Transfer from Miami Airport to R&B Only Live at The Fillmore Miami Beach

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami Airport to R&B Only Live at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Saturday, December 19, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The rate is locked at booking with no surge, and one bilingual driver stays with your group from the airport pickup through the 8:00 PM show and the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Airport to the Show Cost? 🚙

Pricing runs per hour by vehicle, and every booking covers at least five hours on the clock.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate is charged per vehicle rather than per seat, so a full Sprinter splits naturally across a birthday crew or a bachelorette group, while a couple on a date night can keep the Black SUV XL entirely to themselves. Your evening’s total comes down to two choices: the tier that fits your group and how many hours you keep the car. A show night from Miami Airport fills those hours easily, with an airport or hotel pickup, an unhurried dinner, the drive across the bay, the show itself, and the ride home afterward. Because R&B Only Live starts in the evening, the night surcharge covered further down applies to most of these bookings, so factor it in from the start.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book Your Chauffeur? 📋

  • Every reservation begins with a five-hour block of private chauffeur time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day of the year, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A quick comfort stop mid-booking never changes the hourly rate.

Why Is R&B Only Live Worth Planning a Whole Night Around? 🎤

R&B Only Live brings a DJ-led R&B party to Miami Beach on December 19, 2026.

Produced by COLORS Worldwide, the show moves from the classics to current favorites, and the whole room sings every hook and dances all night. The Miami stop runs on Saturday night with an 8:00 PM start at The Fillmore Miami Beach, the historic Jackie Gleason Theater, a headline room the tour has played before. The crowd is grown and dressed up: girls’ nights out, birthday crews, bachelorette parties, couples on a date night, and coworkers who grew up on the songs in the playlist. It is an adults-only night, so every guest should carry a valid ID. If your crew is flying in for the show, a chauffeur from Miami Airport keeps the night simple: nobody has to learn the causeways, hunt for parking near Lincoln Road, or decide who stays sober enough to drive home after the last song.

How Do You Get to The Fillmore Miami Beach From Miami Airport? 🏙️

Most chauffeurs head east on the Dolphin Expressway, then cross Biscayne Bay to Miami Beach.

From the airport, that route runs toward downtown and feeds straight onto the MacArthur Causeway, with the cruise ships and the city skyline on one side and the bay on the other. The causeway lands at the south end of Miami Beach, and from there your chauffeur works north through South Beach toward Washington Avenue and the theater. The second option is the Airport Expressway east to the Julia Tuttle Causeway, which reaches the island farther north and approaches the venue from that direction, a useful switch when the southern approach is crawling. The drive is typically a straightforward cross-bay run, but a December Saturday brings holiday visitors, dinner reservations, and weekend traffic all at once, so allow a generous cushion rather than cutting it close. Your chauffeur makes the routing call on the night, so the group can simply settle in and start the playlist early.

Which Causeway Is Quicker on a Saturday Night in December?

Neither causeway wins every time, because live traffic on the night decides it. Your chauffeur checks conditions before leaving the airport area and again on the way, then picks the MacArthur or the Julia Tuttle to match. You are booking time, not a fixed route, so a smart detour never triggers a new fare. It just uses some of the hours you reserved.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Airport? 🚙

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in the Miami Airport area.

Fresh off a flight, that usually means the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, with the exact meeting point agreed over WhatsApp before you land. Guests staying right in the terminal at the Miami International Airport Hotel can come straight down to the lobby, and anyone booked into one of the hotels ringing the airport simply waits in their own lobby at the agreed time. Locals and visiting family in nearby neighborhoods such as Miami Springs or Doral get collected at the front door of the house. A smooth plan is to land in the afternoon, check in, change into show outfits, and start the booking from the hotel rather than the terminal. Whichever spot you choose, it is set at booking, so your chauffeur arrives at the right door instead of circling the airport loop looking for you.

Can the Chauffeur Meet You Right After Your Flight Lands at MIA?

Yes, the chauffeur can meet you at the arrivals curb and head straight into the evening. Share your airline, flight number, and terminal over WhatsApp when you book, and the curbside meeting point is confirmed in advance. From there the group can go directly to dinner, stop at the hotel first, or ride straight across the bay.

Where Can You Eat Near Miami Airport Before the Show? 🍸

Versailles in Little Havana is the classic pre-show dinner stop close to the airport.

The Cuban landmark has fed Miami for generations, and its pastries and strong Cuban coffee create a fitting first taste of the city for anyone who just landed. Groups who would rather eat closer to the music can ride across the bay to Lincoln Road, the open-air pedestrian promenade a short walk from the theater, where sidewalk tables stay lively on a December weekend. Anyone wanting photos in their show outfits can swing past the Wynwood Walls murals on the way over. However you sequence the evening, the same car waits outside each stop, so nobody worries about valet lines, parking meters, or splitting the group across separate cars. Reserve your own table directly with the restaurant, and your chauffeur shapes the timing around it.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, dinner and the show fit naturally into one hourly booking. Start the block early enough to eat without rushing, ride straight from the restaurant to the theater, and keep the same car for the trip home afterward. One reservation covers every leg, and your chauffeur keeps the timing on track while you enjoy the meal.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport for R&B Only Live? 🎭

Leave the airport area well before the 8:00 PM start so you arrive without rushing.

December Saturday nights put holiday visitors, South Beach diners, and concert traffic on the same causeways, so a comfortable buffer matters more than usual. If dinner is part of the plan, set the pickup so the meal ends with time to spare, and let your chauffeur work back from the show time. Arriving early also gives the group a calm moment to clear the entry line and ID checks, find spots on the floor or in the balcony, and order a drink before the DJ takes over. Treat the show time as the moment you want to be inside, not the moment you pull up. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on your pickup location and the traffic picture that afternoon, then confirm it with you on WhatsApp so everyone is ready in the lobby.

