Transfer from Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics in Downtown Miami on Saturday, March 27, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is announced for 7:30 PM, and your hourly rate is locked at booking with no surge, however busy Downtown gets.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Miami Airport Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly price, based on group size and tier, as listed below.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

One hourly price covers the whole evening you reserve. The airport meeting, a relaxed dinner stop, the drive downtown, the game itself, and the ride afterward all fall under that same rate. Nothing is metered by distance, and there is no separate charge for the time your car sits parked while the group is inside watching Miami take on Boston. Adding people within your tier doesn’t change the price either. The rate is per vehicle, not per passenger, so friends can split the cost effortlessly on the ride over. Late-evening hours can add a surcharge, which is explained further down this page. Every inclusion has its own section, so you can see the full picture before you confirm your booking.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Celtics Night? 🚙

We have four private vehicle types, sized for anything from a couple to a large group of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for couples, families, and small groups flying in for the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers. One private van, so a mid-size group arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: 10 to 14 passengers. A large group of fans rides in one private van.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers. Our most upscale cabin, for an anniversary, a client night, or a special evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur and is reserved for your party alone. A Sprinter helps a lot on game night because everyone rides together, so nobody gets separated in the post-game crowd or waits for a second car. If the group is bringing something large, like a large banner or bulky fan gear, tell us in advance.

How Many Fans Fit in the Private Van From Miami Airport?

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van for bigger groups. It comes in the two sizes listed above, one for a mid-size party and one for a large group. Pick the larger Sprinter when your headcount is more than the smaller van holds. Your whole group then rides in one vehicle with one chauffeur for the entire evening.

Why Is Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics Such a Big Night in Downtown Miami? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics is a regular-season NBA game on Saturday, March 27, 2027.

Few Eastern Conference matchups have more history. The two teams have met in the playoffs again and again in recent years, and a spring game can affect playoff seeding as the regular season winds down. The game is played at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard. Downtown fills up early with fans in red and black, plus a few brave ones in green. The crowd is as varied as Miami itself: Cuban-American families, South American and Caribbean fans, young professionals, couples, and longtime season-ticket holders. You’ll hear Spanish in the concourses as frequently as English, which makes a chauffeur who speaks both a good fit for the night. A Saturday rivalry game also brings in visitors who land at Miami Airport that same afternoon, and this evening is planned for them.

What Is Downtown Like Around the Arena on a Heat Game Night?

Downtown gets lively well before tip-off. Fans in team colors fill the bayfront walk toward Museum Park, traffic slows on Biscayne Boulevard, and nearby garages fill up fast. With a chauffeur, you don’t have to look for parking. The group gets out, walks in, and leaves the car to us, so you can enjoy the pre-game atmosphere.

How Do You Get From Miami Airport to Kaseya Center on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur heads east from Miami Airport on the Dolphin Expressway, then takes I-395 into Downtown.

This is one of the most direct routes across the city. The expressway runs from the airport area toward the bay, and I-395 meets Biscayne Boulevard just north of the arena. On a quiet afternoon the drive is typically short. A Saturday rivalry game is different: traffic builds on the approach roads and around the bayfront as tip-off gets closer. If the expressway backs up, your chauffeur can switch to surface streets and come in from another direction, adjusting to conditions on the day. Because the car is reserved for your whole evening, a slow stretch of road just means a little more time talking in the back seat. You won’t be rushing to make the opening tip.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport Before the 7:30 PM Tip-Off?

Give yourself plenty of time and leave Miami Airport by late afternoon. Leave earlier if you want dinner on the way. Downtown traffic builds steadily before a Heat game. Arriving early lets the group find seats, get food inside, and watch warm-ups without rushing. Check your ticket for the final start time before you set the pickup.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows, typically on the Biscayne Boulevard side of the arena, so you can walk straight to the entrance. Road closures or crowd control can change the exact spot, so your chauffeur picks the best available drop-off point on the day. Before you get out, they confirm where to meet after the game.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect You After the Buzzer?

Yes. The car stays in the area for the whole game as part of your booked hours. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message as you head out. The chauffeur meets the group at the agreed spot, so you skip the garage exit line and are on your way while the crowd is still leaving.

Where Can You Eat Near Miami Airport Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Little Havana is between the airport and Downtown, and it’s a classic place to eat before a Heat game.

Versailles, the landmark Cuban restaurant on SW 8th Street, has long been a place where Miami fans meet over strong Cuban coffee and a large plate of food before a large night. It sets the mood for a Heat–Celtics evening much better than an airport food court. If your group would rather stay close to the airport, Doral has plenty of relaxed Latin American restaurants in its busy shopping plazas. For a sit-down dinner closer to the game, Brickell’s restaurants keep you near Downtown. Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena on the bay, works for a quick bite by the water with the pre-game crowd all around. Wherever you eat, the chauffeur waits outside and then drives everyone on to the game. You don’t require a second ride, and you don’t have to find parking twice.

