Transfer from Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs at Kaseya Center

This is a private hourly chauffeur from Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs on Monday, February 15, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver meets you at the arrivals curb or any address in the Miami Airport region, drops you near the arena ahead of the 5:00 PM tip-off, and stays with you all evening.

How Much Does a Private Driver From Miami Airport to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Each vehicle tier has its own hourly rate, based on the size of your group:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking covers a minimum of five hours, and you choose when that block starts. It can begin the moment you walk out of arrivals, or later in the afternoon after you check in at your hotel. To estimate the cost of the day, multiply your vehicle’s hourly rate by the number of hours you plan to keep the car. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. You pay per vehicle, not per seat, so a group of friends splits one hourly rate instead of each person paying separately. That makes the larger tiers especially good value when the whole group flies in together for the game.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group From Miami Airport to the Arena? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a full group of fans:

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers. Room for a larger family or a group of fans to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers. The right choice when a big group lands at MIA for the same game.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers. Our top tier, with a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

With a Sprinter, a big group rides in one vehicle, so everyone arrives downtown together and goes home together instead of splitting up across several cars. The Platinum SUV suits hosts bringing clients or anyone celebrating a special occasion at the game. There’s plenty of room for signs, jerseys, and team merch. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can plan the space.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🕴️

You book one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you decide every stop.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then tell us when your flight lands and what you’d like to do during the day. We can pick you up at any Miami address, and we agree on the exact spot when you book. That can be a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you reach on a cruise that day, you can go straight to the game). From the first pickup, the car and chauffeur are yours for the whole block. You might want lunch first, a stop at your hotel, the arena, a late dinner, and then the ride home, in whatever order suits you. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer somewhere, because the plan is never fixed. After the 5-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate, so you can keep the car for as long as the night lasts.

Can Your Chauffeur Make a Quick Stop Between the Airport and the Arena?

Yes. You can make one short stop during your booking for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch after the flight. Just ask your chauffeur. The stop doesn’t change the flat rate. You can take it on the way downtown or before the ride home.

Need the Short Version of How Our Game-Day Chauffeur Service Runs? 🚙

  • Every booking is private, so your group never shares the vehicle with strangers.
  • The same chauffeur stays with your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which suits Miami’s bilingual crowd.
  • We drive every day, daytime or evening, including holiday Mondays.
  • The car has WiFi from a mobile hotspot, so you can check scores on the way.
  • You book, make changes, and get confirmations directly with our team on WhatsApp.
  • A chauffeur always drives, and we never hand over a vehicle for you to drive yourself.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Heat Game Ends? 🌆

There is no surcharge from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Trips outside those hours add the following:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

With a 5:00 PM tip-off, the drive in, your stops before the game, and commonly the game itself all fall within daytime hours. For example, you might have a celebration dinner in Brickell after the final buzzer, or a late ride to a hotel in Coral Gables or Miami Beach. For an SUV the surcharge is one flat amount per trip. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it’s a percentage of the trip value. Either way, you know the amount before the evening starts. Tell us your expected end time when you book, and we’ll let you know whether the surcharge applies.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Airport to Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur, booked by the hour, takes your group from MIA to the game.

Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs tips off at 5:00 PM on Monday, February 15, 2027, at Kaseya Center, the waterfront arena on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. The game falls on Presidents’ Day, which makes it an easy holiday outing for families and a good reason for out-of-town fans to fly in for a long weekend. Expect a lively, multicultural crowd, with Spanish and English heard all around the stands. The two teams also have real history from meeting in the NBA Finals. Heat home games draw big, energetic crowds, and Downtown streets fill up well before tip-off. That’s where a chauffeur is worth the hourly rate. Your group lands, gets picked up at the curb, and rides straight to the game, with no car to pick up, no unfamiliar roads to learn, and no garage to hunt for.

Where in Miami Airport Does Your Chauffeur Meet You? 🚙

Your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb or at any address near the airport.

