Transfer from Downtown Miami to Florida State Seminoles at Miami Hurricanes at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to Florida State Seminoles at Miami Hurricanes on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Kickoff is 8:00 PM in Miami Gardens. The same bilingual driver drops you off, waits through the game, and brings everyone back downtown. Your rate is locked at booking, with no surge.

How Much Does a Downtown Miami Game-Day Chauffeur Cost Per Hour? 📋

Every vehicle bills by the hour for the whole group, and each game-day booking runs a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

We charge per vehicle, never per seat, so your group splits one hourly figure however it likes. Select the tier by headcount first, then by the mood of the day. The SUV suits a small crew heading north for the rivalry. The Sprinter gives a larger party room to spread out, stretch, and hand out orange gear before kickoff. The Platinum SUV is the upgrade for hosting a client or celebrating a milestone birthday in the stands. Kickoff is at night, so most Downtown Miami groups book from the afternoon through the drive home. Budget for the whole day, not just the journey north.

Why Do Downtown Miami Fans Book a Private Game-Day Chauffeur? 🕴️

Your group gets a private vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a flat rate locked at booking.

That rate stays the same on game day. There’s no surge when the whole region heads north for a rivalry night, and no change for traffic or a fourth quarter that runs long. The chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps when Miami locals and visiting Seminoles supporters ride together. One driver stays with your group for the entire block, so the person who greets you downtown is the person who brings you home. You reach them directly on WhatsApp, so nobody has to search the crowd for a ride. The cabin is clean, the vehicle is upscale, and the whole group rides together from the first stop to the last. That’s upscale service on a college Saturday, and it makes for a better experience from the first toast downtown to the last song on the drive back.

Does an 8:00 PM Kickoff Mean a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside that window carry a surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It works exactly as listed above: a flat add-on per journey for the SUV, or a percentage of the journey value for the Sprinter. A night game pushes the whole day later. Many groups start in the late afternoon, eat downtown, and head north with a comfortable cushion instead of sitting in traffic during the hottest part of the day. If you’re staying in Brickell or along the bayfront, plan for the surcharge once and move on. We cover it when you book over WhatsApp, so you know the full total before you pay, and nothing new shows up after the final whistle.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You select a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and the chauffeur stays with you throughout.

Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you step off a ship that morning and desire to go straight to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From there the day is yours. You set the stops, the order, and the pace, and you can add or drop a stop on the spot. After the 5-hour block, every extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no renegotiated fare, and you settle those extra hours after the day. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a postgame bite in Brickell, keep the car as long as you need.

What Happens if Plans Change Within 24 Hours of the Game?

If your service is within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for your group, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. On such short notice, the booking goes ahead as agreed, and we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on game day itself.

Need the Quick Game-Day Facts Before You Reserve? 📋

  • The same vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group for every booked hour.
  • Service runs every day, from morning pickups to late-night returns.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes your rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • Tell us in advance and we’ll confirm it for that booking.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp, start to finish.

How Does Payment Work for Game Day? 🥂

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid up front, locks in your game-day booking.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Each hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Florida State Seminoles at Miami Hurricanes? 🏟️

Yes: a private SUV or private van with its own chauffeur, reserved for your group alone.

Florida State at Miami is one of the excellent rivalries in college football. The Hurricanes host this ACC game on Saturday, October 17, 2026, with an 8:00 PM kickoff in Miami Gardens. Miami has designated it an Orange Out, so anticipate a loud clash of colors in the stands. The crowd spans every generation: current students, alumni who plan their fall around this matchup, families, longtime South Florida supporters, and traveling Seminoles fans. Tailgating is part of the ritual long before kickoff. The official Hard Rock Stadium site posts game-day policies and venue updates. For a group staying downtown, a private vehicle keeps everyone together all night. Nobody splits up across cars, nobody argues over who drives, and nobody gets left behind in the crowd after the final whistle.

What Colors Should You Wear to the Orange Out Against Florida State?

