Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Airport to Everyday People Miami at Wynwood Marketplace on December 5, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or another upscale tier at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Miami Airport, whether that’s the arrivals curb or an airport-area hotel lobby. The driver stays with you all night and drives the group home after the show.
The price is set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours, so the list below shows everything you need to know about the cost.
Pick the line that matches the size of your group. The hourly price covers both the vehicle and the chauffeur, from the airport pickup to the final drop-off at your hotel or home. For most groups, an Art Week night out fits well inside the minimum block: dinner first, then the party, then a late ride back. The Platinum SUV tier suits a smaller group that wants the most polished cabin. The two Sprinter tiers keep a larger group of friends together in one vehicle, so nobody is split across several cars arriving at different times. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
We have four private vehicle tiers, so there’s a good fit whether you’re a couple of friends or a large group heading to the party.
Count everyone who will ride, including anyone you pick up along the way, and choose the tier that seats the whole group comfortably. People dressed for a night out usually like a little extra room, so a group right at the top of one tier often moves up to the next. If your numbers change before the date, send us the new headcount on WhatsApp so we can hold the right tier for you.
With a private chauffeur, your group has one reserved vehicle and one driver for the entire night.
That’s what upscale service means here. Nobody in the group has to drive, nobody hunts for parking on a packed Wynwood block, and nobody ends the night standing on a corner refreshing a phone. You pay a flat hourly rate that’s locked when you book, so heavy Art Week demand, traffic or a late finish never pushes it up. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when friends fly in from different places. You can message our team directly on WhatsApp, both before the date to plan and on the night to change timing. The vehicle is private and reserved only for your group, so you can leave a jacket or a shopping bag inside and pick it up later. All of this makes for a better experience, from the first pickup until everyone is home.
Everyday People Miami is the Art Week edition of a well-known hip-hop and R&B party series.
The series started in New York as a daytime brunch party built around hip-hop and R&B, and it’s now a global name with editions on several continents. The Miami show is on Saturday, December 5, 2026, with doors at 8:00 PM. That puts it in the middle of Miami Art Week, when Wynwood is at its busiest. Expect DJ mOma & Friends on the decks, plus hosts and dance performers. The music celebrates the Black diaspora: nineties R&B, hip-hop, Jamaican dancehall, Trinidadian soca, amapiano, afro house and Haitian konpa. The crowd comes dressed up and ready to dance late into the night, which is exactly why it makes sense to have a car waiting. Check the latest details on the Wynwood Marketplace site, then plan the ride around them, so the only thing your group needs to think about is the dance floor.
Your chauffeur drives east from Miami Airport to Wynwood on the expressways and adjusts the route to live traffic.
The usual options are the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) heading east, or the Airport Expressway (State Road 112) toward I-95. Either way, the last part of the trip is on local streets into Wynwood. Your driver takes whichever route is moving best that evening. On a quiet night the trip is typically a short drive across town, but Art Week is not a quiet week. Galleries, pop-ups and parties draw crowds into the neighborhood all evening, and the streets around NW 2nd Avenue fill up well before doors open. Leave plenty of extra time so the group arrives relaxed instead of rushed, especially if you’re having dinner first. The ride is part of the night: settle in, put on your playlist and let the chauffeur deal with merges, road closures and the final approach. The hours are yours, so starting early just means more time together before the party.
Your chauffeur gets the group as close to the venue as access allows, normally the drop-off point nearest the entrance, so nobody has to walk blocks in party shoes. Art Week street closures can move that spot on the night. If that happens, the driver picks the closest permitted stop and sends you the exact pickup location on WhatsApp for later.
Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole show and can be reached on WhatsApp for the entire booking. When the group is ready to leave, send a message. The driver comes back to the agreed spot near the entrance and takes everyone to the hotel, home, or one last stop of your choice.
Yes. Your chauffeur can meet a same-day flight and take the group on from there.
Plenty of Art Week visitors land the same afternoon and want to go straight into the weekend. Your chauffeur meets the flight, and the night goes from there: a stop at your hotel to check in and change, an early dinner, then on to Wynwood once the evening is underway. One car stays with you the whole time, so nobody has to arrange separate rides between the terminal, the hotel and the party. If flight times change, keep the driver updated on WhatsApp so everyone knows the plan. If friends land on different flights, the driver can collect them one after another within the same block of hours, so nobody waits alone or has to make their own way across town. Set the start time around your scheduled landing, leave some breathing room before doors open, and let the evening unfold at your own pace.
