Transfer from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center on Sunday, November 22, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 6:00 PM. One bilingual driver stays with your group all evening, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Downtown Miami to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Every vehicle below is booked by the hour with a 5-hour minimum, and one rate covers the chauffeur, the car, and your whole Heat game evening.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate pays for the vehicle and the chauffeur together as one hourly price. A typical game-night block from Downtown Miami starts in the late afternoon with a lobby pickup, moves on to a pre-game dinner, covers the arena drop-off and the game, and ends with the ride back to your hotel or home. Friends heading out together usually pick the Black SUV XL. Bigger parties select between the two Sprinter sizes, and hosts bringing clients often go for the Platinum SUV because the arrival is part of the evening. Your booking hours can trigger one adjustment, an evening surcharge, which has its own section further down so you see it before you commit. To check availability for November 22, send your headcount and a rough start time over WhatsApp.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Night? 🕴️

When you book by the hour, you reserve a vehicle and a chauffeur for a block of time instead of paying for one ride.

You select the tier that fits your group and tell us when the evening starts. The driver shows up ready to stay for the whole night. Pickup can be any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that morning and you desire to go straight into game day. After that, you decide the order of stops. You might have dinner first, swing back to the hotel to change into jerseys, and then head to the arena, or you can do it in any order that suits the group. Your chauffeur stays with you for the entire block. Nothing has to be re-requested between stops, and the plan stays open, so adding a detour or dropping one takes a swift message to the driver instead of a new booking. The car is private to your group and never shared, and every decision about the evening stays with you.

Can You Keep the Car Longer If the Night Runs Late?

Yes. Every booking starts with a five-hour block, and each hour after that is added at your vehicle’s usual per-hour rate. If the game goes long or the group wants a late bite, there’s no new fare to negotiate. You settle the extra hours after the night ends, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚙

Pick the vehicle by headcount and by how you desire the evening to feel. Every tier is private to your group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. This is the usual choice for couples, friends, or a small family heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger crew can ride together instead of splitting into two cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for office outings, birthday groups, or two families spending the night together.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, a step up in finish for a client night or a special occasion. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Most couples and small groups of friends in Downtown Miami go with the Black SUV XL. The Platinum SUV suits a client evening or a milestone birthday where the arrival matters as much as the seats. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs, a bag of team-store merch, or a jacket for the arena air conditioning. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

Can a Large Group Ride Together in One Private Van From Downtown Miami?

Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fits a full group in one private van, so nobody splits into separate cars or loses friends on the way home. It works well for a youth team outing, an office night, or relatives in town the weekend before Thanksgiving. Give us your exact headcount at booking and we’ll match the right Sprinter size.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book the Car? 📋

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block of chauffeured time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • The same driver waits between every stop you plan for the evening.
  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or late evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside every vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the hourly rate.

How Does Payment Work for an Hourly Booking? 📋

The full fare is paid when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: Five hours minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour after the first five is added at the same per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night ends.

Why Hire a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Yourself to the Game? 🥂

A private chauffeur makes a Heat game a better experience from the start, because the car belongs only to your group all evening.

Your rate is set when you book and has no surge, so a packed Sunday crowd doesn’t change what you pay. One bilingual chauffeur handles the night from start to finish, which helps in a city where half the car may switch languages mid-sentence. You reach us directly on WhatsApp, so if plans change at dinner, it takes one text instead of a string of phone calls. If you drive yourself, you’re circling downtown garages, paying event parking, and asking one friend to stay sober while everyone else enjoys the game. Hiring by the hour hands all of that to someone whose only job that night is your group. That’s what premium service means here: the same car and the same chauffeur from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your guests get into a clean vehicle, the evening runs on your schedule, and the ride home feels as easy as the ride in.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply When the Ride Runs Past 6 PM? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those daytime hours add an evening charge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. That’s normal for an evening game, which is why this section appears before you book instead of showing up as a surprise on the bill. The SUV surcharge is a single amount per trip, not an added hourly charge. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Both are added to your total when we confirm the booking over WhatsApp, and you see the full figure before you pay.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🍾

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking, so you never pay the event-night garage fees around the arena.

