Transfer from Miami Airport to the Brand New Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur from Miami Airport to the Brand New concert on Sunday, October 25, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL with a dedicated driver at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. From the airport pickup through a pre-show dinner, the 8:00 PM set, and the late ride home, the same car and driver stay yours.

How Much Does a Chauffeur From Miami Airport to Brand New Cost? 📋

Your rate depends only on the vehicle tier, and each booking starts at five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate is per vehicle, not per ticket holder, so the whole group shares one hourly figure no matter how many seats are filled. Your total is merely the tier rate times the hours you reserve, and you know it before anyone leaves the airport. For a Sunday evening show, most groups book enough time for an unhurried dinner, the full set, and the ride back, so the minimum block rarely feels like a stretch on concert night. Pickups outside those hours also carry a separate surcharge, covered below, so plan for it when you add up the night.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Concert Night? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, starting at five.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount, then send us a rough start time and the stops on your wish list. The pickup spot is agreed at booking and can be any Miami address: the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, a hotel lobby, a home, or even a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that morning and you desire to head straight toward the show. From that moment the car is yours. The chauffeur follows your plan, waits between each stop, and adjusts if dinner runs long. When the five-hour block ends, you can merely keep going: every additional hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and it is settled after the night wraps up. If the encore runs long or a late bite sounds right, tell the driver and the car stays.

When Does a Night Surcharge Apply to a Late Concert Ride? 🎆

Pickups outside those hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a surcharge. On a concert night it almost consistently applies, since the ride home follows a show that starts at 8:00 PM.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the SUV, the surcharge is one flat charge per journey rather than an hourly add-on, so a couple or small group in the Black SUV XL pays it once, not every hour. For the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers, it is a percentage of the journey value, which scales with the booking for larger groups. Nothing else changes after dark: the same car and the same chauffeur carry you from the last song to your door. Factor the surcharge into the plan when you message us, and the night holds no surprises.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Show Night? 🥂

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the routine costs of driving.

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, so the expressway tolls heading north and parking while the car waits never add a line to your bill. The rate also covers the chauffeur’s time for every hour you reserve, including the long stretch while your group is inside singing along. A swift comfort stop is easy to fit in: ask the driver for a restroom, snack, or stretch break and it changes nothing about the price. There is room in the cabin for what fans actually carry, such as a merch haul or a homemade sign; if someone is bringing something bulky, just tell us in advance. Two things can sit outside the base rate on a night like this: the night surcharge described above, and any hours you decide to add once your reserved block runs out.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for a Sunday Concert Night? 🎤

A private vehicle reserved for your group turns show night into one easy evening.

Nobody else rides with you, and nobody else’s schedule shapes yours. Your bilingual chauffeur, who speaks English and Spanish, handles the drive while your group argues over the setlist on the way north. The hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so the fare never climbs when concert traffic builds or the after-show crowd spills out. You message your driver and our team directly on WhatsApp, so a changed dinner reservation or a later exit takes one text, not a phone tree. That is the difference between getting a ride and getting a upscale service: a clean cabin waiting where you left it, a driver who already knows your plan, and a night organized around you instead of around apps and parking lots. For a tour this personal to its fans, the better experience starts before the first chord.

How Is Payment Handled for a Concert-Night Booking? 📋

The full fare is paid at booking, and that reserves your show night.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Keep the car as long as you like: every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night is over.

Which Quick Facts Should You Know Before Booking Show Night? 🚙

  • Service is available every day, around the clock, for daytime or evening bookings.
  • Every vehicle offers onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.
  • The same chauffeur stays with your group for every hour you book.
  • Stops can be added, dropped, or lengthened on the day as schedules allow.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Show? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full friend group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for couples and small friend groups heading to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with space for a larger group to ride and arrive together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, the tier for a big crew that wants one vehicle instead of several.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in the most polished cabin we offer, for milestone nights. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Headcount decides the tier first, and comfort decides the rest. A couple celebrating a long-awaited reunion with a favorite band may favor the Platinum class for the extra polish, while a group chat that grew to a dozen friends fits in one Sprinter instead of splitting across cars and losing each other in the crowd. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur arrangement and the same inclusions, so the only real choice is the size and feel of the cabin.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Miami Airport on Show Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives north from the airport area into Hollywood, in southern Broward County.

