Transfer from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics at Kaseya Center on March 27, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with you all evening and is there after the final buzzer, so nobody hunts for parking downtown.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District Cost? 📋

Pricing is per vehicle and per hour, with every booking covering at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

That rate covers the entire vehicle rather than each seat, so your group can split the cost however it likes. Choose the tier by headcount and comfort. Couples and small families usually fit the SUV, office outings and large friend groups move up to a Sprinter, and anyone who wants the most polished arrival picks the Platinum SUV. Your block can stretch across the whole evening, from an early dinner in the Design District to the game downtown and a nightcap afterward, without a separate fare for each leg. Staying out longer than planned is simple, and the payment section below explains how added time is billed. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Celtics? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full office crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the go-to choice for couples, families, and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger tier): seats 10 to 14 passengers and keeps a big group together from pickup to the arena and back.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a premium full-size luxury SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The right size matters on game night. A group split across two cars has to find each other again after the final buzzer, while one vehicle keeps everyone together from dinner to the arena and home again. There is room for what fans usually bring to a rivalry game, like signs, a spare jersey, or merch from the team shop. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

How Many Fans Can Ride Together in One Sprinter Van From Miami Design District?

One private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries the largest group we seat in a single vehicle, which is the upper tier on the list above. If your Design District group is too big for an SUV, the smaller Sprinter tier fits a mid-size group. The larger one takes a full office outing or an extended family, so nobody has to travel to the game separately.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.

That matters on a Heat night. Parking near the arena is in heavy demand, and a group driving itself could spend the minutes before tip-off circling the block. Your chauffeur deals with the car, and the parking cost never lands on your group. Fuel for the loop from the Design District to downtown and back is covered, and so are any tolls if the route uses the expressway. Both are part of the rate on the price list. You can ask for a brief comfort stop at any point, such as a restroom break, a snack run, or a quick stretch before the drive home, and it doesn’t change what you pay.

Could Any Extra Charges Apply on Game Night?

The terms for each vehicle are listed in the surcharge section below. Apart from that, you pay the hourly rate for the hours you use. Any added time is simply billed as more hours.

How Does Payment Work? 🕴️

You pay the full fare in one step, when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at your vehicle’s same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and you settle it after the day wraps up.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for your group. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside once the day and time are agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as planned. You can always add more hours on the day.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur on Heat Game Night? 🍾

A private chauffeur turns a Heat–Celtics night into a premium service from first pickup to last drop-off.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the ride down from the Design District feels like part of dinner rather than a journey across town with strangers. Your hourly rate is flat and locked the moment you book. There’s no surge when a full arena empties and everyone reaches for a phone at once. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you for the entire block and speaks English and Spanish. That helps in a crowd where you hear Spanish in every section. The same driver waits through the game, so you never have to sort out a ride home. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening, so a moved dinner time or an extra stop takes one quick message. The result is a better experience: calmer, more personal, and planned entirely around your group’s night.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour covers your whole Heat–Celtics evening on March 27, 2027.

The Heat host Boston that Saturday, with a scheduled 7:30 PM start at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Few regular-season matchups have this much history. The two clubs have met again and again in the playoffs, and a spring game can affect Eastern Conference seeding, so the building tends to be loud from warm-ups on. A Saturday date also makes the game an easy night to plan around. Many Design District groups start with an early dinner or a gallery walk, ride down together, and finish with a nightcap in Brickell or back uptown. Nobody gets stuck as the designated driver. Couples on a date night, friend groups in matching jerseys, families taking kids to their first rivalry game, and companies hosting clients all book the same way: one vehicle, one chauffeur, and your own plan.

What Is the Atmosphere Like at a Heat–Celtics Game in Miami?

Expect a packed, loud, very Miami crowd. Heat fans reflect the city itself: Cuban-American, South American, and Caribbean families sit alongside South Floridians of every background, and you’ll hear Spanish in the concourses as much as English. Heat red and black jerseys, date-night outfits, and after-work suits all mix together, and a visit from Boston adds edge to every possession.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District? 🏙️

Your chauffeur usually takes Biscayne Boulevard straight south from the Design District to downtown.

In ordinary traffic the drive is typically short. On a Saturday game night, allow real extra time, because downtown fills with fans, pickup traffic, and event traffic control well before tip-off. When the boulevard backs up, the chauffeur can switch to I-195 and I-95 and come into downtown from the expressway side, whichever route is moving that evening. The arena sits on the bay beside Bayside Marketplace, so the last few blocks are always the slowest. That is where a driver who knows the area saves the most time. Because the car is yours for the whole block, you never have to book a ride or wait at the curb. You finish dinner, get in, and let the driver handle the journey in and the ride back.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows that night. Streets around the arena and Bayside Marketplace can run under event traffic control, so the exact drop-off point may shift with police direction. Your chauffeur tells you in the car where you’ll get out and which entrance is closest, so everyone walks in together.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Collect You Afterward?

