Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to the 2026 iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina at Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. We lock that rate when you book, and it doesn’t surge on concert night. One bilingual driver stays with your group from the PortMiami pickup to the ride home.
Each concert-night booking from PortMiami is priced per vehicle and per hour, and every reservation has a 5-hour minimum.
Each rate covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so a group of friends can split one hourly figure however they like. Couples and small groups commonly pick the Black SUV XL. Bigger groups move into a Sprinter so everyone arrives together. The Platinum SUV suits riders who desire a more upscale arrival on a Saturday night downtown. Send us your headcount and your plans for the evening, and we’ll match you with the tier that keeps your group in one car from the port to the last stop of the night.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge.
We list the surcharge in the booking details we send over WhatsApp, so you know the full cost of the evening before your PortMiami pickup. Nothing about it catches you off guard at the end of the show. If your plans start in the afternoon, the daytime part of the booking stays at typical hours. Your driver can walk you through how the late leg is counted when you confirm.
Payment is simple, and the full fare is settled before concert night begins.
When you book by the hour, one car and one chauffeur are yours for the whole block.
Pick the vehicle that fits your headcount, offer us a start time, and list the stops you desire before and after the show. Your driver waits between every stop. Dinner downtown, a swift outfit change at the hotel, or a photo on the bayfront never leaves you looking for a new ride. You set the pace: add a stop, skip one, or stay longer wherever the night is going well. When the 5-hour block runs out, you can just keep going. Every extra hour is added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no new fare to agree on, and you settle it after the day rather than on the spot. That makes an after-party or a late-night bite simple to say yes to. Your group never drives, never parks, and never stands at a curb waiting for a stranger. You just savor one of Miami’s biggest Latin music nights of the year.
Your driver can pick you up anywhere in PortMiami, including the cruise terminal curb on a sailing day, or at a hotel or residence near the port. We agree on the exact spot when you book. If you arrive by cruise, you can go straight from the terminal into your concert-night plans. The same service picks up at any Miami address, from a private home to Miami International Airport, so friends can join the group along the way.
We have four private vehicle tiers, so every group from a couple to a large crew of friends rides together.
There’s room for what concert fans commonly bring, like merch, signs, and a change of shoes for after the show. If you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur-driven, private experience. The only difference is how many people ride together and how upscale you desire the arrival to feel.
No one else rides with you. Every Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private van booked only for your group. We don’t sell seats to strangers, keep a fixed timetable, or make extra pickups you didn’t ask for. If you searched for a private shuttle from the port to the concert, this is it: your crew, your chauffeur, your stops, and your departure time after the final song.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the comforts that create a long night simple.
Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for sharing concert clips or checking set times on the way downtown. You can ask for a brief comfort stop mid-booking for the restroom, a snack, or a stretch, and it doesn’t change the rate. Three things can add to the total, and you’ll know about each one before the night starts. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Any hours you add after your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s regular hourly rate. We agree on everything over WhatsApp, so you know the full cost before your PortMiami pickup. You won’t be piecing together costs on your phone after the show. The night stays about the music, the dancing, and the group you came with.
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur connects PortMiami to the concert with your whole group riding together.
The 2026 iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina takes over Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 8:00 PM. It brings reggaeton, Latin urban music, and Latin pop to the downtown bayfront, with an announced lineup that includes Anuel AA, Myke Towers, Farruko, Manuel Turizo, Blessd, and Eladio Carrión. It’s a large Saturday night, with fans singing every chorus, dramatic lighting, and phones up for every hit. If you’re coming off a cruise or staying near the port, the arena looks close on a map but gets hectic on the ground. Concert crowds, Bayside visitors, and downtown nightlife all share the same streets. A booked chauffeur turns that into one simple plan. Your car leaves the port when you’re ready, carries everyone together, and fits dinner, drinks, and the show into one continuous evening. There are no split groups and nobody gets left behind.
Expect a festive, high-energy arena concert rather than a formal night out. Fans wear fashionable streetwear, denim, sneakers, artist merch, bright colors, and dressier Miami nightlife looks, with iHeartRadio’s red-and-white branding all around. Most people come as groups of friends or couples, so a private SUV or Sprinter keeps everyone together from the port to the show.
From PortMiami, your chauffeur makes a short drive across the bay into downtown, but permit extra time on concert night.