Wear orange if you’re backing the Hurricanes. Miami has called an Orange Out for this game, and the full school colors are orange, green, and white. Seminoles supporters usually show up in garnet and gold. Mixed-loyalty groups are common on this night, and a private cabin keeps the friendly trash talk inside the car until kickoff.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Downtown Miami on a Game Saturday? 🚙

Your chauffeur typically heads north out of Downtown Miami on I-95 toward Miami Gardens.

The usual route runs up I-95 to the Golden Glades Interchange. From there it’s Florida’s Turnpike or the local roads into the stadium region, depending on how traffic is moving that evening. When the interstate backs up, NW 27th Avenue is a straight surface-street route north, and a local driver knows when to switch. Nobody in your group has to watch a map. You can keep debating the depth chart while the chauffeur handles the traffic. Parking is the other half of the story. If you drive yourself on a rivalry Saturday, you have to arrive early to obtain a spot, pay for it, and then hunt for your car in a sea of vehicles late at night. With your own chauffeur, you just step out and let someone else deal with all of that.

How Long Should You Allow for the Drive From Downtown Miami to Miami Gardens?

Allow a lot more time than on a normal Saturday. Traffic on the approach roads typically builds through the afternoon as fans arrive for tailgating, then gets heavier again just before kickoff. When you leave matters more than which road you take, and heading north early almost always goes better than squeezing in at the last minute.

What Is the Best Game-Day Timeline From Downtown Miami to Kickoff and Back? 🏟️

Leave Downtown Miami early, obtain dropped off near the entrance, and ride home with the same driver.

A night kickoff calls for a relaxed plan in the right order. Most Downtown Miami groups meet the chauffeur in the afternoon, have an early dinner or drinks neighboring, and head north with plenty of time to spare. The same person handles the drive up, the wait during the game, and the ride back. Your group never has to regroup, split up, or locate a new ride. Think of the day in four parts: gather downtown, journey north, savor the game, and come home. Each part comes with one decision: when to leave, where to obtain out, what the driver does in the meantime, and how you meet up afterward. The answers below cover each one. You plan it all once, over WhatsApp, before the day. On game day, your only job is to show up in your team’s colors and savor the night.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Florida State at Miami?

Leave in the afternoon if your group wants to soak up the tailgating atmosphere around the stadium. If you just want to be in your seats for the 8:00 PM kickoff, leave right after an early dinner downtown. Either way, give yourself plenty of extra time. When you book, your chauffeur will recommend a departure time based on your stops.

Where Exactly Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

The driver takes you as close to the venue as access allows, at whatever drop-off point game-day traffic control sends cars to. Before you get out, you and the chauffeur agree on an exact spot to meet after the game. That way, finding each other later takes one quick WhatsApp message instead of a search through the crowd.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Whole Game on a College Saturday?

Yes. The chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for your entire booked block. There’s no second driver, no handoff, and no leaving mid-game. If the game runs long or your group stays in the stands for the postgame celebration, the car waits for you. Any time past your reserved hours simply extends the booking.

How Do You Get Home From Miami Gardens After the Game?

Message the chauffeur as the game winds down, walk to the meeting spot you agreed on, and ride back to your Downtown Miami hotel or home in the same vehicle. Some groups wait in the stands while the crowd thins out, and others head straight out. Either way, you don’t have to request a ride or search a parking lot.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami? 🌆

Pickup happens at whatever Downtown Miami address you select when you book.

Hotel guests usually meet the chauffeur right at the lobby entrance, whether they’re staying in a tower on Biscayne Boulevard or a smaller hotel neighboring. Residents obtain picked up at their building’s front drive, and anyone finishing a Saturday shift can be picked up outside the office. If your crew is spread out, say a couple of friends in a Brickell condo and the rest at a waterfront hotel, list each address. The chauffeur picks everyone up in one loop before heading north. Visiting Seminoles fans staying downtown for the weekend obtain the same simple setup: one pickup, one vehicle, and no separate rides to coordinate across the city. When you book, tell us the building name and anything tricky about the lobby or valet. Some downtown towers have tight front drives or a separate car entrance, and the chauffeur will plan the approach around it.

Where Should Your Group Eat in Downtown Miami Before Kickoff? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace and neighboring Brickell are the easiest pregame dinner stops from Downtown Miami.

