Transfer from Hollywood to the Menudo 50 Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Menudo 50 at Hard Rock Live on Friday, December 4, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Hollywood, handles the concert-night drive and keeps the same car with you for dinner, the 8:00 PM show and the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood Cost by the Hour? 🍾

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking is for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select your vehicle by the size of your group, not by the distance to the show. The rate is the same whether the chauffeur is driving, parked near your restaurant or ready to take you home. A couple or a few friends commonly fit in the Black SUV XL. A family of fans spanning three generations rides comfortably in a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV is for groups who want the most polished ride we offer for a fiftieth-anniversary night. You pay by the hour, not by the mile, so the short trip across town to the resort doesn’t change the rate. Dinner on the Broadwalk is simply part of your booked time. To get your total, multiply the hourly rate by the hours you plan to use and add the late-evening surcharge explained further down. You’ll know the full cost before you send us a single message.

How Does Hourly Chauffeur Booking Work for a Concert Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle for a block of hours, and the evening follows your schedule.

First, select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the show and maybe a drink afterward. Your booked time starts at the first pickup. From there, you set the order and the pace. You can add a stop, skip one or stay longer at dinner without renegotiating anything. The first five hours commonly cover dinner and the show, but nights like this one tend to run long. If yours does, every additional hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate as the first five. You can keep the car longer whenever the schedule allows and pay for the extra time after the night is over. You never drive, never look for parking and never have to figure out how the group gets home.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood?

The driver comes to any Hollywood address you choose, and you agree on the pickup spot when you book. That could be a hotel lobby along Hollywood Beach, a condo on the Broadwalk, a home in Hollywood Lakes or Emerald Hills, or the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport if someone is flying in for the reunion. We pick up anywhere in Miami as well: a hotel, the PortMiami cruise terminal (guests arriving on a cruise that day can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport or a private home.

Which Quick Facts Matter Before You Book? 🕴️

  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so bilingual groups feel right at home.
  • You can book any day of the year, at any hour of the day or night.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for everyone in the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop during your booking is easy and never changes the rate.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Concert Group? 🚙

Four private vehicle options cover everyone from a couple on a date to a whole extended family.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A natural fit for couples and small groups of friends who want room to stretch out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger group of friends arrives together instead of in separate cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for extended families and fan clubs who want to travel as one group.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in our most refined vehicle. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition (examples of the vehicle class).

Every vehicle is reserved for your group alone. Each one has room for what fans actually bring, like handmade signs, tour merch or a light jacket for later. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include, and What Can Be Added? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.

That matters on concert night, because finding parking at a busy resort is commonly the first headache for a group that drives itself. With a chauffeur, the vehicle’s parking is already covered. So are the tolls on whatever route the driver takes, and so is all the fuel used during your booking, including the time the car waits near your restaurant. You pay for time with a dedicated car, not for the miles. A few charges can be added on top, and each one is explained on this page, so nothing comes as a surprise later. The payment section explains how time beyond your booked block is billed. A late-evening surcharge applies outside daytime hours, and its own section below gives the details.

What Makes the Menudo 50 Reunion a Night to Plan Around? 🎤

Menudo 50 celebrates the Puerto Rican boy band’s anniversary on Friday, December 4, 2026.

The reunion plays Hard Rock Live at 8:00 PM. It’s part of the first official reunion tour under the Menudo name, which plays theaters and music halls rather than arenas. For South Florida, and especially its Puerto Rican community, this is much more than another concert. Many fans in the seats grew up with the posters, the matching outfits and the songs that made a Puerto Rican boy band a worldwide Latin pop sensation. Expect parents who wore out the cassettes the first time around sitting next to grown children who heard the same songs at every family gathering, with everyone singing every word. Several VIP packages, including meet-and-greets and a soundcheck experience, also mean some groups have to arrive earlier than everyone else. That’s one more reason a chauffeur who works to your schedule makes the night easier.

Which Former Members Are on the Reunion Tour?

Former members from several generations of the group share the stage: René Farrait, Roy Rosselló, Raymond Acevedo, Sergio Blass, Ralphy Rodríguez, Rubén Gómez and Robert Avellanet. Menudo always rotated its lineup instead of centering on one star, so every fan in your car may have a different favorite era. Expect a lively debate on the drive over about which songs you hope to hear first.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Hollywood on Show Night? 🏟️

A chauffeur drives you across Hollywood to the resort and takes care of the arrival.

Hard Rock Live is inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on the west side of Hollywood, the resort known for its guitar-shaped hotel tower that lights up the night sky. From the beach, downtown or the neighborhoods in between, the trip is commonly a drive across town rather than a highway run. A Friday concert still makes that drive slower. Hotel guests, casino visitors, diners headed to the resort’s restaurants and a hall full of fans all use the same entry roads as showtime approaches, and the last stretch slows down as the start gets closer. With a chauffeur, the group barely notices. The timing is planned around your dinner, the route changes with live traffic, and the same car that brought you takes you home. The details below walk through each step of the night.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood for Menudo 50?

Leave plenty of time before the 8:00 PM start, because resort traffic builds well before the show. The drive itself is usually short, but the last stretch and the walk inside take longer on a concert Friday than on an ordinary evening. Most groups plan backward from dinner so the meal is relaxed and nobody rushes to make the opening song. If anyone has a VIP package with a soundcheck or meet-and-greet, tell us so we can start the plan earlier.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take Across Hollywood to the Resort?

From the beach, the usual route runs west on Hollywood Boulevard and then north on State Road 7. That route crosses the Intracoastal, goes around Young Circle and runs through downtown before reaching State Road 7, which leads to the resort. Pickups in the northern neighborhoods often take Sheridan Street or Stirling Road west instead. On the night, the chauffeur takes whichever route is moving best.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off for the Concert?