Parking is often the hidden cost of a downtown game, and here it’s already part of the booking. Fuel and tolls are included too, so an extra stop doesn’t change the cost. That covers a Little Havana detour for dinner or a swing past Brickell to pick up a friend running late. That way parents know exactly what the car will have before pickup. Two charges can go beyond the base block: the evening surcharge described above and any hours you select to add during the night. Nothing else gets added to the booking. You pick the vehicle, plan the stops, and the rate covers the driving from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Why Is Heat vs. Thunder on November 22 Worth a Premium Arrival? 🏟️

Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder tips off at 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Bay.

This regular-season game brings one of the Western Conference’s top teams to Downtown Miami on the Sunday before Thanksgiving, just as the winter visitor season picks up. The stands will have the full Miami mix: families with kids in jerseys, young professionals coming from a Brickell brunch, longtime season-ticket holders, and visitors seeing their first game in the city. Conversations switch between Spanish and English, and the energy builds well before tip-off. The two franchises also have NBA Finals history, which makes the matchup more than just another date on the schedule. With a crowd like this, arriving together matters more than arriving fast. A private chauffeur lets you treat the night as one plan (dinner, the game, and the ride back) instead of three separate things to figure out on a busy downtown Sunday.

Is Heat vs. Thunder a Good Game for a Family or Client Night?

Yes. A 6:00 PM Sunday tip-off suits families who want the kids home at a reasonable hour, and it suits hosts entertaining clients before the work week starts. A Platinum SUV or a Sprinter turns the ride into part of the occasion, and the group stays together from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami? 🏙️

Your driver meets you at the door of any address in Downtown Miami that you offer us when you book.

That can be a hotel lobby, a condo tower driveway, an office building, or a restaurant where the group has already met. Hotel guests along Biscayne Boulevard or on Brickell Key usually meet the car at the main front drive. That’s the easiest place for a vehicle to pull in and for everyone to get settled. Residents of the high-rises around Miami Worldcenter, Park West, or the Arts & Entertainment District typically use the building’s guest drop-off lane. We confirm the exact spot over WhatsApp before the day, so nobody has to guess on the evening itself. If the group is coming from different places, say an office near Flagler Street and an apartment in Brickell, the first stops of the block can collect everyone, since you set the order. The goal is one smooth start, with nobody walking to a garage or waiting on a corner for an unfamiliar car.

Where Can You Eat in Downtown Miami Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Downtown Miami has plenty of pre-game options within an easy loop of the arena, and your chauffeur can link them together.

Bayside Marketplace, right on the bay next door, is the classic spot for a casual waterfront meal and a look at the boats before the crowd builds. Miami Worldcenter, just to the north, puts restaurants and bars together in one walkable plaza. Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village, across the Miami River, suit a sit-down dinner with drinks. Because the chauffeur stays with you by the hour, you set the order. You might eat in Brickell, stop at the hotel to change, and then head to the arena, while the car waits outside the restaurant instead of circling for a garage space. If dinner runs long, the driver adjusts. These are suggestions, not reservations: you book your own table, and the driver plans the timing around it so the group gets to the arena relaxed.

Can the Driver Take You to Little Havana or Wynwood Before the Game?

Yes. Many groups start a little farther out, with Cuban coffee and a classic plate at Versailles on SW 8th Street in Little Havana, or a walk past the murals of Wynwood before heading back downtown. The driver waits at each stop and brings everyone to the arena together, so the detour costs you some time but no parking fees and no extra rides.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Heat vs. Thunder? 🎤

Leave Downtown Miami well before the 6:00 PM tip-off, because the last stretch before a game is when Biscayne Boulevard fills up.

The drive itself is typically short from anywhere downtown. Tip-off traffic, crowds crossing toward the arena, and any event-night lane restrictions can stretch it, though, so allow a generous buffer instead of counting on quiet-day timing. Many fans like to arrive with time to find their seats, grab food inside, and watch warmups instead of rushing in at the opening jump. From Brickell, your chauffeur usually takes Brickell Avenue north over the Miami River toward Biscayne Boulevard. From hotels and towers north of the arena, Biscayne Boulevard or NE 2nd Avenue heading south are the natural approaches. The easiest way to plan is to work backward from dinner: finish eating, leave time for the short drive, and let the driver time the last few blocks based on how the streets look that evening. If your group wants a slower start, begin the block earlier and offer the afternoon more room.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Downtown Miami on Game Night? 🏟️

A private chauffeur takes your group from your Downtown Miami pickup to the arena and back without a single parking decision.