Bayside Marketplace has waterfront restaurants and open-air bars right on Biscayne Bay. It’s a simple place for a mixed group to meet, take photos in team colors, and eat before the drive north. Just south, Brickell has more options packed close together. Mary Brickell Village has casual food and a lively bar scene, and Brickell City Centre suits a sit-down dinner at a quieter table with clients or older alumni. Both keep you close to your starting point, which matters on a night when leaving on time comes first. The chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat, and has the vehicle back out front when you’ve paid the check. You never have to hunt for parking in a hectic district on a Saturday. Your chauffeur is happy to suggest spots, but you create your own reservations. We supply the car and the driver, not the table.

Is Wynwood or Little Havana Worth a Stop Before a Night Kickoff?

Both work if your group starts early enough. The murals at the Wynwood Walls make a colorful pregame photo stop, with breweries and casual food close by. In Little Havana, SW 8th Street has classic Cuban food and strong Cuban coffee, including the famous Versailles restaurant. The same driver takes you between stops and waits at each one.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Game-Day Crew From Downtown Miami? 🚐

Pick the tier by headcount: there are two SUV options and two sizes of private Sprinter van.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a small crew, a couple, or a family heading north together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out and talk strategy on the way.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers. One private van for a full alumni group, a student club, or two families traveling together.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a luxury-class SUV for hosting clients or celebrating in style. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your group is right between two tiers, sizing up is usually worth it. A friend or two frequently joins at the last minute on a rivalry night, and a roomier cabin makes the late ride home more comfortable. The Sprinter keeps a bigger crew together as one party instead of splitting into separate cars.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include, and What Costs Extra? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for every tier.

That covers any tolls on the way north and the cost of parking the vehicle during the game, so none of those charges end up on your bill. There’s room for what fans usually carry, like a cooler for tailgating, signs, and merch; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Only two things can be added on top of the hourly rate, and both are explained on this page. The other is any hours you select to add beyond your reservation. You don’t have to worry about game-day parking prices at all.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Downtown Miami to the Miami–Florida State Game? 🎊

Yes. The booking covers your whole game day, not just a single drop-off.

Hiring a private driver by the hour is made for a night like this. Your group goes from a downtown pickup to dinner, then north for the game, and home again late. The vehicle belongs to your party alone for the entire block. You never share it with strangers, and it’s never reassigned between stops. That matters when your group includes grandparents, kids in team jerseys, or a client you’re hosting. The people who book are as varied as the crowd: students whose parents are in town for the weekend, alumni reunions, families who create the rivalry a tradition, visiting Seminoles fans who desire to see the city before kickoff, and South Florida companies entertaining guests in a luxury SUV. Whoever is in your group, your ride there and back is settled as soon as you pay the fare. Answers to the most common questions are below.

Can Alumni Groups Book a Private Van From Downtown Miami for Game Day?

Yes. Alumni groups usually choose the larger Sprinter, which keeps a reunion crew together in one private van from a downtown hotel to the game and back. Send us the headcount and any pickup addresses. We’ll check availability and confirm the right size, and groups right between two tiers can size up for extra comfort.

How Far Ahead Should You Reserve a Chauffeur for Miami vs Florida State?

Reserve as soon as you have a rough headcount. A rivalry Saturday draws a big crowd from across South Florida and beyond, so it’s worth booking early, especially if you need a larger vehicle. Your payment holds the vehicle and chauffeur for October 17, and you can send details like dinner stops closer to the day.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

Our hourly service stays local and on call around the city. That covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run this service out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your chauffeur is always close by and never rushed.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Chauffeur for October 17? 🏙️

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, pickup address, and start time to confirm your booking.

Your first message only needs a few lines. Tell us how many people are riding, the Downtown Miami address or hotel where the day starts, roughly when you desire to leave, and any stops you’d like to create, such as dinner in Brickell or photos at the Wynwood murals. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll check availability for your date, confirm the vehicle and the hours, and send the payment options so the car and chauffeur are held for you. After that, your October 17 plan is set. The pickup and timing are agreed, and the only thing left to decide is which team’s colors will fill the car when the chauffeur pulls up.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
