Transfer from Aventura to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Aventura to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics at Kaseya Center on Saturday, March 27, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver and one premium vehicle stay with you from your Aventura pickup to the ride home, so no one has to look for parking downtown.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Aventura Cost for the Heat Game? 🚙

The rate depends only on the vehicle you choose, and every booking has a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle, not for each seat. Four friends in the Black SUV XL share one hourly rate, and a bigger group in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter does the same. Five hours fits a typical arena night from Aventura: dinner close to home, the drive south along the bay, the whole game, and the ride back north after the crowd spills onto Biscayne Boulevard. The Platinum SUV is at the top of the list for groups who want a more polished arrival but don’t need a private van. The only charges you might see beyond the hourly rate are the night surcharge explained below and any extra hours your group decides to add on the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Aventura Group on Game Night? 🚐

We have four private vehicle types for Aventura groups, starting with the Black SUV XL.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for friends or a family riding down together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger group can ride downtown in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger configuration): seats 10 to 14 passengers, built for a watch-party crowd or an office outing.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers for a more polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose by the size of your group first, then by the kind of arrival you want. A couple or a small family usually picks the SUV. Two families or a group of coworkers riding together usually fit a Sprinter, so nobody ends up in a separate car or loses the group in the downtown crowd. The Platinum SUV works well when the game is also a celebration, like a birthday, an evening with a client, or a visiting relative’s first Heat game. The Cadillac, Lincoln, and Ford are examples of that class, not a promise of one specific model.

What Payment Methods Secure an Aventura Game-Night Booking? 📋

Payment has three parts: how you pay, the full fare at booking, and any extra hours.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking reserves your game-night date.
  • Hours: Your booking starts at five hours, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle those hours after the day ends.

Why Is Heat vs. Celtics the Game Aventura Fans Circle? 🎤

Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics is a Saturday-night rivalry game on March 27, 2027.

The two teams have met in the playoffs many times, and it’s now one of the best-known rivalries in the NBA. A late-season game like this one can also matter for playoff seeding in the Eastern Conference. The game is at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard beside the bay in Downtown Miami, and home crowds usually fill the building. The crowd looks a lot like Miami itself. You’ll see Cuban-American families, South American and Caribbean fans, young professionals on a date night, and groups of friends making a whole Saturday of it. You’ll hear Spanish and English all through the concourses, and the arena gets loud as soon as Boston takes the floor. For an Aventura group, that’s a good reason to arrive early and together instead of splitting up across distinct parking garages.

What Time Does Tip-Off Start on March 27, 2027?

The announced local start time is 7:30 PM on a Saturday evening in Downtown Miami. Traffic toward the arena builds well before tip-off, so most Aventura groups plan their pickup around dinner and aim to get downtown with time to spare. Check your ticket for any schedule changes closer to the date.

Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Aventura? 🏙️

Your chauffeur picks up the group at any address in Aventura you choose.

Hotel guests usually meet the car at the main lobby entrance of the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. Residents can be picked up at the front drive of their condo tower on Country Club Drive or at the door of a house on one of Aventura’s quieter streets. If you spend the afternoon shopping, you can meet the driver at an Aventura Mall entrance chosen ahead of time, shopping bags included. We confirm the exact spot when you book, and you can message the driver directly on WhatsApp, so you won’t be waiting on the curb trying to spot your car. The car can also make two pickups, collecting part of the group at a condo tower and the rest at a hotel before heading south, all within the same booking. Friends in Sunny Isles Beach or Golden Beach can join with one extra stop.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Aventura on Game Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives the group south from Aventura to the arena in Downtown Miami.

Downtown gets busy on a Saturday game night. Fans come in from Brickell and Miami Beach, Bayside Marketplace next door has its own evening crowd, and the streets around the arena slow down in the hour before tip-off. Beating that traffic comes down to timing. A group that leaves Aventura early usually reaches downtown while the roads are still moving, and on a rivalry night it’s better to allow extra time than to cut it close. With a chauffeur, the timing is the driver’s job. Tell us when you want to be in your seats, and the driver plans the departure from Aventura around that. On the way, the driver watches live traffic and changes the route before a slowdown becomes a problem. Nobody in your group has to circle for parking, read garage signs, or follow directions on a phone while warmups start without you.

Which Roads Does the Driver Take From Aventura to Downtown Miami?

Most trips go south on Biscayne Boulevard or take I-95 south toward downtown, depending on traffic that evening. Biscayne Boulevard runs close to the bay and leads straight to the arena’s side of downtown. I-95 can be faster when traffic lights back up the boulevard. The driver decides on the day, and you can ask for either route.

Where Does the Driver Drop Your Group Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops you as close to the venue as access allows, usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on event-night traffic control. From there you walk to the entrance. Before you get out, you and the driver agree on where to meet after the game, so the plan is set before tip-off.

Can the Driver Wait for You During the Game?

Yes. The driver stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole game. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and the same car comes to the pickup spot you agreed on, often while the crowd is still walking to the garages. You can leave jackets, signs, and shopping bags in the vehicle until then.

Where Should Your Group Eat in Aventura Before Tip-Off? 🥂

Popular pre-game dinner choices include the restaurants at Aventura Mall and Bourbon Steak at Turnberry.