If you fly in on game day, the simplest plan is a pickup on the arrivals level at Miami International Airport. Share your flight details when you book, then settle the exact curbside spot with your chauffeur on WhatsApp as you walk out. If you land the night before or earlier in the day, you can be picked up at the Miami International Airport Hotel inside the terminal, at a hotel near the airport toward Blue Lagoon or Doral, or at a home in Miami Springs or Virginia Gardens. Groups arriving on different flights can meet in one hotel lobby first, so the whole group rides downtown in one vehicle. Whatever pickup point you choose, we settle it when you book, so everyone knows exactly where to be.

What Can You Do Near Miami Airport Before Heading to the Heat Game? 🥂

A classic Cuban lunch in Little Havana fits easily between landing and tip-off.

Versailles, on Little Havana’s main commercial street, is a famous Miami stop for Cuban coffee, pastries, and a full sit-down meal, and it lies between the airport and Downtown. Nearby, Domino Park lets visitors watch local players and get a feel for the neighborhood. Groups who want a more polished meal can head to Brickell’s restaurants, just south of the arena district. If you want to soak up the pre-game energy, finish at Bayside Marketplace, the waterfront shopping and dining region right next to the arena. Because the car is yours by the hour, the chauffeur drops you off, waits, and takes you to the next spot, so nobody watches a parking meter or rushes through a meal. These are only suggestions for your booked hours. We provide the ride, and you choose the places and make any reservations.

Can You Stop at Your Hotel to Change Before Tip-Off?

Yes. A hotel stop to check in, change into team colors, and freshen up after the flight is just another stop on your booking. The chauffeur waits outside while you get ready. Your hours keep running under the same booking, and there’s nothing new to arrange.

Can the Chauffeur Take You to Wynwood or South Beach After the Game?

Yes. Plans after the game are just more stops on the same booking. You can go to Wynwood for its murals and late-night bars, to South Beach for dinner on Ocean Drive, or to a Brickell rooftop for a nightcap, then finish at your hotel. The same chauffeur takes you to each place, so you’re never left waiting at the curb.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Airport? 🏙️

Your chauffeur takes the Dolphin Expressway east, then I-395 to Biscayne Boulevard.

State Road 836, the Dolphin Expressway, runs from the airport region toward Downtown Miami and connects to I-395, which brings you onto Biscayne Boulevard next to the arena. On a quiet afternoon, the drive is typically a short trip on the expressway. On a holiday Monday, with Heat fans all heading downtown, allow extra time. If the expressway backs up, your chauffeur can switch to surface streets such as Flagler Street through Little Havana, or come in on I-95, depending on traffic that afternoon. If you’ve planned a stop in Brickell or Little Havana, the route passes through those neighborhoods anyway. You never have to look at a map. The chauffeur handles the driving, and you can catch up with your group, read the game preview, or watch the Downtown skyline come into view. For out-of-town fans, the drive is also a first look at the city before the game.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport for the Heat vs. Spurs Tip-Off?

Leave the airport area in the early-to-mid afternoon so your group gets Downtown with time to spare before the 5:00 PM tip-off. That extra time covers holiday traffic, lets everyone get through arena security without rushing, and leaves room for a quick bite at Bayside Marketplace. If your flight lands later, your chauffeur drives straight downtown.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena on Game Night? 🏟️

The chauffeur drops your group on Biscayne Boulevard, as close as access allows.

Kaseya Center faces Biscayne Boulevard and the bay. On game nights, the surrounding blocks fill with fans on foot, and traffic control can change as tip-off gets closer. Your chauffeur uses whichever drop-off point is open that evening and gets the car as close to the entrance as access allows, so the group can step out together and walk straight in. There’s no garage to book ahead, no circling for a space, and no long walk from a distant lot. First-time visitors who’ve just landed benefit the most, because there are no unfamiliar Downtown streets to figure out and no guessing which way the doors are. It’s a short walk from the car into the building. Arriving a little early also lets you skip the last-minute crowd at the doors and be in your seats before tip-off.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game at Kaseya Center?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole game, and the car stays reserved for your group instead of leaving for other jobs. You can message the chauffeur on WhatsApp at halftime or any time your plans change, for example if you want to leave early to beat the crowd.