The driver brings the group as close to the venue entrance as resort access allows on show night. Event-night traffic plans can change where vehicles are directed. The chauffeur follows whichever lane resort staff open and lets you out at the drop-off point with the shortest walk to the entrance. Before you get out, agree on a pickup spot and keep the driver’s WhatsApp handy, so finding the car later takes a single message.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes. Your hours are already booked, so the chauffeur stays nearby for the whole show. When the encore ends and the crowd pours out, send one message and the same car pulls up at the agreed spot. Nobody has to hunt for a ride in the after-show crowd, and the group never has to split up into separate cars. Everyone gets back into the car they arrived in, still humming the last song.

Where Should You Eat in Hollywood Before Menudo 50? 🍸

Hollywood has dinner options on the oceanfront, downtown and at the resort itself.

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is the classic choice before a show. It’s a long oceanfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and outdoor patios where a group can watch the evening settle over the water. Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort sits right on the Broadwalk for groups who like a lively room with a view. Downtown Hollywood, along Hollywood Boulevard around Young Circle and ArtsPark, has independent restaurants and bars within a short walk of each other, which works well for friends coming from different parts of town. Groups who would rather stay close to the show can eat at the resort itself, where Council Oak Steaks & Seafood is the well-known pick for special occasions. Your chauffeur is happy to suggest an order of stops for the evening, but you make your own reservations. We drive, and you book the meal.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is simply another stop within your booked hours. The chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, keeps the car close while you eat and is at the curb when you’ve paid the check. You don’t need to arrange a second ride before heading west to the show. Many groups have drinks at one place and dinner at another, and both fit in the same booking.

Can the Night Keep Going After the Last Encore? 🪩

Yes. The car stays with you for all of your booked hours, plus any you add.

Plenty of fans won’t be ready to call it a night after a reunion like this. Some groups stay at the resort to take photos under the famous hotel tower once it lights up, then move on together. Others want a late bite or a drink back on the Broadwalk, a drink in downtown Fort Lauderdale, or a stop at a friend’s house where the after-party continues with the old albums playing. Each of these is just another stop, and you only need to tell the chauffeur. For groups of friends, the most useful ending is often the simplest: a series of drop-offs that takes each person to their own door in Hollywood, Hallandale Beach or Pembroke Pines. That way nobody is left arranging a ride alone late at night. If the stories in the back seat keep coming, the night can keep going too.

Why Do Menudo Fans in Hollywood Book a Private Chauffeur With Us? 🥃

Fans select us for a premium service built around one group, one vehicle and one fixed price.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never split with strangers. The chauffeur who greets you at the first pickup is the same one who drops the last guest at their door. Your flat hourly rate is locked in when you book. It doesn’t go up for a Friday concert crowd, and it doesn’t change if traffic builds along State Road 7. You can reach your driver directly on WhatsApp all evening, so a change of plans, like an extra stop or a friend joining late, takes just one message. The group can spend the night happily arguing about which era of Menudo was the greatest instead of watching a phone for ride updates. For an anniversary show many fans have waited years to see, that better experience makes the ride part of the celebration rather than a chore.

Does a Late-Evening Surcharge Apply to an 8:00 PM Concert Night? 🎆

Trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge, but trips outside those hours do.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV, it’s a single fixed amount per trip, not per hour. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value. Either way, you know the amount before the night begins. Nothing else about the evening changes: you keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle and the same hourly rate. We include the surcharge when we confirm your booking on WhatsApp, so the total you agree to is the total you can plan around.

How Is Payment Handled for an Hourly Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are paid once the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid up front, secures your booking.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Each hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and paid after the day.

Is There a Private Ride From Hollywood to Menudo 50 on Fri, Dec 4, 2026? 🚐

Yes. You can book a private hourly chauffeur from Hollywood for that Friday night.

Friday, December 4 comes at the start of the holiday season in South Florida, when beach hotels fill with visitors and many residents are out at dinners and parties of their own. That makes it a good night to have one car booked instead of piecing together rides from different apps as the evening goes on. Booking ahead lets you select the vehicle that fits your group comfortably instead of settling for whatever is available on the day. Whether you’re two longtime fans celebrating an anniversary of your own or a whole branch of the family coming from across Broward and Miami-Dade, the booking works the same way: one vehicle, one chauffeur, your stops and your schedule. The questions below cover what riders most often ask about this night, from short-notice bookings to pets and the areas we serve.

Can You Still Book a Hollywood Chauffeur the Day Before the Show?

Often, yes. Check availability on WhatsApp. Once a booking is within 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so on that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours right on the day.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Hollywood to Hard Rock Live for a Big Group?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van, reserved only for your group and hired by the hour, does exactly that. Everyone gets on together at one Hollywood address or a few agreed stops, rides to the show as one group and comes back the same way afterward. Nobody outside your group ever rides along, and the route follows your plan, not a fixed schedule.

Can a Pet Come Along on the Ride to the Show?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Areas Beyond Hollywood?

Yes. We cover the local area: Hollywood and nearby cities up toward Fort Lauderdale, plus Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so we don’t run hourly bookings out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

What’s the Fastest Way to Reserve Your Concert Chauffeur From Hollywood? 🎊

Send one WhatsApp message with your group size, start time and stops.

Tell us how many people are coming, the Hollywood address where the night starts, a rough pickup time and the places on your list. That might be a dinner spot on the Broadwalk, the show itself, a late stop or a few separate drop-offs at the end. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits, the number of hours your plan will likely need and the late-evening surcharge where it applies, so you see the full cost before you pay anything. When you’re happy with the plan, we send the payment link in the same chat and confirm your date. Any change after that, from a new dinner reservation to an extra guest, goes through the same chat. Check availability now and book the car for your Menudo 50 night.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