Where Is the Drop-Off Point at The Fillmore Miami Beach?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue entrance as access allows. The exact curb depends on street closures and event traffic management that night, so the driver confirms the spot on WhatsApp as you approach. You step out together, walk straight to the entry line, and skip the search for parking entirely.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes, your chauffeur stays nearby for the entire show and is on call by WhatsApp. That waiting time is part of the hours you booked, and the car stays reserved for your group alone. If someone needs to leave early or grab something from the vehicle, one message brings the driver back around.

How Does the Ride Home Work When the Music Stops?

Before you walk in, you and your chauffeur agree on a pickup point a little away from the thickest exit crowd. When the night winds down, send a WhatsApp message and head to that spot. The same car and driver will be there to take everyone back to a Miami Airport hotel or a home, or out for a late bite first.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Show Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, so the hourly rate covers the driving costs.

That covers the expressway tolls leaving the airport, the fuel for every leg between dinner, the theater, and home, and the parking your chauffeur needs while the group is inside enjoying the show. Nobody in the group pays a toll or a garage fee along the way. Two charges can sit outside the hourly figure: the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours, which an evening show like this usually triggers, and any extra hours you choose to add once the night is underway. Both appear on this page before you reserve, so the final total holds no surprises.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, not one ride.

Start by sending your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp. We match the vehicle tier to your crew and confirm the plan. Every booking begins with a five-hour block, and the driver stays with the group for all of it, following the order of stops you set. The car can collect you anywhere in Miami, whether that’s a hotel in Brickell, a home in Coral Gables, or a PortMiami cruise terminal on a cruise-day arrival that heads straight to the show. The exact spot is agreed at booking. When the five hours are up, the night doesn’t have to end. Every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so you can keep the car as long as the night runs. There is no new fare to negotiate, and the extra time is settled after the day.

Can We Change the Plan Once the Evening Starts?

Yes, the itinerary stays open all night. Add a stop for photos, skip the after-dinner drink, stay longer at the restaurant, or switch the final drop-off from the hotel to a friend’s place. Tell your chauffeur in person or by WhatsApp, and the route changes right away within the hours you have reserved.

Why Do R&B Fans Choose Our Private Chauffeur Service? 🕴️

A private vehicle reserved only for your group turns show night into a premium service.

Your rate is flat and locked at booking, with no surge on a busy December Saturday and no change for traffic or weather. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so instructions never get lost between drivers and the group never splits across cars. You reach your driver directly on WhatsApp, so one quick message handles anything from a running-late hotel pickup to a new after-show plan. The vehicle is clean, premium, and reserved for your group alone for the whole block, whether that group is a birthday crew turning up the volume or a couple who just wants a quiet ride home. One car, one driver, and one fixed price create for a premium service and a better experience from the airport curb to the final song.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Show? 🚐

Pick the tier by headcount. Every tier is private and comes with your chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a couple’s date night or a small girls’ night crew.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a birthday crew rides together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, the room a bachelorette party or a coworker outing needs.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers, the most polished arrival for a milestone celebration. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private, so the vehicle carries your group and nobody else for the whole booking. The Platinum SUV names are examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of one specific model. If your headcount changes after you reserve, send a WhatsApp message and we will confirm whether you need a different tier.

Is One Private Van Better Than Two SUVs for a Big Group?

For a larger crew, one private Sprinter is usually the simpler choice. Everyone rides in one cabin with one chauffeur, arrives at the same moment, and meets at one pickup point after the show. That beats coordinating two cars through the exit crowd. Two SUVs make more sense when friends are heading to different addresses afterward.

How Can You Pay? 🍾

Yes. You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever the night calls for it. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to an Evening Show? 🌆

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Outside daytime hours, a single surcharge applies by vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

On a Sprinter booking, it is a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the hours you keep the van. Either way, you know the amount before you reserve, and it is the only night-related charge on the booking. Your hourly rate itself does not go up after dark.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Airport to R&B Only Live? 🎆

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes you from MIA to the show.

This is a chauffeured car or van reserved for your group alone, with the same driver from the airport area to the theater and back. If you searched for a private shuttle or a car service for the night, the answer here is a Black SUV XL, a Platinum SUV, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a bilingual chauffeur, booked by the hour. It suits visitors landing at MIA the day of the show, locals living near the airport, and friend groups meeting up from different parts of town. Because the car stays with you, the evening can include dinner, a stop to collect a friend, and the ride home without a single new booking. The questions below cover the practical details riders ask about most before they reserve.

Can You Book a Chauffeur From Miami Airport Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Yes, and a booking made inside that final 24 hours is held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed, a driver and vehicle are set aside for you. The date and time are then locked in, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, and the evening runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can We Bring a Small Pet on the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Miami Beach?

Yes. This on-call, unhurried service stays local and covers greater Miami: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Longer runs out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of this hourly service.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can We Reserve a Chauffeur for December 19 Right Now? 🪩

Yes. Send your plan on WhatsApp to check availability for December 19.

Include your group size, the Miami Airport pickup spot, a rough start time, and any dinner or photo stops you have in mind. We reply with the right vehicle tier for your crew and confirm the plan for the evening, and your payment locks in the car and chauffeur for your date. December weekends are a busy stretch on Miami Beach, so arranging transportation as soon as you have your tickets gives you the widest choice of vehicle. From there, your chauffeur takes care of the airport pickup, the cross-bay route, and every leg in between, while the group focuses on the outfits, the reunion with friends, and an R&B singalong that runs late into the night. No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
