fit easily in the Black SUV XL, while the same group celebrating a birthday may prefer the Platinum SUV. Its reference models show the vehicle class, not a promised make. Families arriving on different flights, or friends coming from several hotels, often choose a Sprinter so everyone rides together. Send your final headcount on WhatsApp, including any small children, and we match the tier before your date is confirmed.

How Many Fans Fit in One Private Van From Miami Airport?

One private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries a whole game-night crew, and the larger configuration listed above seats the biggest group we carry in a single vehicle. Everyone rides together from the terminal, walks into the arena together, and rides home together. A big party stays on one schedule, and nobody has to hunt for a second car or a missing friend.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder? 🏟️

Yes — a private chauffeur by the hour takes your group straight from the airport to the game.

The Heat host Oklahoma City on Sunday, November 22, 2026, with tip-off at 6:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the team’s home arena on Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. The game pits an Eastern Conference team against one of the West’s strongest, and the two franchises share an NBA Finals history that longtime fans still bring up. The weekend before Thanksgiving also opens Miami’s busy season, so the crowd mixes season-ticket holders, snowbirds, visiting families, young professionals, and fans from the city’s Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican communities. It makes for a loud, bilingual, very Miami room. If you’re flying in for it, the ride matters: you land with a schedule to keep and no interest in learning downtown parking on a packed night. Your chauffeur handles the whole evening so your group can focus on the game.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Airport?

Your chauffeur typically heads east from the airport on the Dolphin Expressway, State Road 836, which connects to I-395 and leads to Biscayne Boulevard near the arena. That route keeps you on one expressway for most of the way into Downtown Miami. If the approach backs up before tip-off, your driver can switch to surface streets through Little Havana and follow live traffic.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up at Miami Airport?

Pickup happens wherever suits your arrival: the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, the lobby of the hotel inside the terminal, an airport-area hotel in Doral or Miami Springs, or a nearby residence. We agree on the exact spot at booking, and your driver messages you on WhatsApp once in position, so your group finds the car without wandering the terminal.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center on Game Night? 🏟️

Your driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows.

Downtown traffic patterns change around the arena on game nights, so the best curb depends on that evening’s closures, and your chauffeur reads them as you approach. Drop-offs typically happen on the bayfront side near Bayside Marketplace or on a side street just off Biscayne Boulevard, whichever keeps the car moving and your walk short. You step out at the drop-off point, walk to the entrance with your tickets ready, and leave the vehicle behind without paying for a garage or circling blocks for a space. Bring whatever the night calls for, like a jersey, homemade signs, or a bag of merch, and tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Families with young kids like getting out together in one spot rather than splitting between cars and looking for each other on a crowded plaza.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Pick Us Up Afterward?

Yes — your driver stays nearby for the entire game, and the vehicle is reserved only for your group. As the fourth quarter winds down, send a WhatsApp message. The driver confirms a pickup spot clear of the heaviest crowd, and you’re heading to dinner or your hotel while others are still looking for their cars.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport for the 6:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave the airport area with plenty of time before 6:00 PM, and earlier still if you want to catch warm-ups or grab food inside. Sunday game traffic builds on the expressway and around Biscayne Boulevard as tip-off nears, so many groups start their booked hours with a dinner stop and then head downtown well ahead of the crowd.

What Can You Do Near Miami Airport Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Your booked hours can start with dinner, not a rush to the arena.

Doral sits just west of the airport, and CityPlace Doral brings restaurants and outdoor patios together in one walkable spot. That makes it a simple meeting point for friends arriving on different flights. Groups who want the classic Miami welcome head east to Little Havana, where the Cuban coffee windows and family kitchens along Southwest 8th Street suit a Heat crowd that cheers in two languages. Closer to the arena, Brickell has polished dining rooms a short hop from Biscayne Boulevard, and Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena, lets you browse the waterfront before walking in. Whichever you choose, the same chauffeur drops you off, waits while you eat, and takes you to the next stop, so nobody pays for parking twice or keeps one eye on the clock. We suggest the route; reservations and tickets stay in your hands.

Is Little Havana Worth a Stop on the Way Downtown?

Yes — for many visitors it’s the highlight of the drive. Little Havana sits between the airport and downtown, so a stop at Versailles, the landmark Cuban restaurant on Southwest 8th Street, for croquettes and Cuban coffee fits easily into your hours. Your driver waits outside and then continues downtown, with your group fed and on schedule.