The show is at the resort’s concert hall, and getting there means sharing the road with everyone else who has the same idea. On a show night the resort draws casino guests, diners, and concertgoers at once, and the approach slows noticeably as the 8:00 PM start nears. Sunday evening adds its own twist, with weekend traffic heading home on the same expressways. A chauffeur who drives these corridors reads that flow and adjusts, which beats juggling a map app while a friend in the back asks whether you are lost. The questions below walk through the route, the timing, the drop-off, and the ride home in order, so your group knows how the night unfolds before anyone climbs in at the airport. One detail shapes everything else: the car does not leave when you step out.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Miami Airport to Hollywood?

The chauffeur typically takes I-95 north or the Palmetto Expressway toward Florida’s Turnpike, then finishes on State Road 7 near the resort. The choice depends on live traffic that Sunday. The driver checks conditions before leaving and takes the smoother option, and because you pay by the hour rather than by the mile, the route never changes your rate.

How Early Should We Leave Miami Airport for the Brand New Show?

Leave with a generous cushion instead of timing it to the minute. For a Sunday 8:00 PM start, we usually suggest a late-afternoon pickup so dinner, the drive north, and a relaxed walk inside all fit before the lights go down. Tell us your dinner plans and we will suggest a start time.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The driver gets you as close to the venue as resort access allows, using whichever drop-off point staff direct traffic to that night rather than a far corner of a parking lot. Your group steps out together near the entrance, while the chauffeur moves the car to a waiting spot and stays reachable on WhatsApp.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes, and that is the point of booking by the hour. While Brand New plays, your chauffeur stays with the car nearby. When the final song ends, send a message, meet at the agreed pickup spot, and skip the app queue and the after-show scramble for a ride back to your hotel or home.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up at Miami Airport? 🚙

Pickup happens wherever you are around the airport, agreed when you book.

If your group lands on show day, the chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb of Miami International Airport, and the evening starts there. Staying overnight nearby is just as easy: the Miami International Airport Hotel sits inside the terminal itself, and the cluster of hotels around Blue Lagoon and LeJeune Road sits close to the expressways. Locals in Miami Springs, Virginia Gardens, or Doral can be picked up at their front door. Share the exact spot, whether a hotel lobby, a residence, or the curb outside a particular airline’s doors, plus a rough time, and the driver plans around it. Because the same car stays with you, nobody has to book or coordinate a second ride once dinner ends. A delayed landing or a switched hotel lobby takes one swift WhatsApp message to sort out.

Can the Chauffeur Collect You at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport Instead?

Yes. Travelers arriving on a private flight at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport can start the booking there, because it sits within the Miami area we cover. Share the terminal name and your expected landing time, and the chauffeur will be ready when you step off, set for the same dinner-then-concert plan.

What If Your Group Lands at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport?

That works too. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport falls within the area we serve up toward Fort Lauderdale, and it sits closer to the resort than Miami does. The chauffeur can meet you there and run the same evening: dinner, the concert, and the ride back to wherever you are staying.

Where Can You Eat Near Miami Airport Before the Brand New Concert? 🍸

Little Havana, just east of the airport, is the classic pre-show dinner stop.

Versailles on Southwest Eighth Street is the name locals tend to mention first. It is a long-running Cuban restaurant known for Cuban sandwiches, croquettes, and strong Cuban coffee from the walk-up window. The chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat, and has the car ready when the check comes, so nobody circles for parking or splits up across cars. Take a few photos by the neighborhood’s murals and its famous domino park before you roll out. Groups staying in Doral may favor to eat close to their hotel instead, and couples who desire a quieter, dressier table sometimes head to Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. Some fans skip the detour entirely and eat at one of the restaurants inside the Seminole Hard Rock resort before the show. You make the reservations, and the driver builds the evening around them.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. A single hourly booking covers every stop you set, so dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fall under one reservation. Share the restaurant and your table time when you book, and we will help you size the block so the meal never feels rushed before the drive north.