The approach is where local knowledge helps. Biscayne Boulevard, Port Boulevard, and the blocks around Bayside Marketplace carry most of the game-night traffic, and conditions change quickly as the arena fills. Your driver checks the streets as they are that evening and takes whichever approach is moving, instead of sticking to a route that looked fine earlier in the day. The return trip is where a reserved car really pays off. When the game ends, the sidewalks fill with fans heading for garages and pickup lines, and anyone without a plan starts waiting. Your group skips all of that, because the vehicle is already reserved and your chauffeur already knows where to meet you. All that’s left is a short walk and the ride home, whether that’s a hotel on Biscayne Boulevard, a tower on Brickell Key, or a late stop somewhere across the river.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver drops you off as close to the venue as event-night access allows, typically near the main entrance on the Biscayne Boulevard side. Curb access can change on a busy Sunday, so your chauffeur picks the easiest drop-off point on the way in and lets everyone out together, a short walk from the entrance.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is part of the hourly booking. The driver stays in the area for the whole game, and before you walk in you agree on a post-game pickup spot, ideally a little away from the main crowd. When the final buzzer sounds, one WhatsApp message brings the car around to meet you.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Heat vs. Thunder? 🚐

Yes. You can reserve a private car and chauffeur from Downtown Miami for the whole Heat vs. Thunder evening, used only by your group.

This isn’t a seat on a scheduled run or a place in a line. The vehicle leaves when you’re ready, goes where you ask, and carries only the people you invited. To set it up, send us three things over WhatsApp: how many people are coming, roughly when you desire the first pickup, and the stops you’d like, from dinner to any plans after the game. We reply with the vehicle that fits, confirm the pickup point, and lock in the date once your payment is in. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for a Sunday game night, especially if you need the larger Sprinter. From there, the evening follows your plan, with a chauffeur who knows downtown and a car that’s ready whenever you need it. The answers below cover the other questions fans usually ask before booking a game night from Downtown Miami.

Is a Chauffeur Worth It When Downtown Miami Is So Close to the Arena?

For most groups, yes. The distance is short, but the evening isn’t: dinner somewhere else, a change of clothes, crowded sidewalks, and a late trip home with kids or guests. A chauffeur keeps everyone together, keeps you dry if a Florida shower rolls through, and ends the night at your door instead of on a street corner.

Is There a Private Game-Night Shuttle for a Big Group From Downtown Miami?

Yes. For a big group, our private shuttle is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your party. It’s never shared with other fans and never runs on a fixed timetable. It leaves when your group is ready, stops where you choose, and stays with you all evening, so nobody watches a departure clock or waits in a line after the game.

Does the Hourly Car Also Cover Brickell, Miami Beach, and Coral Gables?

Yes. The hourly service stays local to Miami: Downtown, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, Doral, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call city service, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can You Change a Game-Night Booking Made for the Next 24 Hours?

A booking set for within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at your vehicle’s hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Can You Reserve Your Heat vs. Thunder Chauffeur Today? 🎊

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp today, and we’ll hold your Downtown Miami pickup for November 22 once your payment is in.

Tell us your headcount, when you desire to start, and the stops you have in mind. That might be Versailles before the game, a Brickell rooftop afterward, or simply your lobby to the arena and back. We match the vehicle to your group, confirm the pickup spot, and send a secure Stripe payment link so you can pay the fare. After that, the evening is set: one car and one chauffeur, with a plan built around the 6:00 PM tip-off. If friends join late or the group wants to stay out after the final buzzer, the booking extends with you instead of ending at a fixed time. Visitors in town for the week can use the same message to ask about other days of their stay. To check availability, use the contact line below and send us your plans for the night.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