Can We Stop at a Hotel Near Miami Airport Before the Game?

Yes. You plan the evening, so a quick stop at a hotel near the airport to check in and change into team colors fits in easily. The chauffeur waits outside while the group gets ready. Then you continue to dinner or go straight Downtown, all within your booked hours and at the same rate.

Does a Late Game Night Add an Evening Surcharge? 🎆

Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge. Outside those daytime hours, a surcharge applies based on vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The surcharge depends on the vehicle: SUV bookings add a fixed amount per trip, and Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value, as listed above. The service is the same after dark, with the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same plan. Tell us your expected start time when you book, and we’ll lay out the full cost of the evening, including the surcharge, well before game day.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you choose every stop.

First, pick the vehicle that fits your headcount and share a rough plan: arrival time, dinner ideas, and how you want the night to end. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. It can be any address around Miami Airport, including the arrivals curb, a hotel lobby near the terminals, or a home in the area. It can also be anywhere else in Miami. For example, if you arrive by cruise ship at a PortMiami terminal, we can pick you up there and go straight to the game. Your first five hours make up the booking block, and the chauffeur stays with the group the whole time: airport, dinner, arena, and the ride home. After that block, every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new price to agree on, and you settle it after the day. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a late dessert in Brickell, you just keep the car.

What Happens if Plans Change Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Once the day and time are agreed for a ride within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Which Payment Options Reserve a Heat Game Chauffeur? 🥂

You pay the full fare to book, and any extra hours afterward.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Every booking starts with the 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and you settle it after the day ends.

Which Quick Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 🚐

  • Each booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the entire block.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • You set the stops and the pace; the itinerary is never locked.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the hourly rate.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for the Heat Game Instead of Driving Yourself? 🍾

A chauffeur gives your group a premium service from the airport all the way back to your door.

The vehicle is booked for your group only, so the cabin is yours for the evening. It’s a quiet place to relax after your flight and talk about the matchup before tip-off. Your hourly rate is fixed when you book, with no surge on a crowded Saturday and no change for traffic. One chauffeur handles the whole evening, so you deal with one person and one WhatsApp thread, and you never have to explain your plans again at each stop. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which suits a Heat crowd. Nobody has to be the designated driver or figure out Downtown garages, and the whole group rides home together after the game, win or lose. It’s a better experience: calmer, more comfortable, and planned around your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include, and What Costs Extra? 📋

The hourly rate covers fuel, tolls, parking, and onboard WiFi.

That matters on this route. The Dolphin Expressway is a toll road, and Downtown parking on a Heat night is a cost and a hassle most visitors want to avoid, so neither shows up on your bill. The WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot in the vehicle, which is handy for checking lineups, sharing photos from the arena, or answering a work message on the way in. Only a few things can add to the total. The evening surcharge applies outside daytime hours, as explained above. Hours added after your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s regular hourly rate; they are not free. Everything else, including the chauffeur, the vehicle, and the time the car spends waiting for you, is part of the price.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover All of Miami? 🏝️

The hourly service covers Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur works the local area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas north toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers everything a Heat game night needs: the airport pickup, dinner in Little Havana, the Downtown arena, and a late stop in Brickell or Miami Beach before the ride home. The service is meant to stay close to the city, with a chauffeur on call and no rush, which keeps the evening relaxed. We don’t run this hourly service to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s designed for a day or night in and around Miami, where your chauffeur knows the streets, the shortcuts, and the best places to pull up.

Can We Bring a Pet on the Ride From Miami Airport?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics? 🎤

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Airport to the game and back.

If you’re looking for a private shuttle to Kaseya Center, this is it: an SUV or a private Sprinter van that carries only your party, leaves when you’re ready, and goes where you choose. It isn’t a self-drive rental either. Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur, so nobody has to find their way around an unfamiliar city after a flight. A typical game day goes like this: land in the afternoon, meet your chauffeur, stop at the hotel or go straight to dinner, get Downtown with time to spare before tip-off, and ride back together after the game. For visitors flying in for a Heat–Celtics Saturday, one booking turns a travel day into a real night out, with the same car and the same driver for the whole evening.

Can You Book a Game-Night Chauffeur Over WhatsApp?

Yes. You handle everything on WhatsApp, from your first question to the final confirmation. Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like, such as dinner in Little Havana or a stroll at Bayside Marketplace. We reply with the vehicle, the hours, and the payment details. Once we receive your payment, your evening is confirmed.

Can the Driver Take the Group to Brickell or Wynwood After the Final Buzzer?

Yes. You choose the stops, so the chauffeur can take the group from the game to a late dinner in Brickell or a night out in Wynwood before the ride home. Wynwood’s murals and bars stay busy after a big game, and your car will be waiting when you’re ready. If the night runs long, just add hours on the spot.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