Why Do Heat Fans Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving? 🕴️

Heat fans choose us for a premium service that starts at the terminal.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never split with strangers. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you for every hour you book, switching easily between English and Spanish for mixed families and visiting friends. Your hourly rate is locked at booking, so a packed arena, a holiday-weekend crowd, or a slow expressway never raises the price with surge pricing. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp instead of going through a call center, so a changed dinner plan or an extra stop is handled right away. Because one car and one driver cover the whole evening, the group never splits up, never waits on a curb, and never has to decide who drives home. We build every booking around that better experience: fewer moving parts and more of the night spent on the game.

Which Quick Facts Matter Most Before You Book the Game? 📋

  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service runs 24/7, including late Sunday pickups after the final buzzer.
  • Every vehicle carries onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your hourly rate.
  • Hotel check-ins, dinner stops, and photo stops fit inside the same booked hours.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Heat Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.

That covers the expressway tolls between the airport and downtown, the fuel for every trip from dinner to the arena and back, and any parking your driver needs during the game. It also covers the private vehicle itself and your chauffeur’s time for each booked hour, whether the car is moving or parked waiting for your message. The main charge that can be added is the night surcharge, which applies to time outside daytime hours and is explained in its own section below. With a 6:00 PM tip-off, it often applies to the ride home. We confirm any of those with you before game day. The total you agree on over WhatsApp before the game is the total you pay, plus any hours you decide to add.

How Does Payment Work for Your Heat Booking? 🎊

You pay the full fare up front, before game day.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block. Keep the car longer whenever you like: every hour after it is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day wraps up.

Can You Change a Heat Game Booking Inside the Final 24 Hours?

Once your ride is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. What stays flexible: you can always add more hours on game day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You pick a vehicle, set a start time, and the hours are yours.

Tell us your headcount, flight or pickup time, and the stops you’d like to make, and we match you with the right tier. Your chauffeur picks up at any Miami address agreed at booking, whether that’s the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, a hotel, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. From there, you set the stops and the pace, such as dinner first, a walk along the bayfront, and then the arena. The five-hour block covers most game nights from start to finish, and you don’t have to end the night when it runs out. Every extra hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. An overtime game or a celebration dinner in Brickell just means keeping the car longer. We settle the extra time with you once the night wraps up.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After a 6:00 PM Tip-Off? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. A 6:00 PM game can run close to or past the 6:00 PM cutoff.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends on the time of day, not on your hourly rate, which stays exactly as booked. For a Heat game, it usually applies to the post-game leg, whether that’s the trip back to your hotel or on to a late dinner in Brickell or a nightcap in Wynwood. Groups planning a longer night can factor it in from the start, and anyone catching a late flight out can plan the timing with us on WhatsApp.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, around Miami and up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods game-night visitors actually use: the area around Miami International Airport, Doral, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Miami, and Miami Beach, plus nearby areas north toward Fort Lauderdale. Keeping the service local means your driver stays on call and close by, whether you’re at dinner in South Beach or in your seat downtown. The hourly service doesn’t journey to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, since it’s built for getting around the city rather than long highway drives. For a Heat weekend, that covers everything that matters: the airport, your hotel, pre-game dinner, the arena, and a late bite afterward. If you’re unsure about a stop, send it on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm it fits the day.

Can You Hire a Private Driver From Miami Airport to Kaseya Center? 🎤

Yes — you can hire a private driver by the hour for this game.

The booking works for almost any way of arriving for the Thunder game: a weekend visitor landing Sunday afternoon, a business traveler fitting the game in between meetings, or a local family picking up grandparents from a holiday flight. In every case, you run your own schedule from the curb to the arena and back. Many groups also use the same booking for the rest of the day, checking into a Brickell or Miami Beach hotel, freshening up, and heading out again without juggling cars. Share your flight number, headcount, and a rough plan, and we confirm the tier and timing so the evening is settled well before tip-off. The answers below cover the ride, the timing, pets, and what happens after the final horn.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami Airport to the Heat Game?

Yes, in the sense most people mean when they search: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, booked by the hour with your own chauffeur. It runs on your timetable, not a fixed schedule, and nobody outside your party rides along. For smaller groups, the Black SUV XL or Platinum SUV does the same job with a smaller cabin.

How Long Does the Drive From Miami Airport to Downtown Take on Game Night?

The drive is typically short on a quiet day, but allow extra time on a Sunday game night, when traffic builds toward the arena before tip-off. Because you pay by the hour rather than by the ride, a slow stretch of expressway only uses time you’ve already booked, and your driver changes the route as conditions change.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride to the Heat Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll check that against the vehicle and the rest of your plans and confirm before game day, so there are no surprises at pickup.

Can the Same Driver Take Us Out After the Game?

Yes — keep the car after the final buzzer and head to a late dinner in Brickell, drinks in Wynwood, or a walk along South Beach before returning to your hotel. The evening continues on your hours, and the driver waits at each stop, so your group never has to split up or search for a ride at midnight.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