The driver picks you up at any address in Miami Airport you choose, and the spot is agreed when you book. If you’re coming off a flight, you meet the chauffeur on the arrivals level at the agreed spot. If your group is already in town, the driver can collect you from an airport-area hotel lobby, such as the Miami International Airport Hotel inside the terminal or one of the hotels around Blue Lagoon. A nearby home works too.
Versailles Restaurant in Little Havana, close to the airport, is a classic Miami dinner spot before a night in Wynwood.
This Cuban restaurant on Southwest Eighth Street is famous for its Cuban coffee window, its croquettes and its lively dining room. It’s an easy detour on the way east to Wynwood, whether your group has just landed or met at a hotel lobby. If you’d rather eat in the art district, head into Wynwood early and choose from its restaurants and bars. You can then walk past the murals around Wynwood Walls while the neighborhood fills up with Art Week crowds. The plan works the same either way: the chauffeur drops you at dinner, waits while you eat, and takes the group on to the party when you’re ready. Nobody has to watch the clock or look for parking. These are suggestions, not reservations, so book your own table and tell the driver the order of your stops at pickup.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the night however you like.
First, choose the tier that seats your group. Then send us the date, a rough start time and the stops you’d like on WhatsApp. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. From then on, the car is yours. Dinner, a gallery stop, the party and a late drink can happen in whatever order suits you, and the chauffeur stays with the group for the full block. Great nights often run long, so you can keep the car longer whenever you need to. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is simply added at the same hourly rate. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra time after the night ends. The only thing you need to decide in advance is the start time.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and carry no surcharge.
Plan on the surcharge applying to your booking. SUV bookings carry a single amount per trip, and Sprinter bookings carry a percentage of the trip value. Both are shown above, so there are no surprises. The surcharge is added on top of the hourly rate and doesn’t change it, so your hourly price stays exactly as shown in the price list. It’s a small, predictable extra, not a surprise at the end of the evening. Share your timeline on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm how the surcharge applies to your booking, so you know the full cost before the night.
Payment is simple. You pay the full fare when you book, so nobody has to deal with money in a rush at the curb.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
That matters on an Art Week night, when parking around Wynwood is in high demand. None of it goes on your bill, and nobody in the group has to circle the block looking for a space. The rate also covers the vehicle tier you chose and your chauffeur for every hour you book, from the first pickup to the last drop-off. There’s room for what you’d bring on a party night, like a change of shoes, a jacket for later or merch from the event. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. The only charges that can be added on top are the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, explained above, and any extra hours you choose to add. Everything else about the evening is covered by the price you saw when you booked.
Yes. A private chauffeured SUV or Sprinter from Miami Airport is reserved for your group alone.
Numerous people search for a ride or a private van to the party, and this is the private version of that. There are no strangers on board, no fixed schedule and no meeting point you have to find. The car comes to you, follows the order of stops you set and takes everyone back at the end of the night. Groups use it to put the whole evening into one plan: airport or hotel pickup, dinner, the party and the ride back, rather than arranging each part of the night separately. Most questions people ask before booking are about timing, dinner plans, traveling with a pet and how far the service goes. The answers below cover each one. If anything about your group is unusual, mention it in your first WhatsApp message and we’ll sort it out before the date.
Leave Miami Airport with plenty of time before doors open at 8:00 PM, because Art Week traffic builds around Wynwood all evening. If you’re having dinner first, start earlier and include the meal in your hours. Arriving ahead of the crowd means a calm walk in instead of a rushed one, and your driver adjusts the route to that night’s conditions.
Yes. Dinner and the party fit easily into one hourly booking with the same car and chauffeur. Tell us the restaurant when you reserve, enjoy the meal while the driver waits nearby, then ride straight on to Wynwood without arranging a second pickup. Include dinner time in the hours you reserve so the whole evening runs as one plan.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Knowing ahead of time lets us plan the right vehicle and keep the evening smooth for everyone.
The hourly service stays local: the Miami area plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. It’s an on-call service that stays around the city, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Yes. Once a booking for the next 24 hours is confirmed, its date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the night goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Art Week is one of the busiest weeks on the Miami calendar, so booking early gives your group the most choice of vehicle tiers. Include four things in your first message: how many people are riding, your pickup point in or around Miami Airport, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the party and anywhere after. We’ll reply with availability, confirm the vehicle and send the payment details to lock in your date. After that, the only thing left to plan is what to wear. On the night, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot and the evening runs on your schedule, from the first pickup to the last drop-off. If you have questions before booking, ask them in the same chat and our team will answer directly.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