Where Can the Night Continue After the Encore?

Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale is the natural late stop just north of the venue, and its bars and restaurants make for an easy nightcap. On the way back south, some groups finish on Ocean Drive in South Beach under the Art Deco neon. Either way, your driver is there when the last round ends.

What Is the Seminole Hard Rock Resort Like on a Concert Night? 🎭

The resort is a full entertainment complex, so show night feels bigger than one concert.

Brand New’s visit is part of an anniversary run built around The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me, the album that made the Long Island band a cult favorite of the emo and post-hardcore world. Anticipate a crowd that knows every word, with fans likely coming from well beyond Miami because the tour offers so few chances to see the band. The concert hall sits within the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where the guitar-shaped hotel tower glows over Hollywood, the casino floor hums, and bars and restaurants fill before showtime. That energy is part of the fun, and it is a large reason groups like handing the driving to someone else. With your own chauffeur, nobody in the group has to watch the clock or count drinks. Event details and venue policies are listed on the official Hard Rock Live venue page.

Is This Venue the Same as Hard Rock Stadium?

No. Hard Rock Stadium is the open-air football and big-concert stadium in Miami Gardens, while this show is indoors at the concert hall of the Seminole Hard Rock resort in Hollywood. Mixing them up sends people to the wrong city, so double-check your tickets. Your chauffeur will already have the right destination.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Miami? 🌆

Our hourly service stays local, on call around Miami and up toward Fort Lauderdale.

The hourly chauffeur covers the neighborhoods riders actually move between: Miami and Miami Beach, Downtown Miami and Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, Doral, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus the communities heading north toward Fort Lauderdale. Hollywood falls comfortably on that stretch, which is why an airport pickup, a Little Havana dinner, and a show at the resort all fit neatly into one booking. The service is built to stay close and unhurried, with a driver on call around the city rather than out on the open highway, so we don’t run it out to far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Keeping the car local means the chauffeur stays nearby and can adapt quickly when plans shift during the evening. If your night might wander, mention the stops when you book and we will confirm they fit.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami Airport to Hard Rock Live? 🎊

Yes, a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or SUV reserved only for your group.

Many searchers look for a private shuttle when what they really desire is simple: one vehicle that picks everyone up at the airport and gets the whole crew to the show together. That is exactly what our private van delivers, without the parts people dislike about fixed-route services. There is no timetable, no stops for strangers, and no seat sold to anyone outside your party. The chauffeur leaves when your group is ready and stops where you ask. Friends flying in on distinct flights can even be picked up in waves if you build that time into the booking. For a couple or a small group, the same logic applies in an SUV. The questions below cover the remaining details riders tend to ask about before they confirm a booking.

Can We Bring a Pet Along on Show Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time go ahead exactly as agreed, and on such short notice a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. The upside: you can always add more hours on the day.

How Far Ahead Should We Book for October 25?

Reach out as soon as your tickets and travel are settled. We hold your date once your payment is in, and a Sunday with a sought-after show on the calendar is worth planning early. Booking ahead also leaves time to fine-tune the dinner stop and the airport pickup plan with us.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Concert Night From Miami Airport? 🍾

Booking takes one WhatsApp message with your group size, times, and stops.

Send us how many people are coming, when and where you desire to be picked up around the airport, and the plan for the night, whether that is dinner in Little Havana, straight to the resort, or a late stop on Las Olas. We reply with the vehicle that fits, the hours we suggest, and the night surcharge that applies to your return, then confirm everything once your payment is in. From there your date is held, your chauffeur is set, and the only thing left to plan is which song you scream along to first. October 25 is a Sunday built around Brand New, and tours this anticipated rarely linger, so check availability early and let the night run on your schedule from the moment you land to the moment you are home.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