Yes. The driver waits for your group through the whole game. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the car while you watch, then meets you at an agreed pickup point after the final buzzer. Send a quick WhatsApp message as you head out. You won’t have to search a crowded curb or wait for a new ride while the arena empties.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🌆

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in the Design District, agreed when you book.

That could be a residence off NE 2nd Avenue, a boutique hotel lobby, or the door of the restaurant where your group had dinner. After an afternoon of shopping, it could be a street-side meeting point near Palm Court and the Fly’s Eye Dome. Send the exact spot on WhatsApp ahead of time, along with the name the driver should ask for, and the car will be ready when your group walks out. If some of your friends are staying elsewhere, the same driver can collect everyone first, with a stop in Midtown or Wynwood and then back to the Design District, before you all head downtown together. Saturday evenings bring plenty of shoppers and diners to these streets, so a clearly agreed pickup spot is the easiest way to keep the whole night on schedule.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Design District Before Tip-Off? 🍸

The Design District has well-known dinner spots that make an easy start to game night.

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is a longtime neighborhood favorite for a relaxed early meal. Mandolin Aegean Bistro, at the edge of the district, suits a group that wants a garden table before the drive downtown. For anyone arriving well before dinner, the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami and the design-filled streets around Palm Court make an easy afternoon. Your driver can wait outside while you eat, so nobody has to feed a parking meter, and the car is there when you walk out. These are only ideas for your booked hours, and you make your own reservations. A chauffeur who knows the area can still help you time dinner so you leave with plenty of time before tip-off.

Can the Car Loop Through Wynwood or Brickell Around the Game?

Yes. The car goes wherever your group wants within the booked hours. Wynwood’s murals are right next door for pre-game photos, Bayside Marketplace is steps from the arena for a waterfront drink, and Brickell’s rooftops are an easy stop after the game. The same driver waits at every stop, so parking and timing are never your group’s problem.

Does a Late Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge, and trips outside those hours add the amount below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is charged per journey rather than per hour, and it is added to your hourly rate rather than replacing it. Black SUV XL groups pay one fixed amount for the late journey. Sprinter groups pay a percentage of the journey value, so the amount grows with the size of the booking. Knowing it up front keeps budgeting simple. Nothing else changes after dark: you keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same route choices through to the final drop-off.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of time, then set the plan.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then pick a start time that leaves room for dinner and the drive downtown. Your booking covers at least five hours, and the chauffeur stays with your group for all of it. You set the stops and the pace. Add a stop, drop one, or stay longer somewhere if the schedule allows, all without renegotiating a fare. Pickup works from any Miami address, agreed at booking: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. If the evening runs long, keep the car. Every additional hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with nothing to renegotiate, and you settle it after the day. The only limit on your evening is how long you want the car.

Which Quick Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking reserves at least five hours with one private vehicle.
  • The same chauffeur and vehicle stay with your group for the entire block.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during your booking.
  • Service is available every day, around the clock, including after late games.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics? 🎊

Leave the Design District with plenty of time before the scheduled 7:30 PM start.

A Saturday rivalry game brings the whole crowd downtown at about the same time, and the lines at the entrance move at their own pace no matter how smooth the drive is. Most groups aim to be in their seats for warm-ups, which means leaving well before tip-off instead of cutting it close. Planning the evening around dinner makes that easy. Book an early table, let your chauffeur keep an eye on the clock, and step from the restaurant straight into the car when it’s time. Families with young kids and first-time visitors usually want extra time so nobody has to rush through the concourse looking for seats. Leaving early doesn’t mean standing around, either. The car is already yours, so if you arrive with time to spare, your group can grab a drink near the arena before heading in.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Chauffeur Serve?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call, unhurried service that stays around the city, so we don’t take it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Do Other Fans Share the Vehicle With Your Group?

No. Every booking is private, and only your group rides in the vehicle. Even if you searched for a private shuttle to the game, what we run is a private Sprinter van or SUV with its own chauffeur. It’s reserved for you alone from pickup to the final drop-off, with no seats sold to anyone else and no stops for other riders.

Do You Offer Chauffeured Car Service for Other Miami Sporting Events?

Yes. The same private hourly service covers game days across Miami, not just this Heat night. For a downtown arena game, a stadium afternoon, or a race weekend, you book a vehicle by the hour. The chauffeur handles the driving and parking, and your group follows its own plan instead of a fixed schedule.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Reserve Your Heat vs. Celtics Ride Right Now? 🎤

Yes. Send us your group details on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm your game-night booking.

Include your headcount, the Design District pickup spot, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like to make, such as dinner, a pre-game drink, the arena, and wherever the night ends. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, confirm availability for March 27, 2027, and send the payment link to hold your date. Saturday rivalry games are in demand across the city, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles. After that, you can change the plan as you go. Move dinner earlier, add a friend, or decide partway through the evening to keep the car longer, and your chauffeur will adjust. All your group has to do is enjoy watching the Heat and Boston renew one of the NBA’s best-known rivalries.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