Aventura Mall is an easy place to meet. Its restaurants range from casual food to sit-down dinners, and people coming from distinct buildings can gather there before the car heads south. For a steakhouse dinner, Bourbon Steak at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry makes the evening feel like an occasion, which is nice for a birthday or a night with clients. Bal Harbour Shops, a short drive away, is another polished option for dinner and a little browsing. Some groups would rather eat downtown near Bayside Marketplace or in Brickell, so they’re already close to the arena when dinner ends. Wherever you eat, the driver waits at the curb, keeps any shopping bags in the vehicle, and is ready to go when you’ve paid the check. Share your dinner plans when you book, and we’ll set the pickup time around your reservation.

Can the Driver Stop in Brickell or Wynwood After the Final Buzzer?

Yes. You decide the stops, so you can add a late dinner in Brickell or drinks in Wynwood before heading back to Aventura. The driver waits outside each stop, and you head north whenever the group is ready. If the night runs long, you can add more time on the spot.

Is Driving Yourself to Downtown Miami Worth It on Game Night? 🚙

Driving yourself means finding a garage, waiting in slow exit lines, and one friend not drinking.

Parking near the arena on a packed Saturday night isn’t easy. Nearby garages fill early, each lot sets its own event price, and the one you end up in may leave you a long walk back after the game. When the game ends, every garage lets its cars out at the same time, and the line to get back to Biscayne Boulevard can last well after the final buzzer. Someone also has to stay alert for the drive home to Aventura, which usually means one person drinking soda while everyone else celebrates. With a chauffeur, none of that is your problem. Your group rides together, arrives together, and leaves together, and the person who would have been the designated driver gets to enjoy the game too. Splitting the cost across the group often makes a private vehicle more affordable than people anticipate.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on a Heat Game Night? 🍾

Your hourly rate includes fuel, tolls, and downtown parking.

The car has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when someone is pulling up tickets, checking the starting lineups, or sending photos during the ride. You can make one short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the flat rate. There’s room for what fans usually bring to a game, like signs, jerseys, and team-store merch. If you’re bringing something big, let us know in advance. Only a few things can be charged on top of the hourly rate: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you add after your reserved block.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Game? 🌆

There is no surcharge for bookings during daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends on the type of vehicle, not on how many people ride. An SUV booking adds a fixed amount per journey. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter booking adds a percentage of the journey value, so a larger group in a private van splits it among more people. We show the surcharge next to your hourly rate when you book, so you know the full cost of a late game night before you commit.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for the Heat Game? 🕴️

A private vehicle reserved only for your group gives you a better experience from pickup to drop-off.

Your hourly rate is locked when you book. It doesn’t go up on a busy Saturday, and it doesn’t change for traffic or weather, so your budget for the night is set before anyone buys a jersey. One dedicated driver stays with you all evening, so you’re not riding with a distinct stranger on every leg. Your driver speaks English and Spanish, which suits a Heat crowd where you’ll hear both languages all over the arena. You talk to us directly on WhatsApp. Utilize the same chat you booked in to confirm the pickup time, add a dinner stop, or let us know the group is running a few minutes late. The vehicle stays with you for all four quarters and doesn’t leave between rides. This premium service is built so your group can focus on the game, not on how to get there and back.

Which Facts Should Aventura Riders Know Before Game Day? 📋

  • You can book a chauffeur any day, at any hour, all year.
  • Only your group rides in the vehicle, and bookings are never shared.
  • The same vehicle and driver stay with your group for the whole booking.
  • Your group chooses the route and the pace from pickup to drop-off.
  • You can add or drop a stop during the evening if the schedule allows.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

An hourly booking reserves one vehicle and one driver for your whole booked time.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then pick a start time that leaves room for dinner and the drive south. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a cruise and heading straight to the game, Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. After that, you decide the stops, such as dinner, the arena, a drink after the game, and home. The driver stays with you for the whole booking and waits at the venue during the game. After the 5-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. If overtime or a late dinner stretches the night, keep the car as long as you need and pay for the extra hours after the day ends.

What Details Should You Send on WhatsApp to Book?

Send your group size, a rough start time, your pickup address in Aventura, and the stops you’d like, such as a dinner spot, the arena, and any plans after the game. Also mention anything large you’re bringing. We’ll reply with the right vehicle and timing, and your game night is set once you confirm.

Is There Private Transportation From Aventura to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics? 🏟️

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur is the most direct way to get to this game from Aventura.

People search for this ride in lots of ways: a car service to the Heat game, a private van for a group, a driver for the night, or a luxury ride for a date. All of those lead to the same private service. A group of friends rides in a Black SUV XL, a bigger party rides in a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and anyone who wants a limo-style night rides in the Platinum SUV class with a chauffeur. You never share the ride or follow a schedule set around other passengers. The vehicle leaves Aventura when your group is ready and goes only where you ask. You also don’t drive yourself, because every vehicle comes with a driver, and that’s what you want on a night with heavy downtown traffic and slow garage exits. Below are the questions Aventura riders ask most before they book.

How Early Should You Leave Aventura for Heat vs. Celtics?

Leave Aventura in the late afternoon or early evening, well before the 7:30 PM tip-off. Saturday traffic toward downtown usually builds as the arena fills, so allow plenty of extra time. If you’re having dinner first, start your booking earlier, and the driver will plan the departure from the restaurant around your reservation.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Aventura?

The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen passengers, so a whole watch-party group can ride downtown in one private van. The smaller Sprinter works for mid-size groups, and small groups usually choose an SUV. With everyone in one vehicle, you arrive together, meet at one pickup spot after the game, and nobody gets left behind.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Aventura?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Run Beyond the Miami Area?

No, the hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Aventura. It’s an on-call, unhurried service around the city, so it doesn’t go out to places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

If you book a ride for within the next 24 hours, the date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. With that little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the ride goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