On most evenings, the route leaves the port island along Port Boulevard and joins Biscayne Boulevard, where the arena sits on the bayfront next to Bayside Marketplace. If that approach backs up, your driver can take the PortMiami Tunnel toward I-395 and come back into downtown from the north. The distance isn’t the challenge on October 17. Timing is. A Saturday concert fills the bayfront with fans, Bayside visitors, and the usual downtown nightlife, and police traffic plans can shift lanes and turns on the day. Your chauffeur watches those conditions and adjusts the route instead of following a fixed line. The plan below covers the three moments that matter: when to leave the port, where you step out, and how the car gets you home after the last song.
Leave PortMiami well ahead of the 8:00 PM start. The drive is typically short, but allow a generous buffer for Saturday-night traffic on Biscayne Boulevard, entry lines, and finding your seats. Many groups add dinner to the plan so the early start never feels wasted. Your chauffeur can suggest a departure time that fits that evening’s conditions.
The driver drops you as close to the entrance as event-night traffic controls allow. That usually means a short walk rather than a trek from a distant garage. Before you step out, your chauffeur agrees on a meeting point for after the show and shares it on WhatsApp, so the whole group knows exactly where to go.
Yes. The driver stays nearby for the entire concert, so the car is ready when the last song ends. You won’t have to hunt for a ride in the crowd pouring onto Biscayne Boulevard. Just message your chauffeur, walk to the meeting point, and head back to your hotel, your home, or a late dinner.
Downtown and Brickell put you close to the port and close to the show.
Bayside Marketplace sits right between the port and the arena, with bayfront restaurants and open-air bars where groups gather before a show. Many riders pick it so they’re steps from the concert after dessert. Brickell is a swift hop south, with a dense run of steakhouses, sushi spots, and rooftop lounges around Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village, which work well for a dressier pre-show dinner. For something more Miami, Little Havana serves Cuban classics and strong coffee in a neighborhood that suits a Latin music night. Wynwood’s murals and casual kitchens fit a streetwear crowd that wants photos before the concert. Your chauffeur loops between these areas and waits while you eat, so nobody has to locate parking twice or check the clock during appetizers. These are ideas for your booked hours. We handle the car and the timing, and you create the reservation.
Yes, one hourly booking covers both. The chauffeur picks you up in PortMiami, drives you to dinner in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace, waits while you eat, then takes the group to the concert and home afterward. If dessert or the encore runs long, you can keep the car for extra time without rebooking anything.
Groups select us because we run a private, premium service on their schedule from the port to the last stop.
The vehicle is reserved for your group only, and it’s clean and ready when you step out at PortMiami. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge for a hectic concert night or a change in the weather. The rate you agree to is the rate you pay. One dedicated chauffeur handles the whole night. You learn one name, share one WhatsApp thread, and never repeat your plans to a new driver. That driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps when your group switches languages between songs and stories. You message the driver directly and can change the evening as it happens, whether that’s moving dinner earlier, adding a friend’s pickup, or stopping for late-night food. Put together, it’s a better experience that keeps your group together, keeps the timing simple, and lets you focus on the music.
Yes. Short-notice bookings are welcome whenever a vehicle and chauffeur are available.
If you confirm a service that happens within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and a vehicle are set aside for your group from that moment. Because the slot is reserved on such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. On the night itself, you can keep adding hours to what you reserved, right up until you’re ready to head home. For a Saturday concert in October, messaging early gives you the widest choice of vehicles, but a swift WhatsApp even on the day frequently finds a car. Send your group size, a rough start time, and your stops, and we’ll confirm right away.
For most groups, a chauffeur is easier. Downtown garages near the bayfront fill up on concert nights, and leaving after the show is slow when everyone exits at once. With a driver, nobody in your group has to find a space, pay at a machine, or stay sober to drive home, and the car is waiting for you when you walk out.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
The hourly service stays in the local Miami area, which keeps your driver close and on call all night. That covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Yes. The same private car and driver work for other concerts and HEAT games downtown. The setup doesn’t change: a PortMiami or Miami pickup, dinner stops if you want them, a drop-off near the venue, and the same chauffeur ready afterward. Tell us the date and your group size to check availability.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

You can reserve in one WhatsApp conversation, commonly in just a few messages.
Send us your group size, your pickup spot in PortMiami, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as a Brickell dinner, a Bayside drink, the concert, and wherever you desire to end the night. We reply with the right vehicle, confirm the details, and send a secure Stripe payment link for the full fare. Once your payment is in, your date is set, and your chauffeur’s name and contact details come through before October 17. On concert day, you meet your driver at the agreed spot, obtain in, and let the evening unfold at your own pace. If plans change during the night, message the same thread and your chauffeur adjusts. Check availability now so your group has its car sorted before the lineup takes the stage.