How Do You Meet Your Chauffeur After the Final Buzzer?

Message your chauffeur on WhatsApp late in the fourth quarter, and they’ll confirm the best pickup spot once the crowd starts leaving. Walk out with your group, find the car at the agreed spot, and head to dinner or your hotel while the sidewalks are still packed.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Heat Game Instead of Driving Yourself? 🍾

A booked chauffeur makes a hectic travel and game day a better experience.

If you drive yourself after a flight, you have to pick up a car, learn Miami’s expressways on a holiday Monday, pay for a Downtown garage, and then crawl out of it with everyone else leaving the arena. With us, the vehicle is private and reserved only for your group. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, so there’s no surge on a hectic game night and no change for traffic or weather. One dedicated bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking and waits through the game, so you deal with the same person all day instead of a new driver for every leg. You can reach our team directly on WhatsApp before and during your booking, which makes changes quick and personal. The result is simply premium service: a clean, comfortable vehicle, a chauffeur who knows the city, and a game day where you don’t have to think about getting around.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Game-Day Booking? 📋

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your vehicle’s hourly rate.

That means expressway tolls on the way in from the airport, fuel for every stop along the way, and parking downtown during the game, with no separate bill for any of it. The rate also covers the chauffeur’s time whether the car is moving or parked, so a long lunch in Little Havana costs the same per hour as the drive downtown. Two charges can be added to the base rate. One is the night surcharge described above, which applies only outside daytime hours. Extra hours beyond your booked block are not included either, and each one is billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate. Everything else on a normal game day, including the driving, the waiting, and the stops in between, is part of the hours you book.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Game-Day Booking? 🎊

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: There’s a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle those hours after the day ends.

How Long Should You Book the Car for a 5:00 PM Heat Game From MIA? 🎤

Count from your airport pickup through to the ride home.

List the day in order: pickup at the airport or a nearby hotel, any lunch or hotel stop, the drive downtown, the full game, and the ride back to where you’re staying. Families who land close to tip-off can often keep the booking short. Groups planning a Little Havana lunch before the game or a night in Wynwood after it should book a longer block from the start. If you’re already in town, starting in the mid-afternoon leaves time for a relaxed stop before the game without paying for hours you don’t need. Your booked hours run without a break from pickup, including during the game. The chauffeur is working for you the whole time, which is why you can leave quickly after the buzzer. Plan your hours around the ride home, not just the tip-off.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Miami Airport?

A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes your whole group from Miami Airport in one vehicle, and it comes in two sizes. The smaller Sprinter fits a mid-size group that’s too big for an SUV. The larger Sprinter is the right choice once your group reaches double digits. Only your group rides in it, and one chauffeur drives the whole day.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami Airport to the Heat Game?

Yes, in the sense of a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or SUV reserved only for your group, running on your schedule instead of a fixed timetable. No strangers ride with you and there are no set departure times. The vehicle leaves the airport when your group is ready and brings you back after the game when you are.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Miami Airport?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book the Game-Day Car Within 24 Hours?

If you book within 24 hours of the ride, your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed, a driver and vehicle are set aside, and the booking goes ahead exactly as planned. With that little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Around Miami or Go Farther?

This hourly service stays local and on call around the city. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the Miami International Airport area, plus nearby areas toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it to farther cities such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, which keeps your chauffeur close and unhurried.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Lock In Your Car for the Heat vs. Spurs Game? 🎆

Send us your group details on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm your car for game day.

Tell us how many people are coming, your flight number or landing time at MIA, where you’d like to be picked up, and the stops you have in mind. That could be a Little Havana lunch, a hotel stop, the game, a late dinner in Brickell, or whatever suits your group. We’ll reply with the right vehicle, a suggested start time for your hours, and the total for the hours you’ve planned, so nothing about February 15 comes as a surprise. Once we receive your payment, your car and chauffeur are reserved for the Presidents’ Day game, and you can still change stops as the date gets closer. Holiday weekends bring extra visitors to Miami, so check availability early to get the widest choice of vehicles. On the day, all you have to do is walk out of arrivals and into your own car.

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
